I have applied for gas connection on 9 april 2016 using online registration mode and also done online payment using my debit card. When i contacted the distributor, he said that the amount paid by me online is not reflecting in his bank statement so i have to pay the amount in cash. I have paid the money in cash but when i checked my bank statement, amount was deducted from my bank account. This way i have been charged new connection fees twice. I have contacted distributor many times and also the area manager of indian oil corporation about this but still nothing has been resolved. I have also raised complaint of indian oil website with feedback number 2705859 but still nothing has been done so far. Its already more than 3 months have passed. Please help me in getting refund of the excess money paid to distributor in cash. He is denying for refund. I have the cash receipt of distributor in original and also the bank statement with debited amount. Please help.

Sir i am not getting lpg subsidy for the last few months.in this regard i like to inform that i am a retired person and our annual income is only around 3 lacks. I also like to confirm that i have never opted for surrender of my subsidy. I wrote to distributor and made complaint online in https://spandan.indianoil.co.in/dbtlgrievance/index.jsp site. My earlier comp. Srn 2677612 dt. 22.06.16 and 2707621 dt. 26.07.2016 is still unsettled. Hence i request you to please look in to the matter so that i can get the subsidy. Thanks.

Misbehavior by Indian Oil Petrol Pump's employee and was not given a complaint book when asked for. Neither was I given a bill for my purchase. The conduct of the employees was unacceptable and should be addressed asap.

The IOCL Petrol Pump employees should care about their customers and the behavior should be appropriate. It is humble request to please take action on the same asap.

M/S Deepjyoti Gas Agency had deputed someone today at my house, who glanced for few seconds, and asked for Rs.150/.

Is it mandatory? If so, on security & safety grounds, is fee to be paid by the Consumer?

I have shifted to Jhotwara and gas was booked long back thinking that after transfer of connection to new place we will book the gas. I transferred my connection from 22 Godam Jaipur to Rajendra Gas agency Ambabari Jaipur. Since my second refill was also likely to get empty and I booked the gas on 15 August 2016 for consumer no[protected] registered with ref no 416312, Cash memo no[protected] generated on 19/08/2016. I informed the delivering staff that my cylinder likely to get empty any time so please deliver the cylinder and cash memo has been generated. On 24/08/2016 gas cylinder got empty i informed to the dealing staff to deliver the cylinder as we donot have filled gas cylinder. They promised but not delivered the same. On 25/08/2016 I did not rang up thinking that today is gazatted holiday. Today in the morning I started to rang up to delivery man and later to gsa agency office. Even after repeated calls the did not lift the phone and delivery man assured but did not deliver the cylinder. I rang up him many times but got nothing. I experience with this agency is bitter and in future also it is going to be the same position. Hence it is better to transfer the connection to another company office located at Kanta, Kalwar Road, Jaipur. Please advise and instruct to dealing staff to co-operate in transferring the connection to another company. I am customer of Indane since long when I was in defence.

I'm a consumer of Indane with connection No.121465 since many years.My connection is linked to distributor M/s Bharat Gas Agencies, Pratap pura, Agra who is very slow in deliveries.I h'd booked a cynlinder on 09/08/16 for which I had consulted to their office manager twice a time who replied for shortage of delivery boy's.This is their personal problem for which consumer's are surviving..In regular bookings they do deliver a cylinders near about a month or more whose entries can be verify through any of their Domestic Customer Card..Each and every month i do consult at their office by face to face than they provide me cashmemo and advice to carry the cylinder by self service from their Godown near to Baluganj police Chowki.Many times I had paid the home delivery charges and picked it from their Godown..Kindly take further action to improve the Services...

This is to inform you that I with consumer No-34628, herewith give a complaint on Padma Gas, Warasiguda, secunderabad. that the Delivery people are charging Rs.100 more on each deliver, if we dont pay they are taking back the cylinder and mentioning the status as Door closed, each and every time when I book I need to visit the Distributor,
Which is making me difficult, couple of months back I had given the same complaint but there was not any status or action on the complaint.
Please rectify this sort of Demanding money and take necessary action

With due respect and humbly submitted that from few month back the subsidy money not to deposited in my SBI account where some days before it was deposited but from last 5/6 months(approx) its totally stop. please regular it as possible time with deposited total dues money in my SBI account. My indan gas connection number is 04735. I am repeatedly facing problems in receiving cylinders. Gas cylinder is usually supplied after 15 to 20 days after having booked even after reminder of 4 to 5 times which costs approximately rs. 3/- each call. Indane gas supplier is always seized with the problem of transporter. It is matter of date 24.08.16

Our indane distributor kalpana gas agen is not making delivery of the cylinder in time. Moreover they say that the delivery man did not find us at the time he came while my husband and i always stay at home and specially after booking the gas. I know that the delivery man along with the distributor are having tendency to sell cylinders in black market. How can i get rid of these dishonest people for whom we are confined at home for 15/20 days leaving all other important outside jobs which are also very urgent. My booking num is584905 booked at 11th aug today 23rd still not delivered..

