Sir/madam,
This is to tell u that everytime the gas delivery man comes he always asks for tips and we have to pay more than the actual price if we don't give him the tip he also uses abusive language as he wont return the change for the money given. Today also even when the actual price was 574 but we gave him tip of 10 rs he still demanded money and told where will i keep this change and abused for not giving more money then we spoke to miss tohina but no one came to return the change so we went to complain straight away in varalakshmi agency:no 18/41, 7 th cross street, shenoy nagar west, chennai-600030 no:[protected], 26211041, 26211042 there we said this to ms. Tohina she called up the delivery man asked him to return the money and then only he came home and returned the change but this will surely repeat so please see to this complain

    I had applied for a new connection in June 02, 2017 (Registration no: N170528177230167423288) which I never got as the distributor said 1st he has not received the money in his account despite of giving him the transaction receipt sent by indane. 2nd the distributer's representative made a report, in that report he wrote about no separate kitchen. The dealer's response is not good regarding the online payment, which was made by me.
    Finally after waiting for 1 months I have cancelled the request online on July 4th 2017, but I have not received the money yet. I don't understand what's wrong with Indane. No one is able to assist or attend a query on toll free([protected]) . I want my money back asap.

      On 06/07/2017 I have filled Diesel for Rs.475 from Sri Venkateshwara Petrol pump at NES, Yelahanka, Bangalore for my Duster Vehicle. (Diesel price on 06/07/2017 is Rs. 54.52 /Ltr). Petrol pump’s fuel meter showed 8.71 Ltr of diesel. [Before filling fuel my car’s fuel indicator was showing that it can run approximately 80km with the existing fuel. Which means approximately 6lts of Diesel must be there in tank. (I have taken my existing mileage which is 13.5, ie, 80/13.5=5.92).] So a total of 14.71 Ltr Diesel should be there in tank after filling for Rs 475. Duster fuel indicator has 9 bars and the tank capacity is 50 Ltr. (Approximately 5.5Ltr for one bar). So I should see at least 2 bar in my car’s fuel indicator. (Actually 2.67 bar). But it is not even showing a single bar and the fuel indicator is showing red colour. Which clearly indicating that they have actually not even filled 5Ltr of Diesel. Definitely they are manipulating the machine and cheating IOCL customers. I have experienced similar experience from this petrol pump earlier also. Kindly do the needful for cheating customers like this and also please make sure to get the ample compensation from them.

        Dear Authorities,

        Today i visited in Maheshwari Service Station Side A main Road, Geeta Colony and this thing happened to me for fourth time, first the operator will fill the petrol for less amount and tell my mistake i entered this amount, then they will fill remaining amount, the first filled amount of petrol will not be filled.

        Please register the complaint and otherwise we will make a petition in court

          My consumer No. is TSV 19 25. My Gas Agency is Salt Lake Gas Agency, I have not received subsidy for order No.[protected] dated 26.05.17. Delivery date 29.05.17, Cash Memo No.[protected]. Subsidy Amount Rs.205.23. I have contacted the bank as well as the Gas Agency in the matter a number of times. But none of them have been able to provide any help in the matter. It is a matter of great pity. I am an old man and running from here to there for no fault of mine. Please look into the matter immediately and arrange to get my subsidy credited in my bank account o[censored]nited Bank of India without any further delay.

            The capacity of feul tank of my vehicle is 45 ltrs and it was already containing aprox. 7-8 ltrs diesel.
            I took it to "SINGH FUELS" situated at 37, Udyog nagar, nemawar road, Palda, Indore for diesel refuelling and asked to make it full tank. The vendor filled it and the meter was showing 46 ltrs. It is veey much clear that the vendor's machine was inaccurate and was charging more than the actual quantity.
            It is an illegal and false practice which should be considered for a suitable action.
            Kindly look forward into the matter and I am also makinh complaint to its concerned govt athorities.

