I am sorry to say that the most inconvenience caused to me by your agency/dealer, while transferring my domestic gas connection from Bengaluru (Ideal Enterprises) to Nelamangala (S.V.Indane gas agency) Bengaluru Rural Dist. transfer letter submitted to SV Indane Gas agency on 13.12.2016.

till now no connection sanctioned to me
when i inquired in S.V.Gas agency they told me that the problem is from your(HP Gas Co.)

      Sir,
      i', m a regular customer of phalodi gas agency of indane.

      One month ago i got a cylinder. After 20 days of that we used it and when we checked it, this was leaked.

      And when i gone to gas agency's office to change my leaked cylinder they refused to change it by saying that this cylinder is not leaked. And when i pour water in front of them air bubbles were came and they were saying this is very low leak.
      So please help me ...Because any disaster can happen to any time.

        Sir, my name is Shivnarayan([protected]), consumer no. [protected] ([protected]), agency name-ma krepa indane gramin vitrak, Bilyu Bas Rampura, Sardarsahar, PIN-331403. My complaint is whenever we refilled our empty cylinder than home delivery and cyl refill pay-slip is not provided at everytime. The behaviour of delivery person is very very rude, he had taken our passbook and not given before reminding him 2-3 times after 9-10 days.when we cont to distributor([protected]) than he replied "AAP cyl refill pay-slip ka kya karoge, aur passbook ka kya karoge??". Hence i request to help that distributor(Mr. Jagdish)

          In the current situation where there is shortage of currency. It is advisable to implement usage of Debit and Credit Card for following charges (example)collected by Agency.

          1. Deactivate Inspection Charges
          2.Dealer to dealer Gas connection Transfer Charges
          3.Gas Regulator replacement charges
          4.New tube replacement charges
          5.LPG cylinder payment through Delivery man, etc.,

          Please kindly take necessary action.

            While fund transferring (Rtgs) for hsd/fo, amount credit to iocl main a/c.
            Bank authority fail to mention the sub account - hsd/fo account. While transferring. The amount not reflecting in individual a/c. And it delays the supply of material and our prodn. Getting hampered.
            Many times bank transfer (Rtgs) the amount into 11. Digit a/c. No. Of supplier-iocl, as they say that the sub account is not reflecting while transferring.

I am not in position to walk one agency to another for transfer my connection again to my previous dealer. Please attach my connection no. 85862 to shree darshan gas service meerut.                 This complaint refers to the petrol pump near mini secretariat, sector-12 faridabad, situated in front of dividing road between sectro-10 and sector-12, faridabad.
                The outlet has hired a service from some fraud, unscrupulous and cheat person who has been provided a shelter on the campus and carries out puncture repairing and inflation services to the vehicles.
                The other day (On 4th dec, 2016) when i went there to get this facility, they played a fraud. After testing the leak in the tubeless tyre, the air-inlet pipe some how and clandestinely was broken deliberately and charges of rs 120 was levied for replacement. You can understand the urgency of the customer and therefore shelves money. This is unfair and amounts to cheating.
                It is requested that this service provider be removed and the petrol station warned of the actions if they hire such service providers as above,

                  I, smt. Gouri hait (Lpg id is[protected] would inform that without my permission the transfer of my domestic indane gas has been done from dankuni gas distributor to janai nistarini indane.
                  In this connection i wrote a letter not to transfer my gas service, but it was not complied. So i am now being harassed not for booking my gas & am surprised to observe the whole thing.
                  Further i make this request to you to please retain my gas connection with dankuni gas distributor once again, since janai is very far away from my house.
                  So i should not be harassed for such transfer because of my old age

                    I would like to express my disappointment from your unsatisfactory level of service. Unfortunately, I cannot help but submit this letter of complaint hoping for a fast and adequate resolution.
                    I am using Indian Gas vide Customer No. 10345 Distributor - Ranbeer Enterprises (14, Aravalli Shopping Centre, Alaknanda, Delhi - 110019). We are continuously facing the Gas leakage problem from last 15 days. We have requested them so many times but I think they are waiting for some bad to be happen.

                    I trust that you will deal with this issue in a top urgent fashion. I also trust that you will take the necessary precautions to prevent such incidents.

                      Dear sir, i was booking gas on 10/12/2016 through your online gas booking service on www.indane.co.in. I tried to do the pre-payment in advance through card. Due to website error my money got deducted, no gas booking slip generated and even no refund back to my card till now. it was for the amount Rs. 596.91/-. i complaint to costumer complaint through call but they also not able to provide any valuable info. i complaint online and they provided me some number to call but that also not got picked up. please help me to get my money back or book my gas cylinder asap. i will be thankful to you.

