      Dear sir,

      i am a regular customer from raigarh and purchases petrol from raigarh petroleum centre jindal t.P. Nagar gorkha raigarh purchased under bill no 6916 lst[protected] hose id 02, on 01.03.2017 about 3.01 ltrs @73.05 per ltrs. But, mixing kerosene in petrol they are not supplying pure always giving mixing product. So, kindly arrange to look it and take strick action against your dealer.

      Due to mixing my vehicle should be damage who will responsible.

      So, further i am requesting you to kindly take action against your dealer as early as possible. Before taking action you should watch.

        I went to sree kodansarama service station and filled 2000 INR petrol by credit card.
        I asked the person that you have citi bank machine he told yes, and I gave him citi bank credit card for payment, but he swaped the card from some other machine which occur a surcharge and VAT to me. if he swaped from citi machine i would have got 250/- INR. I lost 250Rs plus i had to pay surcharge and VAT unnecessarily. i request indian oil to give me my money back or give petrol of that total amount.

          Gas cylinder cash memo [protected] dt 28.2.17 for Rs661 was generated against my booking No 80809216 by south Madras gas agency, Ch-28.They didn't deliver the cylinder on 28th and postponed by a day and regenerated the cashmemo and increase the rate to Rs 747 instead of Rs 661 ..Also sent a message at 5.21PM on 1.3.17 informing house locked, where as cylinder was delivered at 4.30 PM on 1.3.17.The entire thing is cooked up to extra charge for the cylinder.
          This is totally condemn able and excess amount charged should be refunded.

          I have booked a domestic Gas at 22-Feb-2017 from Indane web site https://indane.co.in/consumer_reports.php. The confirmation number is 901032. I received a SMS at 27th-Feb-2017 that cash memo has generated and cash memo number is [protected] and amount is Rs.672.50. So, the distributor suppose to deliver the gas next day, 28th - Feb-2017. Unfortunately they did not deliver the gas and send a SMS at midnight, 28th-Feb-2017 that your door was closed we will try at next day. Next day we ask delivery boy why you did not deliver our gas because my parent always in home at 24X7 ? He replied distributor ask to every delivery boy "Stop work today we will deliverer next day". When he deliver the gas we see the amount is Rs. 758 which is not machining SMS value Rs 672, 5 !!

          Now we understand why they didn't deliver the gas yesterday. Because yesterday gas price was 672.50 and today (1st March 2015) it is 758!
          Complaint about the delay distribution of cylinder never attend the phone & mobiles by the dealer M/s Abiyash INDANE. NEHRU NAGAR BHILAI DITT.DURG.CHTTISGARH. TRYING TO CONTACT THE DISTRIBUTOR. MORE THAN FIFTY CALLS. NEVER ATTEND THE PHONE MY CONSUMER NUMBER IS 337079
          BY THE NAME OF VIPINKUMARSETH. VERY POOR SERVICE. NOT ABLE TO RUN THE AGENCY.

              28.02.2017, during home delivery gas cylinder, it was found less weight gas cylinder, so I requested the delivery boy to confirm the weight of gas by weigh machine. According to him company did not provide any weigh machine to the delivery boy . As I did not accept gas cylinder and sent it back to the distributor . Details are as follows ...

                Yesterday i went to an indian oil petrol pump at nagawara, bengaluru.
                i asked for full tank. although my bike(honda shine) fuel capacity is 11 ltrs, the reading shown there was 13.76 ltrs after full tank. i already had some 0.5lts in my fuel tank. Now either my honda shine claimed fuel capacity is wrong by 3ltrs.. or petrol dealer cheating. i seriously think petrol dealer cheated me. they are fraud people i think. i will never go to that station again in my life. I know, nobody from the company reads these complaints. i am preparing to to consumer court in a couple of days. i will not leave this issue here for sure.
                with hope that at least some consumers may get benefited, i am writing this here.

                  Dear Concern

                  I have asked to fill my car tank full from sun filling station petrol pump suraj kund Indian Oil on 23rd feb 2017 but they filled diesel instead of petrol .My car broke down having no .DL3CAY3468
                  skoda superb.
                  From that day to till date everyday petrol pump manager is saying we will repair your car but i am not able to get it back.

                  I have so much suffered due to casual behavior of petrol pump that i have put the FIR 3 days back .Now i am going to fill a complaint against Indian oil and petrol pump for harassing me and such casual approach towards customer .
                  i request you to please take strict action and either repair my car from skoda superb authorized service centre or pay back my car value along with compensation of 7 days as daily i have come to petrol pump and asked about my car.

