Every time the delivery boy from nataraj enterprises, indane gas distributor, yelahanka new town, bangalore is charging rs. 30/- extra as delivery charge. Why? Today morning the delivery boy has delivered gas cylinder against my booking ref. No. Cx[protected] with invoice no. [protected] and charged rs. 30/- extra as delivery charge. Please do the needful against the distributor.

I have also submitted a written complaint to the agency. Mr. Babu Manager has assured me to return the additional charge taken by the delivery boy, and also assured that he will replace the delivery boy. The delivery boy came to my house in my absence and apologised with my wife. Afterwords many time the delivery boy came to my house in my absence and requested my wife to withdraw the complaint and assured that he will not ask any delivery charge in future. Today at 11.49 Hrs I have received a phone call from the Agency by a phone No. 8123202287, the person has requested to withdraw the complaint and the person has given me phone No. 9448289912 by SMS and told me to talk on that No. and withdraw the complaint. In a lenient view, I accept the request of the agency. The matter may please be treated as resolved and the complaint may please be treated as withdrawn. Regards. Dilip Kumar Xalxo

please refer the above complaint. I have also submitted the written complaint to the agency. The Manager Shri Babu has assured me for refund of the additional charge taken by the delivery boy. The delivery boy came to my house and apologised and assured that he will not ask any additional charge in future. And repeatedly requested to take back the complaint. Many times he came to my house in my absence and requested my wife for withdrawal of complaint. Hence, in a lenient view I withdraw the complaint. The same may please be treated as resolved.

      My ioc no.13047, gas cylinder received on 19.08.16. Checked found gas cylinder leakage problem without use. I requested you please change cylinder. I am follow for cylinder leakage problem from yesterday 1:00pm but not response from agency side. Pl take action. Safety concern.

        Received SMS that cash memo No.: [protected] has been generated on 10th September 2016.
        Received SMS on 11th September 2016 that your cylinder has been delivered.
        However till 15th instant, cylinder has not been delivered.
        Failed to understand why cylinder has not been delivered though cylinder has been delivered as per system.
        Kindly look into the matter

          Employees of raju enterprise, kundannoor, ernakulam, kerala (licence number p/sc/kl/14/[protected] are not ready to receive payment through cards, where as even the govt. emphasise on using of cards.
          . today (19/08/2016) i filled petrol for rs.140 and try to make payment using credit card. but they denied making card payment by saying that the minimum required amount for card payment is rs.200. as no information boards are displayed about the minimum required amount for card payment, can they take such a stand after filling petrol? please take necessary actions to avoid these kinds of incidents in future.

            I booked for gas cylinder on 06.08.2016 with an assurance that the cylinder will
            Be delivered within 3 working days. But the same has not been
            Delivered till date.
            I have personally seen the delivery van distributing the same around
            The area. On 19-08-16 the gas agency boy came and gave me gas, without
            Booking gas

            I have to borrow cylinder from my neighbor for use due to such delay.
            They also harass
            Me and ask to come time and again. They also do not respond
            Positively. I think the people
            In nath gas agency may selling the gas outside, pls take immidiate action.

              Hi sir/ madam,

              I book gas on 10 aug 16 and i got ack on 10 aug 12:34 cash meno generated to my mobile. on 12th aug taas gas agency agent (ragavan) came to my home and he request to my wife to give empty cylinder for refilling and asked rs. 550/- amount instead of 499.5/-. my wife went inside to take cash and came back but the ragaven has taken our empty without info. the same has been informed to agency but they said he abconded without any information and filed compliment in chromepet police station. afterthat, on tuesday the agency send another person for refilling. we informed without empty how we can buy the cylinder and they advised to borrow some other person to avail the gas refilling. meanwhile, i spoke (17 aug) to agency manager he requested us to give 3 to 4 days time to trace ragavan and given assurance for our missing cylinder. as of now we have not received any updates and now i got a message stating that the " your refill booking ref 830468 stands cancelled without any perior information.

              We understand that, they received around 5 to 15 consumer complaints like me. we request you to kindly take necessary action in this regards.

                  1. My consumer no. Is 34329. I had booking of lpg gas cylinder on 13.08.2016 vide booking no. 242987. There is non-delivery of lpg gas cylinder even on 18.08.2016 although sms confirming delivery sent on 17.08.2016 against cash memo. No. [protected]. It happens earlier it tantamouns to malpractice by delivery man/distributor (South end gas distributor of kolkata-700084) please note mybooking no. 242987 dated 13.08.2016. 2. Verification of weight is not being carried out at the time of delivery despite repeated requests. This is a common practice and must be dealt with suitably. Thanks

                    Dear sir,

                    Our chokidar mr. Mohinder singh is having lpg connection of indane. His customer no. Is 025290. His regulator knob got damaged. So he went to the kota co operative & marketing society ltd, small scale industrial area, kota 324007 with his regulator. There the concerned man said it will cost him rs 225.00. He came back to have money. He took rs 225.00 from me and went back. There pr was changed vide receipt no.3549, book no. 36 dated 17.08.2016.

