Someone is fradulantely booking refill gas cylinders under my connection.
I first got SMS on my registered mobile number on 1Apr 2017 for refill con no25248 register with ref353387.again on 15 Apr 2017 another cylinder has been booked under my connection with register with ref 367150. I have not booked any cylinder and have they been delivered to me. Someone is fradulently booking cylinders under my connection. I am getting SMS on the nam IK_INDANE. PLEASE CHECK AND VERFY .
Do immediate action to get punish the culprit soon.

    Hi,

    Erring indial oil dealer - swagath petroleum, main road paral - mahe operating with tin no. [protected].

    Greetings! Reference is made to the refusal on part of the indian oil dealer refusing to accept digital payment (Payment by card). I would like to introduce myself as prasad a resident of bangalore and share my experience encountered during my vacation to kerala (14th - 16th april 17).

    While the prime minister together with the petroleum/oil minister are pushing the nation ahead and doing all it takes to transform nation into a less-cash society; i was forced to encounter a rude shock by the described fuel station which refused any form of digital payment and insisted on cash only mode.

    Considering the fact that digital payments are welcomed in most part of the country and i did not hold enough liquid cash to pay the fuel station, i attempted the dealer to make him realise the fact that petrol pumps can be a major ally in government's effort to push the country towards a less-cash economy by adopting digital wallets, cards etc., and contribute to push the government's digital agenda while offering convenience to customers, also my attempts to familarise the dealer on the fact that dealers would not have be bear any charges on digital payments yielded no positive results.

    Shocked by the dealer's behavious who not only blatantly refused digital payment and also claimed that law of land does not hold good in kerala, i was left with no option but to hire an auto rickshaw (After pawning my car with the key to dealer) and take a ride around the town of thalassery in search of atm's with cash to dispense.

    I believe there can be no magical ways to streamline on such erring dealers and hence i am penning my distraught compalaint demanding an action on the erring dealer. I am confident that "squeaky wheel gets the grease" and hence seek to draw your attention on the squeaky noise.

      Sir my name is jagat balhab panigrahi my consumer number is 4655.before one year i am suffering from the service by the distributor at the time of delivery.when i book a cylinder after one month or above they deliver gas cylinder .some time they return back the cylinder without informing me.they charge home delivery ammount but dont deliver in my adress.plz find out the issue of my complaint and kindly resolve it..

          Sir,

          I get filled the diesel in my duster car immediately after it shows reserve yellow sign with in 8-10 km of driving with this sign and go for full tank. This is my practice for the last the last three years. Every time the quantity upto the automatic indicator of full tank comes in between 45-46 KM. This time also I got filled diesel within 8 KM of diesel in my duster after it showed reserve yellow sign from M/s United Enginners Service Station, Kalkajee-Nehru Place, New Delhi on 14.04.2016 at about 6.55 AM. The diesel filled this time was 50.26 ltr. The payment of Rs. 2, 800/- was made by me through citi Bank card at 6.57 AM. I am very much doubtful about the measurement at station and I am of the opinion that it has been tempered with. I through this site lodging my complaint and wish an investigation may be made.

            Cons. No.48063 booked on 29 03 2017 yet to be delivered. In earlier cases the dealer has in many occasions has failed complying statutory instruments of the company. For the last 5days I am in touch, but inspite of delivery assurance every day, there is no response as yet. Kindly transfer my consumer no to your nearest dealer at Jagamara, Bhubaneswar, Khordha that is nearer to my residence . I am a Senior Citizen. Kindly look and provide the benefits of convenience.

            Cons.no.48063 ref.637803, comp.lodged for non delivery of refill gas booked on 29 03 2017 ref. No.637803. While perusing the draft complaint it has been found that the date of birth is wrongly filled. Actual Date of birth is 03 01 1956.
            18 days have passed since booking of the gas cylinder with message acknowledgememt assurance of delivery within 6 to 8 days.

