Myself i. P banerjee (Consumer no cd/11583) from kolkata. I have submitted aadhar card xerox to local distributor (Chirodeep) and bank, so i got subsidery from jan, 2015 upto june, 2016. After that i have taken 3 gas cylinders, but i didnot get subsidery of 1 of them (Delivery date 19.8.2016). Lastly when i have taken gas cylinder on 23.12.2016, i was given a red slip. So i called local distributor, person who received call told "you have to submit aadhar card, as you didnit submit it before, after submission you will get subsidery from the next delivery". I dont know why this thing happen and why such harrassment has been taken to common people like me? Please go through this matter as early as possible.

    An indane gas cylinder was delivered at my home by aatmiya indane, gf/ 8, keshav complex, susen char rasta, makarpura road, vadodara-10. Vide bill/vr no. [protected]. My customer no. Is [protected] lpgid:[protected]. The cylinder was put on use just before two weeks and today it is found to be empty. Normally it takes 40-45 days to consume a 14.2 kg cylinder but this time the cylinder has been emptied in just two weeks. It was observed while opening the cap of the cylinder that the cap & seal of the cylinder was loose, however, due to the busy morning hours and no spare cylinder, we had to start using this half empty cylinder. The fact that it was half empty, was proved today when it got totally empty just in two weeks o[censored]se.
    I request you to (1) replenish the cylinder with a fully gas filled cylinder without any coast to me (2) put the distributing agency aatmiya indane on notice. And (3) take any other actions in the matter as may be deemed necessary..

      I booked my cooking cylinder before 1 month, and not yet come, this is not 1St, time. Even I again booked cylinder before 10 days but not yet come, and misbehaving with me.

      Plz solve this my query.

            Dear sir, i was booking gas on 10/11/2016 through your online gas booking service on www.indane.co.in. I tried to do the pre-payment in advance through card. Due to website error my money got deducted, no gas booking slip generated and even no refund back to my card till now. it was for the amount Rs. 516/-. i complaint to costumer complaint through call but they also not able to provide any valuable info. i complaint online and they provided me some number to call but issue not solved till now. please help me to get my money back or book my gas cylinder asap. i will be thankful to you.

              I Anurag Sharma, age- 26, male, son of lalit sharma, resident of pali, rajasthan, India. yesterday ( 21/12/2016), I went to someser ( village in pali ) from pali in the middle of way I went to a fuel Station of Indain oil ( seervi filling station) to refuel my car by 200 rupees and asked for bill or invoice but the service man denied to provide it to me and start abusing, he was heavily drunk, and after few argguements the owner of the fuel station Mr. hari ram came out from his office and also start abusing and said that we do not provide bill under the amount of 500 go and do not come back otherwise i will beat you. after leaving or departing from there i have noticed that my fuel indicator is still not increases a bit. that clearly means there is corruption that is why they declined to give the invoice .
              kindly take serious action against them.

KTPS Co-operative, KTPS supplied me empty cylinder by their person at my Quarter- A 64/1, KTPS Township, Purba Medinipur, Please instruct to the Authority of KTPS Co-operative, to supply me Filled Cylinder, I have talked with Mr. Debjit. My Cylinder is intact with seal of IOCL I have not opened and broken the Cylinder. Waiting for your co-operation please.

                      Dear Sir,
                      I am a senior consultant with corporate hospital & my wife is ENT surgeon in State Govt. I have connection with your company since my arrival to India in 1994. But attitude of agency & contractor who is supplying cylinder is very poor. They never bring weighing scale. Always charge more than the amount on receipt.
                      This time delivery man came whose name is Kanwar Pal. Inspite of repeated request, he didn’t respond. He called his contractor Sukhvinder. Inspite of telling repeatedly he started fighting & told if you require I will bring the weighing scale.
                      He was also telling that if you pay extra we will deliver otherwise you have to suffer. The refill was booked on Nov. 30th 2016 and delivered on Dec. 18th 2016.
                      Kindly look into the matter.

                          My Consumer No. 25794, and my agency name is Cooking Gas Agency, Chennai 600041. On Ist Dec 1916 I booked for the refill, and on 3rd Dec a technician came in my absence, and asked for Rs 506 to my daughter, when she said she has only Rs 2000, no change, the technician said he will come in the evening on the same day. But afterwards he did not turn up.
                          On 10th the delivery man brought the cylinder with the inspection charge bill of Rs 150. I refused and demanded the service of Technical man, he shouted at me, and has taken back the cylinder without making delivery.
                          When I complained this to[protected],[protected], the gentleman said that he will look into it and ensure the delivery. Only today, 21st Dec 2016, I received the supply and once again the delivery man has produced a bill for Rs 150 for inspection charges but he doesn't know any thing about
                          connection. Same way the agency people are harassing most of my friends houses.

