My connection no.890005. I have booked my gas on 22nd jan 2017, with ref no.276129 & a message says 5 to 7 days delivery. since 27th on wards i am talking to distributor M/s Keerthi for Gachibowli area of hyderabad. when ever we ask the reply is we sent the cylinder, it will be delivered. But it is not done.
once cash memo generated on 23rd, no.[protected], and not delivered till date meaning their transport / delivery system needs to be corrected. otherwise it may lead to some dangerous event.

request you to take suitable steps to avoid such instances.

      Respected sir, we lodged complaint regarding gas leakage. We were informed that we will be attended within an hour..But no assistance was provided.. Instead when we called the mechanic told us that it was not his duty.. n quarrelled that who gave his number to us.. people who respond like this in emergency is really miserable.. & even leave unattended...

        Actually, I have booked cylinder 2 weeeks ago, and I received a message that your cylinder will be delivered shortly...but suddenly, after 2 days there was message that your cykinder has been successfully delivered, but I had not received it yet.So, I strongly put my dissatisfaction of this act.
        This was not happened first time, earlier I complained it to the service station...but again I suffered from this kind of act which is shameful in itself.

            Dear, i fueled diesel in my nissan terrano on 25/01/2017 at GAJENDRA PETROLEUM at pune satara road, satara. when i reached at petrol pump approx 7 to 10 disel is balance in my car & i ordered to top up up to full tank in my car
            he shows me 0.00 reading at start & i am with my family in the car & person told me that your tank is full & 48.80lit is filled up & i take a bill for the same
            then i strike that my tank capacity is max 50 lit, so how 48.80lit + approx 7.00lit stock at the time of filling .so total is 57.80lit . so again i told him that i have some place in my tank so fill up again & started again & next 4.88 lit is filled up fuel in my var so total quantity in my tank is 60.68 lit & my tank capacity is only 50.00lts as per company record.
            since from my car purchase of this i never filled up more than 48.00lit at a time & this time its 67.80.Lit.
            i also talk with Company person on [protected] he says your tank capacity is may wrong, also also talk with pump owner mr.viraj shinde on [protected] he cant given proper answer about this .
            so i raised complaint at pump station valid serial no 006 dated 25/01/2017 with manager Mr Ajit mohite [protected]
            who acknowledged this complaint in his register,
            so kindly see tin this matter, or suggest me any another authority to talk or mail this matter to see in this matter

              My grandmother (Shakuntala N Barapatre) having Indane gas cylinder from Agency Shree gas & Domestic appliances (132360) at umred district Nagpur.no subsidy created in new account from last 1 year.
              Consumer number is 18234.she is approx. 70 yrs old & visited to agency office for more than 5 times & no proper response from them. they suggested to check with union bank & again she went to union bank for more than 5 time & they said there is no issue from them & asked to check with agency again. in short only ZULAO.
              earlier she had joint account no ([protected]) & post my grand father expire & bank asked to open new account ([protected]) which is linked with aadhar card number[protected]. also her NIRADHAR money is created in same new account but still agency & INDANE GAS customer care executives asked to check with bank only. which is pathetic.
              moreover I have personally visited to agency office before 2 month & met with owner Mr. Paunikar & he assured same will be get resolve in next 8 days & logged TT 139420 to Customer care which is still unanswered. now as per him bank asked to open again new account without any reason.
              I have also tried to call Customer care approx 5 time & as usual there response was very pathetic & irresponsible.
              hope we will get proper response soon. if same not get resolve we will logged complaint in PMO.

                Today i got delivery my gas bottle that time my daughter was there after one hour i reach at my home and i smell of gas .
                than i complain to my gas agency vishal gas opp.civil hospital ahmedabad -380016 but they never pick up phone than i call toll free no but they said complain to 1906 but also i can't so i go to my gas agency vishal gas personally but they are not serious than after one hour they send mechanic and he changed rubber washer but still leakage gas .i pour water on bottle and bubble comes out but he said its ok than he go back so i need to complaint to you
                please clear my problem instead of big emergency
                i complain to vishal gas also they never pick up phone and their behaviour unpoliteley to customer
                so pleaseeeeeeeeeeee

                  I am BITTU DUTTA, residence of Falakata, Alipurduar, West Bengal. I am the consumer of Bharat gas and my consumer no. is 75780019. The name of distributor is Falakata Gas Service. I was transferred my connection in Yonzon Gas Agency, Jaigaon, Alipurduar, West Bengal. Last 4 months I am trying to connect my service in Yonzon Gas Service but the office person is saying that my TV no.([protected]) is not valid. Then I went my previous office and they are saying that my TV no. is correct that means both office doesn't agree that where is the problem and whom? Both are blaming each other. And afterall I am suffering last 4 months. No one agree to help me. One side is saying that my paper work is all right and other one is saying that my TV no. is not correct. What shall I do? I have attached my original documents.

                  So, I have no choice. That is why I am begging you, Please help me and give me my own basic needs. It is a deeply request at bottom of my heart.

                    The gas agency is not picking their Landline Phone no. 0712.2702702.

                    I have also made compliant earlier to your customer care dept, but sorry to say that there is no response at your end.
                    Kind take a strong action against the agency and resolve my problem.

                        While changing the gas cylinder there is sound of noise inside the cylinder.Due to that the cylinder was emptied after 15 days of connecting it to the line.Moreover around 7 to 10 days of service we've lost.
                        It seems
                        that there exist some problem in the weight measuring device used for weighing the gas cylinder.

