Sir,
I would like to share a very bad experience at an Indian oil corporation petrol pump due to untrained petrol fillers and the owner. When i was filling petrol for Rs 500 on 2-oct-2016 the filling person cut the fuel at Rs 404 and begin to fill another person. When i questioned that in front of my parents the pump owner started to shout at me and starting insulting me in front of my parents to rescue the filling crew.And refused to give me my purchase bill.I'll mention address of pump last there is another incident to be mentioned.
This cheating incident was the second one first was when i filling petrol for Rs 500 they set the meter for Rs 50. It was really cold out side and i think there machine control panel malfunctioned on cold temperature because of out dated service of their machines of lack of experience of their crew. I do not know the date of this incident.
He really harassed me and shouted at me and said " do what ever you want this is my pump and no one can stop me ".
I also doubt that he didn't taken any security measurement which a pump owner should take. I also want to check that too.

Unfortunately I don't know the owners name but I'm sure that the owner did this to me and he claimed as owner there that is how i know.

I did not get subsidy for 8 months the adhar has been linked to the bank but the money has not been credited to my account so kindly say the possible ways to get the money

      my lpg consumer no. Is 43066 . We have already submitted adhar card into sona enterprises which is authorised delaer of ioc and bank but subsidy amount not in coming in my account last six month. And fake cash meom being generated and delivered from in my consumer no. 43066 . Which is message come in my mobile that your cylender has been delivered . This is wrong . You are requested to please take reasonable action.

          My self sikha sharma i have only one cylinder(non subsidy) booking no-200138 cash memo no-[protected]. i am only lady at my resi it is on 2nd floor. the boy came from my ag (mangal mukhi gas agencie jaipur rajasthan) not gave me cylinder .he was saying that i can not deliver at at your flat. u came in ground with empty cylender and get your cylinder. it was a time around 7.30 pm. every body in my building was surprise.

          pls let me when i got my cylinder at my doorstep.

            I am indane gas compnys consumer having connection no A-5751 in Assandh Gas Service Distt Karnal Haryana 132039.Previous week my regulator got faulty and presently it is leaking Gas. I went to gas agency to change my regulator but they are asking me to pay Rs 250/- to replace faulty regulator.
            Therefore I want you to please suggest me what to do .As far as I know it is componys duty to change regulator free of cost.

                  Name: v. basant
                  I booked for refill cylinder on 19.09.16 through my mobile. i got the following message.
                  "booking for con no cx11049405 is registered with ref no.356914. refill expected delivery:7-9 days. pl submit aadhar to ur distributor, ignore if already done"
                  On 26.09.16 i received messagestating that cash bill generated.
                  "cash memo [protected] of amount rs.527.5 generated for booking no. 356914, shall be delivered shortly. insist for pre-delivery check while receiving refills"
                  Till now i haven't received the refill.
                  Pl look into the matter expeditiously.

                    Dear sir, I booked by LPG cylinders around 25day ago, booking no 418966, I received massage of delivery shortly by Indian gas on dated 24.09.16, but still not yet received, again I received massage by Indian gas on dated 27.09.16 as door closed, but no one came to delivery as there I was watchman for 24hours service in our flat its not possible as I received the massage through Indian gas I request u to solve my issue as early as possible.

                        1.Cylinder not deliver timely.After so much of follow-ups not getting any positive response.
                        2.Agency Land line numbers mentioned over LPG pass book is not in use.
                        3.Help line number [protected] not able to contact as same recorded message regarding subsidy repeated.
                        4.Agency canceled bookings as and when they want.

                        We are facing very much difficulties as the delivery persons confirms that booking/delivery slip is available and suddenly booking canceled without any intimation.
                        Please look into the details and do the needful as this type of services will definitely spoil the image of Indian Oil corporation Limited.

                          ONE OF THE DISTRIBUTOR OF INDANE GAS AT B.T.M. Layout- Bangalore, (Indane Gas - J.N. Enterprises
                          B.T.M. Layout), i have the following complaints.

