Today, I have gone to Sri Rajahamsa Fuels petrol station in Manipal County Road, Singasandra, Bangalore 560068. I have asked the service person to fill petrol for Rs. 1000/- He asked his assistant to fill and asked me to pay. So by the time the other person started filling I gave my debit card to swipe. Meanwhile I noticed that the filling person stopped filling at Rs.740. When I asked why stopped he said he didn't hear it properly. He then started again, bug I have asked him to stop at that point. So after swiping for Rs.740 I have started from the station. But after a while I realised that the car's fuel indicator has not moved a bit. The indicator was about 10% before and after filling 10 liters it should have moved at least 5 to 10% because my car's tank capacity is 45 liters. I thought may be after running while it will reflect properly, but even after traveling about a kilometer nothing changed. I feel I am cheated. But in this case how do I go back to the fuel station and tell them they haven't filled? They can say its my mistake to understand the difference or my car's fault. Is there any way you can assist and redress my graviance? You can find the attached SMS notification from my bank about the payment as the fuel station did not provide a receipt for the payment.

If this is an incident of cheating I request a refund.

    On 6th April. I filled petrol to my car @ Rs70=70 at AGS Nayak pump station Udupi
    Karnataka.
    To my surprise, I foiled petrol for my scooter today at your Alevoor, Udupi out let
    (Just 4 km away from Udupi) at 70=45
    There is glare differenc of Rs 0.25 between your two outlets within 4 km radius. please enquire and ilstruct AGS Nayak Udupi station not to cheat the public

        Our distributor namely Laskarpara gramin indane vitrak kendra ( IOC indane gas) never booked any gas cylender but charged extra Rs 30.00 on every delivery charge upon every consumer within local limits
        Ioc company never took any steps against this illegal unlawful gain on repeated request.

                Dear sir

                With due respect i would like to convey my complain against the wrong transaction in the edc machine (Of citi bank) kept at your petrol pump, at bhambra service centre, nh 5, c. R. P. Square nayapalli, bhubaneswar - 751012.
                I purchased the diesel from your this authorised petrol pump of rs. 2200/- on 27.03.17. To make the payment when i swiped my card in the edc machine, but it shown that the transaction declined, where as the money has debited from my both debit card an amount of rs. 2200/- from my andhra bank which belongs to me & rs. 2200/- from central bank of india which belongs to my mother.
                As per the petrol pump person, they said that the amount will be credited to both the account within 7 days, but till date the money has not credited to both the account.

                  On 26.03.2017 between 2 to 2.30pm we went to petrol pump vaishnavi service station, mysore - 4 asked to fill diesel for rs.1500. He was about to fill petrol instead so i went to close to the pump and told him to fill diesel and not petrol. He took the money even in the begining. When the meter showed rs.264; he stopped the pump saying power failure but a boy was filling a scooter from another pump. After 2 minuted without zeroing the meter he started filling till it showed rs.1240/-. He refused to put the rest. If he had zeroed the meter it would have been correct. But he did not zero. I am herewith sending a scaned copy of the bill in which it only says the amount and not the number of liters. I went to the office to report. The man sitting in the office refused to take complaint saying he was a visitor. I wanted to send the complaint immediately to the s. O. Or higher authority, but there was no name and address boards of the s. O / manager. Hence kindly accept the complaint and take necessary action at the earliest. By p. R. Mohandas, theni, tamilnadu

                      I am ramesh kumar singh from shahanshahapur varanasi district and pin code is 221305. I am registered through beni pur gas services benipur varanasi. There are two issues-
                      1-i have booked our cylinder dated on 30/3/2017 in march month and its delivered dated on 2/4/2017. Its says the cylinder is april months and march months your cylinder has lapsed. But i need march months cylinder. Plz tell me immediately.
                      2-the receipt price is rs786.50and to collect price rs.820. Rs.33.50 extra for delivery charges. Plz tell me the status. I have the video that discussed about both queries.

                      Therefore sir, plz take action and clarify both above issues within a week.

