Dear Sir,

As per your instruction we went to Sathya Mohan Filling point in our small village, yesterday our native people went to there there behaviour very rudely against poor people there is no respect we don't have change we are given 500 some people given 1000, then they are not fill the petrol, 500 / 1000 not worked right now so we don't accept if we accept fill full amount petrol, in our bike petrol tank not worth this money apart from that we very poor 500 rs petrol we are going to one month full used what can we do sir, please do the action against them, Kndly below the details / address

Our PM said accept 500/1000 in petrol pump till Nov 11 but they are cheating please cancel the license.

    We had to call emergency for gas leak in our house, but nobody turned up. We kept calling from evening 8PM onwards, but no body turned up. This is a serious offence . We are from Bangalore and the distributor is Anusha Indane Gas Agency in Banashankari. This is completely not expected as the call was for emergency and no one attended. We would expect this to be seriously looked at from how to get addressed in the future

      Dear Sir,
      This is in respect to my experience at the IOCL (Shri Siddhi Vinayak Petrol pump) petrol pump in Bodakdev. The attendant refused to accept Rs. 500 note stating they do not have change even when we could see other customers providing changes. I need to fill for Rs.150 to Rs. 200, instead the attendant started using foul language that complain wherever you want and go to any part of Gujarat but you are not going to get the change. Even the mobile number of the officer Shri Rajesh Meena ([protected]) was switched off for complaint. We request you to look into such issues so customers do not face unnecessary harrassments.

        Today I recive my cylinder which was less by 5 kg I tried to call delivery man his phone is off this is not frist time so many times happens the same. He is thief. If it is possible change the delivery man that is the only solution. EVERY time that delivery man name bablu he is coming after 07pm.l please change the delivery man
        He did very wrong thing with the customer.

          This petrol machines are been set to fraud calculations. If we ask for 500 rupees petrol, the machine will give only 350 rupees worth of petrol. But machine reading show 500 only.

          The cheating is happening in high level. I have faced this issue 3 times.

          There is lot of difference in petrol of 500 rupees compared to other Indian oil petrol bunks.

          Either they will cheat manually or they will not change the machine reading to ZERO before filling. They will divert customers concentration by sorrounding with 2-3 people and keep talking in mean time they will fill petrol with previous customer readings.

          Kindly take action on this Petrol bunk, take audit and proceed with action.

          I am not sure why complaint has been forwarded to its own Head office for resolution? - If IOCL is taking audit, they will surely close the complain without any action taken because of there fame on business.

          How can we believe IOCL is doing correct audit?

          This should be taken to some other "Oil and Natural gas authority" who can take audit and take action.

            I would be like to register the complaint with you regarding that our privies mail inform you that my Complaint for Gas concretion name of Transfer & stop Gas refilling without our approval. Presently problem other problem created that Bitu Mistry collect new Gas connection form M/S Chayanika Distributor & Bitu Mistry Address is : 54 Santinagar, Kolkata - 700040 relation is Mrs Suniti Karmakar New Gas connection form but you are force without Gas Oven open new connection line. This illegal activity because India Govt advertisement no requirement purchase Gas Oven for new Gas Connection.

            Please issue new line without Gas Oven for new connection of Bitu Mistry Address is same then our line hand over to me (Arati Karmakar) or verify to my house for check who are using our Gas connection. Please hand over our Gas Connection line of my sister Arati Karmakar. My contact mobile number is [protected]. Please legal action after physical verification to your side for using my Gas connection line against Bitu Mistry Otherwise cancel our Gas Connection & issue new Gas Connection with out Gas Oven of name (Arati Karmakar). If your require we will hand over Xerox copy of Voter Card, Ration Card, BPL Card also Aaddhar Card of Arati Karmakar for new Connection.

            We will Complained to the agency said they will use Gas refilling cylinder again and again for wrong person for stop refilling cylinder.

              but fiiling time

                I am Dwarikanath Bhattacharyya from Kolkata have been harassed for enormous delay in delivery of LPG gas cylinder and harassment. My Consumer no is 05898 . My gas agency of delivery PL gas agency, South 24 parganas Kolkata. I have booked my gas cylinder on line under reference 625109 on 21.09.16. I have personally visited on to the shop on 01.11.2016 and had been told that will be delivered on 02.11.16 without fail. After that the gas had not been delivered and received message on 05.11.16 that your booking under ref 625109 is cancelled and asked us to know the reason for cancellation from Gas supplier. I request your intervention and the exact reason for delay in delivery.

                    My consumer id is CX23379009 on the name of Subasish Bhattacharjee and i had a booking on 12th october 2016 but till date i have not recieved the cylinder its been 25 dats when i call my gas agency jalpaiguri dist cental co-op cons stores ltd they say they will deliver it today itself and they are saying it from last 10 days...In this area i have been informed that this distributors sell LPG in black to earn morr money so normal consumers like me are suffering for this...hope the concerned authority look out this matter more seriously because theae agencies are not providing LPG to the customers rather tey sell it in black

                      I went into the mundhwa petrol pump of iocl in pune and asked for petrol twice and even before filling up the fuel, i repeated twice that please put in petrol. These guys put in extra premium petrol and unnecessarily, i had to pay extra for the petrol which i did not ask for. When i questioned him, the service station guy told me that their manager has asked them to get all the car or 4 wheeler into the extra premium petrol lane irrespective of what the user wants and thus sell the extra premium petrol stealthily to consumers.

