          I booked Indane cylinder on .2016,
          Booking reference no 431596 (Consumer No 20533, Murali Enterprised Indane Gas Agency, KalyanNagar Bangalore)
          Since then, the Cash memo has been generated twice but cylinder has not yet been delivered

          Nobody picks up when i try to call the Agency to find out why they are canelling my bookings.
          Nobody has called to explain either.

          1 431596 dated 8th Feb 2016
          Cash Memo generated on 11th Feb and Cancelled on 13th
          2 435005 dated 13thth Feb 2016
          Cash Memo generated on 18th Feb and Cancelled on 19th

          Please help resolve the inefficiency

              On 20 Feb 2016 at 05:45 I went to fill a diesal in my vehicle at yashodham pump I was there in a Q for 5 to 10 minutes but only 2 person r there except 4 .No one was responding at last I took my vehical at frunt side then one of guy shouted at me to take back the vehical I ask him for a long time u did saw my vehical (He ans roodly that my eyes was **** that why I dI'd saw u)When I ask for responsible person they reply by saying do what u want there is no one .(image of the guy added below.)

                Hello Sir,
                I would like to inform you that the agency named M/S Treemurti Gas Service Hojai Dist. Hojai State Assam is not a good dealer as they are considering the customers as a nuisance and even not attending the phone calls and the staffs are very rude. I and my brother have booked refill order against Cons. No. 00320 & 15509 on 09.01.2016 and Ref No. 262114, 262116 respectively. But the agency does not agree to deliver gas the agency has made a law and they give date according their law. Now(18.02.2016) they are giving gas those consumers Refill order booked on 10.12.2015. pls do the needful action...

                  Big time cheating/scam is happening in sekhon Indian oil petrol station. i have asked a man to fill petrol for 390 rs. After filling fuel for 100 rupees he said "sorry what is the amount ? " i said its 390. Then he added 290 on total to the calculating device of machine, i told him to redial in the meter back to zero, but he neglected my suggestion and he continued, as a result the total amount of fuel that was inside my fuel tank was for 290 rupees rather than 390 . after that I have told him to do the same with other car, after filling 300 rupees of fuel in the car, he immediately pressed the pin where petrol nozzle is kept, and then after that he dialed the remaining amount on the dial again .I did asked him that why didn't u pressed the pin at my turn .he said that I did it with you too . its you who dont remember that .


                  They work in teams, whenever they have to reset the machine someone will come to ask for payment to distract you so that you cannot see the blunder they are making.
                  I got to know all these scams today, when i went through all the complaints and blogs against IOCL, then i realised it that why people say that Indian oil is crap...


                  The incident is dated 19/02/2016 time 17.80 @ sekhon petrol pump Indian oil petrol station. For more information please check the CCTV recording.

                  And trust me ...I won't use a Indian oil petro again.

                          Hi, My consumer# is CX13492000. I have booked refill cylinder as on 14th February 2016 ref. No. 900654 for which cash memo# [protected] has been cancelled saying reason "Door Closed". I am available throughout the day at home. Please reschedule the delivery.

                          Not happy, I called complaint number[protected] more than 3 times but nobody attended the same during 10 am to 10:40 am as on today
                          I booked for refill cylinder on 21.01.2016 through IVRS to PRASANNA GAS AGENCIES, KORATTUR, CHENNAI-80 and cash memo [protected] was generated on 11.02.2016. But after 7 days, still i was not supplied with Refill cylinder and several times approached Prasanna Gas Agencies over phone and in person and they are not responding. I have told that both the cylinders got exhausted and expedite the delivery of refill cylinder but nothing has been heard till date

                              I booked lpg on line dated 30 jan 2016 and make the payment on line rs 698=00
                              Lpg cyl cash memo issued on no [protected] dated 8 feb 16.in which voucher
                              Mentioned payment on line amt. paid rs698=00 refunded amount rs 83=00.
                              On 9th feb delivery man came to my residence reg delivery of lpg cyl. He demanded rs 615=00
                              Again And without cash payment he was instructed to dont deliver lpg cly by dealer.
                              In this regards i contacted over m [protected] given by delivery man. the phone attended by sales man mr ankit he refuse to deliver gas. and delivery man go back. salsman misbehave to me over telephone
                              I am senior citizen and such type of behavior i shocked .i connected customer care no [protected] they refuse to note my complained and inform system is out of order.
                              On dated 10th feb 2016 delivery man again came to deliver lpg, he given lpg cyl but rs 83=00 not return back to me .as per cash memo detail. I have mentioned on cash memo money rs 83=00 not refunded .
                              Please fefund my excess money paid by me which is paid by me on line and instruct dealer don’t Miss behave to customer like senior citizen in further.

                                  I L Mani, with consumer no J23608, kindly bring to your notice the following. I was delivered my cylinder on 30.12.2015, I booked for my next cylinder on 1.02.2016. Till date the bill is not generated and I could not find the status of my booking. This is the routine practice with regard to swarnapuri gas service, Salem. Due to this undue delay there is mental tension and difference of opinions at home. Kindly direct the concerned authorities for proper delivery of cylinders. The above matter is not only an individual concern it is the total concern of many of the Salem consumers.kindly do the needful.

                                    Yesterday I have received my cylinder and the weight of the cylinder is very low. Pls ask the agency to replace it.

                                      New second cylinder issued to me. When i used for the first time, heavy gas leakage noticed. Based on my previous experience i checked for the "black color seal" which is inside the cylinder knob groove. It is found damaged very badly. This is a repeated issue i face with "Indane".I want a clear root cause analysis how such things is not getting identified during gas cylinder filling at filling station. Indane need to investigate this repeated issue. I have taken good& bad photos.Feedback need

                                        Sir we are facing very trouble to get gas cylinder from maligaon cooperative. We have to submit card one two days earlier. Then u hav to enquire evry day ur card comes in fornt or not. Today they hang a notice card will deposit tomorrow on 15th Feb and when will we get gas cylinder nobody knows.