                        Dear sir,
                        i am a professor in physiology at Hooghly Mohsin College, Govt of West Bengal and a bonafide customer of indane domestic gas consumer since decades. My mother is 85 years old with brain tumor. I am suffering from acute diabetes since 20 years and depend on insulin injection twice. Presently our family is terribly suffering from a malpractice of our gas supplier's labourers who belong to m/s Aroop Enterprises, 138 G T Road (S) Shree Apartment shop no 14 Howrah 711102. This crime was continued since last 6 months or so. Finding no other option I am compelled to lodge complaint to your concern.
                        Regularly even after issuing cash memo generation, intentionally cylinder being supplied 15 to 20 days later at a regular basis. Even when i personally requested them to supply cylinder with respect to cash memo generated, these officials behaved objectionably with ill words, as if we are beggars with sheer humiliation.
                        Presently cash memo no [protected] generated for booking no 325484, against my booking ( my consumer no 20378 and sv no -790790) sms ensured me that it will be delivered shortly and this sms came in my mobile on 25th February 2017. Till date nothing supplied. When went to the distributors office their ill behavior continued as usual.
                        Supply of cylinder is delayed intentionally and we are suffering. Please pardon me for giving you trouble. If possible please do something.

                            I had visited Iocl bunk at Ambattur SHREE SAKTHI AGENCIES. I asked them to fill diesel for my car Swift Dzire. When I asked them to fill the tank full. The staff when I was checking the tank he stopped saying he have rounded off to 2500 rs. I insisted him to fill the tank and it was full with another 20rs. I insisted him for bill but he said only manual bill is possible. Then I got the bill and left. Later when I checked the bill he had mentioned 42.81ltrs in the bill. It was shocking to see that as the total capacity of the tank is only 40 ltrs. I understand that they have done something when I was checking the tank as the person 's other hand was near the reading. In this connection I request you to investigate and take some severe action against this bunk.

                              My Consumer No is [protected] . On 31st March 2017 i did one cylinder refill booking through indane website .It showed below msg:

                              Indane Distributor: GOLDEN GAS SERVICE

                              Your payment transaction reference 915734 dated[protected] is successfully received, however your booking has failed due to some technical reason, you are requested to book again from Order/Track your Refill. Your payment amount will be adjusted in the future bookings executed from website.


                              Now when i try next booking through Website of indane gas cylinder refill, it says invalid access .

                              My money is stuck, neither i can book new cylinder to adjust the previous faulty booking nor i can get the refund of previous payment done without a refill .

                              Registered complaint at Indane tollfree [protected], complaint number is
                              2995754, but in vain .

                              Do not know how to recover my money .

                                At super auto centre (Iocl), sriniwaspuri, delhi, one scooty person has taken 4.29 ltrs petrol but hardly get 3 ltrs dated mar 31, 2017 at 7.29 pm. On getting doubt they have cross checked and withdrawn all petrol in bottle as in image attached and found the huge discrepancy. Have complained with sriniwaspuri police, pls send ur investigation team and provide a permanent solution for life long. We people are cheated by such dealers on daily basis, pls take severe action against them and set an example in order to make a believe in your system by the people.

                                    Yesterday I went to Bharat service centre located Solapur road Pune to fill 10 liter petrol in my bike Honda unicorn which having tank capacity of 13 L. Motorcycle already had 2liter petrol.
                                    After filled 10 L petrol, observed that it is not even filled half of tank. I immediately shown to pump manager & request to recheck & confirm.Instead of that all petrol attendees started shouting at me & threatened not to escalate.

                                      My LPG ID is 3 [protected]I and Consumer No 1800. I am not getting my subsidy after the refilling done on 19.07.2016 [Order No [protected]]. My bank account details were already updated any I got the subsidy amount credited in my account, upto the filling done on 06.06.2006 [Order No [protected]]. I didnt choose for the "Give up Subsidy". But the Give up Subsidy status shows "Yes". How did that happen without my knowledge?
                                      A complaint 2951760 has already been booked on DBTL dtd 02.03.2017, regarding the same. Kindly look into the matter and do the needful to get the refund of the subsidy into my bank account.

                                        Dear sir due to wrong click on"give up subsidy"it has been activated.please give me back subsidy and kindly deactivate "give up subsidy". My L.P.G.                                         Have tried reaching customer care thru[protected]. But no body is answering.
                                        I need to update correct PAN details. Had updated wrong PAN number. After updating PAN details once, not allowing to change again.