                            Booked a gas cylinder through sms IOC [protected] CX7684727 to IOC automated IVR No [protected] by mobile no [protected] on dated 19th Nov.2016 and got booking confirmation registered with Ref.No.208346 with a massage "Refill expected delivery :3-5days.
                            It is more than a month and cylinder not delivered. Tried to call severally on several days to the agency but land line phone not picked up. Facing hardship due to forced closure of home cooking.
                            On 19th Dec.2016 again tried to book cylinder through sms IVR process by mobile No [protected] but to no avail. No booking confirmation or supply of cylinder as yet forcing me to lodge system complaint.
                            My apprehension is that this KARAN agency is not capable to provide customer service and hence my distributor service may please be reverted to SHRI MAHADEV GAS AGENCY, a truly professional customer friendly service provider and request to resolve the issue by supplying a cylinder at once.

                              Dear Sir,
                              Whenever I went to above mentioned filling station with my car the employee are always behaving very well manner but whenever I went to KIRON SERVICE STATION with my scooter, the employee of the said station behave us like bagger/unwanted customer with impolite manner.
                              As for example, today I have purchase petrol vide invoice no. 008739 dated 20/12/2016 at 14:43 “o”clock with the same impolite manner for my scooter. In this connection when I opposed the situation all the employee of the station gathering me to physically assault. This situation can be confirmed from the CCTV of the station.
                              In this regards I would like to draw the kind attention of the higher authority for the necessary action else I have to take the legal action.

                                Please I have booked LPG cylinder against booking no - 696533 and it was cancelled with wrong reason(door close). For same complain No - 2844256 logged and I called customer care. They are not providing exact reason or complain and way of answer was very poor. Please provide permanent solution with exact reason of cancellation of previous booking.

                                  On 17th Dec 19.30 hrs I filled fuel at Armmaan Sales and Indian Oil Petrol pump in my Honda Amaze Diesel car.
                                  At that time my fuel indicator showed 3 bars.
                                  The fuel pump attendant filled 32 litres which is a near impossible feat as even my Low Fuel Indicator is on I have never filled more than 28-29 litres and this time there were 3 bars.
                                  The fuel dispensing machine is clearly faulty and the petrol pump is upto fraudulent practices.
                                  Please look into this matter seriously.
                                  My bill no was 08953 dated 17th Dec 2016.

                                    On sunday ( 18/12/2016) while i was traveling from trivandrum to cochin (kerala). I entered an indianoil pump at
                                    HARIPAD (ALAPPUZHA, KERALA) NAMED ':ASOKA FUELS:' for refueling and for using the toilet facility.
                                    While i asked about the toilet facility the manager said, it is not functioning, the water supplying pipe is damaged.
                                    Since we asked that "why couldn't you rectify it" he behaved very rudely and said, " WE WON'T RECTIFY IT WHAT SHALL YOU DO". He was behaving very badly even without considering the ladies inside the vehicle.
                                    I request you to take necessary action against this IOC PUMP 'ASOKA FUELS', HARIPAD, ALAPPUZHA, KERALA.

                                      I, VGovindan kutty Nair would like to write the following complaint regarding not getting Indane cooking gas subsidy for the last 5 months.
                                      I am a customer of your Indane gas and was getting my cylinder regularly from Ameen Gas agency (Shoranur, Kerala) including subsidy. Now I am not getting my subsidy since August 2016. I have already linked my Aadhar number[protected] with my Canara Bank account, Shoranur Branch and has got the sbsidy till July 2016.
                                      I am a senior citizen and hence kindly do the needful and help me to receive the same.

                                        I have filled fuel in Indian Oil petrol station on 12 Dec-16 (SHREE SERVICE STATION . DOMLUR HAL ROAD BANGALORE Pin:560037 Ph: [protected]) (Dealer code: 118311). I have filled petrol for 1900 rs (27 Lit approx). After driving 2-3 KM my vehicle choked and stopped abruptly. I called my Hyundai service assistance. My vehicle was towed to the service station and they gave me a report saying that fuel was contaminated with lot of water . I was shocked to hear this and reconfirmed with the color of fuel . Service Station person( Mr.Narayanaswamy ) is very rude and dint even listen to my calls.
                                        I need immediate support from IOC since i have lost so much money and time due to this. I need to replace my engine that cost has to be borne by IOC. If not i am escalating it to consumer court.
