I, did an online booking of a refill of lpg gas using following link, in which
I made an online
Payment of rs 559/-, but nothing is visible under tab cylinder booking history:

I then tried to book again, but the message displayed is as under:

Previously paid refill booking amount on[protected]: rs. 559.00

It seems there is some bug in the software; on checking with the dealer (M/s
Satyam) simple answer given was that system does not show any booking & nothing at his end is possible.

I request you to resolve the issue of non booking of my cylinder booking,
Especially when payment is already deducted from my account (I did online booking with payment made, in the current demonetization national issue).

In this digital india era, may i request you to resolve this issue at the
Earliest.

My gas connection 24012 with Kunnukandathil Gas services was suspended on a/c of another connection of HP at Rajasthan. On my retirement I hv surrendered my HP connection and submitted the termination voucher at Indane to restore the connection. Unfortunately the while issuing the voucher they hv crossed it and Indane people are saying this is not original and therefore I am not able to get my gas connection. Request please help. The details are as under.

I was using the Indane very rarely while on leave but now I am settled at Kerala and require this suspended Indane gas restored as the other one is already surrendered on 21st Sept 2016.

I hope there are mechanism now to find out whether this adhar or my old HP connection is valid. Agency people are reluctant as they say only company people can solve this problem.

So help me to restore my connection at Kerala and I swear I have no gas connection other than this Indane anywhere in India.

I have lost my Empty LPG Cylinder or some body stolen from outside my house last week. Please tell me the procedure to get it back or alternate solution.I am Javed qureshi from nagda junction (M.P). I having LPG connection (cylinder) from Rajendra indane Gas, Distributor of Indane Gas. last week, i missed one of my empty LPG cylinder. Immediately i informed the Rajedra Gas, nagda for the missing.

The gas agency has refused to accept the old demonination notes before 14th november 2016. Inspite of rbu circular that lpg cylinders have to accept the old notes they have refused to accept the same and have returned the gas cylinder. We have talked with the company directly the person replied that inspite of the rbi circular we have been instrued not to accept the old notes. Kindly take action against the same.

Ms Kaushalya gas Agency godda jharkhand not taking 500 notes, i dont have 100 notes... how can i change my gas cylinder... the RBI has stated that gas stations will be taking 500 notes... then why are they discarding 500 notes. I do hereby request to please take some action immediately so that i can change my gas cylinder... not only me but lots and lots of customers have the same complaint...

This is regarding the overpricing of the petrol. On 11 nov 2016 when i fueled 200 rs petrol i paid that using my debit card which shows that 260 rs was deducted from the account. If i have asked for 200 rs petrol why was i charged 260 rs.

The name of the petrol pump is unique filling point mira road.

my self Jitender i was fill my Honda stunner bike full of tank on 29 th Oct'16 10:57am which is capacity only 10 liter with 2 liter reserve capacity which is already have in the bike. the attended guy charge me 766.13 rupees of 11.51 lter petrol when i was ask the guy he reply me tank capacity is 13 liter. that time i was not aware of the capacity of my bike tank today when i was check on web then i was shock how they guy cheat so easily and over charge to any body. kindly take the action on the same.

Dear sir,

I have booked a gas refill around one month back and still i have not received it. Without any checking whether we are at home or not y, they have send a sms as house was locked we are unable to delivered. We reattempt the delivery. Still they have not delivered yet. Even i have given several (5) round at the office. They have not send the cylinder yet. I am facing lot's of problem. What to do.

I have new LPG connection from INDANE GAS before few month via NIRAG GAS AGENCY Limbdi with customer number [protected]

As I submit all document with my address same as A23 PARAS NAGAR 2 OPP NEW BUS STATION but distributor wrote wrong address as ST 2 OPP BUS STATION so when lpg supply comes the Delivery men can’t find address even lpg supply on night time only and they force me to collect lpg from office

Also when I complaint to distributor they misbehave with me and force me to fill change address form why should I fill wrong address form??? as I submit proper address on connection time

