Indian Oil Corporation [IOC] — Tank up and take off promotion
I got the call from the company on 13thMarch2017 stating that you have been shortlisted and took my details like phone number, address etc. They said their agent will contact me and meet me personally. Since then I don't have any updates. I cannot call back the number and no call from them.

I m going 30/03/2017 in morning 9.25 omkar petrol pump high tension road indian oil petrol station i refill fule of rs 200 but he refill only 50 ta fule. This is 2 no time & fule as well is not good he mixing in fule my vehicle not start after that. So i complain to close petrol pump. Cuz he mixing fule & cheating people's. This is not 1 st time every time happen. Before 9 month his pump close for 7 day due to mixing fule & not sale good quality fule. He is cheating again & again do necessary action.

Few days ago I felt petrol from avm automobile which is stated at hira ghat shiv mandir that time I had been made fooled by your staff one staff offer me oil of 10 ₹ but I refused his offe and exactly that time another staff filled the petrolonly 50₹ I felt 200₹ petrol but when I see then they felt only50₹ petrol n made me fool so that time I cought them red hand please take suitable action against them

Sar maine apne gas agency me jakar subsidy ke liye 8 din pahale request kiya hai par abhi tak request prosid nahi hua hai distributor firse request nahi le raha maine usko aera officer ka phone number manga vo kahta hai mere pass nahi hai maine online serach karke number liya par vo number koi receive hi nahi karta sar muzhe iske liye kay karna hoga plase bataye

I am a customer of North End Gas Center having consumer number CX23984316. I booked a LPG cylinder on 27.03.2017 & the delivery boy came to deliver the same on 28.03.2017. The bill amount was 757.50 but he was charging 790.00 from me. I refused to pay any extra money. He started arguing with me. Atlast, he took the cylinder back. When I called and tried to complain about this incident to the dealer, no one picked up the call. I kept calling, but no use. So I am putting my grivance here. Hence, I request you to take necessary action against such kinds of persons so as to avoid repitition of such things in future.

I got call from customer care and they have asked for my address, later they told me that my number is shortlisted for the prize from tank up n take off promotion and also they told me their agent will meet me. And its been over 3 weeks no updates, even i called to ioc customer care number [protected] a 1000 times but not connected that line rings only for few seconds and disconnects automatically. I have asked the question on Twitter as well @IndianOilcl twice but no reply. And the result has not yet updated on iocl.com too.

This is very unprofessional behavior and raises suspension around the competition.

Not sure who to speak to as doesn't look like anyone is available to help.

Dear Sir/Madam,
I have a gas connection in the name of Sanjeev Swaroop Bhatnagar, Cust. No. 4466456 from Freedom Gas Services, Loni.

I have submitted all the required documents at the time of new connection and I had received the subsidy regularly at that time. But from last so many months it got broken. I inquired from Bank. There is no any issued from that side.

So I request you to please take action in this direction.

It's my humble request to kindly deactivate my “GIVE UP SUBSIDY” option and credit my subsidy in my account as I don’t want to lose my subsidy & also it is very much need for me. An LPG cylinder was delivered on 9/3/2017 to LPG GAS consumer no CX23725791 by Tripura state consumer coop Federation Ltd, agartala against cashmemo no.[protected].But the subsidy amount as admissible has not yet been credited to my SB account.This is certainly unusual.The distributor concerned was contacted to know about it but he failed to state any reason existing behind it.So the subsidy amount requires to be credited to my SB a/c no.[protected] or [protected] immediately.My LPG ID is[protected].

By Mistake i have clicked the option online of more than 10 Lac against income declaration while it should be less than 10 Lac and unfortunately, i could not get the subsidy from Mar'2017 onwards.i had tried several time to contact to customer care at [protected] but no one receive the phone call. kindly look in to this & provide me the pending subsidy as well as continue/enable the subsidy on consumer no 36267.

Good Morning Sir/Madam. Today i visited Saini Filling Station, Baran, Sirhind Road, PATIALA-147004 at 8:30AM and asked the salesman to fill Diesel of Rs. 230 in my Ford Figo PM 65 R 2875. The Pump meter shown the reading of Volume 3.87 Ltrs. But it was not reflecting in my car.My car was showing DTE 21 Kmtrs before filling the diesel. Surprising it was showing the same reading after filling the diesel of Rs.230. Initially i thought it will reflect at later stage. But after running another 19 kmtrs it shows reading 2 Kmtrs to DTE.

This means no (even 1ml) Diesel was not filled in my car. This happened 2nd time with me. In 2011 less diesel was filled in my car. At that time i complaint with manager and the problem was resolved.

