I have IOCL Indane gas connection, consumer No CX13396651, got transfereed from Delhi NCR to Ranchi and visited INDRAPRASTHA GAS Agency, Station Road, Chutia, Ranchi on 05/04/2017, took my transfer voucher, gave a form, filled it and submitted with all enclosures on 04/04/2017, I was told to come to next day as they have many works, again enquired on 06/04, they come on tuesday, 08/04, went to them on 08/4/17 at around 12 o clock, i was asked to come in evening.after lot of discussion, they agreed to do the work and was asked to deposit Rs 5125/, receipt of which will be given on later date.I deposited the money and went in evening, I was provide Transfer Voucher [protected] dt 08/04/2017 for Rs 2850/and was told that Two Cylinder and receipts etc will be sent to your house by Vender in a day or two. vender gave two Gas Cylinder but no money receipt of any amount
Again visited gas agency on 15/04/2017, I was told, Ab Rasid kaha milega.in this way harassed and finally did not gave any receipt of Rs5125/ given by me
it appears that the Gas Agency took some extra money, thats why not providing receipt.2850+1620+210 (Trolley)+75(Adm Charge=4755.thus extra taken Rs 370/
When he does such type of act with me, how much he is exploiting common man

I have booked my l.p.g gas through i.v.r but after some days it was auto cancelled. Then again i booked but this time also my distributor has not delivered my booking after so many days.

    I Pankaj Kumar, had booked my refill cylinder on 2nd April, 2017. Then after I had called several times to Agency for delivery. Instead of delivery, the Gas agency has cancelled my booking on 13.04.2017. When I contacted the agency and told about the situation then they told me don't be worry, the cylinder will be delivered tomorrow, even after ringing daily they had not delivered the same. Last time also same circumstances was faced by me. At present my gas cylinder is exhausted and I am facing very grim situation. They are giving service arbitrarily to their locality. Kindly do something. I am giving details of agency below.

        Dear Team,
        This is Surendra, owned Royal enfiled TB350. Am a regualr customer to your pump. Today at approx. 2150 hrs, we approached your Indra nagar petroleum pump for refuel my bull for 300 Rs. He asked us to swipe the card at the other counter, for which i asked my wife for doing so. Though I told the boy to refuel for 300 /- he refueled for 200/- only saying he already filled for 100 /- before. He filled the petrol without asking me to watch for zero mark on the meter. Later while on the way to home my wife briefed me that he cheated us for 100/-. The reading he showed us is of earlier customer.

        Request to pl investigate this at your end. For sure some gimmick is happening at the pump. As responsible & genuine customer I want to raise it to management before stopping refueling in your pumps in future, because I hate this feeling to get cheated. If you really regret, do something in future. Here is my invoice number (017364, for 300/-) swipe with my credit card at the pump.

          I sri Bablu Naskar, consumer no.[protected], originally a customer of Baruipur Gass service which has been closed and transfer to Baruipur brahmachari insane, code no.285008 without my consent.now my Gass supply irregular and frequent time cancelled my booking as a result many problem face me.when the delivery man comes he demand rs.50 extra.please look the matter .

            Hello,
            Dear sir/ madam

            I am ashish patel from gujarat having a connection of indane cylinder. My consumer no is 7177055
            I am replacing my exiting cylinder on 17.04.2017 with new cylinder which was deliver on 12.01.2017. I found that weight has less than actual weight. At that time, i called agency (Distributor code: 112684, distributor name:- mahadev gas agency) regarding this issue.

            They refused for one to one replacement of cylinder and told me that he gave as deal that i had to pay half price (Rs. 330) for cylinder and other half price they will pay. And we had to accept the deal because we had no any other option.

