Bhola catering did not use comercial cylinder for commercial use .. उनके पास बहुत सारा घरेलू सिलिंडर है जो वो अपनी दुकान और कैटरिंग सर्विस में प्रयोग करते हैं। वो अपने सारे सिलिंडर कई जगहों पर रखते हैं(जैसे अपने खुदके घर पर रेंट पर एक घर है उस पर और अपनी दुकान जिस पर वो कोल्ड ड्रिंक बेचते है और अपने चाय की दुकान पर) जिससे कि कोई उन पर शक ना करे।और भोला दूसरों के बहुत सारे ग्राहकों के गैस कार्ड रखे हुए है। जिनसे वो गैस एजेंसीयों से गैस लेते है और और गलत तरीके से ग्राहकों में देते हैं।और ये बोलते है जिसे जो करना हो कर ले मेरा कुछ नही कर पाएंगे।

      Last month i have book two time online gas cylinder then two time bill genrate but till i have cylinder not recived.my a/c no.

      In this pired i have vist acme gas agency makarpua vadodara four time but he said if you are in problem change your connection to other agency.
      Also his oner use very bad language.

      In the all month only one time pic phone and reply we have not costomer care call to indian oil company.
      I have request to indian oil pls change this agency other wise you are loss makarpura area all cistomer. You are working with very bad pepal very bad servies from acme gas agency makarpua vadodara.

        I went to a Indian Oil petrol pump opposite to Sri Bakers at Ashok Nagar, RC Puram, Hyderabad, 502032 on 30 Apr 2017 at around 3:30 PM. One customer before me got 50 rs petrol filled. Then, it was my turn. I told the petrol filler guy to fill 100 rs petrol and was staring at the meter reading. Then, he asked me if I wanted 110 rs petrol. Although it was a stupid question, I turned my head at him to answer the question. In the mean time, he started the petrol filling gun. I immediately looked at the reading meter. It was showing 53 rs. It was all done. I was cheated. I asked him the same. He answered me recklessly. I couldn't get justice. Is there a way to punish him?

          I am consumer having number 29522 coimbatore tamilnadu, surya gas my supplier. Eventhough they are sending sms that i can make payment by credit and or debit card, the delivery boy refuses to accept debit card payment and insists on cash payment. He has not delivered the cylinder and took it away. Please intervene and sort out. This happened on 28th april 2017 at thudialur, coimbatore 641034

Mera consumer number 24025020 and SV number[protected] hai. Maine apna connection Chhapra se Allahabad transfer karaya. Allahabad teliyarganj ki harishchand gas agency me mai paper lekar connection k liye Gaya. Staff ne bataye ki ye paper farji hai. Maine chhapra gas agency se unki baat b karai. Per wo nahi Maine aur bole ki indra bhawan Allahabad Indian oil k office se paper verify Kara Kar layiye. Maine kaha k sab kuch online hai aap khud chech kar lijiye. But unhone mana Kar Diya. Chhapra ki gas agency ne transfer paper indane k proscribed paper per na taiyar kar plain paper per bana Diya. Ye kiski mistake hai. Mai 3-4 baar is connection k liye bhaag-daud kar chuka hu. Paper verify karana gas agency ki responsibility hai ya nhi mujhse nhi maloom but wo mere connection ko online check kar verify Karke mujhe gas connection issue kar sakte

              Re:- cancelling our booking without any proper reason and issuing filled cylinder without proper bill.

              I had made a booking on 10th april, 2017 for getting a filled cylinder. Nearly 15 days elapsed on 25th april, 2017 i got an sms in my mobile (Which is registered for the above connection) at 14.54.35 that booking no.361855 shall be delivered shortly under cash memo no.[protected] of amount rs.736/- (Seven hundred and thirtysix). We were in our residence at that time. But on the same day at 15.21.21 ie. 00.66.86 (Approx. 7 minutes) later, i got another sms in my above registered mobile that cash memo no.[protected] generated against your refill booking no.361855 stands cancelled. Reason: customer not found. Delivery may be reattempted shortly. For the last 3 to 4 previous deliveries also still we were in the residence, we are getting this type of sms from message centre : [protected].
              But on 27th of april, 2017 they delivered filled cylinder as per their cancelled cash memo no. [protected] dated 25th april, 2017 in which they have mentioned the subsidy amount of rs.0.0 transferred to my bank account connected to adhar no.*3791 and at 17.41.53 received an sms that your cyl. Is delivered with cash memo no.[protected]. I have not received the above cash memo no.[protected] and hence i do not know the subsidy amount. I am enclosing herewith scanned copy of the cash memo no. [protected] dated 25th april, 2017 for rs.736/- and cash memo no.30001110 dt.[protected] for rs.623/- for your ready reference.

              Now i request your goodself kindly look into this and do the needful to instruct the dealer to handover the exact bill to the consumers so that they can realize the subsidy amount granted and check with their bank account.

                Hi, this is regarding the issue of petrol bunks that don't have normal petrol option and they only have speed petroleum (Xtra premium petrol) and they imposing on us. We did ask them we need normal petroleum and we don't want xtra premium petrol. They doesn't even consider what the customer's need. And also the staff of the filling station is very rude to the customers.

                  Hi,

                  I am a customer of Indane with customer no 17284 and have been registered with "Vihar Enterprises, kothi mohalla B/h. Advance cinema, Nr Vijali ghar, Realif Road, Ahmedabad".

