Ref my complaint no 2690796, no corrective action has been take till date so please look into the matter ie i have my account in SBI a/c no [protected] given for subsidy transfer, but in last 6-7 transactions it was transferred to my other account numbers in other than SBI bank, which was non operational. So i request to transfer my subsidy in my SBI account only having account numer [protected], IFSC code - SBIN0007508. My Cash Memo [protected] of amount Rs. 541.50 generated for booking no. 348170, But delivered with Cash Memo no. [protected] of amount Rs. 596.00. What changes is the cash memos. I had complained to the IOC, which is attached a copy of the reply.

    Customer grievance : filling of xtra premium petrol without asking

    Pl find th enclosed bill, which I purchased petrol from your outlet at Pongam, Trichur on 11/12/16.
    I asked specifically for petrol and by the time I got out from the car to pay money, Mr Swaminathan, filling assistant, filled with xtra premium petrol with out seeking my permission. I asked him why he didn't asked or mentioned this before filling ? He has no answer. Learnt that it is a new selling strategy in ZIOC pumps for xtra premium, which most if the customers never noticed.
    Immediately I informed this to the outlet manager Ms Jessy and she didn't gave a reasonable answer. I asked her to give the name and contact of the higher authority to complain the matter but she was bit reluctant to give and she gave a wrong email ID.
    Sir, is it a fair practice to fill the xtra premium without the consent of the customer ?
    You can very well reply to me that there is sticker on the petrol booth mentioning the type of fuel. As u know customer is not aware this small sticker but simply trusting your people at the petrol bunk.
    Last week I got a Whatsapp message showing this malpractice in IOC petroleum pumps. It will give more profit for the company, and more commission for the dealer. Poor salesman is forced cheat the customer for the company.
    Sir, shall I call it as a cheating ?
    I believe so. As you are aware the power of social medias, I will be forced to publish this to all groups available and also move with consumer court and other medias to expose your sales strategy. (Please give me the address of your higher authority to inform the matter. )

      Yesterday, 10.12.2016. afternoon delivery man from our agency, Cooking Gas Agency, Chennai 41 brought the cylinder. He demanded the inspection charges of Rs 180 with the bill along with the cylinder charge.
      When I refused and asked some technical man should visit and see the problems in the connection, delivery man shouted and refused to give the refill cylinder and has taken it back.
      Few days back some technical man from the agency turned up, and said will cost Rs 501 along with the inspection charges of Rs 180, he was not having change for Rs 2000, said will come in the evening with the change to do the repair, but he did not come back.
      So my request is delivery people should not demand inspection charges, only the man concerned should come and inspect the connection, and it happens every time. Please see that this does not happen in future, and warn the agency concerned about it.

      Distributor is charging excess amount for new connection. I was unaware of . He is charging 5200 for single cylinder and 7300 for double cylinder connection . He is forcefully selling burner also

        Complaint against IOC PETROL PUMP at kulanada, pathanamttitta, kerala .

        I filled 1000rs petrol in my car and gave them my debit card and pin.They came back saying that the card is declined. So i gave my car keys to the pump staff and had to get amount from the nearby federal bank atm from which i withdrew 2000 rs and gave it to the staff, and they returned 1000 back . But when i reached home and checked my account, 1000 rs was already debitted from my account for the petrol. So I was charged twice by card and by hand. I lost 1000rs because of that. I need my cash to be refunded immediately.

          I have already discussed with customercare and my distributor, but they are not cooperating me. they are not able to resolve this problem .

          As you know very well Now a days Online facilities are useful for us but some little mistake I am not able to do online.

            (e) Everyone know cash money shortage at this time but why your people done this type of activities?

              Sir,
              My Indian Cylinder was booked for Consumer No.30816 with reference No.256729 in the office of M/s. Chandra Gas Agency, Najafgarh, New Delhi-11073 on 25.11.2016. I had already been submitted my Aadhar Card to this Company and copy of one more has been submitted to the supplier. But subsidy has not been come in my bank account till date. Please give the direction to the Co. to send the subsidy in my account at the earliest.

                I have filled a diesel from A B Enterprises Indian Oil Petrol bun in Chennai Semmancherry, OMR road.

                I have paid a amount of RS 1050.67 but they debited from my bank account Rs 1080.57, i dont know why this people are collecting surcharge of Rs 30.

                then how people using there card, Prime Minister and Finance Minster forcing us (people) to online and card transaction, but if you collecting the surcharge means how people afford. this is ridiculous and you sucks our blood.

                        Hyderabad M.M. enterprises delivery guy charging extra then bill which is generated by the indane gas. the delivery guy asked 30 rupees extra, When we said we do not have change then the delivery guy asking us to borrow money from neighbours other wise i will take back the cylender. Very rudy behaviour. Why the delivey guys askin 30 rupees from customer? Indane company not giving salaries to them? 100 cylenders x 30 rs = 3000/- per day! Who the hell is responsible for 4?

                            My LPG distributor refused the old Rs 500 note despite the fact that its a valid currency for LPG cylinder purchase. My consumer no is 91630. When I asked the delivery person to give me in writing, he instantly wrote at the back of the slip. I want to know the position of Indian Oil in this regards. Is old Rs 500 note a valid currency for cylinder purchase or not? if yes, Why didn't the delivery person not accepted it?

                                This is ramakrishna from nagarkurnool i am residing in hyderabad as a part of my daily activity i went on my bike and i was out of petrol so i went to a ioc petrol bunk near cm camp office hyderabad there i gave 200 but they filled only 140 rupees petrol using a petrol gun which is hanging and there is no display of how much he filled i am at a loss of 60 rupees so please help me in this aspect.

But l can not found conection cylinder regulator etc. When i reched such ajency to know our status of such conectiions. So manger of gas ajency was mishbehaved with me. And i come back.

                                      I swiped my axis bank debit card to pay for petrol rs.200 to retailer "sahyog petroleum" gir somnath gujarat but they didn't provide petrol to me saying that it was a mistranslation and amount will be redeposited to your account but still it's not happen and when i met them they refused to hear positively. I said them that i will go to consumer forum for justice they didn't care for that. And i have bank statement also as proof.

                                        I am maintaining the saving account no.[protected] in your esteemed bank.

                                        Recently, I opened my account your new branch Badarpur, New Delhi for
                                        convenience due to near to residence.

                                        But your Badarpur Branch staff's behavior is rediculous. They don't
                                        know how to deal with customer.

                                        I could not deposit my money in home branch and deposit the same in
                                        Saket, New Delhi branch.

                                        I have already submit letter for account transfer from Badarpur to
                                        East of Kailash Branch.

                                        Pl. do the needful and take action them because this types of person
                                        are decreasing the reputation of Bank.
