I am an indane customer with consumer number cx24448989, residing at south delhi. we are registered with "surjit fuel depot" sector 10, rk puram, new delhi.110022.
We booked for new cylinder refill on 26th october via ivr call and recieved the confirmation message with reference no:630607. on 27th october we recieved cash memo no: [protected], amounting rs:490 from indane via sms.

The delivery man came on 2nd november brought a reciept (photo attached) in which the printed amount of rs.490 was mannually overwritten as rs.529.50. we tried to contact the surjit depot multiple times. nobody responded. when we refused to pay extra money, the cylinder was taken back by the delivery man. morover there was no weighing machine available with him for weight verification.
Currently we are running short of cooking gas. we are not ready to pay extra amount than indane cash memo. requesting immediate action to replace the cylinder.

    I trnsfrd my connection from East Delhi to Thane distt but here is no any single distributor of indane after that I asked at the time of transferring letter that I ve to port in Bharat or HP so please make portable papers for me than they told me there is not any papers for port when the people go there they can port easily on the transfer papers but now when I went thre they are asking for port voucher and staying every time site is not working your TR NO. and ID no. Is not found. I called customer care they are saying you have to make a portability voucher for this.

      While changing the new cylinder, the regulator could not be fixed. Complaint was lodged with emergency cell on 31/10/16 morning. Man who attended said the cylinder has to be replaced. One cylinder is already empty and the other to be replaced, we are left with no alternative to borrow from neighbour. Complaint lodged with dealer also not attended till now. consumer no is CX13330926 KN Anand. As ladies are only available, the delivery boy often is in a hurry and he never waits for us to check the new cylinder while delivering. Also often new delivery boys are coming in a drunken state and the ladies are in a fear to ask them to wait, since the cylinder has to be taken to the kitchen and got checked. Pl look into this complaint, either change the cylinder or rectify the faulty one available so that it can be used.

        I have submitted a complaint on 28 oct 2016. though the cash bill was generated on 27th but the gas not delivered to me. now whenever i enquire i get the message confirming the booking reference now and followed by the message stating that the date of last delivery is 27th sept. pse refer ivrs msg recorded at your end. pse advice employees to refrain from foul game. a common man may not with stand the onslaught in an unethical way.
        I also request you provide me the contact of nodal office for rti.

          Dear sir,
          I'm from Ranchi my consumer no. Is OGD-11354 of indane oraon gas distributer.We are facing huge problem here for some basic needs now it's been a week and still we don't have gas cylinder . Here's situation is that they won't deliver cylinder to you .make a line at a place were they says we will distribute cylinders most of the time they're late you have to wait for them. If there are 100 people's who needs gas they will bring 60 gas cylinders Means remain 40 have to wait again without any confirmation of there arrival.everyday I'm going for gas but got nothing sometimes cylinder got finished and they can't fulfill everyone's requirement or they says the truck is not arrived.please help us

            My consumer no.25260 in kasana indane gas service alpha 1 gr noida.my conection is transferred without my knowledge and consent to another distributior in rural area surajpur my house distance so long.i'm not convenient to this.

              I'am a resident of chennai (perungalathur - near tambaram - consumer no:34801)
              Last week i received a sms from ia-indane saying that i have booked a refill on 26 oct 2016 with booking no: 690969.
              But i have not booked this refill - i also checked my phone call register no calls have been made to indane booking no:[protected].
              The local distributor had come to my residence on 28.10.16 with refill cylinder - i refused to accept the cylinder as i have not booked and sent back the delivery person.

              Request to verify and determine the reason for the refill booking and nullify the same.

                Sir,
                I, Savita Sinha, QUARTER NO. O/4, B.I.T.SINDRI, DHANBAD, JHARKHAND, am a consumer of your esteemed company having consumer no. 26356 at Binod Gas Agency Saharpura Sindri, Dhanbad. My registered mobile no. is [protected].
                My request for supply of refill was registered on 07/10/2016 with RDS NO.480189.
                But till date even bill generation has not been communicated to me.
                The agency is adopting the pick and choose policy in distribution of LPG refills.
                When tried to contact the distributor, the agency personell either do not lift the phone or give unsatisfactory replies.
                I have got ample evidences about the supply of refill with later date of registration.

