My cashmemo No is [protected] which is likely to be delivery on 11 Mar 2017. Inspite 15 times repeated requests and reminders the distributor is not delivered the cylinder till date i.e 24 Mar 2017. It is not understood why the agency is not delivered to me inspite of personal requests. You are requested to instruct the distributor

    One of my family member who does not understand english accidently clicked on "0" . I tried to call on customer care of indane gas but they are not responding.
    We do not want to lose our subsidy, kindly deactivate this so that we are able to avail LPG cylinders at subsidized prices.

      I was on way to munger and my tank was done full by filling 23.37 ls petrol.
      The rate displayed on meter head was 71.03₹/ l but when i checked the bill now (To be reimbursed by janani, patna hq (A government of bihar/india ngo as i am a medical officer and at present at official tour), hence by submitting this bill @77.03 ₹/l of rs. 1800/= may create trouble.
      I communicated for this clarification with the phone numbers provided on cash memo with me...[protected]R) & 244272 (O) were not working, hence submitting this grievance for needful earliest so that i may get genuine bill from your any dealer during my next filling of tank of my car. I will got patna via munger on 27th to submit my ta/ da bills.

        Sir, I am suffering from very bad service of your distributor Vinay Indane, N-8, Cidco, Aurangabad - 431003 [Maharashtra] [Distributor Code - 174619], since long. I do not get gas cylinder in time always. As well as, delivery boy Shri Vijay Pawar demands extra charges of Rs. 20 to 50/- always than receipt and after refusing to pay him extra charges, he threatens and abuses. I had complained orally to distributor Vinay Insdane, but I did not receive positive response. Thereafter, next month, I booked gas cylinder online on 21/11/2016 and after 7 days, on 28/11/2016 I got message from the company to canceled your delivery for the reason of "Door closed". Thereafter, again next month, I booked gas cylinder online on 03/12/2016 and after 7 days, on 10/12/2016, I got message from the company to canceled your delivery for the same reason of "Door closed". Sir, actually, both days we all family members were at home. And on 02/03/2017, after booking gas cylinder online, I got message on 10/03/2017 from the company to canceled booking for the reason of "Canceled booking". Sir, I suffer every month for home delivery of gas cylinder in time without paying extra charges to delivery boy and I request always to your distributor, but all in vain.

        I received phone call [from +917722027736] from respective Deputy Manager, Mrs. Vrushali Arora, IOC with assurance that, I will get gas cylinder in three days without paying extra charges to delivery boy. And also she assured that, if I won't receive gas cylinder in three days and/or delivery boy demands extra charges than receipt, I may complaint to respective Deputy Manager, Mrs. Vrushali Arora, of your company on said number.           Good day sir,

          My indane lpg customer id number is[protected]. On 15th march in my mobile number [protected], i got a sms from indane regarding lpg cylinder that a cash voucher is generated against my booking, which i was done on 25th february 2017. On 15 th march the cylinder was not delivered.in the evening when i rang up to arvind agency, they told that, even though the cylinder was send for delivery, there was a issue of excess cylinders, so they could not came to our area for delivery. There after i made several calls regarding cylinder delivery, but the agency staff is not in a position to give a firm date for delivery. So on 22nd march i registered a service request to indan oil having bearing number srn 2983117. I also called up twice on their help toll free number, but they also not a position to tell me when this cylinder will be delivered. So i request you to give me firm date by which the cylinder can be deliverd against my cash voucher. I understand that there is no shortage issue of lpg domestic cylinder in thiruvananthapuram area. So i wish to know why there is a delay. Please do the needfull for a earlier delivery of my domestic lpg cylinder against the issued cash voucher..

My consumer no. is 18857 and my connection is at Kurukshetra gas enterprises, railway road, kurukshetra, haryana. Please sort this out as soon as possible. The gas agency correspondents are not giving me satisfactory answer.My aadhar number is also linked with my bank account and gas agency too.

