Hi,

I have booked the indane cylinder on 04 january 2017 and the transaction has been processed from the bank [ICICI bank transaction id : BIL/[protected]/Gas Cylinder/[protected]] . But the cylinder was not submitted and neither the issuance request was generated.

I have tried to call the helpline numbers as well but didn't get any responses.
I would request you to please resolve the issue and initiate the payment.

    Hi,

    As I'm a consumer of IOCL in the year 2012 & there some changes in ID proof so I change everything name, account number, Aadhar card added etc, for this process I have submitted to the Agent(BD Gas Chandel, name:Tonahring)again they complete after 2017 for this process I spoke to Agent they told me I have to do it by myself is this the way of agent???? I did it by myself going to the office.

    And now I'm a consumer for three four months, they deliver the refill cylinder to those whom they want to be, by making list of consumer same case they make the Subsidy for what they selected to be.

        My consumer number is 12859 and our address is 3/2 gulam mohideen street mount road chennai -2 our agency is venkat gas agency. The cylinder is leaking from morning and we are unable to reach the agency through phone. Kindly take it seriously and help us. This is reapeated 2nd time to my understanding. Most of the time the washer is either old or damaged. If the leakage test is done before it would have been very useful and safe as it handled by ladies.

          I am having gas connection and double cylinder which is consumer id is rf 9835 our agent (Richflame faridabad) is not giving services properly. Every time we are suffering from our gas dealer, afterall we buy cylinder from blackers?
          I booked for gas cylinder on 02.02.2017 with an assurance that the cylinder will
          Be delivered within 3 working days. But the same has not been delivered till date.
          Please take an action against the dishonest dealers & if possible tell me also leagal option.

            Distributor : KARCO DISTRIBUTORS ; 24/2, Pattary Road, Kolkata – 700015 .
            Respected Sir,
            I have booked my refill on dated -17.01.2017 vide booking no.-264190, cash memo no. [protected] was generated against booking no. 264190 on[protected]. But on[protected]:21 pm.) I got a message from you site (IK-INDANE) that “ Cash memo [protected] generated against ur refill booking No.264190 stands cancelled. Reason : Door Closed. Delivery may be reattempted shortly .”
            Then I tried to contact (by mobile) with the Driller through their Phone nos.[protected] / 0205 / 6050) as printed on their bill, several times( 15 to 16 times, per day, at all the three Nos.) from[protected] to[protected] . But I could not contact them, as on every attempt either got ring tone but they are not receiving or after 3-4 times of ring tone, I got the engaged tone.
            Then I physically went to distributors Office on 03 – 02 -2017(Friday) and asked about my refill . The lady, sat on the counter said me – “ your refilled cylinder will be delivered next week”.
            I got a message (on[protected] ; 4=38 pm.(Saturday) from you site (IK-INDANE) that “Your cly is delivered with cash memo no. [protected] . You may also book and pay for future refills online, through our web portal www.indane.co.in “ But still now I did not got my refilled cylinder.
            It is a common practice from last few months that after preparation of cash memo against new booking for refill, I got the fake message (within 3 days of newly prepared cash memo ) “ Cash memo no.************ generated against ur refill booking No.****** stands cancelled. Reason : Door Closed. Delivery may be reattempted shortly“
            The fact is that we are always stay at home after getting the message of preparation of the cash memo, against new booking for refill, and wait for the new refilled cylinder . But I can not understand why and how such type of message comes from your site.
            About every time of new refill (for last few months), I have to contact physically to the office of the distributor, to get the new refilled cylinder. When the Van Man comes to deliver the new refilled cylinder, and ask the question to him, about door closed report, he always says “ I have come 1st time to give you the new refilled cylinder and not turned back before for closed door, for this refill“.
            Again, now a days the delivery man ( for new refilled cylinder) bring only the customer part of the Cash memo but does not bring the counter part of the Cash memo ( which was previously signed by the customer, during delivery).

[protected] but today i have received the fake massage from your site vide sms that my door is closed & delivery may be reattempted shortly so i am informing you that about 3-4 lady & 1 gents is every time avilabel in my home so how its possible & our family is also waiting for this cylender because our cylender is end on few days ago so kindly look in to this matter & take a required action please..

