Dear sir,
I have booked a gas cylinder on 07.12.16, booking no.-464125, consumer no.-g15382 and i got a message from service center that my cash memo no-[protected] generated on 11.12.16 but instead of getting any cylinder i got a message on 16.12.16 that "your refill booking no.-464125 stands cancelled need to ask distributor for further reason. And this happened with me third time, earlier also same thing happens with me, when i visit distributor he start giving lame excuses & asked to wait another one or two days to deliver the cylinder. It seems that they black market cylinders on first booking then if customer agitates they give them cylinder of some other customer. And they have made it a practice.
My wife is home maker and i am residing with my parents so my home is always open in day time so the reason of not available at home is also ruled out.
This time also after 1st cancellation i have made another booking on 22nd dec with booking confirmation no 471137 & got massage regarding the generation of cash memo : [protected] on 24th dec but still i am waiting for cylinder to deliver.
Kindly take the appropriate action against the culprit.