                  Greetings to you, I have been a customer of indane gas for many years. My customer no.65845 ( vijayakumar agencies, pammal, chennai-600075). Upto last financial year 2015, I have got my LPG subsidy in my bank account. By this year 2016 onward subsidy not received in my bank account. I informed the distributor for the past six months but the problem not solved. I also register my adhar no. both in bank and gas agency. So I request you sir, kindly check whether the subsidy is sent to somebody's account or misuse of subsidy by other person. I will be thankful if you rectify this issue. Thanking you. By.                   Hello sir I have lost my sv voucher, I have my LPG gas connection with Indians. My con number is 229047. I would need to change my residence n need to transfer to a different address. Plz advise at [protected]@gmail.com
                  I am residing at Mohanlalganj Lucknow since last 15 days on regular intervals trying to have new gas connection I have given all IDs and documents with rent agreement even employees always needed dowry for petty things. Totally unsatisfied with the kind of customer service and reviews.
                  Patil gas agency, parasia, dist-chhindwara (M.P.) was not deliver my cylinder to booking after 25 days my name shambhu prasad deheriya consumer no 16308 ADD-rescue colony B-type parasia & agency manager also misbehaving to me when I call the agency.
                  I hope do proper action against this agency after this complaint.

                    I am a consumer in TNS Indane Gas Agency, Chandauti More, Gaya Bihar
                    For the last few months since I am transferred to this town every now & then I am suffering of gas crisis.
                    It's primarily because of the delivery boy who takes 15-25 days for delivery after booking
                    And secondly because of the agency which is always short of stock and doesn't care for consumers.
                    For the 3 rd time I booked a connection on 11-Oct and still waiting for delivery. The delivery boy committed to deliver it yesterday and now saying-"go & take ur cylinder itself from godown".
                    I am pissed off with this BS again & again.

                      This is with regard to the unprofessional behaviour of one of your pump. The pump in question is the pump located at Jessore Rd, Post Office Rd, Mahendra Colony, Gora Bazar, Rajbari, Dum Dum, Kolkata, West Bengal 700028. I was stuck in a very sticky situation. My car's tyre were flat due to someone's mischievous deeds. It was 28th Oct 2016, 2210 hrs. I arrived at the above mentioned petrol pump and literally pleaded for help. The compressor was working and the staff confirmed it. However they refused any help just to fill up my tyres by saying, and I quote " Air is a free service and hence it is closed at 8 PM and we will not provide any air after this time".

                      I understand air is a free service, but if someone is in need, are they trained not to help the person?

                        I consumer No.38023 with Devi Gas Agency Vaikom has booked gas on 12/10/2016 booking no.404678. Yesterday on 27/10/2016 I got IVRS message that Cash voucher generated.However it is yet to be delivered. Today I checked up through IVRS and surprised to note that everything same except that the the last date of delivery 24/09/2016 (I have checked up IVRS twice to reconfirm).

                        In this connection some one from Devi Gas Agency over no.[protected] questioning without disclosing the identity ana I informed him that I will disclose or divert my details . As you too are aware that a lot of fraud is taking place. Hope this iritated the opearating staff to manipulate the records with a clear intention of putting hurdles to my life.
                        Meanwhile your staff (IOC) called at my residence for a normal routine inspection on security aspects and I have givien the details to .