                        I had booked my gas on 18/10/2016 with the booking no. Of 893685, but still today (04/11/2016) no delivery is been made to us. Moreover when we phoned them and said to give the delivery fast, they behaved very rudely. So, i would like to lodge a complain against p. K. Music stores (Indane distributors) having the address of chowrasta, budge budge. 30th october we got a message booking stand cancelled. Reason door closed, which is false.
                        We hope that you will look into the matter and see that the delivery is made fast to us.

                          My consumer no is 21967 in the name of Madhuri Chandak, 340A, Jodhpur Park.
                          I had received a sms informing that cash memo no.[protected] dtd31.10.16 for Rs 512/- against refill booking no 240260 has been raised and the cylinder shall be delivered shortly.
                          Today my local distributor, L T DISTRIBUTORS, has delivered vide their memo no [protected] for Rs 551/-
                          We received another Sms today that the cash memo [protected] dtd 31. 10. 16 stands cancelled as delivery could not be done on 2.11.16 since our house was locked. The fact is no such delivery attempt was made and we were very much at home.
                          The delivery man informed that there has been a rate change w.e.f 1 st November hence the old memo was cancelled and billing has been done at revised rate.
                          You are requested to look into the matter as this a regular practice of the distributor and arrange refund of excess billing.

                            I, trilok chand s/o sh. shiv narain r/o ward no. 7 assandh distt. karnal (hr), am consumer of indane gas service through assandh gas service vide consumer no. a-707. i have booked my cylinder on 15 october 2016 with reference no. 391374 but without any reason it was cancelled without any reason explained to me on 1 october. when i contacted to the assandh gas service employees, they assured to me that the cylinder will be delivered on the same day but no cylinder is delivered till today.in the mean time i met the the employer of the gas agency, he also assured to me that the cylinder will be delivered on the same day. but all in vein. it is not first time this has been happened so many times before this but every time by approaching to the employer, the cylinder was delivered. but now after seeing the callous & negligent attitude & behaviour of the gas agency employees & owner, i have left no option to make a complaint to u. pls take some action against the gas service and provide relief to me.

                            I had booked for lpg cyl on 15.10.16 my booking no is 623813 and my consumer no is 22702 till now my cyl is not delevered, and before that my booking was cancelled without any region my distributor is Gola gas agency. Gola gokarannath (kheri).

                                  I am an indane customer with consumer number cx24448989, residing at south delhi. we are registered with "surjit fuel depot" sector 10, rk puram, new delhi.110022.
                                  We booked for new cylinder refill on 26th october via ivr call and recieved the confirmation message with reference no:630607. on 27th october we recieved cash memo no: [protected], amounting rs:490 from indane via sms.

                                  The delivery man came on 2nd november brought a reciept (photo attached) in which the printed amount of rs.490 was mannually overwritten as rs.529.50. we tried to contact the surjit depot multiple times. nobody responded. when we refused to pay extra money, the cylinder was taken back by the delivery man. morover there was no weighing machine available with him for weight verification.
                                  Currently we are running short of cooking gas. we are not ready to pay extra amount than indane cash memo. requesting immediate action to replace the cylinder.

                                    I trnsfrd my connection from East Delhi to Thane distt but here is no any single distributor of indane after that I asked at the time of transferring letter that I ve to port in Bharat or HP so please make portable papers for me than they told me there is not any papers for port when the people go there they can port easily on the transfer papers but now when I went thre they are asking for port voucher and staying every time site is not working your TR NO. and ID no. Is not found. I called customer care they are saying you have to make a portability voucher for this.

                                      While changing the new cylinder, the regulator could not be fixed. Complaint was lodged with emergency cell on 31/10/16 morning. Man who attended said the cylinder has to be replaced. One cylinder is already empty and the other to be replaced, we are left with no alternative to borrow from neighbour. Complaint lodged with dealer also not attended till now. consumer no is CX13330926 KN Anand. As ladies are only available, the delivery boy often is in a hurry and he never waits for us to check the new cylinder while delivering. Also often new delivery boys are coming in a drunken state and the ladies are in a fear to ask them to wait, since the cylinder has to be taken to the kitchen and got checked. Pl look into this complaint, either change the cylinder or rectify the faulty one available so that it can be used.

                                        I have submitted a complaint on 28 oct 2016. though the cash bill was generated on 27th but the gas not delivered to me. now whenever i enquire i get the message confirming the booking reference now and followed by the message stating that the date of last delivery is 27th sept. pse refer ivrs msg recorded at your end. pse advice employees to refrain from foul game. a common man may not with stand the onslaught in an unethical way.
                                        I also request you provide me the contact of nodal office for rti.

                                        sir myself shashishekhar Rath my con no-1721of rajnagar Indane gas distribotor I Book a cylinder on dt27/10/2016with referance no- 295438 at that time the rate was 535/- and subsid 85/- due to late delivery of supplier Itook the cylinder on dt 01/11/2016 but that day gas price raised to575/- so I am denaid for extra subsid I complain much times but no result found so I request yuo to disburs my extra subsid excluding 85/- or give the contact no to complain against distributor
