Gas cylinder was automatically, say that door was closed, and when the cum to deliver the gas they ask extra 50 Rs for delivery and never our home door will be locked, they did the same last time, but no response from local Distributor, plz work on it or else we will file a case. Or will have to change the gas company, Evey time the same happens and their is no reason we paying extra 50 for delivering a cylinder....

Delay in supply of domestic LPG gas cylinder for consumer No.14297

I booked LPG gas cylinder on 20/08/2016 with Ref No.333951, for my consumer No.14297 and LPG ID is 3 [protected], but it is not yet supplied by Dum Dum Gas Supply Agency, my distributor in West Bengal, North 24 parganas district..
Now my cylinder is exhausted and my family is facing a very hard time.

Please direct the distributor to make an immediate supply of LPG cylinder to my home.

GAS leaking from delivered cylinder_distributor not responding by phone &

on 30th August, GNS distributor delivered the cylinder which condition is old look & cylinder is not in a position to standing properly on the ground. today we noticed that GAS is leaking from the sealed cylinder.

When i contacted the distributor, he said that the amount paid by me online is not reflecting in his bank statement so i have to pay the amount in cash.