                (Date:On[protected]:41 pm.)After Filling of fuel for Rs. 500/- I had reached at home by traveling 8 km.then found that the outer lid of petrol tank was in opened position and inner lid had been lost. This was due to the Pump man forgot to close the cover after fuel filling.Due to this negligence, I had lost some fuel by vapourisation and Rs.830/-as the cost of a new lid.I searched the entire way I had traveled, but no result.
                I request to refund cost of lid and fuel.

Even she confirmed me that the entry which i submitted on[protected] got the award.

                      I booked an Indane gas cylinder on 12th April and got the booking confirmation through SMS. Next day, I got an SMS that your cylinder has been delivered. I thought it might be on way and made sure that someone is at home to get the delivery. The cylinder was not received on the day i.e. 13th April. On 14th April, I rang up the gas agency who showed their astonishment in the matter and promised to look into it. After about one hour, the delivery man came and gave the cylinder. He asked for a payment of Rs 752. I demanded cashmemo which he did not have. He went back and never returned thereafter. It is over two hours and he has not come yo collect payment. It looks he has sold my cylinder yesterday to someone else yesterday and the cylinder which he has given me is from the pilfered gas for which he has no account. I am still waiting for him to give the cashmemo and collect the payment.

                        Therefore i want you to please suggest me what to do. As far as i know it's company's duty to change regulator free of cost.

                          I came to know that the gas subsidy is being not deposited into my bank account, which I came to know in march 2017 when I visited the bank to get my bank passbook update.I am sure that I never gave up the subsidy recently as there is no question arise regarding this in the circumstances when I am retired from service on 31march, 2016, and I got only Rs.2242/ month pension from e p f.Kindly restore subsidy with immediate effect.

                              Dear sir,
                              This is regarding one of ioc petrol pump at saharanpur road i. E shakti service station. I went to this petrol pump to refilling petrol on my bike. I asked to fill 500 petrol and there is already 100rs feed on the machine. Some other helper has engaged us in a chit chat but co-incidently my friend behind on me saw that he started the meter from 100rs. He felt something wrong and told them for that blunder he did but he argued with us and all helper at filling station started shouting at me. So this is the story. After that i have stopped filling at that pump. But the event of cheating is going regularly. Mr. Dinesh singh is a sales officer for that zone. And the owner is mr ashwini aggarwal ([protected]).
                              Please consider my complaint seriously and take some action.

                                We had booked 1 LPG cylinder on 01.04.17(OrderNo.-668616) and that was supposed to be delivered within 6 to 8 days. On 11.04.17, around 5.05 P.M we received an SMS that the delivery has been cancelled since the delivery boy found our door closed and asked us to do a new booking.

                                This is really not acceptable since these are completely false excuses. Isn't the delivery person supposed to call or ring the door bell? Nothing as such happened and the delivery was cancelled without any valid reason.

                                This is accounting for really poor customer satisfaction and I expect some en query or at least a proper cause for the cancellation.

                                On calling the distributors, I have experienced a very bad behavior from the distributors' office and clearly they didn't pay any importance to our grievances and don't care about how much we are harassed as a customer.
                                We expect stern inquiry over such issues from the organisation.

                                  I booked for cylinder and made online payment with IOC for domestic gas supply on 23/03/17.
                                  But the distributor M/S Devi Gas service, Kanke Road, Ranchi is not supplying the gas as the conpany has not transferred money to his account yet and hence I am in great trouble.
                                  I have made request and complain even with IOC, reference number being SRN 3020446 & 3011505 but no action has been taken.
                                  It is disgusting to hear PM talking about digital payments when I open IOC site while IOC is itself not maintaining it.

                                    My LPG ID is 3 [protected].

                                    IOC has stopped DBTL since their last credit on 06 Dec 2016 in my bank account, for reason(s) not known to me.

                                    My Aadhaar number is already linked to bank account, which are in turn, also are linked with my LPG ID.

                                    I have been receiving cylinders at Market price since January 2017, but IOC has not credited any subsidy till date.
