All staff are cheater. They are thief of petrol on petrol pump. Manger also support to staff.
14/7/17 night 210 rs. Petrol ordered... But usine thik se nahi diya. Or bile dene. Se mana kar diya staff ne. 10 km ke bad meri bick bich raste me stop ho gai. So 15/7/17 muze bahut sehna pada. So is complain ki puri jach honi chahia.

    This is to inform you that i am not receiving my subsidy from july 2016 onwards in to my bank account. Please, resolve the issue as subsidy is very necessary for us. Last three subsidies from july 2016 to july 2017 was not credited in to my account.

      Karan filling station sector 52 chd is doing cheating with customers by putting oil without clearing old meter reading. They try to fool the customer that oil that has been putted in their vehicle is this much whereas they do not do the meter zero before starting many a times. When i caught them doing so they told me to take slip of the payment that i have done. They done this 3 times and i tried to contact to there manager also regarding the same but manager do not bother to attend to my complaint. I called them around 4 times. Meanwhile, i request indian oil to take strict action against them for the same.

        My consumer no. Is cx[protected] having booking with rohit indane gas services, konankunte, bangalore. Previously our agency was anusha indane gas co. Bsk 2nd stage, but the same is transferred to present agency suddenly without our consent/information. We had good service from previous agency but the present agency is harassing me in the matter of refill delivery since day one. Present booking was confirmed on 8/7/17 vide booking no.415362 and voucher no.[protected] and automatically cancelled on 10/7/17 with a reason "door lock" which is not true. The agent has not attempted delivery and has given false reason. Till day he is giving unreasonable excuses for not delivering the refill and asking me rs.100.00 as extra to be paid to the delivery boy if we need the refill. I am a lady, senior citizen, with arthritis complaint and the agency is harassing me in the matter of refill delivery. Please take up the matter and resolve with fair justice.

          Today I go to IOCL petrol pump situated at Bishnah Baribrahmina road near Chak avtara Bishnah he filled premium oil without intimation and when I told him for the same the person who filled is very arogent and ask me not to visit the pump again

          The gas name has been changed but bank account linked to gas in bank but it not shown in Indian distributer computer why
          I cant login
          when i tried to login and when i put my password and click submit button then it automatic takes long password and i unable to login.

            I filled rs.300/- petrol in my pulsar bike, a day after it come in reserve, hardly i travel 20km. I filled the petrol from indian oil fuel station 1/3, 2-52/1/3, hitech city road, phase 2, kavuri hills, madhapur, hyderabad, telangana 500081.

            I asked the guy to fill rs.300/- petrol, first he filled rs.100/- petrol and then put a pretty face and said oh! You need 300/- petrol to fill, then he start again and handed the bill to me.

            This thing happen to one of my friend also. This branch is cheating public. So please take actions on this fuel station.

                Refill cylinder on 2.07.2017 and the message is received my mobile.
                Refill no-466319. I have received another message on 3.7.2017 that the cash memo no - [protected] (11:34 am) is generated. But i have no received the cylinder. Again visit gas agency tell me my problem we are say gas car delay so late cylinder delivery.. Every month problem this face. Plz do anything and solve this problem asap.                   I have book the gas cylinder on receipt no.798602, but cylinder not delivered, and none pick up the phone, neither agency person nor field officer and customer care. And when i want to book again by the ph no. [protected] the voice come over the ph. That your cylinder has been delivered.
                  And this is third time and i have made complaint every time, none action has been taken kindly do the needful.

                    The compliant is against the indane gas agency by name m/s. Aashisu indane gas agency, hegde nagar, bangalore - 560 077. I am holder of consumer number cx10718819. I have booked the refill cylinder on 22.06.2017 and the message is received that the same is booked vide reference no.290340 and the expected delivery will be in 7-9 days. I have received another message on 30.06.2017 that the cash memo no.[protected] is generated and the cylinder will be delivered shortly. The very same day another message is received saying that the cylinder is delivered. But i have neither received the cylinder nor got any phone call/message from the delivery boy. Immediately when contacted the delivery boy says that he is on leave and to enquire at their office. Immediately when i contacted the agency office, the girls at the front end are giving elusive reply and said that they will send the cylinder on the next morning. Repeatedly i have visited their office from 01.07.2017 till 04.07.2017 and it is for my surprise that i have received another message that the refill is booked under reference no.[protected] in my account again on 04.07.2017, and that the delivery will be in 9-11 days. I was running out of gas at my house and spent lot of money in buying food from hotels. My repeated requests fell in the deaf ears of the agency. Finally, my luck came only on 10.07.2017 after several visits to the agency office, the cylinder is delivered under a duplicate cash memo no.[protected] dated 03.07.2017.

                    This is my second consequent experience with the said agency.
                    How is it possible for a housewife to follow up for a refill cylinder with this kind of irresponsible agencies? Why the govt. Do not think of revoking their licence.

                    There is every possibility of selling the cylinders booked by the domestic consumers to the business entities by this agency at a premium rates.
                    Enquiry may be caused and appropriate action to be initiated against the said agency.