                    However the receipt was for rs 75.00 only. He came came back to me and asked for my help. I went to kota co operative & marketing society and enquired why receipt of only rs 75.00 was given. They had no proper answer but confirmed that an other receipt is to be made which take lot of time. On my insistance they made another receipt of rs 150.00. Receipt no. Is [protected] dated 17.08.2016

                    After care full study of both the receipt it seems they are just bluffing and cheating the public. On one receipt it is mentioned for change of pr and on 2nd receipt they mentioned supply of one pr.

                    Please look into the matter seriously and ensure that proper actions are taken against all persons who are indulging in such activity and refund the excess amount to mohinder singh. Hope to receive your co operation.

                      Several times requested to distributor as well as ioc (Indane) since last two months. I could not link my aadhar to lpg. My subsidy has been with held. The distributor is telling that the aadhar is not being linked due to some technical problem with ioc. Despite requesting to ioc they are doing nothing to resolve the issue.

                      Please help me to get my pending subsidy at the earliest.

                        My petrol tank capacity is 5.3 litres. Today filled about 370rs for full tank where already 1 litre is already there as reserve. So as per calculation approx for 4 litres i have paid 370. That means per litle i have paid rs 92 but actually per litre is 64.27.
                        Have filled in sector 105 noida. G. B. Nagar. I want action for this fraud thing going on. This is totalcheating to customers. And when i say the manager reply to me saying that i am providing slip to you. They are just filling air instead of petrol

                          Sir,
                          It is regretted to inform that i sri p. k. pattnaik, a bonafide consumer of your esteemed organisation has visited to m/s. krishna filling station, nh-5, nayapalli, bhubaneswar.-15 at about 12.10 pm on 14.08.2016 (sun day) to fill petrol in my motor cycle.
                          In the said petrol pump i asked the sales man to fill petrol for rs. 320.00 (rupees three hundred twenty) but the sales man before ensuring zero in the meter poured petrol for rs.270.00 and charged rs. 320.00. when i query about it the sales man replied that he had already poured petrol for rs. 50.00.
                          The matter immediately brought to the notice of the manager, who interfere the matter but failed to resolve the problem.
                          From the above it is clearly indicate that there is rampant corruption prevails in the petrol pump by the sales men.
                          In this backdrop it is pertinent to mention here that the motto of our beloved prime minister sri narendra modi's dream to make a corruption free india be come a mockery.
                          I therefore, request your good self to look into the matter personally and issue a warning to the owner of m/s. krishna filling station to be careful in future and keep away such corrupted sales men henceforth.

And when i submit my request for give it up again, then the mesage show that i have already registred for the same. Kindly look into the matter. As a fan of my honourable prime minister mr.                                   Maine subhash oil company barwala road, hisar se 14 august, 2016 at 10:47:16 am (Recipient ke according) pe 110 ₹ ka petrol dalwaya tha lekin meter 100 ₹ pe pahle se tha. Lekin unme se ek mere samne aa gya fir 5-6 second mn unhone bola ki petrol daal gya h or ussi time maine dekh liya tha vo 100 ₹ se hi start hua tha. Or unhone mujhse 110₹ lene ki baat kahi, maine management k bare mn puchha to unhone bola kal aayenge, abhi koi nhi h yaahan pe. Or fir unhone petrol chk krwane k liye bola or kuchh der baad mujhe wahaan se paise deke aana pda. Aap cctv footage bhi check kr skte hn usmn aapko sb smjh aa jayega.
                                  Lekin agar m complaint nhi krta to unke hosle aise hi buland hote rhenge or vo aise hi customer k sath fraud krte rhenge. Isliye aapki duty banti, ki unko sabak sikhaya jaye taki aage se unki himmat na ho aisa krne ki.

                                    I am selected as a dealer for new R.O. in rajkot division of gujarat under SC categeroy and my land lease to IOCL for 19 years and 11 months.
                                    our R.O. completely developed by IOCL, our R.O. is situated on NH-8, so national highway license is mandatory to start our R.O. NHAI department is demanding license fees of Rs. 2, 00, 000 and above. Applicant for license of NHAI is IOCL and the lincense granted/ issued in favour of IOCL. In this circumstances when land lease to company our R.O. is company owned. According to natural justice and common logic company must pay the license fees for R.O.
                                    On the other hand, company insist and pressure to dealer to pay the fees.
                                    we would like to know that who is responsible to pay the license fees, dealer or IOCL as per law.

                                      My father has been expired so i want the gas connection to be transfer from father to son, its been not possible for me because their is a lot of miss guidance from the staff and they are telling that it is not possible to do, it has to change to in the name of wife and for that work the expenditure is rupees six hundred which we have to pay .i want to know exact procedure how to transfer the gas connection to my name.thanking you and do the needful.

                                        I am a customer of Indane LPG cylinders.due to my transfer I went to my dealer at Vadodara Gujarat. With two empty cylinders regulator which was damaged gas book and voucher.he refused for transfer on grounds that the regulator was duplicate. I told him that I would bear any additional charges as mentioned in clause no 8 given behind the voucher he still refused then I called customer helpline.he told me to first give a written complaint to registered office. I also dialled helpline no given in dealers office but none were working I called helpline of Indane which I got from website he told me to file for for lost regulator and then pay charges.just to check I called another dealer and sail about my transfer and broken regulator he readily agreed to accept payment against broken regulator my mb no [protected] and customer no g639973
