My Consumer No. 25794, and my agency name is Cooking Gas Agency, Chennai 600041. On Ist Dec 1916 I booked for the refill, and on 3rd Dec a technician came in my absence, and asked for Rs 506 to my daughter, when she said she has only Rs 2000, no change, the technician said he will come in the evening on the same day. But afterwards he did not turn up.
On 10th the delivery man brought the cylinder with the inspection charge bill of Rs 150. I refused and demanded the service of Technical man, he shouted at me, and has taken back the cylinder without making delivery.
When I complained this to[protected],[protected], the gentleman said that he will look into it and ensure the delivery. Only today, 21st Dec 2016, I received the supply and once again the delivery man has produced a bill for Rs 150 for inspection charges but he doesn't know any thing about
connection. Same way the agency people are harassing most of my friends houses.
Requesting you for a solution for this problem. After 20 days received the supply. No body attended Your toll free no.[protected], area office no.[protected], corporate ph. no.[protected].

    Booked a gas cylinder through sms IOC [protected] CX7684727 to IOC automated IVR No [protected] by mobile no [protected] on dated 19th Nov.2016 and got booking confirmation registered with Ref.No.208346 with a massage "Refill expected delivery :3-5days.
    It is more than a month and cylinder not delivered. Tried to call severally on several days to the agency but land line phone not picked up. Facing hardship due to forced closure of home cooking.
    On 19th Dec.2016 again tried to book cylinder through sms IVR process by mobile No [protected] but to no avail. No booking confirmation or supply of cylinder as yet forcing me to lodge system complaint.
    My apprehension is that this KARAN agency is not capable to provide customer service and hence my distributor service may please be reverted to SHRI MAHADEV GAS AGENCY, a truly professional customer friendly service provider and request to resolve the issue by supplying a cylinder at once.

      Dear Sir,
      Whenever I went to above mentioned filling station with my car the employee are always behaving very well manner but whenever I went to KIRON SERVICE STATION with my scooter, the employee of the said station behave us like bagger/unwanted customer with impolite manner.
      As for example, today I have purchase petrol vide invoice no. 008739 dated 20/12/2016 at 14:43 “o”clock with the same impolite manner for my scooter. In this connection when I opposed the situation all the employee of the station gathering me to physically assault. This situation can be confirmed from the CCTV of the station.
      In this regards I would like to draw the kind attention of the higher authority for the necessary action else I have to take the legal action.

        Please I have booked LPG cylinder against booking no - 696533 and it was cancelled with wrong reason(door close). For same complain No - 2844256 logged and I called customer care. They are not providing exact reason or complain and way of answer was very poor. Please provide permanent solution with exact reason of cancellation of previous booking.

          On 17th Dec 19.30 hrs I filled fuel at Armmaan Sales and Indian Oil Petrol pump in my Honda Amaze Diesel car.
          At that time my fuel indicator showed 3 bars.
          The fuel pump attendant filled 32 litres which is a near impossible feat as even my Low Fuel Indicator is on I have never filled more than 28-29 litres and this time there were 3 bars.
          The fuel dispensing machine is clearly faulty and the petrol pump is upto fraudulent practices.
          Please look into this matter seriously.
          My bill no was 08953 dated 17th Dec 2016.

            Sir,
            On sunday ( 18/12/2016) while i was traveling from trivandrum to cochin (kerala). I entered an indianoil pump at
            HARIPAD (ALAPPUZHA, KERALA) NAMED ':ASOKA FUELS:' for refueling and for using the toilet facility.
            While i asked about the toilet facility the manager said, it is not functioning, the water supplying pipe is damaged.
            Since we asked that "why couldn't you rectify it" he behaved very rudely and said, " WE WON'T RECTIFY IT WHAT SHALL YOU DO". He was behaving very badly even without considering the ladies inside the vehicle.
            I request you to take necessary action against this IOC PUMP 'ASOKA FUELS', HARIPAD, ALAPPUZHA, KERALA.

              I, VGovindan kutty Nair would like to write the following complaint regarding not getting Indane cooking gas subsidy for the last 5 months.
              I am a customer of your Indane gas and was getting my cylinder regularly from Ameen Gas agency (Shoranur, Kerala) including subsidy. Now I am not getting my subsidy since August 2016. I have already linked my Aadhar number[protected] with my Canara Bank account, Shoranur Branch and has got the sbsidy till July 2016.
              I am a senior citizen and hence kindly do the needful and help me to receive the same.

                Dear Sir,

                I have filled fuel in Indian Oil petrol station on 12 Dec-16 (SHREE SERVICE STATION . DOMLUR HAL ROAD BANGALORE Pin:560037 Ph: [protected]) (Dealer code: 118311). I have filled petrol for 1900 rs (27 Lit approx). After driving 2-3 KM my vehicle choked and stopped abruptly. I called my Hyundai service assistance. My vehicle was towed to the service station and they gave me a report saying that fuel was contaminated with lot of water . I was shocked to hear this and reconfirmed with the color of fuel . Service Station person( Mr.Narayanaswamy ) is very rude and dint even listen to my calls.
                I need immediate support from IOC since i have lost so much money and time due to this. I need to replace my engine that cost has to be borne by IOC. If not i am escalating it to consumer court.

