Dear Sir
Namaskarams. I am Lekshmi. I am indane customer for 30 years. My consumer number is 20493692. My distributor code is.132972, Anand Gas Agency Krishnancoil Nagercoil 629001. This is not complaint. My problems.

1. After booking I have received cylinder on 15.12.2015. I have paid Rs.728/-.Tilldate (24.1.2016) the subsidy amount not credited to my bank account. (Nearly 40 days passed) Pl check and credit the amount.

2. I have not booked cylinder.But a message came to my mobile that "you have booked a refill on 24.1.2016 with ref number 385777." I wonder how is it possible?I wish to inform you that one cylinder is currently going on and an another one cylinder is available for next turn. How can i book another cylinder? So i request you to kindly please cancel the booking and inform. Again i repeat once again
i have not booked cylinder on 24. 1.2016. Pl check and reply.

I Nilanjan Dey residing at Flat:7, Skylark Appt, 105B D.H Road, Kol-700008 having LPG Consumer No:CX20439537 am simply getting harrassed by the Refill Boy Mr. Jitendra Singh ([protected]) since last 6 months.
We need approx 5 domestic cylinders per year. As the consumption is significantly low once that Refill Boy had proposed me to deposit all Gas Papers to him & Cylinder will be delivered hassle freely to me by a simple
telephone call to him, but we didn't accept it.
After that every time he is creating harassment to me:-

1)Sometimes he used bad languages over phone.
2)In last booking 2 months ago first he returned the Gas & told me that at Delivery time Flat Caretaker was not available, although I was very much available at that time & there is no access issue with the flat irrespective
of Caretaker availability, then Cylinder was delivered finally 10 days latter.
3)Reg. yesterday booking, as per Gas Dealer:- GAS & GADGETS Feedback cycilder has been already issued & that Refill Boy called me today at 09:00am also as pre-delivery intimation, but latter he told that it was by mistake
& my Cylinder will be delivered on coming Tuesday, which is utterly harassing.

Request your serious intervention in this regards.

Subject: - LPG Home delivery not has done by the agency on time.
Sir,
I would like to inform you that on behalf of my father, my father has a LPG connection (Consumer No 65, Mobile no – [protected]) under the agency (Gulmoher Gas Agency Shahkund, Bhagalpur Bihar 813108). This is a Indan Gas agency.
The home delivery system of this Gas agency is very pathetic. Most of the time gas delivery not done by the agency at home.
It’s just an example, the last delivery done by the agency at home in November 2015, now I have booked the gas before 10 days and till the time agency has fail to deliver the gas at home.
Most of the customer of this area collected our LPG at gas godwan, and i think the gas delivery is only authorized at home where the connection registered under home delivery.
Request you to look the above matter and resolve the issue on priority.

I was booked new lpg connection in indane jayel gas service in thiruvallur on 26.08.2015 and paid Rs.1950 through online.They will not get cylinder to home delivery.So i was cancelled that before they put the connection.But still my refund money not get back and the distributer misbehaved to me.

I paid my money in online transaction so i want refund same as online.But that distributer tells come and give request letter.
I was already 3 times goes and meet that irrespect distributer.And i sent request letter to his email address([protected]@gmail.com).
last time that distributer says "what you can to do anything but i dont worry about it and i dont give your money if you want come and wait my cabin with request letter"

I have submitted the bank detail of allahabad bank but distributor are transfering my subsidy to someone's state bank of india. when we go thier for the complaint they are taking no interest to solve out the problems.

I am 86 years old widow lady my consumer no.is CX[protected] with IOC gas distributor Avantika enterprises Ravan ki Bagichi Ajmer .I booked refill on 20 Jan 2016 and cash memo no [protected] was generated on 21-01.2016 and refill not supplied to me and dealer asked me to take away the cylinder from his company campus and not supplied to me old aged 86 years widow lady.Now the Avantika Enterprises have cancelled the bookiing without any reason cancelled the booking ref.no 206894 on 23.01.2016.kindly arrange to supply refills to my home without any delay

Phone:[protected] this evening and wanted full tank for my car. After a while petrol started spilling out and few litres fell on the ground and the operator said it was sensor issue and I was asked to pay for spilled fuel as well. After argument he only discounted Rs. 50.
He didnt give me the complaint book as well when I asked for it.
Please take action. They are making money through an incorrect way.

This is about gas cylinder distributing agency and their staff behaviour .

we were buying indane gas cylinder from the respective distributor in kanyakumari district, tamilnadu.(area:kolachel, kamaraj gas agencies).

we booked the gas one month before from the date i am submitting the complaint here. They delivered the gas cylinder to our home on 08/01/2016, the problem was we interested to pay the bill amount but the delivery boy asked additional amount of 60 RS over the bill. we told him we only pay the bill amount, though he scold on us and took away the gas cylinder, so we filed a complaint to the

We didn't get any gas cylinder after that so tried to call regularly to the agency but they are not distributing gas cylinder to us. they are skipping the words and harshly asking us to pay addtional amount with the bill. so please take action against the distibuting agency and warn them to behave properly to the consumers.

Hello my consumer no is 8511 prince gas gwalior. I have complaint so many time to distributor about not getting gas cylinder on time even than many reminder they are not taking any action so now I am complaining to indian oil. Consider this complaint and take the action against distributor.
Every time I book gas refill then after some time I received the message that your cylinder is delivered against cash memo but in actual condition I didn't.
Recently I received message from company Dear Indane customer, your cyl is delivered against cash memo no. [protected].but in actual I didn't.
Take the action otherwise I have to take legal action against distributor and company as well.

This is to inform you that i had booked for refill on 21-dec-15 (booking no. 317691), cash memo [protected] was generated on 31-dec-2015, later it was cancelled without intimation. Then i again booked (booking no. 323091)on 11-jan-16 which is cancelled again.
Kindly take immediate action on the above specified issue.

Last one year several times call for delivering after that some one book & delivered 10-15 days after delivery times vendor call money's 50-100 per calendar this type compliance hol oil India corporation is up to start to end well no PUBLIC...

I booked for LPG refill on 05/01/15 at Natraj gas service at Agra. My reign 478336. My consumer no TSV 00092. Refill NOT yet supplied.

I have booked gas cylinder online with indane Pantnagar on 16.1.16 (2nd time) against Ref no 283361. On 21.1.16 i got message 2nd time from company that your cylinder has been delivered against cash memo no [protected]. . Mu customer id no is 12887. Pl resolve my issue

Dear Sir,

My customer ID Is 6998, during regalator problem gas leakage from cylinder, so that I have complain nearest IOC Auth.Gas dealer, M/s. Maa Bhawani Gas Service. They have changed with a used regulator, but my problem is not resolved. So that you are requested kindly take a necessary action for replace the regulator as early as possible.

Dear Sir, My customer ID is CX10089779 I am using cylinder from Barbaruah Indian Agency. They are charging Rs 40 more than the bill amount for home delivery while each refilling and they are not providing the bill. I am paying Rs 720 and getting the bill of Rs 680.
Please confirm the cylinder refilling cost with home delivery.

Not giving petrol as per given money, no cleanliness in toilets, no feed back form, no complain box, staff not in uniform, manager manubhai of ajwaroad vadodara 19, not giving response to coutomers ETC.