I, Lokesh Gupta want to draw your attention towards the fraud being done by workers of Indian Oil petrol pump. I have an I10 sports car with company fitted CNG kit so I prefer to run my car on CNG fuel, I went to one of your Indian Oil petrol pump which is situated just outside Indian Oil Corporation Building -3079/3, J B Tito Marg, Sadiq Nagar, New Delhi, Delhi 110049 (as per Google map) on 13th Aug’16 at around 5.20AM and I asked the attendant to completely fill the tank as I was going out of station. By the time my car fuel meter was clearly displaying 1 point more than half the tank. He showed me zeros on the fuel meter and started filling the tank, while I was noticing the meter he gave me a literature and a card and said please have it and you will earn extra points on fueling. I asked him what is it exactly then he diverted me to some other guy to tell me the benefit, meanwhile he said your car is fueled and amount was Rs.1780 (Screen shot of SMS attached), I gave my card and started asking the other guy about its benefit. He took the card back and said did you participated in this activity that happened last month (don’t remember activity name) and I denied, he said come during day time and we will explain the entire thing and didn’t gave me any card. I went through the literature and there was nothing more than benefits of filling Extra premium petrol.
I left the petrol pump and after travelling a while I realized the car can’t accommodate that much fuel as I fueled my car from MG road Indian Oil Petrol Pump on 12th Aug’16 at 2PM with Rs.1000/- (Approx 16 litres) (Screen shot of SMS attached) despite the car went on reserve on the same day and I hardly run my car on petrol. Post fueling I went to Saket and then to JNU and returned back to Saket. While returning from Saket my car ran out of CNG and I drove 11-12Km on petrol and then refilled CNG from BRT CNG station close to Birla School. Now assuming my car went on reserve must be having around 4 litres of petrol + 16 litres I took from MG Road my car could accommodate maximum 15-16 litres, wherein Rs.1780/- would buy 29 litres of normal petrol.
I didn’t have much proofs so didn’t find it worth going back to petrol pump, but this is really an eye opener and shocking incidence for me, I saw such frauds happening in videos on Facebook but never thought this could happen with me, a petrol pump operating just outside the corporate office can do such kind of fraud then how can we even trust other petrol pumps of Indian Oil. I work with an MNC which ranks among India’s one of the top 10 FMCG companies and we value our customer and their complains. I don’t know whether it will make much a difference to you but for me it’s a lesson and I will never suggest people to go with Indian Oil petrol pumps and have such an experience.

Dear team, i santhosh with consumer number 34628, facing lot problem with the distributor, as when ever i book cylinder online, they will deliver if i pay 50-100 more on each cylinder, else they will take back the cylinder and the order will get closed, from past 6months i need to visit the distributor and book the cylinder again, i had complained couple of months back but there was no any response from your end, its very difficult to go every time to the distributor, i need some action from your end. We approached you thinking that we get some solution for this.
At present the cylinder cost is 549.50 but they are charging 600, and we have to give else they take back the cylinder. Please respond asap.

We have received lpg cylinder via voucher no. [protected] dated 09.08.2016 form vijay balabharathi indane gas services, hosur.
This lpg cylinder was kept as a standby. We noticed gas smell on 21.08.2016 around 6.00pm. We came to know lpg gas was leaking from the cylinder through puncture hole at bottom of the cylinder. By god grace nothing was happened during gas leaking even the gas was spread over the house.
We informed local agency vijay balabharathi indane gas services, hosur and fire service station. Both were came and analysed. The gas agency team has taken the cylinder back.
As a customer i need certificate of the cylinder tested date and due date with pressure. I request you to provide the cylinder leak test mechanism and quality pass certificate copy with authorized signature.
I should have confident on using and storing of cylinder (One), it should not blast in future.
