Hi there,

I am writing on behalf of my mother (Suraksha Mehindru) who is one of the partner in the firm.
Currently she is overseas with me and quite upset as she doesn’t have any say in the business and no body tell her anything.
Could we please stop the supply of kerosene to the firm until we resolve the issues with the other partner. She is widow and working partners are controlling the operations of the business without giving her anything.
Please Advise.

I have gas connection with Sphurthy Gas Agency in Alwal, Hyderabad, I booked refill gas cylinder on 5th Sept. 2016, i have received sms on 8th Sept. for cash memo generated for my booking and 10th Sept. 2016 I received sms like my cylinder is delivered with cash memo no. as mentioned 8th Sept. but i did not received Cylinder so far till (13 Sept.). I think Sphurthy Gas Agency sealing our cylinders black market. This is not 1st time, happened for us 4-5 time. Very bad service, if we call them they not responding anything saying that it will come. I felt very bad their services and Indian Oil Corporation may take necessary action and cancel their agency if they are doing as above.

Myself Palash Bera I transferred my gas connection (con Id CX[protected] from Devdeep duttapukur (code 199023) north 24 pgs WB to Siliguri Darjeeling random seed. But in Agniraj indane gas agency system shows that my id is not valid. In the other hand devdeep said they had transferred the connection (TV No. [protected])and have no issue pending and i am in the middle and dont having any connection last 15 days. Please do the needfull.

However, the cylinder has not been delivered in my house, probably somewhere else. Please enquire from your delivery man where he has delivered.
I urgently require the cylinder.

Today, ie 11.9.2016, i visited to goriya filling station for filling Rs 200 petrol, only one pump was working xtra, when i asked the salesman there is no simple petrol he said डलवाना हैं तो डलव म्हारे पास तो xtra ही मिलएगा कअंपनी को ईसी में ज्यादा profit होता हे जब मैं अपनी complained दर्ज़ करने manager के कमरे में गयआ तो वहा कोई भी नही था ईस पेट्रोल प्मम्पप न तो urinal की व्यवस्था है न ही drinking water ki, पेट्रोल डालने वाले सारेआम smoking करते हे जब ईनसे कोई मना करता हे तो यह मारा पीटी करने लगते हैं ककुल मि ला कऱ ईस पट्रोल पअम्प पर गुंडा गरदी का वातावरण रहता है manager साहब कभी मिइलता नही ईसी लइये आपको बताना पड़ रहा है ईन्होंने आज मेरे स्कू टऱ में पेट्रोल नही डाला ययह कहकर जा कऱ दे माहरी complained देख लऐगे हमारा कओन के पआड़ लएगा

Booking no.325079 DT.31.07.16. Cashmemo [protected] dt 05.08.16. sms received, booking no. 325079 stands cancelled, reason : Door closed. on 08.08.16. Actual delivery received on 09.08.16. against same Cashmemo no. but new sms received that your cylinder delivered with cashmemo no.[protected] on 10.08.2016. But till now, the subsidy has not been credited
to my bank a/c. My bank a/c is linked with Aadhaar no. Kindly take necessary action.

Dear sir, i am a consumer of bsfc (muzaffarpur, bihar).there is no home delivery facility at rural areas. we have to take gas from godown .at godown staff collect extra charge as printed on booking slip. they just shows monopoly and misbehave to the consumers.sir as I am not providing consumer no. because all working staffs including managers are involved in collecting black money. so its humble request to respected sir take necessary action against this agency so that we could be able to save our money and time.

I am a consumer of Dibrugarh Gas Supply, Dibrugarh. I used to book my home delivery booking by telephone on no [protected]. But this month when my gas is adjusted on 5.9.16 and i make call to the above number varrious time but every time it shows it bussy. I also call to the dealer ph no.[protected] but it also no response. I am in very much difficulty, how to book my gas and get it. Please help me in this regard.

I Vivek Jain resident of Bhanpur, Bhopal having Gas connection with Customer Id 2752. Since last 3 years I am not getting my booking cylinder at my door step, each and every time I had to go to the Delivery centre and get my cylinder. I wanted my cylinder to be delivered at my residence address. Action to be taken against the Agency at the earliest.

Sir, Your services is very poor than Bharat gas they delivered within 2 days & you got for these work 15 - 20 days .
I am not happy about your service your customer base not more than Bharat so why you getting more time in this fast market your going slow down like 17 th century.
If this is not solve i am move to bharat gas & not only me but in this scenario no one can deal with you.
Hope you will fast action on this.

Dear, sir i respectly inform to you my cunsumer no cx2001936 in indane gas nauli vitrak kannauj, up. My mistake my conne. Is opt subsidy. So i want reactive subsidy but i'm fifth time complaint to disrtibuter and nodel officer but not solution and also contact to the indian oil corporation customer care and not satisfy in four time and give me nodel officer no and nodel officer say solution give to in four days but not and same say also distributer.
So kindly action on this problems

1. Dear manager i m a serving army officer n presently posted at ncc bhubaneswer, orissa my consumer no is cx1285193.On 01st sep due to some problem we had telephonically loged complain which was attended by company rep on 02 and he chacked n changed some parts for which we had paid rs 450.
2. On 04th night suddenly automaticall fire caught on regulator as well as pipe and as i was present and i had knowledge of extinguishing fire i could control it just the cylinder was about to explode in the process my wifes hair n my 2 fingures were got partially burnt.
3, same night i gave call to person who had checked before but 5th being sunday he came on today6th morning n replaced both cylinder as well as regulator and told there was leacking in cylinder due to cut in some rubber.
4 my querries n complaint are following

(a) who is responsibel for faulty cylinder

(b) after through checking by company rep, accident has occurred in 3 days.
(c) if in this accident cylinder would have busted and me or my family member would have been killed who would have been responsible
(d) who will pay for lost we have suffered n pain n fear we have undergone

i require a replay immediately else i will raise the matter to honorable minister debender pradhan ji thanks n regards

I want to lodge a complaint against indane lpg gas distributor namely b b gas agency, ambassa tripura
. The customer are facing very critical problem of lpg gas cylinders as the distributor not providing cylinders to their customer. I booked for refilling of cylinder on 7th july 2016 and the distributor provide the same after two months on 4th september 2016
. But the cylinders are easily available in market in black in 1200 rs. I want to take necessary action against such type of distributors and may be cancelled his registration.

