I have booked rifil on 11.12.16 with booking reference no 289828. My consumer no is 3340247 and my distributors is aroop enterprise, shibpur, howrah, west bengal, 711102.
But till date i have not get any cash memo no, whenever i enquire at their office they say "next week we will see" nothing is in our hand. Every time they harrasss us. Never we get rifil timely. They even don't want to listen us.
Now it's requested to arrange for my rifil as soon as possible.

Dear it is for ur kind information that i booked my cylinder dated 8th dec.16 but till today i m not getting my lpg cylinder. 3 days before i visited agency office personally (Bansal india gas service pathankot) that told me u get ur cylinder next day but t i'll today i m not getting my cylinder. Dear in past i am also facing the same problem. Do needfull

The pump located on bhilad sarigam main road refused to accept debit card to give fuel for rs 300 and told that pos machine is not working this has happened for many times and every time they refuse to accept card forcing customers to use cash which is so inconvenient in this phase of demonitization. It was disgusting when i was refused for the fourth time in 2 consecutive weeks, i complained to the manager and very arrogantly he told that i as a customer am unlucky that the machine is not working and if i wanted to complain i should go to the bank. I asked him to provide his suggestion booklet available at all pumps but he refused to give and threatened me. Now i felt helpless and disgusted. I feel that filling station must provide cashless methods of payment round the clock as a moral responsibility towards cashless india. I strongly request to take appropriate action

Very late delivery of indane gas and no response from the distributer . Always delaying the refill by 10 days, when we visit to their office . And when we call forst time he will pick the call and tell he will check and get back . And then when we call again he will talk rudely . This is about sro vishnu gas agency in kadugudi having dostributer dinesh [protected]. I did mistake choosing indane .After all its a govt agency and do not care much about AAM aadmi . And also do not know how to behave with customer

I have applied for indane gas new gas connection in online with the reference number of n161213118434370450875. My application status is all cleared but yet not received the link to pay the amount in online so that i met the distributor but he asked to pay amount of rs.8000/ for double bottle. Please provide link to pay or contact the distributor to accept the money which has given in online.

I have been a satisfied consumer of Indane gas for many years & My consumer No is 00935. But from last 2 to 3 month i am facing the problem i.e Agency can not delivered cylinder time to time after online booking & also give a wrong reasone for it & also delivery boy can not delivered cylinder at home, but home delivery charges must be taken by him.Behaviour of the Deliver person is rude.

With reference to consumer number [protected] booking cylinder # 600883 booked on 10/12/16 and cancelled on 19/12/16 without intimation and same escalated to gas agency several times and cylinder has been booking only on second time when the customer called the agency person.

The deliver person is rude behavior his name is babu from omshakti agency chennai, please take remedial action against this person.

We stopped at This petrol pump for fuel and to use the restroom.My Dad was in the washroom so my mother and I were waiting outside behind the toilet.After a while we hear the owner yelling at us on top of his voice and used foul language, as he assumed we were peeing right behind the building.He could clearly see that nothing of that sort was happening even after which he continued yelling at us.We clearly explained to him that we were just standing there, he continued yelling and arguing.My Dad interfered even after which he didn't stop and continued fighting.The state of the washrooms are even worse, there wasn't In sanitary conditions at all.We belong to a very respectable and reputed family.We want to keep India clean and be a part of Swacch Bharath initiative.Even in long journeys we make pit stops in petrol pumps to use the washrooms.The least we expect is to have clean washrooms.Having clean bathrooms are basic necessities.Those washrooms looked like they haven't been washed since ages.The irony of this is that when we confronted him about the washrooms he gave us petty reasons, while maintaining a harsh tone.I request you to please look into the matter.I want an apology.Even after seeing we weren't doing anything of that sort he continued to yell and didn't stop.He wasn't sorry for his behaviour.

On 16/12/2016 I have make a request to refill.Reference no. is 571363.On 22/12/2016 I received a message that your cylinder has been delivered.But till the time I have not received the cylinder.Today I made call on customer care no. & made a complaint .Complaint No, is 2866884.
requested to kindly rectify this as soon as possible.

There is no bill provide. Response not good. And distributor is very tempered.. There is very gambling.. Plz sir.

Myself i. P banerjee (Consumer no cd/11583) from kolkata. I have submitted aadhar card xerox to local distributor (Chirodeep) and bank, so i got subsidery from jan, 2015 upto june, 2016. After that i have taken 3 gas cylinders, but i didnot get subsidery of 1 of them (Delivery date 19.8.2016). Lastly when i have taken gas cylinder on 23.12.2016, i was given a red slip. So i called local distributor, person who received call told "you have to submit aadhar card, as you didnit submit it before, after submission you will get subsidery from the next delivery". I dont know why this thing happen and why such harrassment has been taken to common people like me? Please go through this matter as early as possible.

An indane gas cylinder was delivered at my home by aatmiya indane, gf/ 8, keshav complex, susen char rasta, makarpura road, vadodara-10. Vide bill/vr no. [protected]. My customer no. Is [protected] lpgid:[protected]. The cylinder was put on use just before two weeks and today it is found to be empty. Normally it takes 40-45 days to consume a 14.2 kg cylinder but this time the cylinder has been emptied in just two weeks. It was observed while opening the cap of the cylinder that the cap & seal of the cylinder was loose, however, due to the busy morning hours and no spare cylinder, we had to start using this half empty cylinder. The fact that it was half empty, was proved today when it got totally empty just in two weeks o[censored]se.
I request you to (1) replenish the cylinder with a fully gas filled cylinder without any coast to me (2) put the distributing agency aatmiya indane on notice. And (3) take any other actions in the matter as may be deemed necessary..

Dear sir, i was booking gas on 10/11/2016 through your online gas booking service on www.indane.co.in. I tried to do the pre-payment in advance through card. Due to website error my money got deducted, no gas booking slip generated and even no refund back to my card till now. it was for the amount Rs. 516/-. i complaint to costumer complaint through call but they also not able to provide any valuable info. i complaint online and they provided me some number to call but issue not solved till now. please help me to get my money back or book my gas cylinder asap. i will be thankful to you.

I Anurag Sharma, age- 26, male, son of lalit sharma, resident of pali, rajasthan, India. yesterday ( 21/12/2016), I went to someser ( village in pali ) from pali in the middle of way I went to a fuel Station of Indain oil ( seervi filling station) to refuel my car by 200 rupees and asked for bill or invoice but the service man denied to provide it to me and start abusing, he was heavily drunk, and after few argguements the owner of the fuel station Mr. hari ram came out from his office and also start abusing and said that we do not provide bill under the amount of 500 go and do not come back otherwise i will beat you. after leaving or departing from there i have noticed that my fuel indicator is still not increases a bit. that clearly means there is corruption that is why they declined to give the invoice .
kindly take serious action against them.

I am consumer of lpg of ktps co-operative store, since of my joining at wbpdcl, ktps co-operative, ktps township supplied me empty cylinder by their person at my quarter - a 64/1, ktps township, purba medinipur, please instruct to the authority of ktps co-operative, to supply me filled cylinder, i have talked with mr. Debjit. My cylinder is intact with seal of iocl i have not opened and broken the cylinder.
