I booked cylinder via online in indane website on 23.1.2017 in Taas Gas Agency (117571) Subsequently I got the booking ref.no.905426. But till today the cylinder is not supplied by the Taas Agency for more than 20 days lapsed. When I contacted the Agency, they ignore my words repeatedly. I don't know what to do. How can I survive without cylinder. This gave me mental agony that may lead to unwanted situation.

Dear Sir,

I opted for termination of my LPG connection (Consumer no.:[protected] from Hisar, Haryana to Surat, Gujarat on 21/04/2015. But I did not take/start connection in Surat, Gujarat till now.

Now I want to re-start my LPG connection from Hisar, Haryana with same distributor. But they are denying for it. At the same time Termination Voucher (TV) is not valid now. Since it is valid for one year...

Today I booking gas by mistake to online, I want to cancel my booking please help, because this is so important, ..I am consumer of Shashi gas service Faizabad, I request you for cancelling my bookong, so please cancel my booking, I really thanking u i[censored] help cancellation my booking.

The consumer no. is Cx 17518428 .Cylinder booked and received the cash memo on 24/1/2017 but still now the delivery has not done and also demanding for Rs. 60 for delivery charge. It is not interior place at all. As I received the Memo i rang up to them and waited without going for job. Today also i rang up and they say it is not possible to come. Please tell me what shall I do?...

I have been getting subsidy but did not get for the supply made in Nov, /Dec 2016 by Supreme Gas Vivek Vihar Delhi . My consumer No with them is 27049. I am told that they hve sent the subsidy but failed. please resend it

I booked cylinder in indane website by logging username & password on 23.1.2017 on TAAS GAS AGENCY, CHROMPET, CHENNAI-44. I received the booking ref.no.905426. But till date the cylinder is not received more than 15 days are gone.
When i contacted taas agency, they said that the booking is deleted. But how the booking ref.is possible?. They (taas agency) are giving false information.
I suffered a lot without cylinder which...

I was booked cylinder 16th of January 2017 and got delivery 19th of January 2017.I don't get subsidy till now. but indane customer care executive told me my subsidy has been credited on 23rd January 2017. but i looked my account. no any amount credited from them. my indane consumer id is CX26119229. my contact no [protected]. please solve it. otherwise i can't understand why i don't get it till now....

I have indane gas collection at RAVI CHANDRA GAS AGENCY, KHAMMAM, 507003, . Indian Gas delivery boy forcing us to pay more amount than the actual bill for delivering gas to our doorstep. Actual net price was @729 but the delivery boy collected Rs 760 from us.

Please suggests us how we can stop all these illegal things, where for middle class people additional pay of Rs 50 its painfull....

I have registered my consumer details in the IOCL portal. Recently, I was not able to login and it kept on saying that Invalid Login. These are the things I did but all in vain:

1. Decided to go for Forgot Password and gave my email id so that I can get a reset password. Apparently, after umpteen attempts, I never ever get reset password email.
2. I tried to give feed back on their website, to notify this...
