        We have been indane customers with south madras gas agency for more than a decade now. All the residents in my locality are facing the same problem of over charging for subsidary gas. And we are asked to pay some maintenance charges every few months when it is said we are to pay once in 2 years. why this overcharging.no one answers to our complaints.

        I havent heard anything from your end I am waiting for the matter to be resolved as soon as possible we have been suffering for a long time now. Please make sure your consumers are not cheated like this

          I'm referring to the petrol pump at Safilguda, Hyderabad (Opp HDFC ATM). This complete team here knows all the tricks & trades to fool public while filling petrol.

          Situation 1 - I go on every Monday & Thursday to fill petrol for 200/-. I am always given only 199.26/- 199.66/- worth petrol(depends on the persons choice) Never till date in the past 1 year I was given petrol worth 200/- (Attaching picture for reference)

          Situation 2- One person stands at the meter trying to cover it in all possible ways making sure I don't get to see the meter & strikes it back to zero when it is at 170/- or 180/-

          Situation 3- One person gets filled 50/- 70/- 100/- worth petrol, I'm next. Worker 1 asks how much, I say 200/-, in the meanwhile worker 2 stands behind me & irritates you asking repeatedly kitne ka madame, paise do paise do till you turn your head he constantly irritates you. Once you respond to that, worker 1 starts the meter directly from 50/- 70/- or 100/- without moving it to Zero. I have seen a lot of public being fooled this way, when asked the workers just rudely throw a statement saying utne ka hi aata madam jaldi niklo ab (you'll get that much only, just leave now). When I said I will file a complaint they say haa haa Jo karna hain karlo ( do whatever you want)

          I want this to be taken seriously & this petrol pump must be shut down & charged a penalty for all the money they stole from public. If this forum cannot take this seriously, I don't mind going to the court as well!

            Sir/Ma’m,
            I myself Mr. Ritesh Sehgal owner of new vehicle Maruti Alto K10 vxi model with chasis number through Modern Automobiles, Chandigarh on 31st December, 2015. This vehicle of mine was very well performing till 2nd January 2016 at 16:00 hrs when I reached the above mentioned petrol dealer M/s Sawan Ruhani Filling Station and fulled my vehicle after fueling I ran my vehicle 10-12 kms. afterwhich my vehicle started giving me trouble but some how I managed to reached my home on the next day i.e. 03rd January, 2016 I tried to start my vehicle but I couldn’t start my new vehicle then on the same day I approached the distributor/dealer M/s Modern Automobiles and I narrated all the situation of the previous day then company/distributor/dealer has send a technician to my home where the vehicle was kept after spending 2 hours he was unable to rectify the problem so he said that we have to tow the vehicle back to service center. Now you can just imagine what was my filling that I have purchased the new vehicle and I have approached that adultred refulling station as mentioned above and without no fault of mine I facing the consiquences and my new vehicle has been towed by the technical staff in front of my eyes so you can imagine.
            Now as a laymen/consumer when the authorized distributor handled me the adultred sample of petrol which I have earlier mentioned I was shocked then on 03rd January, 2016 I approached to the management of M/s Sawan Ruhani filling Station on NH 22, they flatly denined that this fule is not for our station and no one was there to listen my problem, then I was deeply depressed and after some time I approached to Sh. Sumit Khurana, Dy. Sales Manager (Panchkula), IOCL – Chandigarh under which this petrol pump has been allotted. He has personally given me assurance that they will personally intervine and look into the matter so I was happy and found some ray of light where I will be able to get my justice after few day i.e. I received call from Sh. Sumit Khurana, Dy. Sales Manager (Panchkula) on 11th January, 2016. I was shocked to here that they are taking action even when I have narrated with sample of adultred petrol on 03rd Jaunary, 2016 now the what is the reason for delayed action against the adultred perol pump i.e. on 11th January, 2016 in so many days gap you can come out with no solution/result as far as I am concerned.
            Now I myself Ritesh Sehgal, Zirakpur (Punjab) with cell number [protected]. I warned CNBC Awaz Pheredaar to intervein and resolved the delayed justice which till date I am waiting for.
            Waiting for a positive reply. I am attaching few photos of my new vehicle. I will later on described my chasis number as the data is not currently available with me for further assistance you may kindly contact below cell number.

                Happened 30/1/2016 3PM an indian oil station near medhahalli on the highway of bangalore to thirupathi. close to one signal.

