వేగూరు అమర్‍నాథ్ రెడ్డి అను నేను మాయొక్క ట్రాక్టరు డ్రైవరును పంపించి తే30/12/2016ది న ఆంధ్రప్రదేశ్ రాష్ట్రం శ్రీ పొట్టిశ్రీరాములు నెల్లూరు జిల్లా కోట మండలంలోని M/S NR FILLING STATION అను IOCL డీలరువద్ద డిసెల్ మరియు పెట్రోలు నాయొక్క RUPAY కార్డు ద్వారా కొనుగోలు చేయటం జరిగింది.
సదరు డిలరు వద్ద నాయొక్క కొనుగోలు మొత్తము విలువ డీసెలు రూ. 2, 299.96, మరియు పెట్రోలు రూ. 400.00 లు
సదరు మొత్తమును నాయొక్క రూపే కార్డునుండి మూడుసార్లుగా (1, 502.00, 802.00, 402.00) ఉపసంహరించటం జరిగింది
దాని సంగతి అలా ఉంచితే ప్రతియొక్క విడతా బిల్లు మొత్తమునకు 2/- అదనంగా ఉపసంహరించటం జరిగింది. అంటే మొత్తము నాదగ్గరనుండి అక్షరములా 6 రూపాయలు అదనంగా నాయొక్క ఖాతానుండి ఉపసంహరించారు.
అంతేకాక నాయొక్క మొత్తము డీసెలు కొనుగోలు విలువ రూ. 2, 299.96 అయితే అదనపు 2రూపాయలు కాక మరొక 0.04 రూపాయలను అదనంగా ఉపసంహరించారు.
సాక్షాత్తూ భారత దేశ ప్రధాని అదనపు ఖర్చు లేకుండా కార్డు కొనుగోళ్ళు చేయమని చేబుతుంటే ఈ ఒక్క లావాదేవీలోనే నాయొక్క విలువైన ధనం Rs. 6.04 వృధా అయినాయి. ఇదే డిలరువద్ద నేను ఇప్పటికే సదరు మాయొక్క డ్రైవరును పంపి పలు మార్లు కొనుగోలు చేసినా ఇప్పటివరకూ అదనపు రుసుములు వసూలు చేయలేదు.ఇది ఎందుకు జరిగింది. ఇది చట్టప్రకారమే జరిగిందా లేక అక్రమ వసూలా మీరేతేల్చండి. ఈ యొక్క అదనపు వసూలు సక్రమమే అయితే దేశ ప్రధానియొక్క కల అయిన నగదు రహిత లావాదేవీలు ఎండమావే అవుతుంది

    Dear Sir, I am a consumer of Indane for domestic Gas supply. My consumer No is 3201 and local distributor is SABARI WHOLESALE CO-OP STORE, F-138 . TYPE-3 SUNABEDA -2 dist Koraput.(Odisha) . Over last 2months I am suffering a lot to book my refill order. Every time I try to book Gas online this message display over the system and line got disconnected ."Your booking is already exist in IVRS System. Your Booking No. Is 900236 and Booking Date is 01st Nov 2016 " Several time I have talked with office, Customer Care and IOCL to correct the system so that I may book my gas normally.At present I have to request my local dealer to book my gas manually. Please do something so that I can book my gas through IVRS or via online without any hassle. My Details are as under.       I have booked gas on 20th dec'16, ref. no was 404814, distributor name Popular gas ag, Purnea, Bihar, ph no[protected]/22. My consumer no CX16993436. After booking 27th dec i asked to my dist. M/s Popular gas ag, for my gas cylinder, and told me within two days will be supply. In the mean time message has come in my mobile that your cash memo no [protected] generating for booking.and then another msg was that your cylinder is delivered with cash memo no [protected]. You may also book for future. After that on 29 th dec another msg that an amount of rs.229.49 has been credited to your a/c. But gas has till not received. Sir please take care this matter, due to from july 16 till process continue the Popular gas ag. My mo no [protected]/[protected] .

