        I am from Baroda(Gujarat). on dated 3/12/14 i will submit form of aadhaar seeding for subsidy. after than they says that our bank account connect with gas and subsidy directly transfer in your account. but still not transfer any amount last 1 year. before 7 month i am going at Rathwa Gas agency they said our account was not connected with bank. next month agency was tranfer so they saying to go at Anuj agency. than after they close their agency and now Anuj Gas agency provide use gas cylinder. yesterday(12/1/2015) i recieve gas cylinder amount 684 rs. when today i again going for the same query they said we have to do process again. i very dissatisfied with their service. i booked my cylinder on 5/1/15 got on 12/1/15 and last time also i got cylinder after 20 days. one more question is after connecting bank can i recieve all subsidy or not?

                Dear sir,
                I am a customer of yours since 1995. I had obtained this connection in the name subhash chand. Being an air force employ my name in transfer voucher on every transfer was changed as per air force movement order as subhash chand, subhash chand panwar, sc panwar etc. Later on i changed my name legally as subhash basiyan. Because of it i am not able to get lpg subsidy. With this problem i have approached so many times to manager, subroto park gas agency jwo ak dhankar but he either suggested me to surrender the gas connection or at other times he suggedted to contact the issuing company. Later i came to know that i got to fill up kyc, attach all documentary proof and submit to lpg distributor. With the same i approached the manager on 4&5 jan16 but he straightway refuged to accept it as i have shifted (On 08dec 2015) from the address given in gas agency. He has insisted me to first trsnsfer it from here and then submit kyc and has also denied to issue me gas in future. Please help.

                  I am staying in Tiruvanmiyur, Chennai. I booked a gas cylinder on 7/8 December 2015. Till date I have not recieved. I call up 8 to 10 times day, but the phone seems to be busy each time. Their lunch time is 1.30-2.30. 15 minutes before the start of lunch time, their office is closed.                         I have changed the the Company from BHARAT Gas To INDANE. At first after changing the company Gas booking done and i received cylinder from Indane through SAHEB DISTRIBUTORS. After that suddenly I came to know that the booking is not working till now and I am not receiving Gas cylinder. So I am in trouble for my food. When I enquire the fact Rana Guha[protected] of Saheb Distributors told that Mr. Neeraj kumar (mob. [protected]) (Address : 34A, Nirmal Chandra Street, Opp. Hind INOX), Kol - 700013) of Indian Oil is responsible for this disturbance. Please Help me to get out of this disturbance and let me cook for me and my family. I will be forced to go to consumer forum if you do not take any action againt this within 3 working days.

                          I Ch Sambasiva Raju, LPG Consumer(Domestic) No. : 41995, Residing at L.I.G-211, V.U.D.A Phase-II, Gandhinagar, Pedagantyada, Visakhapatnam, 530044, Have been trying to book the refill(Cylinder) through on line SMS by erlier registered cell No.[protected], I have been getting the message saying about registered no of old booking ie 802867 whic was booked on 15th December 2015, though that was delivered on 29th January 2015 and saying that the refils have been deliverd upto 15th March. When I inquired about this with my Local distributor "TIRUMALA GAS SERVICE AT NEW GAJUWAKA, I was told that there was some problem in the surveor, and asked us to weight till it gets repaired.                                 Sir, I am a consumer of Indiane Gas( Con. No.11471, Name: R.Mathew ) from Kollam town in Kerala . My dealer is M/s.Quilon Gas Services, Kollam ( Code No.4576051). Recently the dealer had not supplied the cylinder even after 20 days from the date of generating the bill. i.e.I got the message that bill generated on 21st December 2015 but they had not supplied the cylinder till 9th Jan-2016.Mean time i approached the dealer three times in his office each time he avoid me with some excuses. At last on 9th Jan-16 i took delivery directly from the store.After that i ask for the complaint register to record my complaint.The dealer was not ready to give the complaint register. Now I have two complaint about this dealer 1.Kindly make available the complaint register during office hours so that the customer can register their complaint then and there itself. 2.An enquirey may be conducted why 20 days after generating the bill passed to deliver the cylinder to the customer.

I took the 6th cylinder on Dec 25, 2015. I was charged full price and did not receive cash back into my bank account. When I contacted the distributorI was told that my yearly quota finished even though I used only 5 cylinders out of the 12 cylinders in the yearly quota. Please help resolve the matter.                                         Sir, I booked cylinder on 1/1/16 through net.cash memo [protected] prepared on 4/1/16.but cylinder not deliver.and also contact delivery men. but not answer properly.and return to cash memo.waiting for the same, our door not locked. 24 hrs present at home. so again I want to book cylinder through net.but shown that already booked through IVRS.but not shown any booking history.I do not know whether waiting or not. so I inform you that where is wrong.and how can book refill and get cylinder. already complaint to ioc Details For Feedback No : 2490241 on 7.1.16 but no response customer care service very poor so for.
