Dear sir,
This is regarding one of ioc petrol pump at saharanpur road i. E shakti service station. I went to this petrol pump to refilling petrol on my bike. I asked to fill 500 petrol and there is already 100rs feed on the machine. Some other helper has engaged us in a chit chat but co-incidently my friend behind on me saw that he started the meter from 100rs. He felt something wrong and told them for that blunder he did but he argued with us and all helper at filling station started shouting at me. So this is the story. After that i have stopped filling at that pump. But the event of cheating is going regularly. Mr. Dinesh singh is a sales officer for that zone. And the owner is mr ashwini aggarwal ([protected]).
Please consider my complaint seriously and take some action.

    My Customer No. is [protected].

    We had booked 1 LPG cylinder on 01.04.17(OrderNo.-668616) and that was supposed to be delivered within 6 to 8 days. On 11.04.17, around 5.05 P.M we received an SMS that the delivery has been cancelled since the delivery boy found our door closed and asked us to do a new booking.

    This is really not acceptable since these are completely false excuses. Isn't the delivery person supposed to call or ring the door bell? Nothing as such happened and the delivery was cancelled without any valid reason.

    This is accounting for really poor customer satisfaction and I expect some en query or at least a proper cause for the cancellation.

    On calling the distributors, I have experienced a very bad behavior from the distributors' office and clearly they didn't pay any importance to our grievances and don't care about how much we are harassed as a customer.
    We expect stern inquiry over such issues from the organisation.

      I booked for cylinder and made online payment with IOC for domestic gas supply on 23/03/17.
      But the distributor M/S Devi Gas service, Kanke Road, Ranchi is not supplying the gas as the conpany has not transferred money to his account yet and hence I am in great trouble.
      I have made request and complain even with IOC, reference number being SRN 3020446 & 3011505 but no action has been taken.
      It is disgusting to hear PM talking about digital payments when I open IOC site while IOC is itself not maintaining it.

        My LPG ID is 3 [protected].

        IOC has stopped DBTL since their last credit on 06 Dec 2016 in my bank account, for reason(s) not known to me.

        My Aadhaar number is already linked to bank account, which are in turn, also are linked with my LPG ID.

        I have been receiving cylinders at Market price since January 2017, but IOC has not credited any subsidy till date.

          The meter running too fast .and when i oppose him.. Then The employee doing too much argument with me. And he take my vehicle key and.. Abusing with me..
          So please teach him.. how to attend the coustmars...and i want meet the manager.. The employee told me.. He is the manager. And doing too much argument with me..

          This is to tell you that my gas is leaking badly and please do something.My gas sender that is Sai Seva Enterprise and also had not given me the receipt he told me that he will come in evening and till date he has not came my consumer number is 22097 please refer and do something.

              Dear sir/madam
              We have received gas cylinder on dated 26/03/2017. There are only two member in my family living in village who use the gas cylinder for cooking. but, after 14 days (09/04/2017) gas cylinder has found to be completely empty. while no any leakage is noticed during use of cylinder. This kind of discrepancies is not looking first time.Prior to this fault, gas has been used either for one month or less than one month. There is something wrongdoing; it may be extracting the gas in huge quantity before delivery to the cylinder. Even distributor has suspended his phone no ([protected]), so that none of consumer could do contact him. So, it is my kind request to take appropriate action against the distributor.

                    Sir,

                    I am the customer of Indane bearing Consumer No.[protected]. Last year I shifted my house and my connection is shifted to the new distributor Sabarigireesha Indane (288363), Sainikpuri, Secunderabad-500094. I am retired BSNL employee and used to get subsidy before shifting. But I am not receiving subsidy in my account from the date my connection is shifted to this distributor. My bank IFSC No.ABDB0000378 and account no.[protected].

                    I complained to the distributor. He has directed me to see the bank. I visited bank and they have replied that my bank account number is already linked and advised to enquire with gas company. For the last few months Ihave been going on complaining but in vain.
                    Pl. restore my subsidy immediately.