              I Dharam Pal having consumer no. for gas booking is :[protected]. I had never received my gas cylinder in time after generation of cash memo / delivery receipt as per my previous experiences . I normally go 3 to 4 times in the gas agency office to get my refill, the gas agency people make many excuses for the delay at every time. It is very harassment for any consumer to go every time {3 to 4 time } in the gas agency to get gas cylinder refilled.As per last experience, I had booked my gas on 6th March 2017[on line], but I have received it on 23rd March costing Rs 780/= after my 4 visit in the office for request to get my refill, and more over without case memo / delivery receipt.The delivery man forced me to get my receipt from the office for the subsidy. I request for the appropriate action against the gas agency .

                  Complaint is about the gas agency. The agency is so responsible that the address given to the domestic gas consumer card is not delivering at this address. Please solve the problem very soon. When i complaint to the gas agency it do not give any response. When i complaint then it will make indefinite reasons. When i register for gas the message is camera that your door is closed so gas cylinder delivery is unsuccessful but actually this is wrong. Kindly help me.

                    10 days before i got call from customer care and they have asked for my address, later they hav told me that i have won the prize from tank up n take off promotion and also they yave told me their agent will meet me. And its been 10 days no updates, even i called to ioc customer care 1000 times but not connected that libe rings only for 24 seconds n disconnects automatically. I have mailed to ioc.[protected]@indianoil.com twice but no reply. And the result has not yet updated on iocl.com too.

                    So kindly help with the result bcz later font meke me to regret for anything.

                          Respected Sir,

                          I have a gas connection with chella agencies, selaiyur-chennai (Customer ID: 59567). I made a booking for gas cylinder refill on 10.03.2017 vide booking no.836052. I received SMS saying, cash memo #[protected] is generated on 19.03.2017. Immediately within 10 minutes on the same day, I received another SMS saying the cylinder is "DELIVERED". But till now, it has not been delivered to me. We are at our home premises all the times expecting the delivery for the last three days, and no information was given to me. As usual, distributor: the chella agencies did not give suitable reply and not feeling responsible. Request to solve my problem at the earliest please.

                          The distributor person told us that he mistakenly put the cylinder to next house (They also booked around the same time). Today when next house case memo is honoured, we enquired the distributor and then he realized his mistake and delivered the cylinder to us. In this time, I would like to bring to notice that they are over-charging for handing over cylinders for more than 50 rs which is unacceptable. We pleaded for couple of times, but no success. There should be some strong from the IOC in this regard. Thanks

                            I am Salil Toychowdhury of 102 New Tollygunge. Kolkata 700093 one of the consumer of Indane Gas. My consumer is No.00850 and distributor M/s. Radha Ramon Gas Service. I booked my gas cylinder on 04.03.2017 and today is 22.03.2017 till date I did not receive my cylinder. For your information I have to say that my 2nd cylinder is also going to be exhausted. Kindly do some thing so that I can get my cylinder within 2 or 3days.

                                  This month 3rd march, we booked cyclinder but on 18th we received message through registered mobile number that is cyclinder has despatched. We enquired the agency, they replied cylinder has despatched and we have a bill for that with received signature. And also agency pupils way of talking is not probable manner and blaming us. Here we did not receive any cyclinder on that day (18 th march) and no entry in gas book. My mail id is [protected]@gmail.com

                                    I'm was go to Indian oil near my place over that place name is TBP petrol pump(Indian oil) so there last 2 week to Atm is not working to lead over there so they not properly work like rudely to speak not atm work so chain rupee have to come so go another so them talk don't like behavior that so we over a customer so don't use that type of word.& I hope u u solve the problem fastly &atm machine to repair to some day so help the other customers.

                                      Dears Sir/Madam,
                                      My complaint is about Raminder GAS agency staff whom not deliver my cylinder and by the last 7 days
                                      By confirm from deliveryman he search for my receipt and he said slip is missing from office person.
                                      This is serious matter for a daily wages people to check the Gas Agency for their cylinder everyday.
                                      I am using since 25 years and I am 76 Years old
                                      plz look into the matter for not to do such kind of mistakes by office staff in future.
