I have not been receiving gas subsidy for the past 2 months. The last subsidy I received was on January 9, 2017 for an amount of Rs. 126.00. My consumer is CX11982596 LPG ID[protected]. Subsequent to this date I have purchased gas cylinders on16.02.2017 and 27.03.2017. My dealers name and address are as follows : Parthiban Indane Gas Agency, Distrubutor code No.247803, No.57, P.V.Vaithilingam Road, Old Pallavaram, Chennai 600117. Kindly arrange to credit the subsidy to my Savings Bank account No.[protected] with State Bank of India, Pallavaram Branch, Patanjali Plaza, 1st floor, Old Trunk Road, Pallavaram, Chennai 600043. IFSC code No. of the branch is SBIN0002248.

    Sri amman agency, velachery main road, medavakkam, chennai 600100, a retail outlet for petrol refused to provide complaint book to register a complaint regarding delay in providing bill . the staff in the cabin talked in indecent and rough manner .they did not provide the complaint book till the end. this incident occurred on 27/03/2017 at about 4-20 pm . the bill was for 10 litres of petrol paid through my credit card .

      I am having a Consumer No. 26507 with the SONU GAS Service, phone no
      [protected];72, 80 feet road, 1 padma Nagar society b/h Dena bank udhna navsari road surat-394210

      I booked for Gas cylinder on 17.03.2017with an assurance that the cylinder will
      be delivered within 5-7 working days. But the same has not been
      delivered till date.
      I have personally seen the delivery van distributing the same around
      the area.on 27.03.2017 The gas agency not dilevrd my cylinder.

      I have to borrow cylinder from my neighbor for use due to such delay.
      Pls take immidiate action.

        Today in morning, i was first customer at Petrol Pump, to refill Petrol of Rs.300/-, for that i had Rs.500/- note, i was said that will get after some time, i agreed to take my balance money of rs.200/- as i am regular customer of your Petrol pump, but when i went after 2 hrs, i was told that get money from the person who had refilled your petrol pump and that person was not present to lend my 200/- Rupees back, i argue that every are aware of this money, So why i had to wait for that person, if we come for surety and purity of Indian oil, But today i felt really bad that for 200/- Rs. i had lost my faith from Indian Oil Corp. Ltd.

          Last month I have taken a new cylinder from bgr Township Co operative which was silled . But I have used only five days. Right now the weight is approximately 25kg when we sheak it fills water is their in the cylinder.

          My new LPG connection released on 02/03/2017 but joynagar indane service distributor said to my new lpg connection no released . Released no-[protected] dt[protected] at 11 am. sir kindly give my new connection and talk your distributor.

            I booked cylinder (Refill) on 15th march 2017. But still the cylinder is not delivered yet at my residence. The concerned person is hari om, who delivers the cylinder. He is befooling us that the cylinder "will" be delivered.

            The person (Santosh) assigned by hari om said to me that he had given my cylinder to someone else. This is unacceptable.

            I have made the payment online already.

            I can collect the cylinder on either saturday or sunday, anytime.in weekdays before 11 am.

              Dear Sir,
              I have raised a gas leakage complain to 1906 on 26.03.2017 in the morning . Executive has given a complained no :292037 . After 1 hr I received a number of mechanic in SMS from 1906. When I called on that no then no one has picked my call, I tried many times but no response, after 1 hr I received a msg from Indian Kolkata that they called me many times but I could not receive their call and same moment I called on that no from where this sms has come but no one picked my call but I tried many times and lucky one person has picked my call this time and I explained the situation but he did not want to listen me and started shouted on me and behaved me unprofessionally and dropped my call .
              After that I tried again 3 times and everytime he has cut my call .

              I request you pleas take immediate action on this kind of behavior of Indian employee to customer .Please resolve the Gas leakage problem urgently .

              I wait for few days otherwise I will twit this complain the energy ministry
              .

                Cunsumer no CX22466226 LPG ID[protected]. I have a LPG connection with ARN gas agency Sasaram Bihar. I have booked a cylinder on 22.03.217 and paid online. The cash memo generated same day I.e. on 22.03.2017. I tried to phoned up but every time phone was not picked up. When I inquired with ARN gas agency Sasaram Bihar personally on 24 and 25.03.2017, they are difficulty to deliver because here looting business is going on every customer. They are in practice of booking gas with delivery boy and every time delivery boy charged additional delivery charges of Rs. 30. On evening of 25.03.2017 I have received a SMS stating my booking was cancelled (cashmemo no [protected]). On advice on them I also made a call to godown/delivery boy but he is not in receipt of cashmemo.
                2. I also inquired about my subsidy of Nov Dec and Jan month. They told that Aadhaar was seeded in the month of February so I am not eligible to get subsidy even though I have submitted the same in November 2016. On several inquiry's they always telling that seeding has been done but when I searched on portal, I personally visited them and then seeding is done. On inquiry of Aadhaar seeding and issue related to past three months subsidy they use word 'PAGAL'. Told me to complain to every where even I have not discussed about complain. One markeble thing is that my house is just beside Gas agency.
                3. Please look into this.