                          1. Phone is always busy in business hours also.
                          2.The person who came to deliver the cylinder took 50 Rupees having no reason for what he is asking for money. This is not happening first time . before this he also took money. When i took cylinder first time, the person took 200 rupees.
                          3. Cylinder was leaking but the person not ready to accept . he was saying it is ok after putting regulator while it was leaking after putting some water in cylinder. I was in office and my family disturbed due to this behavior and i have to go home to deal with the person.
                          4. Cylinder delivered in 13 days and while querying on going to the agency (because they did not pick the call), everyday getting answer today, today, today.


                          I request to gas agency kindly trained your delivery person and take action who ask for extra money. Everybody who is using cylinder is not rich who can give whatever demanding money for the comfort.
                          Subsidy is 42 Rupees and delivery person taking money 50. what's the logic.

                            निवेदन है कि कल दिनांक 28.09.2016 को इंडेन गैस को मेरे द्वारा अपने इंडेन गैस कनेक्शन के संबंध में एक शिकायत प्रेषित की गई थी, जो कि निम्नानुसार है :

                            "irregularities in my connection record
                            Respected sir,

                            Myself radhey shyam, resident of 430/3, mangal pandey nagar, meerut. I am having indane gas connection (No. V24997) in my name with vijayant gas service, begam bridge meerut.

                            I have sold out my abovementioned house (Meerut) and now i have to shift my family with luggage from meerut to ghaziabad on 30.09.2016 at any cost, because i have to handover the said house to new owner.

                            I have two cylinders with this connection but in company record, only one cylinder is enetered in the computer system. On 23.09.2016, i went to the said agency (Vijayant gas service) to get transfer voucher, but they have refused to issue the tv due to irregularities in the company's record, which is not my mistake at all.

                            As i have to shift my family from meerut to ghaziabad on 30.09.2016 at any cost, i have great problem to keep these cyliders at meerut.

                            As this mistake has not been created at my level, then why should i bear it.

                            I humbly request you, to kindly please solve my problem and to arrange to release my transfer voucher today positively.

                              On 25 Sep 2016, I, Ranjan Poddar went to Rajputana Automobiles, IOC dealer at Ratanada Market circle, Jodhpur, for filling petrol in my two wheeler (scanned copy of bill attached). I requested politely to the employee filling the petrol to lock the device but he did not pay heed to my request. Instead he argued that it is all the same and continued to fill petrol with hand pressure insteading of locking which should be the correct practice for refilling petrol. After he was finished with refilling he continued to argue and when I asked for the complain register he rudely showed me the door to the office. As I entered the office and asked for the register the other employees present there refused to give me the register stating that theregister is held by the manager and complaint can only be lodged if manager is present and feels so. Sir, it is an earnest request on my part that a surprise check may please be carried out to verify if I am falsely stating the grievance. I am not the only one who has been harrassed in this fashion. It is a regular practice and since most people donot know what to do they get away with their illegal practice.

                                  Geepee gas service agency located in papanasam, thanjavur, tamilnadu not delivering LPG cylinders properly. It's is the fourth time in this year they have cancelled the booking for the reason door closed while i'm still at my home!. Previously I have directly visited the agency and told about that problem and they promised it won't happen again. But they are doing it again cancelling the booking. I am so frustrated.

                                    15 day over still not recived cylinder and cash bill generated and 5day after cancelling message came so it's very difficult to maintain family so kindly tells us to give cylinder fast dilver or can change dealer or port diffrent other log delear to my connection so many times he is not supplied and not good relation with customer kindly take serious action.

                                    I've booked gas almost 9 days ago but it is not delivered yet. I keep callong them daily but they do not attend any calls or call waiting all the time. This is the third time it is happening. I would like to escalate the issue to the highest level possible.
                                    Since 3/4 month my subsidy amount was stopped due to adhar. In meantime, I have submitted my adhar number to my agency as well as bank. But till date that subsidy amount has not been submitted in my bank a/c. My LPG No. is 19100 with Nobel gas at Bhubaneswar. Kindly look at the matter and settle it ASAP.

                                      I am customer of pushpendra gas service, rajendra nagar, satna (mp), ph no[protected]. my consumer no is cx6127862. i have booked a rifiel on 20/08/2016. my booking no is 282234. i have received a message on 14/09/2016 that cash memo no [protected] generated for said booking. i have contacted many times to agency over telephone for delivery of gas and he replied that, it will be delivered in a day or two. but till date, after more than a month lapse, gas not delivered to me.