                I had filled petrol from various petrol pumps from trivandrum to Ernakulam. I didn't get the cash discount that is declared by the government to promote card payment. I had used my HDFC card for filling fuel. I didn't get the cashback amount from the following

After booking by phone the case memo is generated but after to or three days agency send a massage "please again book for riffle" many times I visited personally to the agency.                         I SK Shabbir have applied for new lpg connection and successfully made payment online on 23rd January 2017 with hoping to get a connection within a week but, its been 15 day now. When i have contact the distributor (NEDUS Distributor) he said the money has yet to be credit to his account. when i called the customer care they said it will take 7 working days, though it written on website usually it takes 3 working days, anyways when excursive tried to lodged a complaint he said server is down and it not working, this what i have been hearing since last week. Even though i tried to call local IOCL office in Kolkata[protected] but, strange no one is picking up the phone.

                            I booked cylinder via online in indane website on 23.1.2017 in Taas Gas Agency (117571) Subsequently I got the booking ref.no.905426. But till today the cylinder is not supplied by the Taas Agency for more than 20 days lapsed. When I contacted the Agency, they ignore my words repeatedly. I don't know what to do. How can I survive without cylinder. This gave me mental agony that may lead to unwanted situation.

                            Kindly look into this and arrange cylinder to survive without further delay.

                                  The consumer no. is Cx 17518428 .Cylinder booked and received the cash memo on 24/1/2017 but still now the delivery has not done and also demanding for Rs. 60 for delivery charge. It is not interior place at all. As I received the Memo i rang up to them and waited without going for job. Today also i rang up and they say it is not possible to come. Please tell me what shall I do?

                                      मैं एक वरीष्ठनिवृत्त सरकारी कर्मचारी हूँ। मेरा उपभोक्ता क्रमांक है - CX8025740. मैं जब भी रीफील बुकींग करवाती हूँ तो कुछ ही समय में 'डोर क्लोज' का मेसेज मेरे रजिस्टर्ड मोबाईल पर आ जाता है और मेरे डिस्ट्रीब्युट�... पी.सी ब्रदर्स द्वारा मेरी रीफील बुकींग रद्द कर दी जाती है। मैं पीछले दो साल से इस परेशानी को झेल रही हूँ। कई बार ओन-लाईन कंप्लेन की। बावजूद इसके यह समस्या बनी हुई है। कई बार लिकेज रीफील लेने पर बाद्य किया जाता रहा है जिससे मैं और मेरे परिवार के जीवन का जोखिम हो आता है। डीस्ट्रीब्युट... गुजरात सर्कल की ओफिस-राजकोट, और इस जिले - सुरेन्द्रनगर के सर्कल ओफिसर अशोक ठाकुर से इस संदर्भ में शिकायत की लेकिन न तो डिस्ट्रीब्युट�... का रवैया बदल रहा है और न ही मुझे सरलता से रीफिल उपलब्ध करवाया जाता है। सिस्टम जनरेट मैसेज कुछ और कहते हैं और डिस्ट्रीब्युट�... इन मैसेज को अनुपयुक्त बताता है।
                                      दिनांक 2/2/2017 को रेफ. नं. 456284 से सुबह 7.52 को रीफिल बुक करवाया था जिसका कैश मेमो 4/2/2017 को [protected] शाम 5.34 को जेनेरेट किया गया और तुरंत ही शाम 6.07 बजे 'डोर क्लोज' होने से डिलिवरी कैंसल का मैसेज आ जाता है। अब 33 मिनट में तो डिलिवरी बोय केश मेमो की हार्ड कोपी लेकर ओफिस के बाहर भी नहीं निकल पाता, उतने में तो डिस्ट्रीब्युट�... को कैसे पता चल गया कि मेरे घर का दरवाज बंद है, जबकि मेरी तबियत खराब रहने से मैं प्रायः कहीं बाहर जाती ही नहीं हूँ।
                                      मेरी शिकायत पढ़नेवाले अधिकारी से मैं यह प्रार्थना भी करती हूँ कि समय-समय पर मुझे इन विभिन्न तरकों से प्रताड़ित किये जाने पर मैंने जो शिकायतें की हैं उसे भी मेरे उपभोक्ता क्रमांक CX8025740 से पढ़ियेगा और जनता के सेवक (डिस्ट्रीब्युट... पर उचित सटिक कार्यवाही भी कीजिएगा।
