I wants to say that I have connection no:-25885 Name of Sujata Benerjee I booked a cylinder on 28/3/2017 but I got the cylinder on 1 April 2017 and got to know from the cash memo no.[protected] dt.01.04.2017 that this cylinder is for the financial year[protected] .But I wants to say that I booked under[protected] as he just took 11 cylinders in that yea. please look into matter & do needful

    I had visited Iocl bunk at Ambattur SHREE SAKTHI AGENCIES. I asked them to fill diesel for my car Swift Dzire. When I asked them to fill the tank full. The staff when I was checking the tank he stopped saying he have rounded off to 2500 rs. I insisted him to fill the tank and it was full with another 20rs. I insisted him for bill but he said only manual bill is possible. Then I got the bill and left. Later when I checked the bill he had mentioned 42.81ltrs in the bill. It was shocking to see that as the total capacity of the tank is only 40 ltrs. I understand that they have done something when I was checking the tank as the person 's other hand was near the reading. In this connection I request you to investigate and take some severe action against this bunk.

    Delivery man is not carrying a standard weight machine without checking weight delivery cylinder and access Charges as per printed invoice denied to deliver cylinder Ground to first floor

      My Consumer No is [protected] . On 31st March 2017 i did one cylinder refill booking through indane website .It showed below msg:

      Indane Distributor: GOLDEN GAS SERVICE

      Your payment transaction reference 915734 dated[protected] is successfully received, however your booking has failed due to some technical reason, you are requested to book again from Order/Track your Refill. Your payment amount will be adjusted in the future bookings executed from website.


      Now when i try next booking through Website of indane gas cylinder refill, it says invalid access .

      My money is stuck, neither i can book new cylinder to adjust the previous faulty booking nor i can get the refund of previous payment done without a refill .

      Registered complaint at Indane tollfree [protected], complaint number is
      2995754, but in vain .

      Do not know how to recover my money .

        At super auto centre (Iocl), sriniwaspuri, delhi, one scooty person has taken 4.29 ltrs petrol but hardly get 3 ltrs dated mar 31, 2017 at 7.29 pm. On getting doubt they have cross checked and withdrawn all petrol in bottle as in image attached and found the huge discrepancy. Have complained with sriniwaspuri police, pls send ur investigation team and provide a permanent solution for life long. We people are cheated by such dealers on daily basis, pls take severe action against them and set an example in order to make a believe in your system by the people.

            Yesterday I went to Bharat service centre located Solapur road Pune to fill 10 liter petrol in my bike Honda unicorn which having tank capacity of 13 L. Motorcycle already had 2liter petrol.
            After filled 10 L petrol, observed that it is not even filled half of tank. I immediately shown to pump manager & request to recheck & confirm.Instead of that all petrol attendees started shouting at me & threatened not to escalate.
            Request to interven & justice to me.

              My LPG ID is 3 [protected]I and Consumer No 1800. I am not getting my subsidy after the refilling done on 19.07.2016 [Order No [protected]]. My bank account details were already updated any I got the subsidy amount credited in my account, upto the filling done on 06.06.2006 [Order No [protected]]. I didnt choose for the "Give up Subsidy". But the Give up Subsidy status shows "Yes". How did that happen without my knowledge?
              A complaint 2951760 has already been booked on DBTL dtd 02.03.2017, regarding the same. Kindly look into the matter and do the needful to get the refund of the subsidy into my bank account.

                    I m going 30/03/2017 in morning 9.25 omkar petrol pump high tension road indian oil petrol station i refill fule of rs 200 but he refill only 50 ta fule. This is 2 no time & fule as well is not good he mixing in fule my vehicle not start after that. So i complain to close petrol pump. Cuz he mixing fule & cheating people's.                             I am a customer of North End Gas Center having consumer number CX23984316. I booked a LPG cylinder on 27.03.2017 & the delivery boy came to deliver the same on 28.03.2017. The bill amount was 757.50 but he was charging 790.00 from me. I refused to pay any extra money. He started arguing with me. Atlast, he took the cylinder back. When I called and tried to complain about this incident to the dealer, no one picked up the call. I kept calling, but no use. So I am putting my grivance here. Hence, I request you to take necessary action against such kinds of persons so as to avoid repitition of such things in future.

                              I got call from customer care and they have asked for my address, later they told me that my number is shortlisted for the prize from tank up n take off promotion and also they told me their agent will meet me. And its been over 3 weeks no updates, even i called to ioc customer care number [protected] a 1000 times but not connected that line rings only for few seconds and disconnects automatically. I have asked the question on Twitter as well @IndianOilcl twice but no reply. And the result has not yet updated on iocl.com too.

                              This is very unprofessional behavior and raises suspension around the competition.

                              Not sure who to speak to as doesn't look like anyone is available to help.

                                I have a gas connection in the name of Sanjeev Swaroop Bhatnagar, Cust. No. 4466456 from Freedom Gas Services, Loni.

                                I have submitted all the required documents at the time of new connection and I had received the subsidy regularly at that time. But from last so many months it got broken. I inquired from Bank. There is no any issued from that side.

                                  This is to inform you that it was some unknown reason the “GIVE UP SUBSIDY" option for my LPG connection is activated.So, I request you kindly to deactivate this enrollment, my Consumer No. CX26355027.So that I can avail the LPG cylinders in subsidized prices. It's my humble request to kindly deactivate my “GIVE UP SUBSIDY” option and credit my subsidy in my account as I don’t want to lose my subsidy & also it is very much need for me. I want to avail to subsidy cylinder. I am waiting for your sympathetic consideration at the earliest.

                                    An LPG cylinder was delivered on 9/3/2017 to LPG GAS consumer no CX23725791 by Tripura state consumer coop Federation Ltd, agartala against cashmemo no.[protected].But the subsidy amount as admissible has not yet been credited to my SB account.This is certainly unusual.The distributor concerned was contacted to know about it but he failed to state any reason existing behind it.So the subsidy amount requires to be credited to my SB a/c no.[protected] or [protected] immediately.My LPG ID is[protected].

                                      By Mistake i have clicked the option online of more than 10 Lac against income declaration while it should be less than 10 Lac and unfortunately, i could not get the subsidy from Mar'2017 onwards.i had tried several time to contact to customer care at [protected] but no one receive the phone call. kindly look in to this & provide me the pending subsidy as well as continue/enable the subsidy on consumer no 36267.

                                      Thanks for the response.
                                      As suggested by the IOC representative trough phone call, i went to the gas agency to submit the hard copy of income declaration form along with the the photo copy of pan card but the attendant of gas agency said me that there is no provision in the software to modified/activate the subsidy yet and not possible right now.Kindly do the needful and activate the gas subsidy asap.

                                        Good Morning Sir/Madam. Today i visited Saini Filling Station, Baran, Sirhind Road, PATIALA-147004 at 8:30AM and asked the salesman to fill Diesel of Rs. 230 in my Ford Figo PM 65 R 2875. The Pump meter shown the reading of Volume 3.87 Ltrs. But it was not reflecting in my car.My car was showing DTE 21 Kmtrs before filling the diesel. Surprising it was showing the same reading after filling the diesel of Rs.230. Initially i thought it will reflect at later stage. But after running another 19 kmtrs it shows reading 2 Kmtrs to DTE.

                                        This means no (even 1ml) Diesel was not filled in my car. This happened 2nd time with me. In 2011 less diesel was filled in my car. At that time i complaint with manager and the problem was resolved.