                  I booked my gas cylinder on 05 April 2017 then on 13 April 2017 but still I didn't get cylinder. Today(27 Jan 2017), I have tried to book it online.
                  I talk to at this office but they are responding Negative and he is calling i haven't deliverd on my home.so i complaine you sir.


                  I am using Indane from many years. It is so disappointing for a customer to get this type of service from a reputed Brand like Indane. I request to take an appropriate action ASAP. So, It will not happen again with any customer.

                    Respected sir/ mam,
                    My complaint regards in our area indian oil petrol bunk are selling speed petrol only with 2 rupess increased rate. If we ask normal petrol they are telling if you want petrol means buy here otherwise go and buy Anywhere. Sir actually this is nearest petrol bunk for us. Otherwise we need to go 15 km away from this station. I'm arguing more than 6 months still they are not willing to give normal petrol to us. There is no air checking machine. Worst customer relationship. We need normal petrol with ordinary price.

Personally i have also intimated the above case in the person concerned at ALAKA. Bhubaneswar No action/delivery has yet been done.

Is [protected] of amt.729.50 generated with a message todelivered shortly, but till today i have not yet received my booked cylender. Plz take care of customer with aproper information that what type of follow-up made by company with distributer or this type of reapted errors.

                            but *99*99# status show that your aadhar is not linked with any bank

                            i visit the bank and meet the manager and he says that and proved my a/c is linked with a/c

                              On indian oil daulatpur petrol pump in jamalpur munger bihartxn no 264118. Pos [protected], but no refunded 0.75% cash in my account. I have already rs. 510/- purchase in 01/02/2017. But not refunded 0.75%cash in my a/c.

                                This is in regard of my experience with a petrol pump Mahaa Mheru Enterprises at OMR Okkiyampet, Chennai 600097. Its Indian Oil Petrol Pump. Many incidents of cheating while filling fuel. Two guys will come and one will indulge in talking and other will perform the crime of cheating.

                                Either the meter will not be zero or while billing in credit card enter more amount. At that point if you ask for bill they will give had written bill and will say there is a problem with the meter.

                                Tried to meet the manager, but was not successful. Would request you to take an action and teach them a lesson so that going forward they do not cheat any customers.

                                For instance if you ask fuel for 500₹ they will fill 100+400₹ (0 to 100 and 100 to 400).

                                They will say that they have reset to 0 after 100 but they won't and when we argue all employees in the petrol outlet will join together and raise their voice. We have no option to ask these

                                Hope someone takes action, this was the 3rd time I caught them and have had enough! Surprised such a brand like IOCL let's them run through this.

                                  I have IOCL Indane gas connection, consumer No CX13396651, got transfereed from Delhi NCR to Ranchi and visited INDRAPRASTHA GAS Agency, Station Road, Chutia, Ranchi on 05/04/2017, took my transfer voucher, gave a form, filled it and submitted with all enclosures on 04/04/2017, I was told to come to next day as they have many works, again enquired on 06/04, they come on tuesday, 08/04, went to them on 08/4/17 at around 12 o clock, i was asked to come in evening.after lot of discussion, they agreed to do the work and was asked to deposit Rs 5125/, receipt of which will be given on later date.I deposited the money and went in evening, I was provide Transfer Voucher [protected] dt 08/04/2017 for Rs 2850/and was told that Two Cylinder and receipts etc will be sent to your house by Vender in a day or two. vender gave two Gas Cylinder but no money receipt of any amount
                                  Again visited gas agency on 15/04/2017, I was told, Ab Rasid kaha milega.in this way harassed and finally did not gave any receipt of Rs5125/ given by me
                                  it appears that the Gas Agency took some extra money, thats why not providing receipt.2850+1620+210 (Trolley)+75(Adm Charge=4755.thus extra taken Rs 370/
                                  When he does such type of act with me, how much he is exploiting common man

                                    I Pankaj Kumar, had booked my refill cylinder on 2nd April, 2017. Then after I had called several times to Agency for delivery. Instead of delivery, the Gas agency has cancelled my booking on 13.04.2017. When I contacted the agency and told about the situation then they told me don't be worry, the cylinder will be delivered tomorrow, even after ringing daily they had not delivered the same. Last time also same circumstances was faced by me. At present my gas cylinder is exhausted and I am facing very grim situation. They are giving service arbitrarily to their locality.                                       Cheating to the core. A consumerr forum complaint will be filed. Today @ 8:24 The transaction is done through credit card and for an amount of Rs. 200, Rs. 500/- has been swiped.

                                        Dear Team,
                                        This is Surendra, owned Royal enfiled TB350. Am a regualr customer to your pump. Today at approx. 2150 hrs, we approached your Indra nagar petroleum pump for refuel my bull for 300 Rs. He asked us to swipe the card at the other counter, for which i asked my wife for doing so. Though I told the boy to refuel for 300 /- he refueled for 200/- only saying he already filled for 100 /- before. He filled the petrol without asking me to watch for zero mark on the meter. Later while on the way to home my wife briefed me that he cheated us for 100/-. The reading he showed us is of earlier customer.

                                        Request to pl investigate this at your end. For sure some gimmick is happening at the pump. As responsible & genuine customer I want to raise it to management before stopping refueling in your pumps in future, because I hate this feeling to get cheated. If you really regret, do something in future. Here is my invoice number (017364, for 300/-) swipe with my credit card at the pump.
