I have booked indane lpg cylinder online. Cust no: cx19091506.
Its been delivered through agency j n enterprises btm 1st stage. We dont take subsidy. The delivery boy keeps the cylinder inside kitchen in 1st floor. So i give away 10 or 20rs to them as tip. For the past few months, the delivery boy demands 30rs and i do tell him to take back the cylinder if hes demanding money. I complained about this to the agency as well but no use. This time i gave him 20rs and again he demanded for 30rs. When i said no, he took the cylinder back. He talks very rudely and doesnt have manners at all. What i can do to escalate this matter. I dont want get into a verbal abuse next time. Please help.

I'm ranganathan - indane gas consumer no. 3127. My distributor for cylinders is sri selvi indane gas agency - karambakkam - porur. I had surrendered both of my cylidners to the distributor under safe custody. Now, while i'm asking for getting it again, the distributor is asking to take a new connection instead of releasing the safe custody. By this activity the distributor is asking for an extra deposit amount of rs.1, 400/- for both the cylinders put together.

I am making a complaint against panwar filling station, hardwar bye pass road, dehradun regarding non provision of air to fill in the tires when ever i go to top up petrol in my car. It happens every time and not occasionally, with a rude reply/an excuse by the person filling the petrol. It is invariably after one has filled the petrol that a negative reply is given. I have reported this to the owner/manager also but they just laugh it out as a joke but never take any action, probably confident that no action will ever be taken by the authorities. Just to prove my point i enquired from a few friends/colleagues also who confirmed with the same problem at this gas station.
Hope some action is taken to ensure that this essential service is provided with a stern warning to the owner.

Petrol price in shaktinagar sonbhadra is rs 66.95 today but the oudh service station charged me rs 71.17... They are charging this rate 71.17 per liter for years...

Instead of several complaints no action has been taken by your concerned officer...
It is not personal issue... It's for all people..

I request you to please look into this serious public issue..

Refill booking always takes more than 15-20 days for delivery that too after numerous complaints.
Delivery person always asks for extra money while delivering the cylinder. If not given he talks rudely n threatened next time they will leave cylinder in the ground floor only. Our house is in first floor n same is mentioned in the registered address. Delivery person says we can complain anywhere but he will not deliver tge cylinder at our door unless we pay him extra tgan the memo amount.

Good morning, my name is john britto. My gas cylinder booking number is 691652. I got message from ioc that the gas will be delivered within 4-6 days. It is 27 and i still didn't get my gas. I booked my gas on 13-6-17. It happened several times with me. But i didn't complained about it. I hope that you would consider this matter seriously and take action as soon as possible.

Yesterday afternoon (25/06/2017) i went to indian oil naraina petrol pump - ajit motors (Adhoc) and asked the vendor to put 500rs petrol in my car - dl3cba6826. At the time of delivery i checked zero and 500, but the petrol meter of my car did not go up at the time. I thought it would be a problem of my car, but then after 30 minutes also when i reached home (6 km away) the needle still showed empty. Today, i took my car to the petrol pump near my house (3km away) and got petrol for 500rs more. The needle instantly went up. I am 100% sure that the petrol was not put in properly and i was cheated. The bill no. Is 25038. I request you to please look into the matter and refund my money. These kind of things are unexpected from indianoil.

This complaint is regarding TYAGI PETROLEUM in West enclave Delhi this petrol pump is having both petrol and CNG service which I think is good but on the other side management problem on the main entry they are having their CNG machines and on the other hand there is no guard to control traffic. I must say the cars are on each other which creates a huge dissatisfaction to me and when this much traffic is there on petroleum it can be found so risky that can take many lifes just think to much traffic near CNG area and the one who is filling CNG gets disappointed and his full attention towards traffic can create massive distribution.
Know when I am saying to the staff to come with complaint register he says that I can't give you his name is Dalip and the other one is Rohit which are ON DUTY and then I say give me the no. Of you manager what they say is very funny sahab vo so gai hoge kl by krna.
What kind of staff is this please take action to this complaint as fast as you can

Drivers asking more money than the amount in cash memo and if not given then threatening. Complaint given to distributor but no reply. Second time same thing happening. They are also collecting more amount from others.

I have indane gas lpg connection vide consumer no.[protected], registered mobile number [protected], presently subsidy in indusland bank, i want my subsidy in sbi so, i delink aadhar with sbi and again link with sbi in march 2017 but subsidy is not come in sbi account. Sbi is ready to give a proof of linking of aadhar, talked many times with ioc customer care but nothing did, kindly do the needful, thanks

Please took some action as soon as possible against vicky agency b-15 shopping centre tagore garden newdelhi. We booked our cylinder on 15 june and mam said lpg gas cylinder get delivered in 4 days. But 8 days has been passed and no delivery take place. We running out of cylinder.

Sir i purchased 46 ltr. Petrol (Rs.2605/) cash memo no-82815 (From sushanti filling station sector-6 lsc, phase-1 dwarka, new delhi-75) in my swift dezire dl9cab8524. After two and half k/m my car suddenly switchoff. I tried to start but not. Then i call magic auto service customer care service center, mechanic come but he also not solve the starting problem. Then i call crane and carry car to magi service center, mayapuri. Mechanic inspect engine and he said that the mixing petrol is problem of my car. He give one ltr. Of petrol from engineside as a sample.
I come to petrol pump and meet manager and owner. He outrightly rejected my argument. Then i registered a complain in his complain book and a written application to s. H. O. Sector-9 dwarka police station.

As as we a delivery boy in iocl distribution given to veeresh gas agency. We the are the delivery boys in veeresh gas agency we are not getting paid to our work the distributer veeresh gas agency is paying only 4000 some delivery boy and 7000 for some boys. They are not providing any facilities given by iocl. If we ask hike in salary they we tell the amount they are giving is high and they will not give more and scold in volger words to delivery...

The indian oil petrol bunk located in adyar is cheated me last week, i asked the person to put petrol for rs.200 for my bike, he said the petrol tank outer is dusted and asked me clean. Mean while he had put for only rs.100. I told him 200.
Then again he had put petrol for 101.25. I was confused how can they put for 101.25. After going home i saw the petrol is not filled for 200. Then i realized that's why he diverted me saying the tank is dusted and he had put petrol for only rs.100.

This is very very cheap and fraudulent activity of this petrol bunk. The guys who are working there should ashamed of doing these kind of things.

Dear sir, due to wrong click on opt out of subsidy option, it has been activated, scheme which has been mistakly set to give to subsidy kindly tel me.. Plz give me subsidy in my account. And my annual income is less than ten lakhs. I had wrongly gave up my gas subsidy which i like to withdraw. I like to avail the benefit of gas subsidy.

I am a customer of m/s geeta gas agency, golaganj, lucknow, up. My customer id is cx[protected]. I had booked my domestic gas cylinder on 09.06.17 but till date i couldn't received my cylinder.

Then where is my cylinder? Why they do not delivered my cylinder?

This is to inform you that it was wrongly enrolled the “give it up” subsidy option for my lpg connection by one of my family members who is ignorant to understand english words. So, i request you kindly to deactivate this enrollment, my consumer no. [protected]. So that i can avail the lpg cylinders in subsidized prices. It's my humble request to kindly deactivate my “giveitup” option and credit my subsidy in my account as i don’t want to lose my subsidy. I want to avail to subsidy cylinder.