            Kindly suggest forward path.

              we gave our land on lease for 15 yrs, 20 years back since then we didn't get a single penny as rent, we even filed case in between and now its more den 15 years they neither even vacant the land nor getting into deed.. I have been complaining about this issue since ages, seriously no respect no faith left in indian oil, I have already filled a case in court after legal notice your people come into action only for a day, I even went to Allahabad office but useless your sales officer sachin tiwar at sultanpur assured us that give us time till march 2017 they will vacant the land and even mediator sachin Tiwari gave in written by owner of this leaving.. but then now when I call sachin Tiwari he neither picks up my call nor shows any intrest regarding the issue.. its ridiculous how you work pathetic man power worst the situation. this is my final call, I am not going to sit quitly now you people will have to repant, seriously agitated.. shame on your functioning. would never suggest anybody for IO.. no good will left.. now do something asap else be ready to face.

                Pathanamthitta district - mathews gas service is very irresponsible in delivering the cylinders. I had booked for the cylinder more than a month. My consumer number is v11245. When i called the agency on monday 17.04.17, they told they will deliver the cylinder on wednesday 19.04.17. On 19th when i called them they told that it's their delivery boy's house warming he's on leave for two days (19th, 20th). Today (20th) just to remind them for the delivery the next day i called them again upon which they are telling no delivery is scheduled in my route. Most probably they will try to deliver on saturday or else the next week. On hearing such lame excuses from the staffs, i just spoke with the manager of the agency, he also told he will deliver the cylinder at their convince. Upon each delivery the delivery boy used to charge an additional ₹40/- per cylinder. On the last delivery the valve of the cylinder was damaged and the gas cylinder was leaking, but due to god's grace my house was saved from fire. I request the authorities to take this into serious consideration and do the needful.

                  I got call from customer care and they have asked for my address, later they told me that my number is shortlisted for the prize from tank up n take off promotion and also they told me their agent will meet me. And its been over 4 weeks no updates, even i called to ioc customer care number [protected] a 1000 times but not connected that line rings only for few seconds and disconnects automatically. And the result has not yet updated on iocl.com too.Â

                  This is very unprofessional behavior and raises suspension around the competition.Â

                  Not sure who to speak to as doesn't look like anyone is available to help.Â

                    I neha singh patel from vadodara gujarat having a connection of indian cylinder. My consumer no is cx11415319.

                    Whenever i receive my new cylinder from iocl there is a problem of leakage from cylinder nozzle, which is likely attributed to faulty nozzle.
                    This has happened multiple times. Every time we have to make a complain to replace the washer. If we receive cylinder after checking then also its happen.

                    Last time (14th april 17 cash memo no is [protected]) when i received then we faced weight problem also they are not weighing the cylinder properly and we asked to weight properly then they said our weight machine is not working then at last when i said i will complain to company then they bring there weighing machine at time 500 gm was less.

                    Yesterday (19th april 17) we faced a f problem again while cooking suddenly the flame gets extinguished then again we complain and the person came today and when he checked then he said, that from cylinder lpg gas form is not coming it has been change in liquid form.

                    I request you to change that cylinder asap. And provide me new cylinder without any-default. And request your agency (Apna bazar mandvi vadodara gujarat) to not send default cylinder every time because it create inconvenience to us always.

                    Kindly resolve this issue asap.

                      In indane gas official website it is cleary shown that "its not compulsory to buy stove from distributors" still agencies in vellore ranipet areas are forcing to buy stove for new customer. Then what is the point of going through government. Why government is running gas distribution better to give to private. Government is not serving people instead doing business in the name of "bharath"
                      No transparency even in the basic needs of people, stepping forward to implement digital india, adhaar. Whats the fun in implementing those unwanted rules instead making strict rules for the government servants.

                              On 17.04.2017 i filled petrol at scorpio petro (Indian oil petrol stn.) sector 18a, dwarka new delhi - (Sw delhi) for rs.230.00 i gave pnb debit card for payment and the attendant swiped the pnb card and after a while he said transaction has not succeeded. I gave him another sbi debit card and he swiped for rs.230.00 and got slip etc. I told him please ensure that payment is not received twice. He said be assured only once we have received. Meanwhile i received sms on my mobile informing me that rs.230.00 has been debited to my pnb a/c also. First transaction was also successful. I informed him and showed my mobile message but he didn, t agree. I lodged a complaint in his complaint register. Today i showed hi my pnb pass book also showing debit of rs.230.00 but he does not agree.
                              Please take necessary steps to refund my rs.230.00

                                I am a regular customer of Indane LPG and have been availing the services for the last 12 years.