Their phone nos are not available on the internet.

I have not been receiving gas subsidy for the past 2 months. The last subsidy I received was on January 9, 2017 for an amount of Rs. 126.00. My consumer is CX11982596 LPG ID[protected]. Subsequent to this date I have purchased gas cylinders on16.02.2017 and 27.03.2017. My dealers name and address are as follows : Parthiban Indane Gas Agency, Distrubutor code No.247803, No.57, P.V.Vaithilingam Road, Old Pallavaram, Chennai 600117. Kindly arrange to credit the subsidy to my Savings Bank account No.[protected] with State Bank of India, Pallavaram Branch, Patanjali Plaza, 1st floor, Old Trunk Road, Pallavaram, Chennai 600043. Sri amman agency, velachery main road, medavakkam, chennai 600100, a retail outlet for petrol refused to provide complaint book to register a complaint regarding delay in providing bill . the staff in the cabin talked in indecent and rough manner .they did not provide the complaint book till the end. this incident occurred on 27/03/2017 at about 4-20 pm . the bill was for 10 litres of petrol paid through my credit card .

be delivered within 5-7 working days. But the same has not been
delivered till date.
I have personally seen the delivery van distributing the same around
the area.on 27.03.2017 The gas agency not dilevrd my cylinder.

I have to borrow cylinder from my neighbor for use due to such delay.
Pls take immidiate action.

Today in morning, i was first customer at Petrol Pump, to refill Petrol of Rs.300/-, for that i had Rs.500/- note, i was said that will get after some time, i agreed to take my balance money of rs.200/- as i am regular customer of your Petrol pump, but when i went after 2 hrs, i was told that get money from the person who had refilled your petrol pump and that person was not present to lend my 200/- Rupees back, i argue that every are aware of this money, So why i had to wait for that person, if we come for surety and purity of Indian oil, But today i felt really bad that for 200/- Rs. i had lost my faith from Indian Oil Corp. Ltd.

Last month I have taken a new cylinder from bgr Township Co operative which was silled . But I have used only five days. Right now the weight is approximately 25kg when we sheak it fills water is their in the cylinder.
Pls help me I have gone to the company concerned person they denied to exchange.

Dear team,

I booked cylinder (Refill) on 15th march 2017. But still the cylinder is not delivered yet at my residence. The concerned person is hari om, who delivers the cylinder. He is befooling us that the cylinder "will" be delivered.

The person (Santosh) assigned by hari om said to me that he had given my cylinder to someone else. This is unacceptable.

I have made the payment online already.

I can collect the cylinder on either saturday or sunday, anytime.in weekdays before 11 am.

Dear Sir,
I have raised a gas leakage complain to 1906 on 26.03.2017 in the morning . Executive has given a complained no :292037 . After 1 hr I received a number of mechanic in SMS from 1906. When I called on that no then no one has picked my call, I tried many times but no response, after 1 hr I received a msg from Indian Kolkata that they called me many times but I could not receive their call and same moment I called on that no from where this sms has come but no one picked my call but I tried many times and lucky one person has picked my call this time and I explained the situation but he did not want to listen me and started shouted on me and behaved me unprofessionally and dropped my call .
After that I tried again 3 times and everytime he has cut my call .

I request you pleas take immediate action on this kind of behavior of Indian employee to customer .Please resolve the Gas leakage problem urgently .

I wait for few days otherwise I will twit this complain the energy ministry

Cunsumer no CX22466226 LPG ID[protected]. I have a LPG connection with ARN gas agency Sasaram Bihar. I have booked a cylinder on 22.03.217 and paid online. The cash memo generated same day I.e. on 22.03.2017. I tried to phoned up but every time phone was not picked up. When I inquired with ARN gas agency Sasaram Bihar personally on 24 and 25.03.2017, they are difficulty to deliver because here looting business is going on every customer. They are in practice of booking gas with delivery boy and every time delivery boy charged additional delivery charges of Rs. 30. On evening of 25.03.2017 I have received a SMS stating my booking was cancelled (cashmemo no [protected]). On advice on them I also made a call to godown/delivery boy but he is not in receipt of cashmemo.
2. I also inquired about my subsidy of Nov Dec and Jan month. They told that Aadhaar was seeded in the month of February so I am not eligible to get subsidy even though I have submitted the same in November 2016. On several inquiry's they always telling that seeding has been done but when I searched on portal, I personally visited them and then seeding is done. On inquiry of Aadhaar seeding and issue related to past three months subsidy they use word 'PAGAL'. Told me to complain to every where even I have not discussed about complain. One markeble thing is that my house is just beside Gas agency.
3. Please look into this.
