This complaint is regarding TYAGI PETROLEUM in West enclave Delhi this petrol pump is having both petrol and CNG service which I think is good but on the other side management problem on the main entry they are having their CNG machines and on the other hand there is no guard to control traffic. I must say the cars are on each other which creates a huge dissatisfaction to me and when this much traffic is there on petroleum it can be found...

Drivers asking more money than the amount in cash memo and if not given then threatening. Complaint given to distributor but no reply. Second time same thing happening. They are also collecting more amount from others.

I have indane gas lpg connection vide consumer no.[protected], registered mobile number [protected], presently subsidy in indusland bank, i want my subsidy in sbi so, i delink aadhar with sbi and again link with sbi in march 2017 but subsidy is not come in sbi account. Sbi is ready to give a proof of linking of aadhar, talked many times with ioc customer care but nothing did, kindly do the needful, thanks...

Please took some action as soon as possible against vicky agency b-15 shopping centre tagore garden newdelhi. We booked our cylinder on 15 june and mam said lpg gas cylinder get delivered in 4 days. But 8 days has been passed and no delivery take place. We running out of cylinder.

Sir i purchased 46 ltr. Petrol (Rs.2605/) cash memo no-82815 (From sushanti filling station sector-6 lsc, phase-1 dwarka, new delhi-75) in my swift dezire dl9cab8524. After two and half k/m my car suddenly switchoff. I tried to start but not. Then i call magic auto service customer care service center, mechanic come but he also not solve the starting problem. As as we a delivery boy in iocl distribution given to veeresh gas agency. We the are the delivery boys in veeresh gas agency we are not getting paid to our work the distributer veeresh gas agency is paying only 4000 some delivery boy and 7000 for some boys. They are not providing any facilities given by iocl. If we ask hike in salary they we tell the amount they are giving is high and they will not give more and scold in volger words to delivery...

The indian oil petrol bunk located in adyar is cheated me last week, i asked the person to put petrol for rs.200 for my bike, he said the petrol tank outer is dusted and asked me clean. Mean while he had put for only rs.100. I told him 200.
Then again he had put petrol for 101.25. I was confused how can they put for 101.25. After going home i saw the petrol is not filled for 200. Then i realized that's why he diverted me saying the...

Dear sir, due to wrong click on opt out of subsidy option, it has been activated, scheme which has been mistakly set to give to subsidy kindly tel me.. Plz give me subsidy in my account. And my annual income is less than ten lakhs. I had wrongly gave up my gas subsidy which i like to withdraw. I like to avail the benefit of gas subsidy.

I am a customer of m/s geeta gas agency, golaganj, lucknow, up. My customer id is cx[protected]. I had booked my domestic gas cylinder on 09.06.17 but till date i couldn't received my cylinder.
On phone booking system it shows they have delivered booking o[censored]pto 15.06.17.
Then where is my cylinder? Why they do not delivered my cylinder?
On calling no one picks phone???...

This is to inform you that it was wrongly enrolled the “give it up” subsidy option for my lpg connection by one of my family members who is ignorant to understand english words. So, i request you kindly to deactivate this enrollment, my consumer no. [protected]. So that i can avail the lpg cylinders in subsidized prices. Today i have been at ioc petroleum located at utran at 11:45 pm (21/06/2017).

But unfortunately i was surprised to hear from one of the staff that pump is closed and he is unable to fill fuel.

I can see that all pumps is on but after my humble request he strongly refused to fill and said that i have right to close pump at 11:00 pm, he switched off all pumps before me, i want to...

This is in regard of my experience with a indian oil petrol pump at sec:38 gurugram, near medanta hospital (A square filling station).

My complain is as bellow:
Today on 21st june, i approached this petrol pump to fill fuel in my car. I asked them to fill the diesel for rs 500. By the time a fuel station guy came and started talking with me (Like; sir average kitni hai gaadi ki and all that) so that i dont see the meter...

I have filled petrol from kapithan's fules on[protected] for 1500/- rupees. Later on[protected] i have got a message that rs. 43.13 deducted from your account for service charge. I here with attaching the proof for the above mentioned. Normaly when you do transaction with debit card normally will get money back instead of deducting. So kindly look in to the matter very seriously and refund the money at the earliest and take neccesary action...

I filled petrol of rs 200 from dullapura petrol pump at 1000 hrs on 07 jun 2017.in the first second the meter shot to 60/- and the filling of rest took another 30 seconds. The person at the pump said that my eyes are weak, as i couldnot see properly. Talks to your executive turned futile. He didnot turn up as he told. The owner called me and tried to persuade.
Please initiate and intimate me accordingly.

I have applied for subsidy and all formalities related to same is completed six months back. As per my income i am entitled for subsidy which is below 10 lakh. I was getting subsidy before my retirement after retirement i have shifted from delhi to vadodra and during transfer of connection my subsidy was removed when my income has gone down.

Redg. No-09196, done a booking on 28.05.2017 vide no-433579 than received a massage for generating cash memo vide no-[protected] on 09.06.2017 after that received another massage on 13.06.2017 informed that cash memo no - [protected] stands cancelled. Fact was informed to the dealer as per dealer help another cash memo vide no - [protected] genarated and received the cylinder on 13.06.2017 but till date i have not received my subsidy amount...

Iam sivashankar from coimbatore. Iam very comfortable in paying for fuel through card payment. But many bunks in my place they are saying card payment is accepted only for above 100₹ and suppose rarely any bunk allows they are not putting for exact litre. They are forced me to pay round off amount example 70₹, 80₹. Kindly take a strong action in these petrol bunks....

I have booked refill on line booking system with booking number 434651, my consumer number is 13299. On 1/06/2017. Later 19 days not delivered gas cylinder till date. I have inquiry at amerdip gas agency with phonically the operator said that your refill booking still cancelled, without any reason & said if you want rebook your cylinder.
Please take n/a, and without my concern in writing not close this complain. I am fully unsatisfied...

My lpg regtn. Was done in 2015 on submission of aadhar card. Was getting su bsidy in m y a/c till march, 2016. And then su bsidyt stoped.in july2016 i linked my aadhar number online.