                I applied for a new gas connection vide application no. N[protected] . Payment of 1795.00 is paid online and the distributor still refusing to issue new connection.

                      I am Sucheta Banerjee from Kanungo Park, Garia, Kolkata. I want to get a new gas connection from your esteemed company. THE SOUTH END GAS DISTRIBUTOR, 26A, Valley Park, Garia, Kol-84 is the nearby gas distributing agency in our area. They informed me, that double cylinder connection is not available, instead single connection has to be taken. Moreover, they are forcing me to take a gas oven alongwith the cylinder. They are urguing that Indian Oil has made it a rule that without a gas oven NO CONNECTION CAN BE GIVEN.
                      In this context, I like to know --
                      1) whether double cylinder can be allotted?
                      2) Is there any notification from your esteemed office, related to the "rule" they are forcing me? If yes, please provide me the notification no. And date, so that I can make it sure that they are not wrong.

                              The rate displayed on meter head was 71.03₹/ l but when i checked the bill now (To be reimbursed by janani, patna hq (A government of bihar/india ngo as i am a medical officer and at present at official tour), hence by submitting this bill @77.03 ₹/l of rs. 1800/= may create trouble.
                              I communicated for this clarification with the phone numbers provided on cash memo with me...[protected]R) & 244272 (O) were not working, hence submitting this grievance for needful earliest so that i may get genuine bill from your any dealer during my next filling of tank of my car. I will got patna via munger on 27th to submit my ta/ da bills.

                                Sir, I am suffering from very bad service of your distributor Vinay Indane, N-8, Cidco, Aurangabad - 431003 [Maharashtra] [Distributor Code - 174619], since long. I do not get gas cylinder in time always. As well as, delivery boy Shri Vijay Pawar demands extra charges of Rs. 20 to 50/- always than receipt and after refusing to pay him extra charges, he threatens and abuses. I had complained orally to distributor Vinay Insdane, but I did not receive positive response. Thereafter, next month, I booked gas cylinder online on 21/11/2016 and after 7 days, on 28/11/2016 I got message from the company to canceled your delivery for the reason of "Door closed". Thereafter, again next month, I booked gas cylinder online on 03/12/2016 and after 7 days, on 10/12/2016, I got message from the company to canceled your delivery for the same reason of "Door closed". Sir, actually, both days we all family members were at home. And on 02/03/2017, after booking gas cylinder online, I got message on 10/03/2017 from the company to canceled booking for the reason of "Canceled booking". Sir, I suffer every month for home delivery of gas cylinder in time without paying extra charges to delivery boy and I request always to your distributor, but all in vain.

And also she assured that, if I won't receive gas cylinder in three days and/or delivery boy demands extra charges than receipt, I may complaint to respective Deputy Manager, Mrs. Vrushali Arora, of your company on said number.                                   Good day sir,

                                  My indane lpg customer id number is[protected]. On 15th march in my mobile number [protected], i got a sms from indane regarding lpg cylinder that a cash voucher is generated against my booking, which i was done on 25th february 2017. On 15 th march the cylinder was not delivered.in the evening when i rang up to arvind agency, they told that, even though the cylinder was send for delivery, there was a issue of excess cylinders, so they could not came to our area for delivery. There after i made several calls regarding cylinder delivery, but the agency staff is not in a position to give a firm date for delivery. So on 22nd march i registered a service request to indan oil having bearing number srn 2983117. I also called up twice on their help toll free number, but they also not a position to tell me when this cylinder will be delivered. So i request you to give me firm date by which the cylinder can be deliverd against my cash voucher. I understand that there is no shortage issue of lpg domestic cylinder in thiruvananthapuram area. So i wish to know why there is a delay. Please do the needfull for a earlier delivery of my domestic lpg cylinder against the issued cash voucher..

                                    I have taken 12 LPG subsidised gas cylinders but I have got subsidy only for 8 cylinders. My consumer no. is 18857 and my connection is at Kurukshetra gas enterprises, railway road, kurukshetra, haryana. Please sort this out as soon as possible. The gas agency correspondents are not giving me satisfactory answer.My aadhar number is also linked with my bank account and gas agency too.

                                      I Dharam Pal having consumer no. for gas booking is :[protected]. I had never received my gas cylinder in time after generation of cash memo / delivery receipt as per my previous experiences . I normally go 3 to 4 times in the gas agency office to get my refill, the gas agency people make many excuses for the delay at every time. It is very harassment for any consumer to go every time {3 to 4 time } in the gas agency to get gas cylinder refilled.As per last experience, I had booked my gas on 6th March 2017[on line], but I have received it on 23rd March costing Rs 780/= after my 4 visit in the office for request to get my refill, and more over without case memo / delivery receipt.The delivery man forced me to get my receipt from the office for the subsidy. I request for the appropriate action against the gas agency .