                    Failed to book my lpg cylinder on line, i went to my distributor m/s dipanwita gas services, coochbihar, w. B. On enquery they told me that it might have transferred to other agency m/s madanmohan gas services, coochbehar.. On asking about the same the later agency revealed that they did not have any
                    Information regarding this.in this way i have been harrasing since 3 months. Last i had receive my cylinder on 16.9.2016. My consumer no is 1980 and name ashok kumar deb. Please redress the matter immediately.

                      My LPGID is[protected].
                      My consumer number is 04678. Registered mobile no. [protected]
                      My LPG Distributor is BINA INDANE / BENACHITY / DURGAPUR / WEST BENGAL.
                      I booked a cylinder refill on date 26.12.2016 by online payment through my SBI debit card. The booking number is [protected] dt. 26.12.2017. The payment was recorded successful and Rs. 616/- debited from my account.
                      Distributor delivered the cylinder on 06.01.2017.
                      But, on 12.01.2017, my distributor sent his delivery boy and claimed the amount of Rs. 616/- in cash for the above booking of cylinder. He urge that the online payment money has not credited in his bank account no. [protected] by IOCL. Hence the distributor forced me to pay the sum in cash.
                      After arguing for sometime, I failed to maintain my stamina due to fear of blocking of gas connection by the distributor and paid him the demanded money in cash of Rs. 616/- again.
                      Thus I have paid twice of money for a single cylinder. Recently I visited to the distributor for refund of the cash paid. But he is telling that the money is still not credited in his account by IOCL.
                      I am hopeless and too fear of any online payment.
                      Please guide me. What to do?

Please take the necessary steps immediately otherwise I will take legal action.

                          1. 1st cylinder rubber change
                          2. pipe change
                          3. regulator rubber change
                          4. today by force me regulator change
                          but probable not solved till now
                          final today suggest by cylinder change gas linkage but not change till now
                          so very sincere issue for home and family member
                          this issue by 1 years regular but no respond by dealer side

                              I am customer ID 6529 of Indian gas agency I.e. Shaheed Vijay gas agency Israna Panipat Haryana .
                              I received a message booking of my cylinder ID but I had not booked my cylinder, 2 ed message is received for delivered and last message is received for credit of subsidy amount.

                              I think that the above said agency is doing business for black marketing in the local mishthan bhandar and etc.

                              Please do the needful action for the same and informed me.

                              I shall wait for 10 days for your action.

                              After I shall fill a complaint to the ministry and PMO office.

                                Kindly take strictly action these type of Petrol pump dealers and staff who making people fool and harrased them to mixing diesel with water. Last weel i have filled diesel from sai filling staion, sahnewal, Ludhiana in Innova car of 48 litre, Later on my car pick is very low and i think that something is wrong then went to machenic at landran, then he check and said that there is mixing of diesel with water, i m very shocked to know and still suffering from the problem of my car engine

                                    I was getting subsidy on Indane gas till Jan.2016 vide consumer number CX 3605426, Distributor-Shanker Gas Agency, Picnic Spot Road, Lucknow.After that my subsidy was stopped without ass igning any reason.I made complaint with Indane Customer care at Kapoorthala, Lucknow submitting an application form along with copy of Adhar Card and copy of I/T return.I retired from Coal India Ltd.in April 2008 and drawing a pension of Rs.15, 335 only. I never opted for surrendering my subsidy while booking refill at mobile [protected] and my income never exceeded Rs.10 Lakhs per annum.I do not understand on what ground my subsidy was stopped.

                                      I am consumer at indane gas and living in gurgaon. I booked cylinder few days back which got delivered on 20th feb 2017. After few minutes of delivery i found gas is leaking from cyliender, i registered the complaint for this issue on the same date at indane complaint centre online and got the srn number but no action from their side till time.

                                      From 20th feb, i am continuously trying to call at all telephone no shared on delivery slips/online complaint booking ivr but no response.

                                        I booked one refill order vide order no 304483 dated 9/2/2017 at 5.48pm, cash memo no generated online as [protected].Having gas cylinder not received from our distributor till date as on 24.2.2017, I enquired of the so-much delay, and was said that due to supply crisis, my refill order was cancelled.I was later asked to book the refill order again.Having curiosity to the delay episode, I called up HO of the IOC, and was informed that my gas order was supplied to me and fully paid.It means that instead of me, another consumer was supplied at overpriced rate. Is it justified if any of the distributors or its carriage worker does this type of nuisance and we get suffered.