                          With great concern myself Sourav kanti Sil an Indian das customer (ID NO Cx[protected] would like to draw your kind attention to a serious problem. The fact is that out of my two cylinder one got stolen on dated 22/09/016 about 11--11.15am from my won house.
                          It is worthy to mention that the cylinder was stolen the bottom of my staircase and my old mother was alone at that time. We searched for the lost cylinder a lot but in vain. In addition we enquired off two illegal gas supplier of my locality and raided their house but as there were lot of cylinder in their house. But it was not possible to find mine among other such identical cylinders. Even all the people of our locality knows them to be illegal gas suppliers and after purchasing the stolen cylinders; they sell blank gas cylinders at about Rs. 3000/cylinder. It seems there exits some sort o[censored]nholy nexus between the police and the illegal gas suppliers namely Ratan and Dudhsagar, the brothers. My f.i.r TO THE Santiniketan police was not accepted and I was compelled to write that the cylinders were lost not stolen (gd NO.
                          Therefore, I request you to take the necessary steps as soon as possible to uproot this nagging problem. Looking forward to time.

                            Hello good morning, I'm Manoj Singh kandari s/o munni kandari and Bharat Singh kandari who is employee in IOC refinery panipat as my father have two marriages and because of such situation the first wife of this person is been ignored Since the day the person got married with his first legal wife was suffered domestic violance and now when she really need him because as she lost her both the kidneys the person is far away from the matter. I'm writing it on behalf of my pity mother who had lost her kidneys and also the matter is about my little sister who is trying to complete her studies and as well me yet we don't even have to take care of the medical expenses of my mother as we live in a rented room.
                            Kindly look into the matter as it is so critical and we are helpless.

                                    I m going Omkar petroliam in Baroda . Address is TP scheme no 2, final plot no 585, high tension road, Subhanpura, Vadodara 390023 .in morning 11.05 dated 24/10/2016. I pay 200 rs & ask for petrol but pump employ fill only 150rs petrol. & when I just pass away my activa GJ06HQ-8773 not start when I m going garage it's said mixed something in petrol . So I have strictly complain regarding that they mixed something . & this is 2 nd time happens . 4 month before as well they sell mixed fuel . So 7 day pump closed about this metter so please look my metter other wise I m going in to complain in news paper & tv channel .

                                      I got my LPG (single cylinder) LPG connection Consumer
                                      No. 46718, Sri Kala Rani Gas Agency, Veeraperumal Koil St.,
                                      Mylapore, Chennai 600004,

                                      TRANSFERRED TO THE ABOVE Sri Revathy Indane Gas Agency,
                                      Munuswamy Nagar, Chennai 600100. Code 171959, on
                                      5th October 2016.

                                      I applied for a second LPG cylinder on 14th October 2016,
                                      for which the above Sri Revathy Indane Gas Agency, collected Rs. 2, 500/- from me in cash. When I paid the amount, they also gave me a
                                      pressure cooker. I was told that the pressure cooker was free
                                      for the second cylinder.

                                      Having collected Rs. 2500/- for the second cylinder they gave me a Subscription Voucher (SV) for Rs. 1950/- said to be combined
                                      security deposit for two cylinders (Rs.1450 for second cylinder + Rs. 500 for old ) They did not give me any receipt for the balance amount of Rs. 1050/-
                                      (Rs. 2500 minus Rs. 1450 for the 2nd cylinder).

                                      I think they have indirectly collected excess amount from me
                                      by thrusting a pressure cooker on me which was initially said to be
                                      free for the second cylinder. If the pressure cooker is free,
                                      then they should not have collected excess of Rs. 1050/- that too
                                      without bill.

                                      I am sure Indian Oil Corporation is not in the business of promoting
                                      and selling pressure cookers when a 2nd cylinder is given to
                                      the consumer.

                                      Request you to look into this malpractice, and arrange to refund
                                      to me the excess money collected.

                                        I had booked refill cylinder on[protected] vide booking ref no.399533.
                                        On 19th Oct 2016 received SMS that Cashmemo No.[protected] generated stands cancelled(??). On 20th another SMS received to the effect that refill will be delivered shortly.

                                        Today when I enquired with the Agency they replied that they have not received any stock and could not confirm when the refill would be delivered. Pls investigate.

                                        Sree Guruvayur Indane Service is an irresponsible and erratic supplier, whose service is most unsatisfactory. In the calendar year 2016 I have so far received only THREE (3) cylinders. This is against 12 cylinders promised by the Govt.
