    Please strictly take an action in this case
    Every time i get the cylinder there is a problem of low and less gas
    As 14.2+16 gives 30.2 but there is always less gas, even this time it founds to be only 27 kg
    This is too much
    We are middle class family people and can't afford this type of loss
    Please sir take a strong action in this case
    Either I will go for option no 2 i.e Police (FIR)

      My LPG consumer no, 12846. I have booked refill of LPG cylinder on 30.08.2016 and my booking registration no. is 249492 . I am 83 years old and my gas cylinder is empty from the last 4 days.Today when I checked with the automated IVRs, I was communicated that my booking stands cancelled. Please help me out as to how to get the refilled cylinder as I am physically unfit to go around and look for the refilled cylinder at my Distributor M/s. Aroop Enterprises., Howrah, West Bengal.

      I shall be grateful if this can be sorted out on urgent basis and let me know my fault.

        Sir,
        I had given my particulars regarding a gas leakage complaint to 1906 including my mobile No on 13 Sep. The Service is operated by CYFUTURE. Some executives from Cyfuture kept on asking me every two hours if the work has been completed. In the meantime, on14/09/16 at about 7.00 pm I got a call from a mobile No [protected], quoting company name and tried to verify my complaint. He said that since the leakage has not been rectified even after two days, the gas distributor is being penalized and I am being granted a compensation of 9, 880 rupees. He said that this will be done as a cash transfer through ATM.
        On 15 Sep at 10.30, I went to a ATM and I followed his instructions and in the bargain I was duped of a substantial amount.
        I have come to know from various conversations from him that he has an account in the name of Ayush Sharma and an account with ICICI BANK LTD, MAHIUDDIN PUR KANAWNI, GAUTAM BUDH NAGAR (UP) . Account NO[protected] a salary account). The money was withdrawn from two ATMs of Greater NOIDA by 11.00am. I have managaed to get his address too. He seems to be operating with two – three accomplices. The culprit speaks fluent English and Hindi
        The reason why I am certain that an employee of CYFUTURE is leaking the information. The reasons are :
        I have not lodged any complaint with anyone else. Only Cyfuture has my details.
        I kept on getting calls from [protected] every two hours whether my complaint has been rectified till the time of the fraud and the calls stopped thereafter.
        You call centre operates from NOIDA
        I presume that the fraud is being done by one of thier employees or with the connivance of employees / ex employees. When I sent an email giving the complaint to Cyfuture, within no time I got a reply that their employees are not involved. How can they be so sure without checking call recrds of emoployees. They must have been in contact with the fraudster. It will also be possible to identify the fraudsters who have withdrawn the money from ICICI ATM No SECNH285 and SECNF548 immediately after the moneywas transferred to ICICI Bank Account No[protected]. The address of the culprit can also be obtained from the KYC documents of the fraudster.
        Will you be able to help in nabbing a fraudster and share information with me to report the details to the police.
        IF YOUR DEPT IS NOT HANDLING THE IMATTER KINDLY TRANSER THIS MAIL TO THE CONCERNED DEPT UNDER INTIMATION OT ME.

        PS . Immediately before getting the call from the fraudster, I had made a complint to this website also. It i possible that the information can be leaked from this site as well. But that is a remote chance only, though cannot be ruled out

            I had to call 3 different numbers to register my complain "Gas leak". After registering the complain 9 in morning I was told within 2 hours it will be addressed, along with this I was given general instruction to keep the window and door open, ect.

            Till 3 PM no one had come, I called every 2 hours on the number I received after registering the complain and every time I as told they are sending a mechanic who should be reaching soon.

            I has removed the cylinder after suspecting a leak and continued with my ; regular work; just imagine if there was as serious problem because of the leak will Indian oil corporation take the responsibility for this negligence in there work?

              1.i booked cylinder on 08.09.2016.They gave us time of 3 to 5 days. Now 8 days have passed.Till now we have not received cylinder and we are not getting proper response from them.Please take earliest action.
              2.when i applied for the connection, they told to give Rs 6000 for connection. But by giving extra things as solar light, apron etc without my willingness and they charged total 7800 Rs.Please take action for their behaviour.

                I've booked my cylinder by IVR last month.still today i've not get my cylinder. When i called to my distributor, he tells that you booking is cancelled and the IVR system reports that your cylinder is already distributed. So threre is some corruption going on for cylinder distribution. Distributor is also not asnwer properly. This is not for first time we face the problem.

                  Cylinder booked on 22.8.16, through automatic gas booking option, ref number 482043, through TUCS, Tambarm, Chennai. Cash memo raised by the distributor on 23.8.16 No. [protected]. Where as I got message on 06 Sep 16, door closed, delivery may be re attempted. Many times I contacted the distributor through telephone for the delivery. No proper reply received by them. It is going to complete a month. The person who is coming for delivery of the cylinder is demanding money for the delivery, some times we also give them, but all the time it is not possible to satisfy them. Also the amount, which we gave is in sufficient and they expect more from us. It is highly regretable. Kindly take necessary action to resolve this issue and the cycliner be delivered immediately.

                      Our customer id is 1715, name Puttanna. Refill booking done on[protected] but not received the refilled cylinder. Contacted the distributor 3-4 times but not getting proper response. They just keep transferring the call to one employee to another. They claim they do not have any information as to when the load is coming. When requested for higher authority contact number they say they can not give. It is an emergency need the refilled cylinder at the earliest kindly help.

