Not accepting debit cards

Dear sir,

As you know dur to demonization of currency everybody is short of cash and govt. Has told to put debit card machine on all petrol pump. This morning in madiya indian oil petrol pump he didn't accept the card and gave a big trouble and argued. I was not having that much cash with me and I had to beg their from someone and pay my petrol payment....

Booking status delivered but not received by consumer

I had booked Indian Gas through registered mobile no. [protected] for Con No 27166 on 14-Nov-2016 with REF NO 859972 CASH MEMO generated [protected]. On 18-Nov-2016 I received a confirmation message of Delivery. But there is no such delivery made on that day. Please do the needful earliest.

Harsh attitude of Delivery man

I am Soumitra Chatterjee at PURBASHA HOUSING COMPLEX, BRAHMAPUR, BADAMTALA, KOLKATA-96 and my Indane gas dealer is 'PL Gas Agency at Boral.
My complaint is that the delivery person behaves badly & asked for tips Rs.20-30 rupees extra every time for keeping the cylinder in the verandah.He was forceful for extra ceremonial 'Baaksish' as well.And on paying Rs.10 as tips he threatened of not deliverying.My father died just 2 months back...

Non delivery of cylinder

Non-receipt of gas subsidy after delivery of refilled cylinder

1. I was delivered refilled gas cylinder on 21 nov 2016 by sivam gas services, maligaon guwahati -781011 against cash memo no [protected] dt 20 nov 16 and booking no 305555 on 21 oct 2015 of my consumer no 9753412 and id no 3-[protected]. The subsidy has not yet been credited credited in my accounts till today.

2. Please take needful action on priority with an information to me....

Want a New Gas Connection but your Server is not working properly

Mandatory Gas Appliance and Pipe Check

Yesterday we got letters from Avtar Gas service Shalimar bagh for routine check or GAS equipment. As per them insurance charges are increased whereas we haven't received any document of insurance on our connection.
Today they said its mandatory for gas inspection and gas pipe more than 5 yrs old will be replaced whether its bad or not bcoz pipe have only 5yrs of expiry. Its been very pathetic that on every services govt is charging.br...

Wrong income data for LPG

Non delivery of refill cylinder for two months

B P Agencies Indane distributors, KOWDIAR trivandrum-3 delivered the domestic cylinder on november 22nd, 2016.cosumer number is 80504.After half an hour we have noticed that cylinder having leaking ..problem, Immediately informed the agency. we have requested to substitute the cylinder, but the agency did not mind that request, with anxiety and fear we are waiting for a solution.kindly take adequate action against such irresponsible behaviour....

New gas connection issue

As per your instruction we went to Bhawan Indane Gas Agency in our City Shamli but there behaviour very rudely against people and sale a new connection in 4900 Rs in this price includied things are as 1 cylender, 1 stove, Pipe, Regulator, 1 Lighter.

Is there anybody to take action on them? Will my complaint be ever heard? I know I am not the only victim of this but because this is India where I live,...