                                I want to make a severe complaint against the distributor Baghajatin Gas Service, 31 Baroda Avenue, Garia Park, Baishnabghata Patuli Twp, Patuli, Kolkata, West Bengal 700084

                                I had booked a cylinder on March 28th and immediately i got a confirmation on phone via sms regarding the booking, after two days ie on March 30th i received a SMS saying that my cylinder has been delivered with the cash memo but i didnt receive any cylinder at my house.

                                Further when i tried calling the agency the phone keeps on ringing and no one picks up the phone this happened for 3 consecutive days, as i have elder parents at home and they are not in a position to travel to the agency i repeated called the agency and the phone just keeps on ringing.

                                I called up the Indane customer care (Toll free[protected] and complained about it and they gave me a complaint number 3011269 and said it will be solved within 48 hours.)

                                Five days have passed and i havent received my cylinder yet, where as the booking has been done on March 28th ...if i have not got the cylinder how the sms came showing that the cylinder has been delivered?

                                When i enquired in my locality i found out that the van people who comes to deliver the cylinders sell the cylinders at a higher cost to local people and make money.

                                If this is the racket which goes on then obviously the cylinder which has been booked by consumers will get delayed or misused and we wil be the sufferers.

                                Request the concerned authorities to please stop this misuse issue and help us get our cylinders on time through confirmed booking through IVRS as we are registered with Indane.

                                  I was cheated by one of your employee @ the petrol pump on 15th apr'17 and i have a slip for the transaction. He filled petrol for another customer before me for 200 change which took a couple of mins, however my order was for 300 and he was done in 5-10secs. Basically he continued the exis reading and when i complained that i don't see the fuel quantity increased, he told me to drive it for few kms.

                                    Amount of rs 737.8 got deducted from my credit card on 18/04/207 at 00:11 for booking gas, but after that indane page shows that booking failed due to verification error.
                                    When will this amount be refunded? I cannot see the failed transaction in booking history also. After this failed transaction i tried to book again using cash on delivery and this was successful. Please help

                                        I am very much depressed with Mahashakti Enterprises - Indian oil petrol pump in Jayanagar near Madhavan Park - Bengaluru.

                                        Hi,

                                        My car was in reserve and thought of filling petrol for Rs.500 then arrived at Mahashakti Enterprises to fill the petrol as it was nearest brach for me. I asked the sales person to fill Petrol for Rs. 500 once he is done I made the payment with my card but once I switched on my car engine the Fuel indicator was still showing in reserve. Then I claimed my doubt with one of the sales person who was collecting cash and he mentioned that sometimes it will not show but once you restart the engine it should show. In my case it was not showing at all even after couple of hours. After couple of hours again I approached the Mahashakti Enterprises to enquire on this and they claimed/promised that even the fuel Indicator is not showing properly I should be able to drive my car upto the worth of Rs. 500 depending upon my Car Mileage and they asked me to make a note of the current kms showing in my car meter. I made the note of the same which was 4417 kms and for Rs. 500 @ Rs 73/liter they filled 6.849 liters and I am getting avg Mileage of 18 kms/liter. Hence for 6.849 liters I should get 123 kms, which comes to 4417+123= 4540kms, which means I should be able to drive my car upto 4540 kms atleast. In case if the petrol gets over then this enterprise has cheated me for Rs.500. My concern is not my Rs.500 but they might do this cheating with many of the individuals which is not fair at all.
                                        I will surely post again on this whether I was able to drive upto 4540 kms, if I am not able to drive till the mentioned kms serious action should be taken against Mahashakti Enterprises.
