    despite booking of lpg gas cylinder more than 15 days back (booking No 571780 dt 10 feb 16) I am yet to receive gas cylinder. The in-charge of shop is unable to give a convincing answer. I am facing hardship pl take appropriate action.

      Maine aaj 24/02/2016 me apni bike me 70 rs. Ka petrol liya muradnagar bus stand ke samne petrol pump se aur meerut ke liye chal diya.
      But bike ka petrol modinagar phuchne se phle khatam ho gya.
      Problem ye hui thi ki petrol pump worker ne paise nikalte wakt reding turant zero kr di.
      Sir aapse nivedan hai ki aap iski janch kare aur kisi bhi customer ko hone wali is problem se mukti dilaye.
      Agar aage bhi eise hi chalta rha ek din bda hangama ho skta hai
      Mere sath ye second time hua hai.
      I hope aap uchit karvahi karenge.

          Indane gas cylinder delivered at our house on 21/02/2016 by Suraj Gas Agency, Ram Nagar, Lucknow.there was gas leakage prob.We lodged a comp on 1906 on Dt.24/02/2016 at 7:30pm.our comp.id was 54711.They assured us that prob will be resolved within 2hrs.But mechanic arrived at our house on 25/02/16 at 9:30am.For what it emergency help line stands for.

            Dear Sir,
            My father G.Santhana krishnanan (Consumer no:1292) was a consumer of IOC and was getting the refill from the above agency. Our resident address is Plot No: 5 Bhavani street, Kuppusamy nagar, Cittlapakkam, Chennai-44.
            My father expired two month before and we requested the gas agency to change the consumer name to my mother's and we produce all relevant documents.
            The gas agency is insisting that my mother should come in person. She is very old sick and mobility is very restricted.
            We request you to use your good office to see that the consumer name is chane to my mother S.Muthulakshmi ammal.

                I have received last LPG subsidy of Rs 128.18 on 13.10.15. After that I have purchased 2 LPG cylinder, but no subsidy credited till date to my bank a/c. Many times it is reported with written application to gas distributor and bank officer but not positive result found.

                      My consumer No. is 05073 & distributor name is Kasna Indane Gas Service, Greater Noida. When refill is booked within 15 days of delivery it is cancelled. Further we to book refill, it takes approx. one month to make the delivery. It is the usual phenomenon. The level of service in delivery of gas cylender is very poor. Whether is there any way to resolve this problem of late delivery of gas cylender.

                        Expecting a favourable feedback and solution
                        Dear Sir,
                        I wish to lodge a complain against IOC as my father expire on[protected] and his gas connection was transferred in my name and booked a gas Cylinder but till date I am not getting subsidy amount in my bank. For your information at the time of name change application i had already submit my Aadhar and cancel checque for proof of my bank account. Please also note my consumer number - [protected].

                        So please look into this matter.

                          On 19th instant, I registered a complaint to my Distributor -SOUTH END GAS DISTRIBUTOR in the morning that my cylinder was not working properly, more particularly, it was not closing the gas if turned out. Next day they sent their mechanic who after inspection opined that the cylinder was overloaded and it would be corrected after use. But today, I find that the gas is closing even after turning out the cylinder nob. It only closes after the oven nob is closed. This is for your information and necessary action.                             I have booked my gas cylinder through online IOC on 02.02.2016 for my Consumer No.3725 with Sun Gas Dealer, Selvapuram, Coimbatore. Till date we have not received the cylinder from sun gas. Presently we dont have spare gas cylinder with us, we are in very much trouble for alternate source. We have received a message on 17.02.2016 stating that your cylinder will delivered shortly with a cash memo no.[protected] for Rs.598. But even after the message they have not delivered the gas to us till today. Every time we are having repeatedly the same problem with long delay in supply of gas. I request your goodself to please advise the dealer to supply the cylinder with in the stiupulated time as per your norms.

                              My consumer no. is CX 2644829.
                              It is to inform you that iI found some quantity app.3 kg of water when I disconnect the cylinder after full use.
                              The cylinder was received from Raghav gas service DDA MIG Mkt.Loi Road Shahdara.
                              It is regretted that gas mixed with water has been supplied by the gas agency.

                                        On the same day another MSG. containing - Cylinder is delivered against cash memo No.- [protected]. - BUT I HAVE NEITHER RECEIVED ANY CYLINDER NOR I PAID ANY THING.
