I am Sunil from karnal Haryana, I try to get a new Indane Gas connection online & through distributor. Indane Online server is not working properly & Distributer Mohan Gas Agency told me to pay Cash Only, they are not accepting Card or Net banking for payment.
I request you to please provide me a new connection with two cylinder. my email-id is [protected]@gmail.com.

Yesterday we got letters from Avtar Gas service Shalimar bagh for routine check or GAS equipment. As per them insurance charges are increased whereas we haven't received any document of insurance on our connection.
Today they said its mandatory for gas inspection and gas pipe more than 5 yrs old will be replaced whether its bad or not bcoz pipe have only 5yrs of expiry. Its been very pathetic that on every services govt is charging.

They don't have any document to show norms provided by INDIAN OIL that its mandatory to go for inspection and pipe change.

Kindly suggest

I have a LPG connection.Till January 2016, I was getting subsidy on every delivery through SBBJ Bank.Suddenly my subsidy was stopped from April 2016 onwards .

I booked my refill cylinder on 17-09-16. My ivrs booking number is 236327. The agency has delivered bookings upto 25-09-16. I also submit my grievances in indane website. But till now my refill cylinder is not delivered despite of me making several calls to them

B P Agencies Indane distributors, KOWDIAR trivandrum-3 delivered the domestic cylinder on november 22nd, 2016.cosumer number is 80504.After half an hour we have noticed that cylinder having leaking ..problem, Immediately informed the agency. we have requested to substitute the cylinder, but the agency did not mind that request, with anxiety and fear we are waiting for a solution.kindly take adequate action against such irresponsible behaviour.

As per your instruction we went to Bhawan Indane Gas Agency in our City Shamli but there behaviour very rudely against people and sale a new connection in 4900 Rs in this price includied things are as 1 cylender, 1 stove, Pipe, Regulator, 1 Lighter.

Is there anybody to take action on them? Will my complaint be ever heard? I know I am not the only victim of this but because this is India where I live, so I have to suffer.

I had booked for indane lpg cylinder refilling on 15.10.16 via ref no. 276741 against consumer no.15555 of P.S.Gas Agency. The cash memo no. [protected] for was generated on 05.11.16, but the cylinder has not been delivered yet till today i.e. 21.11.16. My other cylinder has also emptied today. Does it take months to deliver a cylinder ? Kindly do the needful to solve the problem and find out the loopholes.

I have applied for a new gas connection at indane gas agency — j. n. enterprises, 20th main, btm 1st stage, bangalore, karnataka on the date 01-october-2016. still now they have not delivered my gas cylinders. whenever i go for the status check they will not respond properly and they will say that verification was not done yet. i don't why on this earth this verification is taking so much long like 50 days. whenever i ask them regarding this they will note down my address my address & phone number and will say that we will do the needful today itself. but till now no result. kindly please do the needful. if this is the situation of common man, one day you may loose reputation from customers.

Now my 2nd cylinder is also become empty, when we call the they answer rudly saying no stock. If you want you can come and collect.

Please help me. I m in a awful situation.
And please let me know how many still how many days i need to bring food from outside.

Saravana a customer of ioc bearing consumer no.8401 receiving gas cylinders through the agency sri srinivasa agency, leelamahal road, tirupati since 5 yrs now intend to book the cylinder, came to know that my account was shifted to other new agency which is far away from my residence without my knowledge nor information. This is not fair, so kindly resolve the same and make me to book the refill cylinder at the earliest possible. Further my request is without concern of the consumer don't repeat the same to any customer.

The connection was in the name of my mother smt shanta kumari n she expired on 19.9.16. I fill the necessary forms n copy of death certificate. Vicky agencies inform that for change of name i will have to refund the one time permanant advance of rs.568 and rs.50 as transaction charges. I paid rs.618 in cash to them and they issued me sv in my name. But they donot issue any receipt for refund of advance and transaction fee to me. Simply they write on sv the amt rs.618 n initial on sv. Pl look in to the matter and issue me proper receipt for the above amt paid by me. Reply soon. Thanks. S k malhotra (Old con. In the name of mandatory checking, indane taking rs.75, and they are doing nothing. I don't want to pay this amount, for this purpose. If it is mandatory do it at free of cost, because we are already paying for gas cylinder.

If i do not pay this amount, survey park gas service force us. They are asking rs. 75 for checking every time when i book cylinder. Why you are sucking money from customer?

Tell me what to do.

Every time when we book a cylinder, looks like the cylinder gets delivered to somebody else because, though we have not received a cylinder even after 8 days of booking, the IVR system says cylinder has been delivered, ( We don't know to whom its getting delivered)
This is really inconvenient and my aged parents have to run around to distributor office every time.
Requesting you to take the right action towards the issue as we are complaining this issue second time.
On 8th Nov 2016 i have booked a cylinder with booking reference number - 410609 and we have not received the cylindric yet, but IVR system says its been delivered on 11 Nov 2016.

Hi,
This complain is regarding the delivery person who deliver the cylinder to our home, they are harassing the housewives for extra money and demanding tip as delivery charge.

Unless the money is given they are not leaving the premises. They are straight away demanding an amount of rs60 for delivering a cylinder.

I spoke to keerthi indane manager as well but no action is being taken from their end as well.

This kind of harassment of housewives is really bad and needs to be dealt with strongly.

Yesterday i put petrol in adyar indian oil petrol bunk for 50 rs your employee did not put petrol properly number did not start in 00 they start 30 like some number i have splendor pro my bike give good mileage. three times i got problem in . Indian oil worst performance my giving just 12 km for 50rs petrol this is very worst performance

But, during payment, the concerned dealer was denying to take rupees 500 and 1000, where RBI and government has already declared that upto 24th November, 2016, all LPG dealers will accept rupees 500 and 1000.