                          I filled petrol on indian oil corporation by using credit card after 500/1000 note banned by government.
                          Dealer name - m. N desai, changodar, ahmedabad, gujarat. Filling dates 12 nov. 16 & 06 dec. 16 respectively.
                          Both time filled rs. 250 petrol but charged rs. 261.50.

                          As per govt. Notification service charges has been waived off on using of card card transections.

                          The extra charges should be revert to my account

                            For getting Gas Cylinder I am waiting since 10 am today 12th December when called the gas agency Mohan gas Bangalore, I received rude answer by their staff, they cannot tell the timing whenever find they will deliver. I asked their tentative timings so that I can plan accordingly they are not ready to either confirm or the contact details of delivery boy
                            . Hence forced to wait from morning to evening by applying leave.

                            But they have used used twice so 320 rupees debited from my account .

                                Customer grievance : filling of xtra premium petrol without asking

                                Pl find th enclosed bill, which I purchased petrol from your outlet at Pongam, Trichur on 11/12/16.
                                I asked specifically for petrol and by the time I got out from the car to pay money, Mr Swaminathan, filling assistant, filled with xtra premium petrol with out seeking my permission. I asked him why he didn't asked or mentioned this before filling ? He has no answer. Learnt that it is a new selling strategy in ZIOC pumps for xtra premium, which most if the customers never noticed.
                                Immediately I informed this to the outlet manager Ms Jessy and she didn't gave a reasonable answer. I asked her to give the name and contact of the higher authority to complain the matter but she was bit reluctant to give and she gave a wrong email ID.
                                Sir, is it a fair practice to fill the xtra premium without the consent of the customer ?
                                You can very well reply to me that there is sticker on the petrol booth mentioning the type of fuel. As u know customer is not aware this small sticker but simply trusting your people at the petrol bunk.
                                Last week I got a Whatsapp message showing this malpractice in IOC petroleum pumps. It will give more profit for the company, and more commission for the dealer. Poor salesman is forced cheat the customer for the company.
                                Sir, shall I call it as a cheating ?
                                I believe so. As you are aware the power of social medias, I will be forced to publish this to all groups available and also move with consumer court and other medias to expose your sales strategy. (Please give me the address of your higher authority to inform the matter. )

                                  Yesterday, 10.12.2016. afternoon delivery man from our agency, Cooking Gas Agency, Chennai 41 brought the cylinder. He demanded the inspection charges of Rs 180 with the bill along with the cylinder charge.
                                  When I refused and asked some technical man should visit and see the problems in the connection, delivery man shouted and refused to give the refill cylinder and has taken it back.
                                  Few days back some technical man from the agency turned up, and said will cost Rs 501 along with the inspection charges of Rs 180, he was not having change for Rs 2000, said will come in the evening with the change to do the repair, but he did not come back.
                                  So my request is delivery people should not demand inspection charges, only the man concerned should come and inspect the connection, and it happens every time. Please see that this does not happen in future, and warn the agency concerned about it.

                                  Distributor is charging excess amount for new connection. I was unaware of . He is charging 5200 for single cylinder and 7300 for double cylinder connection . He is forcefully selling burner also

                                    Complaint against IOC PETROL PUMP at kulanada, pathanamttitta, kerala .

                                    I filled 1000rs petrol in my car and gave them my debit card and pin.They came back saying that the card is declined. So i gave my car keys to the pump staff and had to get amount from the nearby federal bank atm from which i withdrew 2000 rs and gave it to the staff, and they returned 1000 back . But when i reached home and checked my account, 1000 rs was already debitted from my account for the petrol. So I was charged twice by card and by hand. I lost 1000rs because of that. I need my cash to be refunded immediately.

                                      I am Neeraj Kumar, Having Lpg Consumer no-11452 and LPG ID-3 [protected], I forget my LPG online ID, Password, and also my email id and password, thats why I am facing a lot problem while booking .

                                      I am working in Bajaj Energy LTD, Utraula, Dist- Balrampur, Uttarpradesh and my distributor is Shree Balaji Indane Gas Service, Utraula, dist-Balrampur

                                      I have already discussed with customercare and my distributor, but they are not cooperating me. they are not able to resolve this problem .

                                      As you know very well Now a days Online facilities are useful for us but some little mistake I am not able to do online.

                                      So kindly consider and resolve my problem as possible as soon. I will highly wait for your response.

                                        (b) But I was totally surprised how he has taken money?
                                        (c) Why agencies not inform to delivery guy whose customer done payment by online?
                                        (d) Totally misunderstanding by gas urgency and suffering customers ?
                                        (e) Everyone know cash money shortage at this time but why your people done this type of activities?
                                        (f) Immediately I was talk to MAHESHWARI GAS SERVICE helpline [protected] surprise “” they told why you gave money to delivery guy”” if you done payment online “this language too embrace”
