My self navneet. My consumer no.68389, bhagyanagar gas agenices, i have told to the office people ur delivery boy is demanding extra amount. If we re refusing to pay he will tell that he wona take back the gas and cancel the booking. Date of delivery 27.09.2016. Morning hours.

None is taking action against this people.

Geepee gas service agency located in papanasam, thanjavur, tamilnadu not delivering LPG cylinders properly. It's is the fourth time in this year they have cancelled the booking for the reason door closed while i'm still at my home!. Previously I have directly visited the agency and told about that problem and they promised it won't happen again. But they are doing it again cancelling the booking. I am so frustrated....

15 day over still not recived cylinder and cash bill generated and 5day after cancelling message came so it's very difficult to maintain family so kindly tells us to give cylinder fast dilver or can change dealer or port diffrent other log delear to my connection so many times he is not supplied and not good relation with customer kindly take serious action....

We have facing problem regarding seal damages and under weight cylinder. We have complaint against it in gas agency but they didn't take action against the local delivery agents. I think they all are in joint hands in this corruption. I am sick of this problem as i am a service person and have limited time to fight this kind of problems. These agency people get benefit of that and supply the damage seal under weight cylinder.

It is very much pathetic to say that Anand gas agency, Ashok Nagar, Ranchi has a very poor service in Ranchi. After booking gas on 23rd August 2016 I have not received the gas cylender till date 22nd September 2016. This issue is not for just one time, always need to followup these people after every booking. If the issue is not resolved soon then I am sorry to say that I will take the matter to consumer court....

Gas booked on 27/07/16, delivered on 29/07/16. but subsidy amount not yet credited to the bank account. went to the distributor and bank they checked in computer & found adhar card already submitted & before this booking earlier subsidy credited to the bank account.

Myself ketan kedare and i stays in mumbai. Yesterday 19 sep. 2016 evening in pushpak auto and gas station (Add - opp. Majas depot, jvlr, jogeshwari east. I have booked Indane LPG for 2 times vide booking no. 428023 and 428960. Both the bookings got cancelled saying "Door Locked". I am a service person. My consumer no. is CX 23652862 with Pooja Agencies located at Unichira, near Edappally, Ernakulam.

The complaint is that from the time I have taken the connection from the above agency in April, 2016 except for two occassions the delivery has always been delayed by more than 40 days and sometimes upto 60 days. I had last booked for the refill on 05.08.2016 and the reference no. is 698682. Now it is 45 days...

I have not received my cylinder refill even after more than 10 days of request. It has been really difficult to manage without a cylinder for such a long time. My neighbor is using Bharat gas cylinder which is getting refilled the very next day of request. Indane service distribution through RAM chander and sons in sector 30 Chandigarh is appalling and pathetic....
