My gas supplier: Sri Revathy Indane Gas Agency,
Munuswamy Nagar, Chennai 600100. Code 171959.

I got my LPG (single cylinder) LPG connection Consumer
No. 46718, Sri Kala Rani Gas Agency, Veeraperumal Koil St.,
Mylapore, Chennai 600004,

TRANSFERRED TO THE ABOVE Sri Revathy Indane Gas Agency,
Munuswamy Nagar, Chennai 600100. Code 171959, on
5th October 2016.

I applied for a second LPG cylinder on 14th October 2016,
for which the above Sri Revathy Indane Gas Agency, collected Rs. 2, 500/- from me in cash. When I paid the amount, they also gave me a
pressure cooker. I was told that the pressure cooker was free
for the second cylinder.

Having collected Rs. 2500/- for the second cylinder they gave me a Subscription Voucher (SV) for Rs. 1950/- said to be combined
security deposit for two cylinders (Rs.1450 for second cylinder + Rs. 500 for old ) They did not give me any receipt for the balance amount of Rs. 1050/-
(Rs. 2500 minus Rs. 1450 for the 2nd cylinder).

I think they have indirectly collected excess amount from me
by thrusting a pressure cooker on me which was initially said to be
free for the second cylinder. If the pressure cooker is free,
then they should not have collected excess of Rs. 1050/- that too
without bill.

I am sure Indian Oil Corporation is not in the business of promoting
and selling pressure cookers when a 2nd cylinder is given to
the consumer.

Request you to look into this malpractice, and arrange to refund
to me the excess money collected.

    I had booked refill cylinder on[protected] vide booking ref no.399533.
    On 19th Oct 2016 received SMS that Cashmemo No.[protected] generated stands cancelled(??). On 20th another SMS received to the effect that refill will be delivered shortly.

    Today when I enquired with the Agency they replied that they have not received any stock and could not confirm when the refill would be delivered. Pls investigate.

    Sree Guruvayur Indane Service is an irresponsible and erratic supplier, whose service is most unsatisfactory. In the calendar year 2016 I have so far received only THREE (3) cylinders. This is against 12 cylinders promised by the Govt.

But, a message at 5: 26 pm shows that the cylinder against the said cash memo has been delivered. please look into the matter as it creates a communication gap and any information may please be informed with revert email too at your end.

      I applied gas connection online and received msg that your wait list no is [protected]. They asked me 5100 instead of rs 1450 for new gas connection. When I said I applied online and the fees is 1450 and i need only gas connection they said OK but you have to pay 3100.
      What is this.

        I have booked an Indane refill on 04.10.2016, but as on today cash memo has not been generated, so that refill not delivered to me. My consumer No. is 20759 & booking reference number is 824653. In earlier occasions this has never been happened. But this time it is disgusting.Please do the needful.
        Sir I took a connection in approx April month.my lpg Id is[protected].and my consumer number is [protected].my name is shanti devi.The agency is not giving me passbook please help me to giving passbook.

          The payment of the subsidy amount has been stopped w.e.f the booking made on[protected] and supplied by Rajdhani Enterprises Patna allegedly on the ground that I pressed 0(Zero) while making the booking. I never did so. Will request payment of subsidy for the booking made on[protected] and its continuance thereafter.

            The city indane distributor adds unauthorized charges from the customer. On 15 oct 2016, i meet the distributor staff for transfer of gas connection to kolkata. They did it but when returning the amount mentioned in the transfer voucher, they paid me rs. 100/- less. I asked them, for what they are taking. They said it is service charges. I said then give the bill mentioning as service charges. They denied to do so. The owner was inside, he said they have so many expenses. But after argument on this issue he returned the amount. Now its a question that i object so. But not everyone knows this. And they are taking unauthorized charges from customers.

              Someone refilling illegal gas cylinder in temporary house built next to ganesh vihar dhakoli, sas nagar. As there is leakage of gas it mix with air and enter in our house and is inhaled while breathing
              It is dangerous to health.
              We have several time complaint to owner of temporary house.
              Please take necessary action so that no such person sell out and causes risk for someone health.

                I am Mohan S, Admin in a Educational Institution. I'm located near Erisinampati (Tirupur, TN). In your petrol pump located in Erisinampati, the staffs are behaving rude to the customers. I don't like the service they gave to me. They are abusing the customers. I know the other agencies under IOC, but this is the poorest one I've seen. Please take immediate action. Otherwise the IOC's name will be spoiled. The quantity is also low. I think they are stealing the petrol. So, please kindly take a note of my complaint. Thank you.

                    I am Ruhina Debbarma and I have filled my online KYC on 14/09/2016. and my KYC No.is [protected] and waitlist no. is [protected] and the waitlist have been already clear . I have gone to Hezamara Indane Gramin Vitrak to collect my Indane gas but they refused me and didnot deliver the gas. I have gone to the agency several times ( more than 10 times) and requested them to deliver my gas, but they turned deaf ear to my request. Sir pls help me.

                      I Mr. Prasanta kumar Sinha of Nalhati, dt Birbhum, west Bengal is a LPG customer since 2000. My consumer number is 04668. I am suffering from regulator problem. My regulator is working in direct condition. We are trying to off the regulator but not succeed. So we are dependable only on the nobs of oven . I think it not safe for our family and my neighbours also. I complaint about it to my distributor point Priya Indane Service at Nalhati. But they are compelled me to use the faulty regulator.

                      So kindly take diciplinary action therefore I can use the gas safely.

Sir i am boked my cylinder last month and i received delivered msg on 5/10/2016 with cash memo no [protected].. But till date i have noote received my cylinder. When i asked my distributer he said "cylinder khali le aao aur yahan se le jao".