Please take Action ASAP

Indian oil petrol bunk which is in Yelahanka Manjunatha & Venkateshwara both the petrol bunk are best in cheating, so many time Inoticed this, I use to fill fuel for 400rs tht guy ll stop at 100 or 110 & ask money I ll Tel I asked to fill for 400rs he ll go & act like he resets but he won't reset mean while other guy ll disturb asking card or cash etx wen I look at machine it ll show 300rs, he ll tell 100rs + 300 = 400 but infact he ll stop at 100 & disturb us & continues till 300 n collect 400rs, one more experience we. V say card payment 400rs immediate 1 guy ll stand next to us n ask for card payment pin machine not working he ll speak some thing n all & disturb us another side they won't tell zero before filling fuel so if previously customer filled for 100rs he ll continue till 400 n take 400 from us but v get fuel for only 300.

The lpg agent venkat gas agency (id no: 1148), 32/67, pillayar kovil street, triplicane, ch[protected]/5121), refused to accept the 500/- rupee note while delivering the gas cylinder. he took the cylinder away. i called the agency, the owner had instructed the staff not to take any 500/- rupee note. i had registered a complaint immediately at the ioc complaint cell on 10/11/16.[protected].
Again, i tried the same number the next day (11/11/16), but no response the entire day.
The toll free number[protected], is not in use.
What should i do to get the cylinder?
All the banks and atms are heavily crowded. so, i can't get rs.100/- denominations.
Kindky, make arrangements so that the agency accepts 500/- rupee old note and delivers my cylinder immediately.

Hi... Here in bangalore in mahadevapura petrol bunk are not accepting rs.500/1000 note... May i know the reason, our pm has clearly told that petrol bunk will continue to accept rs500/1000 notes but here sai krishna service center located at mahadevapura area are not accepting rs.500/1000 notes we are not asking for change we are going there to fill oil in bike... If you guys will not cooperate then how are you supporting country/pm?? Please resolve it by today evening if really you guys are opened this complaining center and supporting people.

And he's delivery boy delivery time asking extra money 30rs every month pls take action.

It happened yesterday dated 09/11/2016, as I went to fill petrol from IOC petrol pump located at Moirang, Bishnupur District, Manipur-795133. I was denied petrol because I had no change and only 1000 rupee notes. He said they will not accept 500/1000 rupee notes. Even if I had told them hospital/petrol station were instructed to accept them till 11nov midnight by our P.M. and if they don't accept my notes i would write a formal complaint, they still denied my request. Overall he was rude and said do whatever I want, but he won't accept them. Please I request you to take necessary steps to prevent such incidents, thank you.

This is the third time I am giving complaint against this distributor. Again 15 days over after my booking but cylinder not delivered. I have booked on 27th oct, Reference number is 900801, Booking Order number is [protected].I have repetitive calls everyday but no result.

As per your instruction we went to Sathya Mohan Filling point in our small village, yesterday our native people went to there there behaviour very rudely against poor people there is no respect we don't have change we are given 500 some people given 1000, then they are not fill the petrol, 500 / 1000 not worked right now so we don't accept if we accept fill full amount petrol, in our bike petrol tank not worth this money apart from that we very poor 500 rs petrol we are going to one month full used what can we do sir, please do the action against them, Kndly below the details / address

Our PM said accept 500/1000 in petrol pump till Nov 11 but they are cheating please cancel the license.

We had to call emergency for gas leak in our house, but nobody turned up. We kept calling from evening 8PM onwards, but no body turned up. This is a serious offence . We are from Bangalore and the distributor is Anusha Indane Gas Agency in Banashankari. This is completely not expected as the call was for emergency and no one attended. We would expect this to be seriously looked at from how to get addressed in the future

This is in respect to my experience at the IOCL (Shri Siddhi Vinayak Petrol pump) petrol pump in Bodakdev. The attendant refused to accept Rs. 500 note stating they do not have change even when we could see other customers providing changes. I need to fill for Rs.150 to Rs. 200, instead the attendant started using foul language that complain wherever you want and go to any part of Gujarat but you are not going to get the change. Even the mobile number of the officer Shri Rajesh Meena ([protected]) was switched off for complaint. We request you to look into such issues so customers do not face unnecessary harrassments.
