      I have a domestic LPG connection and my consumer No is CX 14116842. I have booked LPG refill on 26 Apr 2017, but the same has not delivered till date. My distributor (Shekhawati Gas Agency, Jhunjhunu) repeatedly denying the home delivery. I have made complaints many time for the same but, the distributor isn't change their response. IOC official is requested to issue necessary instruction to deliver LPG refill in its stipulated time.

      I am using indane gas cylender.when I order a new booking I got the seal open every time.Where can I complaint .is there any complaint number where I can complaint.If they are sending open seal then why they are using seal.

        I purchased petrol for scooty of amount rs. 100. But i received only half the petrol as per meter reading of scooty. Before me one person purchased petrol of rs. 50, after which petrol was given to me. Please corelate invoice no 239489 and 239490 dated[protected] at nozzle no. 2. the meter was not reset to zero before giving me the petrol. I braught this to the notice of saleslady, but she refused to accept it and gave me the receipt.

          Hi, my lpg id is[protected] and consumer no. - [protected]
          Name - maneesh garg
          I’m not getting lpg subsidy in my bank account. when i complained to the local dealer (shresth gas) they say that i need to get my aadhar no. linked to my bank acct to get the subsidy, though i have already got it linked twice from the bank.
          Now when i go to the sbi bank, they say that my aadhar is already linked to receive the lpg subsidy. attached are the screenshots from bank and indane portal. bank screenshot shows aadhar linked and indane screenshot shows it’s pending.
          In the end i am the one who is not getting the subsidy due to this.
          Over n above, the indane toll-free no.[protected] is not working so i am not able to register a complaint there. if by any chance i get connected, it takes at least 25-30 min to reach to indane customer care executive and the call gets disconnected in-between. i request indane to please improve their customer service and resolve this issue of my lpg subsidy asap.

            Hello,

            I am the regular customer at una estate indain oil petrol pump situated near to hotel maya in una himachal pradesh. Whenever i refils my car's petrol tank and pay through debit card i will not get cashback return of 0.75% as compared to all other indian oil petrol pumps in una. Only problem is with the una estate filling station. Rest all other petrol pumps are giving a return of 0.75% cashback within a span of 3-5 days but why i am not getting the same from una estate petrol pump? Also provide me the compensation amount.

              Booking ref no 567415 dt[protected]. Just now i received a message stating the booking stands cancelled and the reason door closed. I am a retired man and always stays at home. No one came to deliver. My neighbor also got the same message when enquired. They were asked to come and collect from the distributor. It seems he is not interested in doo delivery. Kindly look into the matter. I would like to change the distributor after delivery

                [protected]. The subsidy was received last on 3-8-2016 and later it shows as notional subsidy for the remaining cyllinders. I am a pensioner and my total annual income is less than 7 lakhs and i don' come under rs. 10, 00, 000 group. Please lool into the matter and restore my subsidy immediately.

                  Dear Sir,
                  This is in regard of my bad experience at petrol pump (Meleth Agency) at Maradu, Kundanoor, Kerala, its an Indian Oil Petrol Pump. yesterday (Sunday 30th - 12.20pm) I had visited the above pump for refilling. Before refilling I had enquired whether they accept credit cards with two employees at the station and they replied yes we do.After refilling for 2300rs I had given the card for payment. They've taken the card and inserted in the machine and after a few minutes came up with a reason International card's are not acceptable. When I asked why you didn't inform this earlier when I enquired they're starting to argue and put the blame on me. Atleast if they admit that we have forgot to inform the matter would have ended there. This is like giving money and getting ourself insulted in front of public. Atleast they should have basic knowledge on stuff and little manners as well. Appreciate if you can look into this and educate them to the standard's

                    I recently take indane gas connection under pradhan mantri ujjvala yojna from varsha gas agency Bhaipura ahemdabad now I booked online gas cylinder on 21st April 2017 and today it's 2nd may 2017 but yet there are not delivered and when I have call to agency they reply me that you have a ujjvala connection so we don't deliver your cylinder to your address come here and take it from here so please reply me

                      I booked Indane gas cylinder on 6/04/2017 still they have not been delivered the cylinder. I have called them several times, and they do not give proper reply about the delivery date. Every time I have delivery problem with this gas agency. today i am shocked when (2/5/2017) I received a sms that cylinder delivered. but I have not received any cylinder. The cylinder was not delivered to me but I have received delivered sms Kindly look into the matter.