Respected sir/madam,
It is to bring into your notice that no action has been taken till now and my problem stays as it is, that is i have not received the delivery of cylinder till now.
And please dont mark the problem as resolved until and unless it is resolved and till i get the delivery of my cylinder which i have not got till now. Now i have to move to consumer court and central ministry if problem is not resolved now because when i lodged the complaint, i was promised by the director (Refund) of ioc that you will get your cylinder next day morning but i have not received any cylinder till now. Please reply asap, otherwise i will have to go to consumer courts and central ministry for this issue because it is an issue of a consumer, who is being harassed and then honourable consumer courts and central ministry will take the action against ioc, because they are not solving my problem and are not giving me delivery of my cylinder which they promised to give. Waiting for your reply. I request you to take strictest and strongest action against ioc so that i get the delivery of my cylinder immediately and they should be penalised strongly for harassing the consumers so that they should not do it in future with any of the consumers. Waiting for your reply.

Deactivate my give up subsidy i am kamlesh kumar mishra a consumer of indiangas and i have not get 4 month subsidy in my indian gas account... by mistake i am wrongly clicked opt out of subsidy. i am not getting any subsidy then. i kindly request you to deactivate opt out of subsidy. i want to avail subsidy cylinders. so please deactivate from out of subsidy.

Initially later booking done by visiting to their office. But cylinder not delivered even after one week causing. Great inconvenience. I m doctor in govt hospital n cant spare time for nuisance. So request u too protect common man from such inconveinance

Dear Sir,
I booked LPG cylinder thru IVRS on 30.08.2016. Ultimately I got a booking no.593265via SMS. On 03.09.2016 at 4.15pm a message came from IK-INDANE as “cash memo [protected] of amount Rs.501 generated for booking no.593265 shall be delivered shortly.” Naturally we were waiting for LPG cylinder, meanwhile on 04.09.2016 at 4.22pm again a message came from IK-INDANE as” cash memo [protected] generated against your refill booking no 593265 stands cancelled. Reason: NO Money. Delivery may be reattempted shortly.” Now the question is when the delivery men came to my house while we have been constantly there in our quarter 14/27 Secondary Road. Durgapur -4. There is no question of refusing delivery men for want of money. It is a manipulated activity being done by you. Why should you send such fake message where we the people depending on you honestly.

Do needful to send the cylinder at the earliest.

Sir, I am resident of Raipur, Chhattisgarh, I possess one gass connection and connection No. 6766 and dealer is Prakash Gas Service. I had booked for refill and the booking No. 412127 dated. 2nd September 2016. Since I work in Directorate office In Naya Raipur, I left empty cylinder and money with my campus guard, but no one did come till now. Today I am surprised to see the message in my mobile that my booking has been cancelled as my house door was closed.. I inquired with my campus guard, he said no one has come till now. Then how my booking could be cancelled? The delivery man did not enter even the campus then how could he say that my house door was closed. Pls look into the matter rebook my refill and instruct the distributor to ensure the delivery.

It is to bring into your notice that i am resident of ludhiana residing at 1, orchard villa, adj. Magnet resorts, barewal road, ludhiana. I got my cylinder booked with indane gas agency on 29th august, 2016 with booking number-723106 and my cash memo no. Is [protected]. My consumer no. Is 36679 and my delivery date was 31 august 2016. When the delivery boy came to my place, by chance i was not available at home, so my servant told him to come after sometime as i was not available, and the delivery boy refused to come and said, main nahi aaunga and said that our company is not afraid of anyone and told that jahan complaint karni hai kar do, hamari company kisi se nahi darti. I have not received the delivery till now, i called on indane customer care number to ask that why i have not received my cylinder, instead they are saying that your cylinder has been delivered at your address on 31st august, 2016 with cash memo no. [protected], but i have not been delivered any cylinder till now. It seems that the delivery boy has sold the cylinder in the grey market for some premium. It is really very shameful and shocking that in this new india of our honorable prime minister sh. Narendra modi. The companies like indane and its workers are spoiling his work for growth and
And harassing the consumers. I request you to please look into the matter and take strictest and strongest action against indane gas agency so that they should not harass the consumers and i should get my delivery as early as possible which i have not received till now. I request you to please take urgent and strong action against indane gas agency so that these companies cannot bring bad name to our country and harass the consumers

I bought a new 5KG cylinder from Dev Agencies, Chennai in early part of 2016.
Paid them Rs. 1800.
They said Indane bunks have a facility to refill the cylinders.
Now, when i want a refill, I came to know after enquiring in Indane petrol bunks that they don't have the facility to refill.
Dev Agencies people are telling me that they got 50 5 kg cylinders, sold all of them, they don't know anything about refill or replacement of the 5 kg cylinder.

What should I do with the 5 kg cylinder now?
