I L Mani, with consumer no J23608, kindly bring to your notice the following. I was delivered my cylinder on 30.12.2015, I booked for my next cylinder on 1.02.2016. Till date the bill is not generated and I could not find the status of my booking. This is the routine practice with regard to swarnapuri gas service, Salem. Due to this undue delay there is mental tension and difference of opinions at home. Kindly direct the concerned authorities for proper delivery of cylinders. The above matter is not only an individual concern it is the total concern of many of the Salem consumers.kindly do the needful.

    Yesterday I have received my cylinder and the weight of the cylinder is very low. Pls ask the agency to replace it.

      New second cylinder issued to me. When i used for the first time, heavy gas leakage noticed. Based on my previous experience i checked for the "black color seal" which is inside the cylinder knob groove. It is found damaged very badly. This is a repeated issue i face with "Indane".I want a clear root cause analysis how such things is not getting identified during gas cylinder filling at filling station. Indane need to investigate this repeated issue. I have taken good& bad photos.Feedback need

        Sir we are facing very trouble to get gas cylinder from maligaon cooperative. We have to submit card one two days earlier. Then u hav to enquire evry day ur card comes in fornt or not. Today they hang a notice card will deposit tomorrow on 15th Feb and when will we get gas cylinder nobody knows. Kindly do available cylinder at this end. Regards from Sanjit Kanti Mandal.

          Om ever concern, sir this regard to the complaint against not providing the writing bill for the petrol what I filled in the petrol bunk .this issue iam facing near mentioned address .Indian oil near MNT poly technical collage abbigere main road Bangalore-560015.(there in only 1 Indian oil pump is tere in tis area)this they do for every costumer .if we request for the bill they say as per Indian Oil Corporation [IOC].we should not give writing bill to the costumer .when other Indian oil bunk can give the bill why this above mentioned Indian oil pump cannot provided . so I would request to take necessary action on this petrol bunk and do the need full .so that next time onwards we can get the bill .

            I am the consumer of Pandian Gas Agency, Madurai residing at T.V.S nagar. The deliver boy at the time of cylinder deliver asking Rs.40 extra. If we failed to pay, they said "we will delay the delivery and will not come for time to service" And they also asking more than rupees hundred for any service complaint regarding. Please take the step against this.

              Due to non availability of home delivery of cylinders, I usually go to godown/office for collection if cylinders. But, today, it is seen a notice on board of gas agency office that "as per IOC order, there will no supply of refilled cylinders at counter wef 20 Feb 2016". Is there any order prevailing? Please clarify. It should be noted that while making home delivery, delivery men are demanding excess amount. If we insist for bills they refuse to give it. Attendant told me today your cylinder has been delivered but i don get it, so pls take the needful action as soon as possible, otherwise we take necessary action against agency.

                          Refill request was done on 3/02/2016.

                          The agency is not under the garb of Aadhar card and account no.
                          I have given the account no. They are forcing me to surrender the subsidy.which i will not do do so.

                          Please let me know as to how many more months I have to wait before you suppy the cylinder.

                              I booked Indane cylinder on 19.01.2016, Booking reference no 654867 (Consumer No 01068, Kasna Indane Gas Agency, Greater Noida)
                              Since then, the Cash memo has been generated thrice but cylinder has not yet been delivered
                              Cash memo details are:

                              On personal visit to the gas agency on 09.02.2016, I was assured that the cylinder would be delivered today itself (i.e. 09.02.2016) and it was confirmed by the delivery person also telephonically (Balram, [protected]) but still waiting to get the cylinder delivered.