                          Bhola catering did not use comercial cylinder for commercial use .. उनके पास बहुत सारा घरेलू सिलिंडर है जो वो अपनी दुकान और कैटरिंग सर्विस में प्रयोग करते हैं। वो अपने सारे सिलिंडर कई जगहों पर रखते हैं(जैसे अपने खुदके घर पर रेंट पर एक घर है उस पर और अपनी दुकान जिस पर वो कोल्ड ड्रिंक बेचते है और अपने चाय की दुकान पर) जिससे कि कोई उन पर शक ना करे।और भोला दूसरों के बहुत सारे ग्राहकों के गैस कार्ड रखे हुए है। जिनसे वो गैस एजेंसीयों से गैस लेते है और और गलत तरीके से ग्राहकों में देते हैं।और ये बोलते है जिसे जो करना हो कर ले मेरा कुछ नही कर पाएंगे।

                              Last month i have book two time online gas cylinder then two time bill genrate but till i have cylinder not recived.my a/c no.

                              In this pired i have vist acme gas agency makarpua vadodara four time but he said if you are in problem change your connection to other agency.
                              Also his oner use very bad language.

                                I went to a Indian Oil petrol pump opposite to Sri Bakers at Ashok Nagar, RC Puram, Hyderabad, 502032 on 30 Apr 2017 at around 3:30 PM. One customer before me got 50 rs petrol filled. Then, it was my turn. I told the petrol filler guy to fill 100 rs petrol and was staring at the meter reading. Then, he asked me if I wanted 110 rs petrol. Although it was a stupid question, I turned my head at him to answer the question. In the mean time, he started the petrol filling gun. I immediately looked at the reading meter. It was showing 53 rs. It was all done. I was cheated. I asked him the same. He answered me recklessly. I couldn't get justice. Is there a way to punish him?

                                  I am consumer having number 29522 coimbatore tamilnadu, surya gas my supplier. Eventhough they are sending sms that i can make payment by credit and or debit card, the delivery boy refuses to accept debit card payment and insists on cash payment. He has not delivered the cylinder and took it away. Please intervene and sort out. This happened on 28th april 2017 at thudialur, coimbatore 641034

Allahabad teliyarganj ki harishchand gas agency me mai paper lekar connection k liye Gaya. Staff ne bataye ki ye paper farji hai. Maine chhapra gas agency se unki baat b karai. Per wo nahi Maine aur bole ki indra bhawan Allahabad Indian oil k office se paper verify Kara Kar layiye. Maine kaha k sab kuch online hai aap khud chech kar lijiye. But unhone mana Kar Diya. Chhapra ki gas agency ne transfer paper indane k proscribed paper per na taiyar kar plain paper per bana Diya. Ye kiski mistake hai. Mai 3-4 baar is connection k liye bhaag-daud kar chuka hu. Paper verify karana gas agency ki responsibility hai ya nhi mujhse nhi maloom but wo mere connection ko online check kar verify Karke mujhe gas connection issue kar sakte

                                      Re:- cancelling our booking without any proper reason and issuing filled cylinder without proper bill.

                                      I had made a booking on 10th april, 2017 for getting a filled cylinder. Nearly 15 days elapsed on 25th april, 2017 i got an sms in my mobile (Which is registered for the above connection) at 14.54.35 that booking no.361855 shall be delivered shortly under cash memo no.[protected] of amount rs.736/- (Seven hundred and thirtysix). We were in our residence at that time. But on the same day at 15.21.21 ie. 00.66.86 (Approx. 7 minutes) later, i got another sms in my above registered mobile that cash memo no.[protected] generated against your refill booking no.361855 stands cancelled. Reason: customer not found. Delivery may be reattempted shortly. For the last 3 to 4 previous deliveries also still we were in the residence, we are getting this type of sms from message centre : [protected].
                                      But on 27th of april, 2017 they delivered filled cylinder as per their cancelled cash memo no. [protected] dated 25th april, 2017 in which they have mentioned the subsidy amount of rs.0.0 transferred to my bank account connected to adhar no.*3791 and at 17.41.53 received an sms that your cyl. Is delivered with cash memo no.[protected]. I have not received the above cash memo no.[protected] and hence i do not know the subsidy amount. I am enclosing herewith scanned copy of the cash memo no. [protected] dated 25th april, 2017 for rs.736/- and cash memo no.30001110 dt.[protected] for rs.623/- for your ready reference.

                                      Now i request your goodself kindly look into this and do the needful to instruct the dealer to handover the exact bill to the consumers so that they can realize the subsidy amount granted and check with their bank account.

                                        Hi, this is regarding the issue of petrol bunks that don't have normal petrol option and they only have speed petroleum (Xtra premium petrol) and they imposing on us. We did ask them we need normal petroleum and we don't want xtra premium petrol. They doesn't even consider what the customer's need. And also the staff of the filling station is very rude to the customers.