        I am hereby to complain you about mispractice of selling the petrol.
        The whole base is that I am completely unsatisfied with your employee's services provided to me at the petrol pump located at the below-mentioned address.

        The employee's working over there don't give an exact amount of petrol according to the money they are taking or which is asked for, say, for example,
        if you are asking for 100 rs petrol then they will fill 99.87 rs petrol which can be clearly seen on the digital screen of the pump. the sad part is why do they fill the petrol manually? they are given automatic machine which fills exact amount of petrol required as the come with an auto lock control system.
        I have asked them to fill it like that way but every time their answer was system is not working properly. Well, that's not my concern I want my exact amount of petrol anyhow. Why do I suffer that much of loss into my saving while you have that much more profit?I waited a long time for to get the situation better and everytime the situation is taken for a toss, me and my friends experienced same problem. which creates a serious question in my mind whether to go to the petrol pump for filling petrol or not or to use any Indian oil products?
        Hope you understand the seriousness of the problem and take serious actions for the same.well, I am not asking for any return or refund for such small amounts which may be a big number by summing the times I have faced the situation but it won't help a middle-class man like me to immune this injustice mundanely.

          The said refills were delivered on 13/10/1016 and 17/12/2016 against order no. [protected] and [protected] but subsidy was not received.
          Full payments of RS.528.50 and RS.623/- were made by me.
          Still the subsidy amounts for the two refills supplied has not been received in my State Bank of Bikaner and Jaipur, Vikasnagar, Lucknow SB Account [protected].

          Kindly do the needful at the earliest.

Afte that cash memo [protected] generated on 20/12/2016 but till time lpg cylinder not delivered by omkar agency - ahmedabad. I have tried 20+ time on their land line number[protected] and[protected]. No one respond on this. I hope you will take necessary action against the distributor.

The cash memo No [protected] generated on[protected]. No delivery even after a week. The attitude of the agency is pathetic. I have repeatedly contacted the agency but they are not even ready to give a satisfactory answer.

                The gas cylinder against my booking no. 608213 and cash memo no.[protected] dt.27.12.2016 was not materialised due to door lock clause, on enquiry i was told that refilled cylinder will be delivered only upto 2nd floor, i am put up on 3rd floor and for last five years i am being supplied refilled cylinders regularly. Dealer is encouraging me to pay extra money for delivery. Please investigate and arrange supply at the earliest.

                  This is regarding an Indane gas distributor in Nelmangla (Bangalore Rural) who allegedly over-charges customers for delivering gas cylinders to home.

                  SC number: 4026543

                  THEY HAVE A FIXED extra Rs.50 Per cylinder on the bill amount.

                  When asked for reason, the delivery boy said they don't get paid and the have to survive on tips.
                  I approached the agency and they were over-careless and sounds like they are very much part of this scam.
                  They said all agencies (Bharat, HP) also charge 40-50 rupees extra per cylinder.

                  Actual bill amount was Rs.595.5 but I was charged RS.640.

                  I've attached the actual bill and I made the delivery boy to write the amount the he charged at the backside of the same bill.

                  Request you to kindly intervene & help people of Nelmangla out of this corruption.

                    Dear sir,
                    I have booked a gas cylinder on 07.12.16, booking no.-464125, consumer no.-g15382 and i got a message from service center that my cash memo no-[protected] generated on 11.12.16 but instead of getting any cylinder i got a message on 16.12.16 that "your refill booking no.-464125 stands cancelled need to ask distributor for further reason. And this happened with me third time, earlier also same thing happens with me, when i visit distributor he start giving lame excuses & asked to wait another one or two days to deliver the cylinder. It seems that they black market cylinders on first booking then if customer agitates they give them cylinder of some other customer. And they have made it a practice.
                    My wife is home maker and i am residing with my parents so my home is always open in day time so the reason of not available at home is also ruled out.
                    This time also after 1st cancellation i have made another booking on 22nd dec with booking confirmation no 471137 & got massage regarding the generation of cash memo : [protected] on 24th dec but still i am waiting for cylinder to deliver.
                    Kindly take the appropriate action against the culprit.

