Subsidy has yet to receive till date. Subsidy for above supply was pending on the pretext that aadhar had been delinked but on 17/5/17 aadhar was linked by the bank though subsidy was not deposited to bank a/c. Again, on 24/5/17, aadhar had been linked, but no subsidy as on date has been paid to customer's s/b a/c. Please pay the subsidy to customer's/b a/c as furnished and practised earlier. Pl. As a bonafide and eligible cusmoter, i have been availing subsidy so far and for this first time, i am yet to receive subsidy in indane gas for the refilled cylinder vide dt. 3/5/17 till date. I am manish kumar. My indane consumer no. Is cx9134733. Agency - shingeri enterprises, gurgaon haryana, ph[protected].in the last one year, this is the fourth time that my cylinder has lasted only 60%of the normal time period.

The indane delivery people are perhaps using some advanced methods to steal lpg from cylinder, replace it with some other liquid and refix the seal, so that customer could not claim any tempering.

Indane authorities should carry out snap check on the contents of cylinders in gurgaon and punish the agency as well as delivery persons if any abnormalities are noticed.

There is this petrol pump on nh-2 named faridabad fuel station near ajronda chowk. They fill petrol without showing zero meter reading and will continue the meter from previous reading. There will be two men one will distract you and another one will fill the petrol. One of the persons name is gopal.

I want serious action to be taken against them.

Before 2 days i went to fill up petrol in my activa around 8:00 am at iocl kankaria ahmedabad petrol pump for rs 100. I remember in rs 100, 1.45 ltr petrol showing in digital meter. Today my petrol tank was empty and i am surprised that i have not taken any long trip or gone to outside my home only 15 to 20 km in 2 days my vehicle is running. So iocl kankaria petrol pump staff was cheated me. So i think this is what we kind say enjoy with public money.

Sir, i have registered my name for online gas booking, in that i registered my user name swapnilchavada, the password i forgotten then after click on forget passward i got the mail for passward reset, but the link send by iocl team through mail is not opening and getting time out. Due to this i unable to set the passward my mail is rajendra. [protected]@stisanoh.com. Please the further steps may please be intimate to me how to change/set the password, pl reply to this email. Pl. Refer to my compt. No sr 3109209. I am not satisfied withthe reply. Aadharcard was submitted at time of registration under pahal in20015. Subsidi was regulary coming to my a/c up to 30.06.2016. Then after subsidy payment stoped. Again aadhar no. Was linked by me in july 2016 online. There after subsidy was paid for two refil only. Again subsidy payment stoped details of memos against which payment not received are given in above complant. Pl. Look in to the matter and pay the subsidy.

Today around 9:00 am, petrol pump person pours lessor petrol without entering the amount. When i said the needle didn't shows the 100rs petrol they told me that it always shows this in every vehicle and no worry to take tension but i know they stole the petrol and pour lessor amount of petrol in my vehicle. Petrol pump located in sogariya, kota, rajasthan.

The indian oil petrol pump in vile parle west - patco clearly tried to cheat me by charging rs.500 more this morning. After filling the petrol, he charged me rs.3100 and took the credit card payment for the same. When i asked for the bill, i realised a clear case of cheating. He had charged me for 40 odd litres when my car tank upper limit is 35 litres. I stepped out of the car to check the readings and i was shocked that the amount was actually 2468.04 for 31.46 litres and he still charged me rs.3100/-. After fighting with him, he returned the balance amount in cash rs.532, and flippantly said that he had not seen the readings right. That was a blatant lie!! Also, my tank which is just of 35 litres still had over 8 litres of petrol atleast. However, the meter still showed 31.46 litres.

The people and the meter at patco petrol pump in vile parle west are cheats and i would not recommend anyone to fill petrol there!

इस चित्तोड़ के ओछड़ी आयल डिपो से रोजाना लगभग 200 टेंकर में डीज़ल, पेट्रोल और केरोसिन भरकर आस पास पंप आदि जगह भेजा जाता है जिसमे से 90%टेंकर अपना ट्रेक छोड़ रोड से नीचे उतर कर ढाबो के पीछे जा कर आयल निकाल कर चोरी करते और आयल डिपो में बेठा कर्मचारी सब कुछ जीपीएस सिस्टम से देखता है फिर भी टेंकरो के खिलाफ एक्शन नहीं लेता और ब्लैक मार्केटिंग बढ़ रही और टेंकर मालिको से डिपो कर्मचारी मिल यह खेल कर रहे हे इसकी जांच करावे और दोषियों के विरुद्ध कार्यवाही करे

M/s rajaram indane gramin gas vitrak, distt - amethi has demanded 9100/- for new gas connection, force sale of hot plate etc., not providing details of 9100/-. Since last 2 yrs pending.. Owner refused to issue and told that everyone is charging the demanded amount and i have to pay the penalty to indian oil.. So company has allowed us to collect from consumers.

With above details i booked a refill and it was delivered on 29.5.2017. I stoo got message in my cell that the gas refill was delivered to me. Usually i got the subsidy within 3 days. This time even asfter seven days the subsidy amount was not credited sto my sstate bank of india, selaiyur. Chennai branch account.

I tried to contact their toll free no.[protected]. But it was unresponsive and not attended to. I find no email complaint form with indian oil corporation.

In the circumstances i am placing complaint with this august forum for appropriate early remedy.

I got myself duly registered and also tagged my aadhar no.[protected] with my lpg connection. I did get subsidy a couple of times but now it is not being credited to my sbi a/c no. [protected] which i requested for crediting.
Your urgent attention is solicited.

My consumer no.2770. I have booked cylinder on 03 /05/2017 thru Chinthamani. I have recd meesage on 17/05/2017 for delivering of cylinder. I have recd message as your cylinder delivered on 30/05/2017.
But I have not recd cylindet till today.
I have made a ring to chinthamani but they are not lifting the phone.

My gas cylinder knob is not getting pressed after turning on gas regulator attached to the gas cylinder. My regulator is 100% ok! I am unable to lit the gas burner for cooking food! At Shree Laxmi petrol pump at Nasik Mumbai highway at Igatpuri I observed streng experience today on 4/6/2017 5.30 pm. It is my usual place of filling fuel in way to Mumbai. I filled up diesel worth Rs3440/- and the attendant said he will not accept card because card machine is not working. When I refused to cash he said he will lose customers waiting if he goes to office for swapping the card. He also told this to tow other vehicles who left without refuelling. But on my insistence he accepted payment. This is highly objectionable. Why they don't have wifi swapping machines at pump what we need to go to their office. Please take action and intimate. My indane gas consumer no. is 38420 with Monmohini Gas Service, Durgapur, Paschim Bhardhaman, West Bengal. Today (03/06/2017) when the delivery boy came to delivered the cylinder he demand extra money as my wife deny to give the extra money and she told him to change the old cylinder then the boy replied that you will get this type of cylinder with this money. That is if we don't pay extra money to him then he delivered that type of old cylinder. Even the delivery boy did not do any pre-deliveed check. Please do the needful.
