I online payment for book cylender rs.648.
When delevery time refund rs. Rs.31 mention in i recieved reciept.

But not give me this refund amount & another charged rs.15 delivery charge from my home.

I called maneger but not any responce for this.

When i recieved my refund?

    I Have booked cylinder but not received it. and online it shows that it is delivered.
    in my account it shows that i have booked my cylinder within 8 days of delivery.
    The agency is missusing my account and not delivering the cylinder.

      Since the Government is asking to go cashless, I tried to pay online for LPG refill booking. I paid through internet banking. The amount has been debited from account but received an email stating that your transaction failed. Now I have to spend money to contact the customer care. This is the reason why people choose to pay cash instead of this painful cashless system (especially government sector services).

        Team, this is to your notice that the gas agency us charging extra amount while delivering the gas cylinder, if we dont pay they take back the cylinder and write the status as door closed, this is happening from past 1yrs, i gave a complaint to the agency but there is no any response. I had gave on-line complaint no response from you. Please take action and do the needful.

          Hi Everyone,

          Even i faced a similar sort of issue with this petrol pump, i visited this petrol pump on 20-Feb-2016 & used my credit card for a transaction of INR500, everything went fine. After 2 days of it mid night of 22-feb-2017, I received one message from my bank stating my card has been used at this Taneja Service Station at Ghazipur Delhi, for a transaction of INR 500 whereas after 3 minutes of it i received another msg from my bank stating this transaction of INR 500 happened without an additional factor of authentication which is a mandate by RBI.However at that time i was sleeping at my home and this transaction never happened with my consent.

          I called my bank, got the card blocked and raised a dispute against the same.

            When i went to ioc petrol bunk tondiarpet near tondiarpet mtc depot for filling petrol my bike on 22febthree pump was there i went first no crowd waited for 3 mins no one responded even a petrol girl was on duty. I asked her to fill. She replied don't you have any sense? Why did u come here go to 2nd pump. I went to complaint manager he has not responded

              My consumer no 6977208, name-munilakshmiyamma, it comes under vaishnudevi indane gas service bagalur southern region i had booked my refill 5/02/2017 still not yet get my refill i asking so many times every time they answering it will comes next week i had last recieved my refill on 15/12/2016 that get after 1 month i having only dbc pls will you in favour sa possible to get early and also i have recieve the refill from agency this time refill cost was 668 RS but they demanding 720 RS pls consider my problem every time they supply too delayed 20 days after booking refill cylinder .my mob no:[protected], [protected]@gmail.com pls may i wait your feedback through my email id thank you

                Hi Sir,
                Today (22/2/2016) I purchased petrol for Rs 500 in Indian Oil Petrol Bunk, located at Medavakkam Main Rd, Vanuvampet, Madipakkam, Chennai, Tamil Nadu 600091. When the meter read Rs 350, one other employee came near me and asked for card details and within seconds of diversion the meter read 500 and he closed it. Based on some complaints I believe its a cheap trick played by the employees by diverting them and manipulating the meter.
                Unfortunately we can't take any physical evidence against such activities and hence no proof can be carried by us.But I am sure of this because after purchasing the petrol my fuel meter hardly crossed half a mark which should otherwise be 3/4th full.
                Thus I would request to take strict action against them and have the devise inspect such that no other customer has to face the same.

                    I haved booked a indane lpg gas cylinder on[protected] with a valid booking number but the cylinder has not been delievered till date. Customer care executive told me that your complaint will be resolved within 48 hours. When i called him again after the completion of 48 hours. Now he is saying that we calculate 48 hours based on working hours i. E. Total working hours:8 so total time taken to solve the complaint would be 8 x 6 =48 hours. Is this the case or he is lieing. Please help me asap.

                      Dear sir,
                      Today I hv visited, swarn filling station, Angina, BBSR to refill fuel in my bike through Sbi debt. Card, when I asked the service provider for payment n swipe my card, then he instructed one of my friend who is with me to take it from a distance place .as every Indian oil workers are present there.
                      When I ask that person why he didn't do himself or to tell any staff, he argued n insult me. Even I informed one of the staff member.

                      I asked his name (he replied Sisira) n i told him to report a complaint, but he taking it casually.
                      My question :- why you engaged these type of people like Gunda / mawali behavior type.
                      And why u didn't make self service system if you are incapable to serve.