                            I had requested for transfer of lpg connection from chincholi tq (Ahalya gas agency) gulbarga district to bangaluru due to my official reasons. But instead of transfer, "ahalya gas agency" people has disconnected my lpg connection. I had sent it though one of my relative with written letter requesting transfer. But i have i have received a shocking information from agency. Now those people are not in position to help me out for the mistake they have commuted. From my side there is no mistake, but i am suffering a lot. It is my humble request to iocl, please resolve this issue.

                              Please refer to indane gas complaint sr no 2889872 of 12/01/2017 and their replies thereto. My consumer no 41654 at sundar gas services sap no 132908. It is intimated in remarks column of cylinder booking history under their order no[protected] that "amount will be adjusted in future booking executed from website". Please confirm whether rs 643/- is to be adjusted or else. Rs 643/- debited from my bank account not yet refunded to me either by bank or indane gas. An early reply is requested.

                                My consumer no. Is 04826, shanti gas agency, palam, the cylinder they have supplied to us this time does not fits to the regulator, we are unable to use the gas. If we try to put regulator forcibly it sticks and gas starts leaking. Kindky replace the cylinder immediately as we are forced to eat packed food since past 3 days.

                                  My consumer number 85242.

                                  Hi have done a booking on 18th dec 2016, booking no: 634831 for which cash memo was generated with id [protected].

                                  On 1st jan i received the sms that cycle is delivered with cash memo no [protected] but i have not received any cylinder. For which i raised a complain, complain no : 2873827 but till now no response on the same.

                                  Again i did a booking 10th jan 2017, with ref no : 650299, and cash memo [protected] generated on 12th jan 2017. On 16th jan 2017 i received sms that my booking is cancelled.

                                  After that when i tried contacting online toll free number for complain, i have been told to go to agenecy and then call toll free number.

                                  Well i went to my agency kk indane enterprises, outer ring road, on 19th jan 2017, and there they told that address details in my records are not correct and cylinder is going to some other area.

                                  Let me inform to you that the cylinder from the same agency is being delivered to my current address since last 3 years, and now agency is giving this excuse.

                                  Well agency guys told me that they will correct the records and the cylinder will be delivered tomorrow 20th jan 2017. And i have been provided the delivery guy details named palini : with mobile number [protected].

                                  Since friday 20th jan 2016, i am calling the delivery guy daily and daily he says he will come today and he never comes.

                                  Let me update you about the the delivery guy palini. He is delivering the cylinder to my home for almost more than 1 year. And every time he ask for extra amount which we usually give. (Around 30-35 rs more than the bill amount) and last time he asked us the diwali bonus 1 month before the diwali itself. We were not having money and we told that we will give you next time. And bingo after that incident not even a single cylinder is delivered to us.

                                  Request indane to look into the matter and help us with these situations.

                                  Do we have to be scared and live with mercy of these delivery guys and do your customer have some respect.

                                  I will be raising this issue against higher authorities as well.

                                  Please help.

                                    Sir,
                                    This is regarding a fraud by ioc petrol pump, avinash enterprises, which is located at serilingampally, hyderabad.
                                    I own a car, nissan micra active, with fuel tank capacity of 41 liters. Generally i fuel up when it starts showing low fuel indicator (~5 liters) so it accommodates around 36 liters more. When i went to avinash enterprises for the first time and fill it, the meter shown 39.3 liters. I had a doubt and went next time after running 20 kms after it shown low fuel indicator. This time they fuel up 41.49 liters which is more than my car's capacity.
                                    I am sure that they started at zero reading. I doubt they are making big fraud with faulty meters. Could you please check this and take a necessary action.
                                    Enclosing the bill for this transaction which shows 41.49 liters.

                                      Dear Sir/Madam
                                      I Benudhar Rout, (kt03331) having LPG subscription from iocl (Global indiane, bhubaneswar, dumduma).
                                      I would like to enlighten about the misleading description of Global Indiane distributor.
                                      On 14th december 2016 I ordered for LPG and got the cylinder on 16th December 2016 but after a month I ordered for refilling on 14th January 2017 and got information that the cylinder was delivered on 11th January 2017 .
                                      I have not got any cylinder yet and they are telling lie.
                                      I would like to complain about this matter.

                                        Dear sir .. the complaint against the petrol pump kisan filling station Bahadrabad, haridwar. At pump station there are not issue the bill of patrol, and sales man said to me, if want for bill talk to manager..after that i talk to manager and ask for complaints book for complaint ..there is no response by the manager...after that i call toll free no. There no call contect to toll free no. Then i call on [protected] which is on your website..there is wrong no at site...then i submitted my complaint online...my complaint are no complaint book at station and no delear no. And area sales dealer /maneger number display on board and no free air checkup facility availabe at station ...at last there is no rate list at dispaly board...plz take action against of patrol pump...thnks.

                                        My Indane consumer no.CX 269 36 487.
                                        I have given ANDHRA BANK a/c no. for adding subsidy on gas cylinder booking. But M/s vasant enterprises, Bangalore informed the subsidy has gone to SAPTAGIRI Greema bank.

                                        I am unable trace the subsidy credited Saptagiri Grameena bank.

                                        My request is to Credit subsidy only in my ANDHRA BANK a/c.which is linked to gas subsidy.