                      Today morning when i went to refill petrol in my bike, the employee who was filling in the petrol was using mobile phone.I requested him not to do so as it might cause some accident but inspite of agreeing with me, he gave back to me as it is none of my business.I request you to kindly take some serious action against the petrol bunker and the concerned authority as this kind of incident are setting wrong examples and can be hazardous claiming many lives.I have clicked a snap of him durinng the event.As a concerned citizen it is my duty to bring it to your notice, hence i request you to do something about it.

                          Dear sirs,

                          I heard about new method of theft being adopted at your petrol-pumps. Most of the car-owners do not get down while petrol / diesel being dispensed in their cars. We tell the attendant to put the desired value of petrol / diesel and we continue enjoying sitting in car, atmost we see the amount being fed in the pump and if it is same, we assume that he will put the quantity in the car, and do not check final actual value gone in our car. When the attendant says, it is over, we normally pay and go away. We can never imagine that if he has fed the correct amount then also, the pump if manipulated can cause loss to the customer. As it is if the pump is set to dispense lesser quantity than the meter reading can never be known to customer, but since your agencies are checking it, so the pumps have adopted another method. They have set to turn the pump to stop earlier than the fed data.
                          This incident is of Sarita vihar petrol pump (sarita vihar side, road no. A, pump 9, nozzle 1, TRX ID 313268), I asked for filling Rs.520 worth of diesel (purposely as had heard of the fraud), the pump automatically stopped after dispensing diesel of Rs.500.48, where as there was no power failure or any other incident to stop pump. This was due to planned short delivery of pump.
                          I was about to go to media to highlight such frauds taking place in your pumps but thought that let me first inform customer care. I phoned on the customer care number, but he refused to take the complaint and was insisting that I should tell my credit card number, which I refused to give, as I had not used my credit card and paid cash.

But as per the website of indane, it isstated that my aadhar number is not seen linked to bank account as per NPCI and I have not received any gas subsidy till now. Hence please be kind enough to look into the matter and do the needful, so that I can avail the LPG subsidy.

                              Hello,

                              I tried paying for refill cylinder using internet banking. From the bank side, transaction was processed successfully, debiting my bank account. However, the Indane website reflected 'transaction failure' error.

                              I contacted the Indane customer service people, who asked me to contact distributor for this, and vaguely saying that it would be adjusted in your next order, which i completely fail to understand, how!

                                Dear Sir, the new gas agency in Kestopur which has opened recently is blocking the main canal road of Kestopur and loading and uploading gas cylinders in their van. My question is how they got the permission to open a gas agency without a proper storage place or godown ? Don't you verify that these gas agencies really having any godown or not before giving permission. I request you to please look into this matter and stop this menace.

                                  I had applied for a new gas connection Indane on 1/4/2017 double cylinder. I had paid my entire Dues instantly. I had given Saturday and Sunday my favourable day of delivery. For that the gas agency had filled up a form charging extra amount for delivery of my cylinder. In spite of that the cylinder is not yet been delivered to me.
                                  Is it compulsory once you want to take a new connection u r bound to purchase a gas stove form that agency.For which the gas agency are charging a reasonable amount.Is there any mandatory rule? Otherwise they are not giving us the connection.

                                    Respected Sir/ Madam,
                                    our indane customer id is cx3475671, which is tn the name of Chhanda kar, resident of 39A, narkeldanga Main Road. Kolkata 700054, we have booked for a new gas on 30/03/2017 (booking ref no 741602) and the message showed in the registered mobile no is the cylinder was delivered on 04/04/2017 with cash memo no [protected], but the fact is that we did not receive the cylinder yet. we called our distributer (Auroshikha) on 7th of april and they told the same must be delivered in the same day, but after that we are just waiting for receive the cylinder for the last two days.
                                    So our humble request to you that please solve the matter and please let me know about the progress.

                                      I have registered on line mechanic services.Since from 20 days no one has turned up. So I called service mechanic from iocl got it repaired. I paid 900 Rs. For repair I have neither received any bill from the mechanic.I hope he charged me more for changing the burners 3nos. Each cost Rs.300.In the market it cost is hardly Rs 100/each. I have been cheated by mechanic.