                  Today 18.12.2016 i purchased maruti swift dezire vxi (Dl 1cv 7004) from rana motors, parshant vihar delhi. Car dealer put 2-2.5 ltrs of petrol and give delivery. I went to shree ram fuel co. (Ioc dealer) parshant vihar and he filled 43.52 ltrs petrol receipt no.[protected] paid by my credit card plus 2 ltrs on a slip given by car dealer so total 45.52 ltrs in addition to 2.5 ltrs which car have already that means total 48 ltrs in a car which has 42 fuel capacity. So please lodge my complaint and enqire or otherwise i shall approach consumer court.

                    i have already registered a complaint with you and you replied that either cont you cont on [protected] or lodged a complain on www.indane.co.in, i have tried so many times both these but all in vain because complain not lodged due to server problem and phone not attended by indane consumer care. So i request, please help me because this time on 27 Dec 16 i have face so many dificulties to refill the cylinder due to non availability of gas booking register, unfortunetly it was received on 31 dec.                       I Received ( 2Nos 14.2 Kgs Cylinder with self Service, 1Nos Gas Stove, 1 Nos Regulator, 1 Nos Hose, 1nos gas Lighter only) They not Issued these product like Apron, Cylinder Stand etc. Gas Book Card without Cover of Rs. 100.00
                      No Any Visit for Inspection or Installation.

                      Distributer said No any kind of Bill Invoice Provide behalf of any Products of Gas Appliences axcept Cylinder & the employ says The Bill issue only on plane paper with a rubber stamp on customer demand.
                      No any guarantee / warranty on product like Stove, regulator or hose Pipe. Gas book also not Issued on Same Day Issued After 2 Days on 17 Dec 2016.
                      Here is Handwritten Invoice generated after too much force that is also Above rate of MRP on Stove, Gas Book Issued Without Cover.
                      PR Charge, I Don't know What is PR. Administration Charge also high Rs 310.00 when Actual is Rs. 250.00
                      Actual Bill/Invoice Generated Only Of Rs. 3050.00 Otherwise rest on plane paper with Rubber stamp
                      No Sign, Seal or Stamp on Stove Warranty Paper.

                      They are also generated 3nos of Cash Memo on My Name that is not applicable on me I Have receved only 2 Nos Filled Cylinder That is Legal.

                        I visited the store and asked the lady to help me in booking the gas cylinder as the same was not getting booked
                        The lady denied helping me without checking what's the reason as my mobile key was missing and said that I need to replace the mobile in order to get help

                                I booked by lpg gas cylinder on dt 03/11/2016, after too may reminder and visit to gas dealer . he is not able to supply gas cylinder till date. this is necessary service to live life and eat food. how you are providing so irresponsible service. please give us the reason for not supply of lpg cylinder

                                  Sir,
                                  i', m a regular customer of phalodi gas agency of indane.

                                  One month ago i got a cylinder. After 20 days of that we used it and when we checked it, this was leaked.

                                  And when i gone to gas agency's office to change my leaked cylinder they refused to change it by saying that this cylinder is not leaked. And when i pour water in front of them air bubbles were came and they were saying this is very low leak.
                                  So please help me ...Because any disaster can happen to any time.

                                    Sir, my name is Shivnarayan([protected]), consumer no. [protected] ([protected]), agency name-ma krepa indane gramin vitrak, Bilyu Bas Rampura, Sardarsahar, PIN-331403. My complaint is whenever we refilled our empty cylinder than home delivery and cyl refill pay-slip is not provided at everytime. The behaviour of delivery person is very very rude, he had taken our passbook and not given before reminding him 2-3 times after 9-10 days.when we cont to distributor([protected]) than he replied "AAP cyl refill pay-slip ka kya karoge, aur passbook ka kya karoge??". Hence i request to help that distributor(Mr. Jagdish)

                                      In the current situation where there is shortage of currency. It is advisable to implement usage of Debit and Credit Card for following charges (example)collected by Agency.

                                      1. Deactivate Inspection Charges
                                      2.Dealer to dealer Gas connection Transfer Charges
                                      3.Gas Regulator replacement charges
                                      4.New tube replacement charges
                                      5.LPG cylinder payment through Delivery man, etc.,

                                      Please kindly take necessary action.

                                        While fund transferring (Rtgs) for hsd/fo, amount credit to iocl main a/c.
                                        Bank authority fail to mention the sub account - hsd/fo account. While transferring. The amount not reflecting in individual a/c. And it delays the supply of material and our prodn. Getting hampered.
                                        Many times bank transfer (Rtgs) the amount into 11. Digit a/c. No. Of supplier-iocl, as they say that the sub account is not reflecting while transferring.
