Sir, I am resident of Raipur, Chhattisgarh, I possess one gass connection and connection No. 6766 and dealer is Prakash Gas Service. I had booked for refill and the booking No. 412127 dated. 2nd September 2016. Since I work in Directorate office In Naya Raipur, I left empty cylinder and money with my campus guard, but no one did come till now. Today I am surprised to see the message in my mobile that my booking has been cancelled as my house door was closed.. I inquired with my campus guard, he said no one has come till now. Then how my booking could be cancelled? The delivery man did not enter even the campus then how could he say that my house door was closed. Pls look into the matter rebook my refill and instruct the distributor to ensure the delivery.

Sir, with reference to my earlier complain, this is to inform you that just now I received a call from [protected] some Rahul Kumar Sharma had called me and asked me about the complain. I detailed my complain, instead he said your gas connection is not linked with bank details. I said my bank details are already submitted, and I had been getting my refill earlier. I said my complain is different, whereas he is trying to make different excuse. After that instead of giving proper inswer he started using abusing words, HE USED VULGAR LANGUAGE SAYING " MADARCHOD TUM KO NAHI MILEGA JO KARNA HO KAR LO". pLS. NOT IT AND TAKE NECESSARY ACTION. It is a threat given by an office bearer who mob number and name is given.

    It is to bring into your notice that i am resident of ludhiana residing at 1, orchard villa, adj. Magnet resorts, barewal road, ludhiana. I got my cylinder booked with indane gas agency on 29th august, 2016 with booking number-723106 and my cash memo no. Is [protected]. My consumer no. Is 36679 and my delivery date was 31 august 2016. When the delivery boy came to my place, by chance i was not available at home, so my servant told him to come after sometime as i was not available, and the delivery boy refused to come and said, main nahi aaunga and said that our company is not afraid of anyone and told that jahan complaint karni hai kar do, hamari company kisi se nahi darti. I have not received the delivery till now, i called on indane customer care number to ask that why i have not received my cylinder, instead they are saying that your cylinder has been delivered at your address on 31st august, 2016 with cash memo no. [protected], but i have not been delivered any cylinder till now. It seems that the delivery boy has sold the cylinder in the grey market for some premium. It is really very shameful and shocking that in this new india of our honorable prime minister sh. Narendra modi. The companies like indane and its workers are spoiling his work for growth and
    And harassing the consumers. I request you to please look into the matter and take strictest and strongest action against indane gas agency so that they should not harass the consumers and i should get my delivery as early as possible which i have not received till now. I request you to please take urgent and strong action against indane gas agency so that these companies cannot bring bad name to our country and harass the consumers

    I have booked on 22nd of Aug 2016 Indiana, its now 1st of Sept, passed 11days not received gas, when I visit gas agency they told there is no supply, how can I manage ??

    I need gas to be reffiled as soon as possible.

      I bought a new 5KG cylinder from Dev Agencies, Chennai in early part of 2016.
      Paid them Rs. 1800.
      They said Indane bunks have a facility to refill the cylinders.
      Now, when i want a refill, I came to know after enquiring in Indane petrol bunks that they don't have the facility to refill.
      Dev Agencies people are telling me that they got 50 5 kg cylinders, sold all of them, they don't know anything about refill or replacement of the 5 kg cylinder.

      What should I do with the 5 kg cylinder now?

        Hello,
        Today I filled petrol in my car at imperial petrol pump at mundwa, Pune.
        The tank capacity is 42 liters. The petrol filled into the tank was 42.51 liters. The tank already have like 4-5 liters petrol let.

        This is not the first time this petrol pump has done this with me as a customer. Before I was filling the petrol for a particular amount, just to know the difference I stared filling full tank and this is a fraud dine by the petrol pump and the company.

        Now if you could do anything it would be helpful but I have decided to change the petrol pump now and leave Indian oil.

              Last 2 months I have not received my subsidy in my account even after delivery of cylinder on 01.07.2016 and 01.08.2016 For your ready reference I am enclosing details of booking. Order no [protected] Receipt no [protected] Date od delivery 01.08.2016 and Order no [protected] Receipt no [protected] Date of delivery 01.07.2016.Request to do need full as I am 61 year old person having no source of income.
              To day when I confirmed from agency they inform me that subsidy has been closed. After confirming IOCL subsidy is not closed.
              Sir till date I have not submitted any document or on mobile that I have give up my subsidy.
              So I am requesting you to do need full and help me to get started my subsidy.

                I am very hesitate to giving the complaint that I have ever seen the worst customer satisfaction / Respect which was treated by M V enterprises, Avadi, Tiruvallur district agency. The way she (Admin) was talking to the customers and behaviours were very worst and rubbish and she used some abused words which you could not hear gently. She is charging Rs.75 for administration charge without cash receipt for LPG transfer but even she couldn’t help to guide the uneducated old age customers for filling the form even she shouted and scolded them, they were ashamed then I have filled the form for two customers on that day. She doesn’t have the courtesy how to speak with the customers, they treated like slaves. Please take necessary action on admin department (Two lady staff around 35 to 45 years of age) of M.V Enterprises, No 130. POOVAI ROAD VIVEKANANDA NAGAR. AVADI CHENNAI 600 054. Please note this is not a single customer complaint, please treat as uneducated, unwillingness, oldage, customer’s complaint.