I visited 6 to 7 times to this agency till now they now given me consumer number, nearly it is 1 year happend, plz solve my problem as soon as possible

                        I filled up diesel from taxi men's services, iocl dealer in dindoshi, goregoan east. Yesterday night, on my tata safari ex 2.2 model, which has a fuel capacity of 65 liters. But last night this refueling station gave me a tank ful of 65.27 liters, this s when i had some reserve fuel remaining.
                        Thus i suspect some discrepancies in the meter or out of calibration. Please do the needful. Attaching the invoice

It is very regreted that, the staff of pritiraj filling station had denied to recieve coin and miss behaved me. I want to know that what is the provison of your dealer?                             Gas leak through cylinder bottom complaint no.354557,
                            This happend from last night, yesterday only nre cylinder was replaced because gas exaust, and when we saw in the morning today to open gas cylender nob on off button, just shocked to observe the cylinder bottom all most 6 inches cylinder body was covered with like deep fridge ice formation.

                            Immediately rang up to 1906, and they took the complaint & given the no.354557. Also advised to contact the local dealer to help, as it was tried but invain, nobody returned after calling so many times one person by name mr. Srinivas came from banjara hills area, though he is not connected to our area, he has seen & found that the cylinder bottom is leaking, as per his advise we kept the cylinder outside of our premises.

                            Hence requested kindly do the needful, need to replace the gas cylinder from company supply, immediately in very first hour tomorrow morning i. E.[protected], by 10.00 a. M only.

                            We got panic to observe the situation, so far no body attended, other than our neighbors.

                              I have no any debit card or credit card and also atm card . I have only coin of 10 rupees . I had filled petrol Rs, 225.00 . and gave (Rs, 225.00 ) full amount of coin . but the staff of pritiraj filling station had denied me and miss behaved me . it is my request to you pls take necessary action .

                                Sir/madam,
                                This is to tell u that everytime the gas delivery man comes he always asks for tips and we have to pay more than the actual price if we don't give him the tip he also uses abusive language as he wont return the change for the money given. Today also even when the actual price was 574 but we gave him tip of 10 rs he still demanded money and told where will i keep this change and abused for not giving more money then we spoke to miss tohina but no one came to return the change so we went to complain straight away in varalakshmi agency:no 18/41, 7 th cross street, shenoy nagar west, chennai-600030 no:[protected], 26211041, 26211042 there we said this to ms. Tohina she called up the delivery man asked him to return the money and then only he came home and returned the change but this will surely repeat so please see to this complain

                                  I had applied for a new connection in June 02, 2017 (Registration no: N170528177230167423288) which I never got as the distributor said 1st he has not received the money in his account despite of giving him the transaction receipt sent by indane. 2nd the distributer's representative made a report, in that report he wrote about no separate kitchen. The dealer's response is not good regarding the online payment, which was made by me.
                                  Finally after waiting for 1 months I have cancelled the request online on July 4th 2017, but I have not received the money yet. I don't understand what's wrong with Indane. No one is able to assist or attend a query on toll free([protected]) . I want my money back asap.

                                    On 06/07/2017 I have filled Diesel for Rs.475 from Sri Venkateshwara Petrol pump at NES, Yelahanka, Bangalore for my Duster Vehicle. (Diesel price on 06/07/2017 is Rs. 54.52 /Ltr). Petrol pump’s fuel meter showed 8.71 Ltr of diesel. [Before filling fuel my car’s fuel indicator was showing that it can run approximately 80km with the existing fuel. Which means approximately 6lts of Diesel must be there in tank. (I have taken my existing mileage which is 13.5, ie, 80/13.5=5.92).] So a total of 14.71 Ltr Diesel should be there in tank after filling for Rs 475. Duster fuel indicator has 9 bars and the tank capacity is 50 Ltr. (Approximately 5.5Ltr for one bar). So I should see at least 2 bar in my car’s fuel indicator. (Actually 2.67 bar). But it is not even showing a single bar and the fuel indicator is showing red colour. Which clearly indicating that they have actually not even filled 5Ltr of Diesel. Definitely they are manipulating the machine and cheating IOCL customers. I have experienced similar experience from this petrol pump earlier also. Kindly do the needful for cheating customers like this and also please make sure to get the ample compensation from them.

                                      Dear Authorities,

                                      Today i visited in Maheshwari Service Station Side A main Road, Geeta Colony and this thing happened to me for fourth time, first the operator will fill the petrol for less amount and tell my mistake i entered this amount, then they will fill remaining amount, the first filled amount of petrol will not be filled.

                                      Please register the complaint and otherwise we will make a petition in court

                                        My consumer No. is TSV 19 25. My Gas Agency is Salt Lake Gas Agency, I have not received subsidy for order No.[protected] dated 26.05.17. Delivery date 29.05.17, Cash Memo No.[protected]. Subsidy Amount Rs.205.23. I have contacted the bank as well as the Gas Agency in the matter a number of times. But none of them have been able to provide any help in the matter. It is a matter of great pity. I am an old man and running from here to there for no fault of mine. Please look into the matter immediately and arrange to get my subsidy credited in my bank account o[censored]nited Bank of India without any further delay.