                Hello i been used to fill petrol only at Shell petrol bunks always and for a change i tried INDIAN OIL BUNK and i asked the guy to Fill full tank. but that guy has put for 100rs and said done i told him again that i have said u to fill tank not fr 100rs so he said sorry sir ill reset the meter again n ill fill. but another fellow on my right was trying to divert me by asking about cash card and other details meanwhile the filling fellow has not set the meter to ZERO he continued from 100 and filled the tank it means that 100bucks goes to his own pocket ( if they do this for 10people easily they cheat people n earns 1000buck in an hour)( for a month min 40k to 50k they can earn by doing this fraud activity at the bunk) may be this happenning with bunk incharge or not im not sure abt that.

                so when i realised that something fishy happening i immediatly looked at the meter and it started form 100 not from ZERO again. so i shouted at that guy and told u didnt reset the meter then he apologised me.

                my sincere request is that RICH people can say ok never mind but think about the poor people whos money getting wasted and that too they cheating us infront o[censored]s in a fraction of seconds.

                Please take some action against this and help the people of india. we putting petrol in INDIAN bunks to support indian economy but if these people does this then better we go for SHELL bunks in future.

                  Sir,
                  1. My gas no[protected] and distributor is Khanagwal Gas Agency Rohtak Haryana. My gas cylinder is presently having around 5 to 6 Kg gas material in it. The problem is that when I switch on the gas stove its flame level is becoming slower and slower as the time passes after one minute.
                  This problem I have faced in the month of November 2015 also. Than my distributor changed the cylinder and paid for the balance gas, but did not agree to get the things to be checked. He also said he will not be responsible in future.
                  2. This problem is not felt in the beginning when cylinder is full. But as the cylinder is with balance of 4 to 5 Kg gas the problem is being faced. I have got my pipe, gas stove and regulator, these all are working fine with other cylinder.
                  3. I request you to get the cylinder sealed and checked for adultrated gas filled in this.

                    There is a petrol pump at kalyanpur in kanpur near kalyanpur thana. The boys in air filling always do misbehave ..they are doing their own business of puncture then what about air filling who will fill air in our vehicle whenever we go to they say baad me aana abi kam kr rhe h sometimes they say daily q aate ho bharwane n all ..so please provide a man there only for air filling rather doing their own business..and it always happens I faced it so many times even many people!!

                        By an error I had given up subsidy on LPG in November 2015. I am a retired person aged 68 years and has no regular income, since I retired from private service. I gave a request you IOC INDANE MOUNT ROAD, CHENNAI-600018by registered post and by mails. I sent a request to the Distributor with form 2. But there is no response. I cannot afford to forego the subsidy. It was purely an error by me. I was under the impression that the subsidy will get credit in the billing by the Distributor. I am not a rich person and nor an heavy earning person. I am retired living with my wife.In Details of Feed Back No.2498789 - the date of birth wrongly printed as 01.01.1970 instead of 04.05.1947. Kindly correct the same. IN SUPPORT THE DOB is mentioned in the aadhar card printed on form 1.

                        I request you to please consider restore the subsidy on LPG to my bank account already available in the records of INDANE and the DISTRIBUTOR.

                            This is with regards to a panic situation happened in my house on[protected] at 08.p.m. when we are trying to change the empty cylinder to a new one, after removing the sealed security white cap, gas was started pumping out with very huge noise. We didn't understand what to do by that time as everyone at home and my neighbours started shouting about the gas leak. Later some how I moved the cylinder to outside and ran away. In meantime we searched for the security cap and placed on its neck and called national gas complaint number 1906 and got the complaint number 40104. Later sometime a person from the local dealer attended and taken away the faulty cylinder. Now what to do and whom to complaint? Please advise. Thank you.

                              I have a gas connection at lalamani gas distributor at Raipur chhattisgarh having consumer no. 5359 but telephonic system for booking is failed or not responding because the telephone either not existed or hanged by distributor so that peopme may come to his shop and therefore booking become deficult today so please take appropriate action against the distributor.

                                  Gas leakage unattended complaint

                                  This is in reference towards cust no 33387. Our gas is leaking since last 30 mins we called the emergency hotline numbers provided by the IOC distributor SHRIDI SAI INDIANE GAS none of the emergency numbers are working. What are suppose to do.? Whom to be contacted ? Why are these emergency numbers not working ? Even called 1906....

                                  I have changed the the Company from BHARAT Gas To INDANE. At first after changing the company Gas booking done and i received cylinder from Indane through SAHEB DISTRIBUTORS. After that suddenly I came to know that the booking is not working till now and I am not receiving Gas cylinder. So I am in trouble for my food. When I enquire the fact Rana Guha[protected] of Saheb Distributors told that Mr. Neeraj kumar (mob. [protected]) (Address : 34A, Nirmal Chandra Street, Opp. Hind INOX), Kol - 700013) of Indian Oil is responsible for this disturbance. Please Help me to get out of this disturbance and let me cook for me and my family. I will be forced to go to consumer forum if you do not take any action againt this within 3 working days.
