Indane gas service has provided a gas connection in the name of such a person to a house which situates other's name but the beneficiary claims the house as theirown having a consumer No-1812 through Sree Rama Gas Agency, Badambadi(near Pala mandap), Cuttack, odisha
shall the IOL, Entertain this ?
If you really want to help us please ask the beneficiary not to use the gas card for claiming a tittle over one's house otherwise the gas connection may ploease be withdrawn or the residential address of the person may be changed by claiming her uptodate ROR or Sale Deed.

    1. I have booked refiill On No. CX22967750 and received message that bill generated with no.[protected] on booking ref no.889741.on[protected].
    2. On[protected], I received anothermessage stating that 'Bill stands cancelled and door closed.Delivery may be reattempted shortly.
    3.. We did not go any where after booking the Refill.
    4. Therefore request take necessary action to do the services properly.

        I have booked online refilling of my cyclinder on dt.03.01.2017. Till date, Agency has not supplied the cyclinder. Almost 17 days passed.

        Please take strict action against Padmaja gas Agency, Nagpur, so that it may not happen again in future

        I am really sorry to state here that, despite of my repeated compliants, your customer service dept has not solved my problem.
        The Agency is unable to supply the refill gas cylinder after almost 20 days has passed.

          I was paid of Rs. 5445 for Indane new connection on 7th Jan'17 and it will be processed within 72 hours as per indane gas service but today is 20-Jan-17 but till date distributor denied for payment receiving status. Indane also did not picking my calls & customer care also always technical issue. I want my money back or release new connection on urgent basis. this is a act of human harassment.

            Our Customer Number:60648, We have booked a refil on 08th January 2017 Our cash memo generated on 18th january 2017. Our cash memo Number [protected]. Our doors are always open. But our refil booking got cancelled with the reason that the doors are closed on 20th january. This is not acceptable.our second cylinder is also empty. We cannot wait for another 10 days. We are in need of cylinder immediately. We hop that we will get the proper response.

              I am having a gas connection with Mukund Enterprises, Barkatpura under cutomer number 29285. I have booked a gas refill and the same was delivered today. The cash memo [protected] is for Rs 668.50. This I presume includes delivery charges. However the delivery boys are charging extra 20 rupees for which no receipt is being given. Please inform me if this is in order or take a complaint and resolve the issue

                      In Spite of multiple follow ups with my Bank and Distributor they keep saying:

                      1. Gas Agency says: Aadhaar Card is linked to consumer number.
                      2. SBT Bank : Manager showed my Bank account is linked to Aadhaar.

                      However it has been an year and till date I have never received my Gas subsidiary. Kindly advise what am I supposed to do to resolve this issue.

                        Respected Sir, I paid Rs.1800/- through my debit card for payment of petrol on[protected] from Mehra Motors, Sector 16, Panchkula, but got surprise when I checked my Bank Account it has deduction of Rs. 51.75 on[protected] on bill of Mehra Motors, Sector 16, Panchkula. GOI has declared that no transaction charges will be deducted upto amount of Rs.2000/-.

                          Hi I'm neeraj I visited to kings way petrol pump on 7th dec 12:30 am around at late night.I choosed to swap my wife card(Preeti kashyap)because I had not enough cash as per petrol pump guy there is a problem we are facing with card machine .so please swap your card first then we will give you fuel.He tried two times to my wife card of rs 500 but transaction was not done.Then i swap my card on next petrol pump of narain petrol pump station of rs 400.But suddenly i got 3 massage one was rs 400, second was rs500 and third was rs 514.i confirmed from the bank as well they clearly insured me that rs 514 has been debited ...I visited to kings way camp petrol pump they clearly denied to received such kind of payment and also instruct to me to make police complaint as well.Please refund my money or either I will complaint in consumer court.

                            Hi,
                            My Indane Consumer number is CX23656161. I am facing severe refill delay issues at my place. Whenever I book a refill, I get a confirmation message and expected delivery time.But even after waiting for 12-15 days, nobody comes to deliver the refill and instead I get a message of cancellation after waiting for 15 days for no reason. Then I again have to book refill and sometimes we have to personally go to distributor place and request it. Everyone in my building is getting refills on time except me. And it is really surprising that when everyone in the building is getting it on time then why there is always a delay at my place? And recently they went a step ahead. They sent cancellation message mentioning reason that no one was at home.
                            I work remotely from home and stay my retired parents. So there is always someone at home 24X7. So they are just putting reasons without even visiting my place.
                            This is really a pathetic service.

                                    I'm a vivid traveller across India and a loyal customer of Indian Oil fuel .
                                    This time I was on my way from Karnataka to Kerala with my friends in Canada. We have fueled from an Indian Oil Outlet on our way from Salem. One of the female members in the car wanted a bio break in-between when we approached to Madurai. We paused at INDIAN OIL VELAVAR FUELS. But we were stopped by a staff member and told us there is no water in the washroom and hence kept the room locked.
                                    Hence she had to suffer till the next stop to relieve herself which personally I've felt very embarrassing being the host of the trip.
                                    I always had high expectations abt IOC outlets and their services but this instance let me down!!!

                                    Dear Sir, I hv booked online LPG on dt 10/12 & paid amt thru debit card, due to technical error system not generated cash memo. Rs 602.50 debited in my account, I hv registered complaint so many time wd IOCL but matter not resolved till now.                                       Refill booked on 02/01/2017 & cylinder not received even as on 10/01. Followed up over phone yesterday & today but without any result. On both the days it was mentioned that the delivery was being made first to the village(s). Why? Is the delivery not by the order of booking? Moreover the fact is that the villagers are selling gas cyilnders in black & there are many of them. I can take yoo to the village to see what is happening.The villagers, the agency & the delivery man, all are making money. Some strict action needs to be taken right away.

                                      Dear Sir, i have received subsidy at time to time but before 4 month i have not received a subsidy my lpg connection. my consumer no is 1750 punhana indane gas service and i have linked my aadhar no with my bank account and submit the copy to punhana indane gas agency and bank also and the staff say that i don't know how your subsidy is not come.