              SIR, Please make arrangements of pure RO drinking water and dynamo generator on your out let at sumitra petroleum on akot anjangaon road, near karla ta. Akot dist .Akola . As it is rular area electric supply is never assured, every time when electric supply goes off your delear never starts the generator as it is not in working condition, so customers have to suffer due to it. Secondly there is no provision of pure drinking water supply, and on asking for drinking water they answers arrogently as they are bahubalis of this area. third thing sir, on this petrol pump outletlet customer complaint number or sales executive cell number is not highlighted anywhere, so sir I do request you to solve this problems of your consumers and also punish this bahubalis as soon as possible.                 This complaint is about an Indian Oil fuel distributor/retailer/dealer named Aakash Agencies, 2, Rattan Bazaar, Chennai - 600003.
                Of late, this is not the first time that I have encountered this issue with the fuel station. Whenever I go to this fuel station and ask to refill petrol for 100 bucks the staff personnel fills it either for 40 or 50 rupees pretending as if they never listened to what I said. They divert the customers when you are about to look at the calibration meter. In my recent encounter, the staff was trying to divert me (asking me to keep my helmet down on the platform) and he refilled petrol for 40 rupees even before I could look up at the calibration meter. Every staff is a trained fraudster in playing these tactics and I have encountered the same issue with almost every staff. Please take action against this dealer who has cheated so many customers till date.

                  My name is Mrs PRABHA SINGH, my Consumer Number : CX10674648 and my current Distributor : AGNIHOTRI GAS SERVICE, Noida, LPG Id :[protected]

                  I have been repeated harassed by the manager Mrs Anita on registering request for gas refill, she often refuses to take my calls or makes false commitments and updates false status of cancellation of refill/delivered status without any information on my end. The agency has not been providing the promised services to me and has been a source of constant harassment being a working woman.

                      My LPG con no 08926 was at msd whole sale con co op society Berhampore W B since 1994. Now tsfr my LPG connection toSarkar Indane Berhampore far away from my home.On my request, the connection tsfrd to Msd W S Con from Sarkar Indane on 12 04 17 &new consumer no [protected].But on 28 04 17 my LPG connection was again tsfrd to Sarkar Indane without my consent. The matter already informed to Exe Director Dhakuria & Area Manager Kolkata vide my application dt 24 May 17.No action have been taken so far. You are requested to return the LPG connection from Sarkar Indane to Msd W S Con Co Op Berhampore Murshidabad W B at the earliest & relief me from harassment.

                        Sir, on 02/07/2017 i had ordered 200 rs petrol to fill tank i already had petrol of 2 liters in it (Honda activa 4g) bike (Fuel capacity 5.3 litres). He filled petrol but tank shown not full. I think reading shown in bunk is fraud cheating with customers. I had payed through paytm.

                          Today morning 02.07.2017 went to benzy petroleum to fill petrol 100rs in my bike, but one of the lady staff misbehaved with me very rudely, while I given 2000 rs for change. In front of others she insulted me. For the 100 rs I heard so many bad words from that lady. Really I was shocked to seen her attitude. So as a customer I requesting please to be give a strict instructions to these kind of staffs how to keep a good manner and relationship with a customer.

                              Hi, My name is shiva Bhaskar and am posting this complaint from bangalore kr puram. Indane Gas agency (cauvery indane agency ) delivery boy charges 30Rs extra everytime the cylinder is delivered and my brother used to pay him extra. today he asked 39 extra, when my wife refused to pay, he was very rude & says its his right to take extra amount.
                              I doubt these posts will even me checked and these complaints will be considered. If any responsible person is reading this, then we would kindly request you people to take action against this.

                                I m a customer of Indian gas and my agency is cookwell gas service Ludhiana.my customer no is 008378.i have done one online refill booking on dated June23, 2017 through net banking from my IOB account.Booking not confirmed but payment of Rs 603.50 debit from my account.As per my bank record, amount transferred to your concern branch.

                                  Assured to deliver in 4 days, but nothing proceed it from last 10 days. This happens to me three times before. Every time need to contact distributor for delivery, then why option provide for online booking.

                                    I have booked indane lpg cylinder online. Cust no: cx19091506.
                                    Its been delivered through agency j n enterprises btm 1st stage. We dont take subsidy. The delivery boy keeps the cylinder inside kitchen in 1st floor. So i give away 10 or 20rs to them as tip. For the past few months, the delivery boy demands 30rs and i do tell him to take back the cylinder if hes demanding money. I complained about this to the agency as well but no use. This time i gave him 20rs and again he demanded for 30rs. When i said no, he took the cylinder back. He talks very rudely and doesnt have manners at all. What i can do to escalate this matter. I dont want get into a verbal abuse next time. Please help.

                                      I'm ranganathan - indane gas consumer no. 3127. My distributor for cylinders is sri selvi indane gas agency - karambakkam - porur. I had surrendered both of my cylidners to the distributor under safe custody. Now, while i'm asking for getting it again, the distributor is asking to take a new connection instead of releasing the safe custody. By this activity the distributor is asking for an extra deposit amount of rs.1, 400/- for both the cylinders put together.