                      Resolve my problem or else I could take the help of media n other scources.

                        Sir,
                        I changed my gas distributor and joined Balagarh indane service on 15/12/2016. I resubmitted all my kyc documents including aadhaar card on the same day. Also I booked 2 cylinders on that day.
                        I didn't get any subsidy for those 2 cylinders. On enquiry the distributor told me that my aadhaar was seeded on 16/12/2016. That's why I didn't get the subsidy. I fail to understand why the customer would suffer because of delay on your part. Please provide me a proper explanation for this.

                            I have booked the indane cylinder on 04 january 2017 and the transaction has been processed from the bank [ICICI bank transaction id : BIL/[protected]/Gas Cylinder/[protected]] . But the cylinder was not submitted and neither the issuance request was generated.

                            I have tried to call the helpline numbers as well but didn't get any responses.
                            I would request you to please resolve the issue and initiate the payment.

                              Hi,

                              As I'm a consumer of IOCL in the year 2012 & there some changes in ID proof so I change everything name, account number, Aadhar card added etc, for this process I have submitted to the Agent(BD Gas Chandel, name:Tonahring)again they complete after 2017 for this process I spoke to Agent they told me I have to do it by myself is this the way of agent???? I did it by myself going to the office.

                              And now I'm a consumer for three four months, they deliver the refill cylinder to those whom they want to be, by making list of consumer same case they make the Subsidy for what they selected to be.

The cylinder is leaking from morning and we are unable to reach the agency through phone. Kindly take it seriously and help us. This is reapeated 2nd time to my understanding. Most of the time the washer is either old or damaged. If the leakage test is done before it would have been very useful and safe as it handled by ladies.

                                    I am having gas connection and double cylinder which is consumer id is rf 9835 our agent (Richflame faridabad) is not giving services properly. Every time we are suffering from our gas dealer, afterall we buy cylinder from blackers?
                                    I booked for gas cylinder on 02.02.2017 with an assurance that the cylinder will
                                    Be delivered within 3 working days. But the same has not been delivered till date.

                                      Distributor : KARCO DISTRIBUTORS ; 24/2, Pattary Road, Kolkata – 700015 .
                                      Respected Sir,
                                      I have booked my refill on dated -17.01.2017 vide booking no.-264190, cash memo no. [protected] was generated against booking no. 264190 on[protected]. But on[protected]:21 pm.) I got a message from you site (IK-INDANE) that “ Cash memo [protected] generated against ur refill booking No.264190 stands cancelled. Reason : Door Closed. Delivery may be reattempted shortly .”
                                      Then I tried to contact (by mobile) with the Driller through their Phone nos.[protected] / 0205 / 6050) as printed on their bill, several times( 15 to 16 times, per day, at all the three Nos.) from[protected] to[protected] . But I could not contact them, as on every attempt either got ring tone but they are not receiving or after 3-4 times of ring tone, I got the engaged tone.
                                      Then I physically went to distributors Office on 03 – 02 -2017(Friday) and asked about my refill . The lady, sat on the counter said me – “ your refilled cylinder will be delivered next week”.
                                      I got a message (on[protected] ; 4=38 pm.(Saturday) from you site (IK-INDANE) that “Your cly is delivered with cash memo no. [protected] . You may also book and pay for future refills online, through our web portal www.indane.co.in “ But still now I did not got my refilled cylinder.
                                      It is a common practice from last few months that after preparation of cash memo against new booking for refill, I got the fake message (within 3 days of newly prepared cash memo ) “ Cash memo no.************ generated against ur refill booking No.****** stands cancelled. Reason : Door Closed. Delivery may be reattempted shortly“
                                      The fact is that we are always stay at home after getting the message of preparation of the cash memo, against new booking for refill, and wait for the new refilled cylinder . But I can not understand why and how such type of message comes from your site.
                                      About every time of new refill (for last few months), I have to contact physically to the office of the distributor, to get the new refilled cylinder. When the Van Man comes to deliver the new refilled cylinder, and ask the question to him, about door closed report, he always says “ I have come 1st time to give you the new refilled cylinder and not turned back before for closed door, for this refill“.
                                      Again, now a days the delivery man ( for new refilled cylinder) bring only the customer part of the Cash memo but does not bring the counter part of the Cash memo ( which was previously signed by the customer, during delivery).
