Late Indane LPG Cylinder Delivery

Mandatory checking charge 150 received

From my gas agency, they came for mandatory checking and received an amount of 150 rupees. Why are you charging this much of huge amount for doing nothing? How much we have to pay for having a cylinder. Cylinder charge, amount for the person delivering cylinder, all are forcing us to pay. Agency forced us to buy gas stove while getting new connection even though we have one. Please clarify me why you are charging 150....

LPG Gas Cylinder Leakage

Dear Sir,

My consumer no.-CX3129210 & I have received one cylinder from M/S Anita Indane Agency, Rongpur, Silchar on dtd. 06.01.2017. When I fitted this cylinder with my Gas Stove then the LPG Gas cylinder smelts entire my room. Please replace the cylinder with good one cylinder and also the delivery boy or agency holder could not check properly.

Irregularity in delivery gas cylinder