                        Hi Team, My consumer no is 0095 and i have been delivered a defective cylinder by the local gas agency (JB Gas Agency) without performing the due diligence and checking it prior to delivering to the customers. This has happened the second time and the leakage was so massive that my whole house would have caught fire and this negligence could have caused a serious loss of life and this cannot be taken for granted. Please cancel the agecny with them if they are not serious about the hazardours nature of business they are doing and playing with customers life. This irresponsible attitude by the gas agency should be escalated and strict action needs to be taken so that in future such big eventuality and loss of life can be stopped.

                        I have also raised similar complaint few months back but seems no action or lesson has been learnt. Service Request No (SRN) is 2466412. Please take immediate action. I am forwarding a copy to Petroleum Ministry as well on such negligence. Regards,

                          I had lodged a complaint about gas leakage on 12 Sep 2016 by contacting TELE No 1906. Complaint No 158389 was closed after failing to contact me. I again complained to 1906 and re registered the complaint with Regn No 158786 at about 1500 hrs again. I kept on getting queries from [protected] at regular intervals of 2 hrs whether the problem has been resolved. Sorry to state that the Distributor or his mechanic didnot contact me or resolve this issue even by evening of 13 Sept.
                          In my case I had enough space to segregate the cylinder and keep it away? What would happen if it had happened in a flat or any other enclosed space.?
                          There must be some accountability when we are dealing with explosives like LPG.
                          The Distributor had told me that on account of holidays, hi only mechanic was on leave and he was not available till 16 Sep.
                          Hope you will streamline the proceedure so that accidents donot happen.

                            My consumer no.[protected]. I have booked for a refill on 30.08.2016 and it has been more than 15 days no cylinder has been delivered. Whenever called the agency the same answer being given as it will be delivered tomorrow but that tomorrow hasn't come yet. The agency namely Madhu Agency at No.350 Shreesh Nilayam 7th Cross Laxmi Road Shanthinagar Bangalore 27 has been very reluctant.

                            I hereby request that necessary actions be taken against such acts and relief be given to the consumersame.

                              Dear,

                              I am Rohit from Noida, I used to refill my car from the fuel filling station, Mayur vihar, phase-I, delhi

                              The problem i faced is of mixing in the Diesel which they are selling and due to which i faced the loss of 1.5 lakh rs, damage of Injectors and Filter Pump just because of adulterated fuel.

                              Why I am so sure about this because I have all the proofs of Adulterated fuel they filled in my car as per the reports of the Renault Car Service providers.
                              I also have all the proofs of payment I made to Gas Filling Station, mayur vihar, phase-I, delhi.

                              I also have the written complaint(FIR) which I lodged against the petrol pump owner but they are asking to approach you people for this matter.

                              I request you people to take strict action against this and help me out in compensate with loss i am bearing.

                              Hope for quick action and quick result.

                                  I have gas connection with Sphurthy Gas Agency in Alwal, Hyderabad, I booked refill gas cylinder on 5th Sept. 2016, i have received sms on 8th Sept. for cash memo generated for my booking and 10th Sept. 2016 I received sms like my cylinder is delivered with cash memo no. as mentioned 8th Sept. but i did not received Cylinder so far till (13 Sept.). I think Sphurthy Gas Agency sealing our cylinders black market. This is not 1st time, happened for us 4-5 time. Very bad service, if we call them they not responding anything saying that it will come. I felt very bad their services and Indian Oil Corporation may take necessary action and cancel their agency if they are doing as above.

                                    Myself Palash Bera I transferred my gas connection (con Id CX[protected] from Devdeep duttapukur (code 199023) north 24 pgs WB to Siliguri Darjeeling random seed. But in Agniraj indane gas agency system shows that my id is not valid. In the other hand devdeep said they had transferred the connection (TV No. [protected])and have no issue pending and i am in the middle and dont having any connection last 15 days. Please do the needfull.

                                    My shoes make a squeaky noise on almkst all surfaces.kindly adress the issue.it is a cauae of embarrassment and attracts unnecessary attention. though the shoes are new yet have been used
                                    The Land Line Telephone is out of order for the past 10 days. In a month the telephone is working only 5 days. No proper repair / services are provided by BSNL crew immediately. Please take necessary & timely action immediately as this is a main telephone line available at our administration & finance office for communication.

                                      I, chitta ranjan samal has booked a cylinder online on 4/9/16 evening. On 9/9/16, i got a message from your company that cylinder agàinst cash memo no. [protected] has been delivered. However, the cylinder has not been delivered in my house, probably somewhere else. Please enquire from your delivery man where he has delivered.
                                      I urgently require the cylinder.

                                        Today, ie 11.9.2016, i visited to goriya filling station for filling Rs 200 petrol, only one pump was working xtra, when i asked the salesman there is no simple petrol he said डलवाना हैं तो डलव म्हारे पास तो xtra ही मिलएगा कअंपनी को ईसी में ज्यादा profit होता हे जब मैं अपनी complained दर्ज़ करने manager के कमरे में गयआ तो वहा कोई भी नही था ईस पेट्रोल प्मम्पप न तो urinal की व्यवस्था है न ही drinking water ki, पेट्रोल डालने वाले सारेआम smoking करते हे जब ईनसे कोई मना करता हे तो यह मारा पीटी करने लगते हैं ककुल मि ला कऱ ईस पट्रोल पअम्प पर गुंडा गरदी का वातावरण रहता है manager साहब कभी मिइलता नही ईसी लइये आपको बताना पड़ रहा है ईन्होंने आज मेरे स्कू टऱ में पेट्रोल नही डाला ययह कहकर जा कऱ दे माहरी complained देख लऐगे हमारा कओन के पआड़ लएगा
