    My LPG distributor refused the old Rs 500 note despite the fact that its a valid currency for LPG cylinder purchase. My consumer no is 91630. When I asked the delivery person to give me in writing, he instantly wrote at the back of the slip. I want to know the position of Indian Oil in this regards. Is old Rs 500 note a valid currency for cylinder purchase or not? if yes, Why didn't the delivery person not accepted it?

      I have applied for new Indane Gas Connection against Registration No. N161122160090301193696, but due to slow internet connection the fee for new connection is paid twice. I have emailed the details of payment showing payment made by me twice is mailed to the distributor's mail id provided in the website, but no reply or action is taken against it.

        This is ramakrishna from nagarkurnool i am residing in hyderabad as a part of my daily activity i went on my bike and i was out of petrol so i went to a ioc petrol bunk near cm camp office hyderabad there i gave 200 but they filled only 140 rupees petrol using a petrol gun which is hanging and there is no display of how much he filled i am at a loss of 60 rupees so please help me in this aspect.

              I swiped my axis bank debit card to pay for petrol rs.200 to retailer "sahyog petroleum" gir somnath gujarat but they didn't provide petrol to me saying that it was a mistranslation and amount will be redeposited to your account but still it's not happen and when i met them they refused to hear positively. I said them that i will go to consumer forum for justice they didn't care for that. And i have bank statement also as proof.

                Recently, I opened my account your new branch Badarpur, New Delhi for
                convenience due to near to residence.

                But your Badarpur Branch staff's behavior is rediculous. They don't
                know how to deal with customer.

                I could not deposit my money in home branch and deposit the same in
                Saket, New Delhi branch.

                I have already submit letter for account transfer from Badarpur to

                  I regret to inform you that i want transfer my gas connection Sonali Indane service kateya Gopalgunj Bihar to Patkhauli Indane service Gopalgunj Bihar But the distibuter abusing and say what you want do i cant transfer I am facing much trouble because its 40 km far from my home and new new indane distributer 100 miter near from my home but distibuter cant transfer I did 2 times complaint from my Indane Account but i got answer from company you go to distibuter and say for transfer but distibuter dosent transfer my connection and one complaint to customer care Anil on 28th December 2016 complaint no 2835826. he say you got solution within 48 hrs but still no any solution.                     As you know dur to demonization of currency everybody is short of cash and govt. Has told to put debit card machine on all petrol pump. This morning in madiya indian oil petrol pump he didn't accept the card and gave a big trouble and argued. I was not having that much cash with me and I had to beg their from someone and pay my petrol payment.

                        When i booked for refill with consumer n0. cx25151331 on 27.11.2016 i received a message that cash memo. it was mentioned that it costs rs.536.49. but the delivery boy gave a cash memo for rs.591.99. which is delivered on 1.12.2016. is it inorder. if it so is it not confusing and is it not you have to deliver the goods with the old rate which youhave given message.

                            I write this to convey the following information to your good offices, to decide & take appropriate action to relieve me from further anxiety.
                            1. I have submitted filled up Form-3 to Bank and Form No.4: Mandate for Non Aadhaar based LPG Subsidy transfer. (To be submitted to LPG Distributor and to Bank). This was submitted on 2/1/2015 to Circular Agency during personal visit.
                            2. I have applied for Aadhaar Card on 10/12/15. With all my above efforts as a Senior Citizen of 61 yrs age, I still face frequent harassment by SMS sent by VK-IODBTL, where the following message is flashed repeatedly to my mobile phone. Quote:- To Avail Subsidy after 30.11.16 pl. provide Aadhaar no. to your LPG Distributor. Contact Distributor for assistance on new Aadhaar No. or for lost Aadhaar/EID. - Unquote.
                            Request your kind intervention to ensure smooth transfer of subsidy to my Bank A/c, and help relieve my anxiety. As soon as I obtain my Aadhaar Card by post I will submit my Aadhaar Card No. on the same day.

On 18-Nov-2016 I received a confirmation message of Delivery. But there is no such delivery made on that day. Please do the needful earliest.
                              One more why they provided unanswerable toll free number[protected]

                                I am Soumitra Chatterjee at PURBASHA HOUSING COMPLEX, BRAHMAPUR, BADAMTALA, KOLKATA-96 and my Indane gas dealer is 'PL Gas Agency at Boral.
                                My complaint is that the delivery person behaves badly & asked for tips Rs.20-30 rupees extra every time for keeping the cylinder in the verandah.He was forceful for extra ceremonial 'Baaksish' as well.And on paying Rs.10 as tips he threatened of not deliverying.My father died just 2 months back & my mother a recently turned widow panics on such an attitude of your delivery man.
                                The aforesaid matter need to be taken care so that any consumer of my area be harassed by such a delivery person.

                                        1. I was delivered refilled gas cylinder on 21 nov 2016 by sivam gas services, maligaon guwahati -781011 against cash memo no [protected] dt 20 nov 16 and booking no 305555 on 21 oct 2015 of my consumer no 9753412 and id no 3-[protected]. The subsidy has not yet been credited credited in my accounts till today.

                                        2. Please take needful action on priority with an information to me.
                                        Indian Oil Corporation [IOC] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                                        My consumer no is 3335338, booking no. 275478 dt. 05.11.2016, and cash memo no given by sms is [protected] . On enquiry today, my cash memo no is informed as [protected] . and devilery given on 01.11.2016 . Please help.