                          On 13.10.2016, i got my above gas connection transferred to bangalore
                          Vide doc. no.[protected]/13.10.2016 from the above
                          Distributor revathy indane gas agency.

                          They charged and took from me rs. 100/= towards service
                          Charges. no bill was given for this amount.

                          I have no information about service charge of rs. 100/= payable
                          To the distributor for getting transfer of gas connection that too
                          Without bill.

                          Request you to arrange to refund the amount to me if the
                          Amount collected without bill was illegal.

                          On 26th Sept. 2016, I got my above LPG connection (single cylinder)
                          transferred to: SRI REVATHY INDANE GAS AGENCY, CODE No.171959,
                          MUNUSWAMY NAGAR, CHENNAI.

                          For transferring, the Distributor, Sri Kala Rani Agencies, Mylapore,
                          Chennai 600004, did not charge me anything. They gave me the
                          TTV after verification of records.

                          On 5th October 2016, I gave the TTV to SRI REVATHY INDANE GAS AGENCY, CODE No.171959, MUNISWAMY NAGAR, CHENNAI. They gave me my new Consumer Number [protected]. I filled up the required form with proof of address, etc., and gave the form to them with the TTV. They took Rs. 100/- from me before giving my Consumer No.[protected]. They did not give me any receipt for the Rs. 100/- taken from me. I feel taking this money from a consumer, that too without giving any receipt, is illegal. Please arrange to enquire, and refund Rs. 100/- to me if such payment of Rs. 100/- taken from me by SRI REVATHY INDANE GAS AGENCY, is unjust and
                          illegal, for transfer of my above LPG connection.

                          Very disappointing to tell that everytime I rush to petrol pump no one is ready to check the air pressure ...as always they have no boys to do so or their machine is not working and two days ago I asked in 6 petrol pumps all of them refused to do so

                            I having consumer no.[protected].my ph.no. is-[protected].distributor name is-INDANE THAKURPUKUR.previous two month i am booking the gasbut do not gave me.my cylinder is selling to other side and delivery sms send in my phone.please sir imidiate take action to distributor.May I also complain to indian oil corporation cutomer care.customer care complain no is-2781947.date-08/10/2016.but do not solve my problem. May I contact to second time of customer care. But don't solve my problem.

                              For the past few years i have been purchasing petrol and diesel from indian oil company whose retailer is m/s murugendra traders at yargatti of belagavi district, karnataka state.

                              1. I get kerosene smell in the petrol i purchased for my bike. Hence i wanted to test the petrol. I was denied of my right to test the petrol.

                              2. Moreover they do not have facility to check air (Never have i seen it functional for the past few years). Always under repairs.

                              3. Toilets not available for usage, very dirty and unusable.

                              4. Clean and drinking water not available.

                              The Gas station does not have the basic facilities such as Free Air, Free Water and Clean Toilet Facilities available.
                              Besides they are very rude to the customers. One has to wait till all the customers go to avail a simple cash memo.

                              Till date nothing has been changed. I have begun noticing that the product is also adulterated.

                              I was not provided the facility to test the Petrol.

                                I have booked my gas cylinder for consumer no.121375 is registered with ref. no.385275 on 28.09.2016, and i have received sms on 08.10.2016 that cash memo no.[protected] generated for booking no.385275 and cylinder has been delivered on 08.10.2016at 14.28hrs. but till date i have not received any cylinder. we were available the house. my distributor is roy & dutta enterprise, sodepur, kolkata-700110. so, please take necessary action in this matter.

                                  Had filled diesel 64.13 liters in car MH-46-V-3672 from Bon Bon service centre on 22/9/2016 . after filling the diesel car stopped at .5 kms. car was towed to navnit motors. diagnosis done confirm water in diesel tank of approx 15 liters .car repair charges are Rs 6 lacs. have filed police complain also with saki naka police station.

                                  this petrol pum is located at sak naka junction near mainland china.

                                    I had booked for refill on 1/10/2016, and got message on 3/10/2016 that cash memo generated, and on 4/10/2016 got message that booking cancelled, as door closed, however i was physically present at my home on that day.

                                    I came to know that delivery attempt was made on 6/10/2016, when we were not at home, and after that no attempt has been made by distributor to deliver the cylinder.

                                    I had filled a complaint # 2785361, but the response is that, they want me to go to the distributor to get the refill, and ironically my distributor telephone is always engaged intentionally. I had filled a similar complaint nearly six months back.

                                    The service is worst, and if possible kindly change my distributor to kanka durga gas agencies.

                                      I am having a consumer no. 0 with6350 the kushal gas agency, phone [protected], 2900171, shp n016. maple 0mplex vijaya green baridih jamshedpur

                                      I booked for gas cylinder on 05.10.2016 with an assurance that the cylinder will
                                      Be delivered within 3 working days. but the same has not been
                                      Delivered till date.
                                      I have personally seen the delivery van distributing the same around
                                      The area. on 12-10-16.

                                      I have to borrow cylinder from my neighbor for use due to such delay.
                                      They also harass
                                      Me and ask to come time and again. they also do not respond
                                      Positively. i think the people
                                      In dev agency may selling the gas outside, pls take immidiate action.

                                        I am a regular indane gas customer, i had tried to book my riffile so many times but in when. Finally i came to know that my indane distributor has been changed by company. Company dident conveyed a message to any of his single customer. Now when i asked to new dealer he told me to collect a cylinder from his godown. But he charged us the bill including home delivery charges. My question is to why the customers get suffer from this. So please see into the matter and solved our problem otherwise we will file an rti regarding customer harrashment by iocl.
