Recently i purchased a car and got xtra rewards card and after registering it and gave it to the showroom i didn't get any pin no. And password or customer i'd nothing just a card with number [protected] & i request you to mail me the details on my email id and i want to register the same. My email id is arun. On 15/07/2017, petrol filling was done for rs1000 in my ford car in belapur automobiles (Indian oil) near cbd belapur station navi mumbai. Since my car shows 'km of fuel 'available, after filling i was in little doubt why the reading is showing by approx. 60km, presuming that it will correct reading after running few km, but surprisingly it didn't. After few days i filled petrol in another pumping station where the 'km of fuel'was showing as normal. On camparing i understood the cheating business undertaken by the petrol pump.

It is advisable to keep regular inspection and monitoring of petrol pumps by indian oil authorities and take severe actions on faulty petrol pumps.

My consumer no.24897. I receive gas from freedom services birati, kolkata-700051. Last year i was not in receipt of gas subsidy as my annual income exceeded rs.10 lacs o/a retirement benefit. This year i am in receipt of annual income less than rs10 lacs. My pan acppd3194h. Please restore the subsidy this year and oblige. I have already filed this year's return. My wife is simply housewife and has no income.

I have to submit that against above consumer no. For lpg gas cylinder, gas cylinder stands delivered at our residence 419-a, vikas apartments, vikas nagar, lucknow through avadh gas & allied agencies, mahanagar lucknow, on june 13, 2017, vide cash memo no.[protected] for rs 592.50 against order no. [protected] dated june 12, 2017, on which neither gas subsidy has so far been received by me nor any sms in this regard has been received at my registered mobile no. [protected]. This may please be checked and subsidy on log cylinder may please be transferred to my account no. [protected].

Hi,

I have booked for gas refill to indane on 11/07/2017, no one from banjara gas services from srinagar colony tried delivering or even tried calling me on my number.

I called on their no.[protected] several times but no one responds.

Customer service should be developed. 1 calls costs - 1 rs.. Can't they call me before delivering?

Dear sir, my name is vaishali & i complaints in march but no one come to see me & no one resolve my problem. Your manager name mr pujara call me to see on monday but 4 month he not come or nor bother about my complaint. Might he took money from owner miss alka to resolve this problem. Kindly resolve my problem otherwise i m going police station & news paper i have all proof he cheat customer. & arrest your employ for taking money to resolve the problem even not meet me.

Less petrol filled

I decently visited the petrol pump rathi and sons. On[protected] at 11a, dausa-manohapur bye pass, aandhi, district - jaipur. I asked them to fill 620 rupees petrol and they fixed the amount in the meter. And i saw the meter starts reading from 162 rupee then i told to employee about the meter and they start misbehaving me nad abusing me. I can clearly see that the petrol has not been filled. Because my needle doesn't move. Please look into this as these people are scamming hundreds of customers daily

The whole e machine is opened up and one guy shows the reading and the other clicks the gun stopping valve when v r seeing the display.

These ######## r doing it for every customer and when I tried to closely watch they stopped doin it for a few customer and then continue.

For the last 5 times i have observed that amount of petrol we get in extremely less. I guess the machine is tampered as for the same amount of money i get more amount at reliance or shell petrol pump. And the difference is significant. And people work over there are fooling people deliberately.

My consumer no. Is.39940 booked gas online on 6.7.17... Booking no.248882 and sms received that cash memo no.[protected] of amt.627.50 generated forvmy booking order on 8.7.17 but cyllender not delivered so far. I have also contacted.. Promised to deliver but not done so far.
This is not the first time last month also same problem. Cash memo sms received.. Again sms received canceled the order on the plea door locked. When i questioned there is no door lock.. Again supplied.
What this every time. No control. It clearly shows deficiency of services even on line facilities are there.
Pl. Inform the reasons within 10 days otherwise i will proceed as per law

All staff are cheater. They are thief of petrol on petrol pump. Manger also support to staff.
14/7/17 night 210 rs. Petrol ordered... But usine thik se nahi diya. Or bile dene. Se mana kar diya staff ne. 10 km ke bad meri bick bich raste me stop ho gai. So 15/7/17 muze bahut sehna pada. So is complain ki puri jach honi chahia.

Sub:-to deactivate “opt out of subsidy option” and give me subsidy

This is to inform you that i am not receiving my subsidy from july 2016 onwards in to my bank account. Please, resolve the issue as subsidy is very necessary for us. Last three subsidies from july 2016 to july 2017 was not credited in to my account.

Karan filling station sector 52 chd is doing cheating with customers by putting oil without clearing old meter reading. They try to fool the customer that oil that has been putted in their vehicle is this much whereas they do not do the meter zero before starting many a times. When i caught them doing so they told me to take slip of the payment that i have done. They done this 3 times and i tried to contact to there manager also regarding the same but manager do not bother to attend to my complaint. I called them around 4 times. Meanwhile, i request indian oil to take strict action against them for the same.

My consumer no. Is cx[protected] having booking with rohit indane gas services, konankunte, bangalore. Previously our agency was anusha indane gas co. Bsk 2nd stage, but the same is transferred to present agency suddenly without our consent/information. We had good service from previous agency but the present agency is harassing me in the matter of refill delivery since day one. Present booking was confirmed on 8/7/17 vide booking no.415362 and voucher no.[protected] and automatically cancelled on 10/7/17 with a reason "door lock" which is not true. The agent has not attempted delivery and has given false reason. Till day he is giving unreasonable excuses for not delivering the refill and asking me rs.100.00 as extra to be paid to the delivery boy if we need the refill. I am a lady, senior citizen, with arthritis complaint and the agency is harassing me in the matter of refill delivery. Please take up the matter and resolve with fair justice.

Deactivation of give up subsidy
Forgetfully i register my consumer no.2335 in “give up subsidy” option. But i wants to take the facility of subsidy in my indane gas connection. How it is possible? Please reply me. My details below:

I filled rs.300/- petrol in my pulsar bike, a day after it come in reserve, hardly i travel 20km. I filled the petrol from indian oil fuel station 1/3, 2-52/1/3, hitech city road, phase 2, kavuri hills, madhapur, hyderabad, telangana 500081.

I asked the guy to fill rs.300/- petrol, first he filled rs.100/- petrol and then put a pretty face and said oh! You need 300/- petrol to fill, then he start again and handed the bill to me.

This thing happen to one of my friend also. This branch is cheating public. So please take actions on this fuel station.

My petrol pump name is baba khushdil kisan sewa kendre theth ferozepur (271114) crack and leakage of canopy new make from ks associates contractors regd sas nagar mohali in 2014 but sheets are cracked and rain water leaking in the canopy. Sir ks associates never pick my phone and never call back. I said to the sales officer but ignore my message

Refill cylinder on 2.07.2017 and the message is received my mobile.
Refill no-466319. I have received another message on 3.7.2017 that the cash memo no - [protected] (11:34 am) is generated. But i have no received the cylinder. Again visit gas agency tell me my problem we are say gas car delay so late cylinder delivery.. Every month problem this face. Plz do anything and solve this problem asap.