                  At Indian Oil Petrol Pump at Pimpri, Pune, there is malpractice going on. i have been to this particular petrol station many times. however on 30th August when i went to fill the petrol, the guy at the filling machine filled my scooter tank so hurriedly i couldnt even see the zero mark. he urged me to move forward and pay up. when i asked him about the zero check he was very rude. he actually gave only half of what i paid for. similar complaints have been reported earlier but of no use.

                    Gas cylinder was automatically, say that door was closed, and when the cum to deliver the gas they ask extra 50 Rs for delivery and never our home door will be locked, they did the same last time, but no response from local Distributor, plz work on it or else we will file a case. Or will have to change the gas company, Evey time the same happens and their is no reason we paying extra 50 for delivering a cylinder.

                        I, Hiren Vadodariya, an Indane customer. I have ordered LPG Refill online on 12th Aug '16, but my request got cancelled (Request Reference #904084) by giving reason as delay from their side. Again I re-ordered LPG Refill online on 27th Aug '16 (Request Reference #904210), I am calling to Samyak (Distributor) on[protected] since last 3 days to know the reason for cancellation as well about cylinder delivery, but not getting proper response from them.

                        Consumer No. : CX17639275

                        Requesting you to deliver refill cylinder at earliest, as we are waiting since last more than 20 days.

                        Also, Please note, cancellation of Online Refill Order is not first time by Samyak, already faced same issue 3 times in a year.

                        My consumer no. Is 19399. On 19.08.16 Abhijit Enterprise Khardah supplied LPG cylinder. On the strip of the cylinder D-15 has been stamped.
                        Kindly inform whether this cyl can be used or not. If no then issue direction to the distributer to replace the cylinder.

                          I booked LPG gas cylinder on 20/08/2016 with Ref No.333951, for my consumer No.14297 and LPG ID is 3 [protected], but it is not yet supplied by Dum Dum Gas Supply Agency, my distributor in West Bengal, North 24 parganas district..
                          Now my cylinder is exhausted and my family is facing a very hard time.

                          Please direct the distributor to make an immediate supply of LPG cylinder to my home.

                            Please take interest in Swagat Retail outlet, Anakapalle as the hygenic condition in this outlet is very bad. Very bad smell is coming as the sewerage tank gets overflow. Since 5 days I visited outlet twice & noticed the same. I think no body is taking interest in hygeine. We are visiting the outlet regularly as your company's quality & quantity are so good. Please do the needful correspondence to the customers. One more thing, in the parking area illegal local persons are wandering and getting the area very bad.

                              Dear Sirs, Although we have submitted the Forms No. 3 and 4 to Indane Gas distributor, Circular Agency specifically indicating that we have not got the Aadhaar card, yet Indane sent us an SMS that they will not deposit the subsidy to our bank account for Aadhaar. They are not following Supreme Court order of Aadhaar Card PIL case. Kindly take action and advise Indane Kolkata office to fall in line with the Supreme Court order. Other distributors are not diturbing customers as above like Indane. Indane Consumer No. 05521, LPG ID:[protected], Circular Agency 49/5/H/148, Circular Garden Reach Rd, Kol - 23. While on the subject my messenger to the distributor faced unparliamentary vocabulary from the staff during enquiring the above high-handedness. Indane sms's continue to ask us to submit Aadhaar Card to the distributor, inspite of submitting completed Forms 3 & 4 and Aadhar availability confirmation form on 28.6.2016, with Aadhaar on NPR enrollment status without enrolment id issue to us. Please advise Indane accordingly.

                                on 30th August, GNS distributor delivered the cylinder which condition is old look & cylinder is not in a position to standing properly on the ground. today we noticed that GAS is leaking from the sealed cylinder.

                                  I have applied for gas connection on 9 april 2016 using online registration mode and also done online payment using my debit card. When i contacted the distributor, he said that the amount paid by me online is not reflecting in his bank statement so i have to pay the amount in cash. I have paid the money in cash but when i checked my bank statement, amount was deducted from my bank account. This way i have been charged new connection fees twice. I have contacted distributor many times and also the area manager of indian oil corporation about this but still nothing has been resolved. I have also raised complaint of indian oil website with feedback number 2705859 but still nothing has been done so far. Its already more than 3 months have passed. Please help me in getting refund of the excess money paid to distributor in cash. He is denying for refund. I have the cash receipt of distributor in original and also the bank statement with debited amount. Please help.

                                    Sir i am not getting lpg subsidy for the last few months.in this regard i like to inform that i am a retired person and our annual income is only around 3 lacks. I also like to confirm that i have never opted for surrender of my subsidy. I wrote to distributor and made complaint online in https://spandan.indianoil.co.in/dbtlgrievance/index.jsp site. My earlier comp. Srn 2677612 dt. 22.06.16 and 2707621 dt. 26.07.2016 is still unsettled. Hence i request you to please look in to the matter so that i can get the subsidy. Thanks.

                                      Misbehavior by Indian Oil Petrol Pump's employee and was not given a complaint book when asked for. Neither was I given a bill for my purchase. The conduct of the employees was unacceptable and should be addressed asap.

                                      The IOCL Petrol Pump employees should care about their customers and the behavior should be appropriate. It is humble request to please take action on the same asap.

                                        M/S Deepjyoti Gas Agency had deputed someone today at my house, who glanced for few seconds, and asked for Rs.150/.