                      I booked for Indane refill for my gas connection CX9998605 on[protected]. On[protected] SMS was received that cash memo has been genarated. I contacted my gas agency - Cooking Gas Agency, Malvia Avenue, Sastri Nagar, Thiruvanmiyur, Chennai on[protected] and was informed that Indane refill will be issued by Monday/Tuesday. Meanwhile I got SMS that the booking has been cancelled - reason door closed. Actually my wife and my mother in law are always present in the house and when checked with building watchman i was informed that no agency delivered cylinder to the building during 24/25/26 December 2016. I again contacted the agency for delivery which they said they will deliver it. When no cylinder was brought to the flat, I would like to know the reason for cancellation of the booking. I had to visit unnecessarily the gas agency several times for just normal delivery of cylinder. Till the moment of complaint I have not received the cylinder. I hope action will be initiated immediately.

                        I have booked a Gas cylinder on 23.12.16, booking no.-348951, consumer no.-CX21614279 and I got a message from service center that my cash memo no-[protected] generated on 24.12.16 but till date I have not received any Cylinder but I got a message that " ur refill booking No.-348951 stands cancelled. Reason : Door closed. Delivery may be reattempted shortly." I am very much surprising that my family was full day presents in the Flat. The gas delivery boy has misguided the distributors becoz last time I have denied to pay him extra amount and ask him to show the weigh of the cylinder. I don't know how can I get the cylinder.

                            I have booked rifil on 11.12.16 with booking reference no 289828. My consumer no is 3340247 and my distributors is aroop enterprise, shibpur, howrah, west bengal, 711102.
                            But till date i have not get any cash memo no, whenever i enquire at their office they say "next week we will see" nothing is in our hand. Every time they harrasss us. Never we get rifil timely. They even don't want to listen us.
                            Now it's requested to arrange for my rifil as soon as possible.

                                The pump located on bhilad sarigam main road refused to accept debit card to give fuel for rs 300 and told that pos machine is not working this has happened for many times and every time they refuse to accept card forcing customers to use cash which is so inconvenient in this phase of demonitization. It was disgusting when i was refused for the fourth time in 2 consecutive weeks, i complained to the manager and very arrogantly he told that i as a customer am unlucky that the machine is not working and if i wanted to complain i should go to the bank. I asked him to provide his suggestion booklet available at all pumps but he refused to give and threatened me. Now i felt helpless and disgusted. I feel that filling station must provide cashless methods of payment round the clock as a moral responsibility towards cashless india. I strongly request to take appropriate action

                                  Very late delivery of indane gas and no response from the distributer . Always delaying the refill by 10 days, when we visit to their office . And when we call forst time he will pick the call and tell he will check and get back . And then when we call again he will talk rudely . My application status is all cleared but yet not received the link to pay the amount in online so that i met the distributor but he asked to pay amount of rs.8000/ for double bottle.                                       Respected Sir,
                                      I have been a satisfied consumer of Indane gas for many years & My consumer No is 00935. But from last 2 to 3 month i am facing the problem i.e Agency can not delivered cylinder time to time after online booking & also give a wrong reasone for it & also delivery boy can not delivered cylinder at home, but home delivery charges must be taken by him.Behaviour of the Deliver person is rude.

                                        Hi,

                                        With reference to consumer number [protected] booking cylinder # 600883 booked on 10/12/16 and cancelled on 19/12/16 without intimation and same escalated to gas agency several times and cylinder has been booking only on second time when the customer called the agency person.

                                        The deliver person is rude behavior his name is babu from omshakti agency chennai, please take remedial action against this person.
