    On date 05/01/2016 I have filled Petrol at above mentioned petrol pump and the tank was filled with Petrol for full capacity. I am using Maruti swift Dzire, VXI, new model having registration number MH-13-AZ-7029. Sale bill of petrol pump having number 51028 with TIN [protected] with quantity of petrol filled 47.31 litres, rate Rs. 62.98 per litre and amount of bill Rs. 2978.63. The said model of vehicle is having fuel tank capacity of 42 litres only and how 47.31 litres petrol was filled when there was petrol available in tank? This clearly shows that there is no control of IOC for the Quantity and Quality of Petrol being filled. When asked about this at Pump we have received very unsatisfactory replies from the sales boy. Straightway he is asking to vacate the tank and measure it as you have paid more money. We have tried to contact on telephone numbers 08357/230480, 230305, [protected] which are provided on sale bill. Out of which the land lines provided are not at all in use and there was absolutely no response for the mobile number though it was ringing. Can the officers from IOC check the same? or still corrupt practices are being followed. Positive enquiry is expected and please send the details of enquiry. Dayanand S.       I (Gurvinder Singh ) have a connection number CX[protected]. I book my cylinder on online booking on 28.12.2015 .My booking automatically cancelled by distributor ( Rupnagar Gas Agency) and booking same on 02.01.2016 . On 03.01.2016 the delivery boy name i don't know came to my house and told my sick wife to came out on the road and take your gas delivery my wife told him brother i am sick and deep wound on my left leg due to this i m unable to walk how can i walk 100 metre for gas cylinder kindly bring here but he refused and told he delivered any other day.now till today my gas cylinder is not delivered i phone on his office no-[protected] several time but the no body take interest in this issue. Kindly Take steps to resolve this Problem in earliest matter because my second cylinder gone to be empty.

And the behavior of the person who attend the phone not good. From Two Day dealer told me that you get the cylender early but he didn't send the cylender to my house please take the compliment seriously please deliver the cylender early to me thank you

          Dear Sir, My mobile no. is [protected] and I received the message from IG-INDANE CONSUMER no. 13772 is registered with ref no. 540151 on 1 january 2016. After 4 days on 5 jan 2016 i again received message cash memo[protected] of amount Rs. 682 generated for booking no. 540151, shall be delivered shortly. please note that i have not booked any cylinder from my mobile no. Kindly go through the complaint and sole the issue as soon as possible.

            While going through the web pages it is learnt that there is no time frame for booking a LPG cylinder after the date of previous refill. Going by that line, it is to redress here that I am a consumer of Tezpur Gas Agency and my consumer no is 845376. The said Agency have been misguiding the consumers by not accepting any kind of LPG booking before elapse of 15 days from the date of refill. This practice results in inordinate delay and sometimes upto 2months for delivery of LPG cylinder to a consumer thereby causing in number able problem to them. It is therefore requested to investigate the functioning of the said Agency and take necessary action against them if found guilty. In case IOCL(MD) is not able to met up the demand of the consumers(as narrated by the Agency), necessary arrangements may kindly made so that the consumers do not suffer for want of basic amenities.

              A new connection take on 05/08/2015 was not yet fulfilled till today ( 06/01/2016) Even after running to office 7-8 times so far. The payment was received. On 22/12/2015 Agency officer Rajesh told that the cylinder will be delivered next day. But next week when we reached to office he says it is already taken 2 months. We asked to show the receipt with our signature is denies for past 20 days and we are still running behind him having paid hard earned money

                Sir I am customer of indian oil gas agency named sheikh gas agency Janipur Jammu with id no .cx 24869183. When I tried to fit the recently received gas cylinder from agency .Immediately after opening the lid of cylinder a fountain of gas started coming out with high pressure. It was difficult to control the leakage but thank god there was no flame etc.. near by . I put the lid on the cylinder with difficulty and put the cylinder in the coutyard. This was abnormal leakage. Who is responsible for supplying such cylinders. plz verify to penalise such concerned officials and guide us for further action.

                  I am a consumer of cooking gas cylinder supplied by Tezpur Gas Agency in the Sonitpur District of Assam. My consumer No.is 845376. I was delivered a gas cylinder last on 17/11/15 and since then inspite of our repeated request they simply give me a casual hearing and keep saying that the same will be delivered shortly. But surprisingly, to my great dissatisfaction, it has not been done so till today. How can a family manage its kitchen with a single cylinder for almost 2 months? We have run out of our available stock now and we are finding lot many difficulties in cooking. Kindly take necessary action against the Agency and instruct them to deliver atleast one gas cylinder to us in a month.

                    My cylinder delivered on 4/1/16 vide Order No.[protected] DT.2/1/16 from M/s.Mangal Deep their code no.99132051 but in the bill no TIN No. has been mentioned and the boy take Rs.693.00 from us and demanded more money. When we deny he thretened us. The official phone of M/s.Mangal deep not pick up. Though the bill was Rs.686.5 my consumer No.22872.

                          Booked cylinder on 11th Dec'15 vide ref no.805496. Distributor Varalakshmi Agency holder expired. Hence TRD to Maruthi Gas agency & advised to get the same from new agency.                               The incident took place at Mayur Vihar extension petrol pump on Thursday ( 31/12/2015), I have asked him to fill petrol for 200, as soon as I stand in front of the machine he asked me to stand aside so that I cannot see the digit on the machine, and he he turned on the machine fr 150 and start filling the petrol, when I noticed he had filled only for 150 I informed him and he argued with me and at last he filled for 200. Since there was no I card with him I asked him to put the I card, he also used abusive language and this was the second incident with me I have made the complaint to the Petrol pump owner and manager ( number [protected]/AJAY BANSAL) and they were not ready to take any action against him as they are jointly doing the cheating,

                                  For me same Case I have moved to Whitefield and started taking gas from Vishnu gas agency. Every month they delay the delivery and the delivery person come and ask for more money without receipt, which I don't give.I enquiry the customer care regarding delivery charge they told that there is no charge within 5KM .. after onwards 5 Rs/ Km.but delivery boy always ask 50 60 Rs per cylinder. and I have taken connection its 9 month now They dint provided booklet yet every month they will tell come next month and they dint came to home while taking new connection for installation. Please do something gov.

                                    i am a 76 years old senior citizen and father of a petrol pump dealer. My wife has passed away 19 years before and i have undergone three major surgeries in last 5 years.There is none except my son pankaj dubey to look after me. On[protected], in the afternoon, i have phoned to shri piyush mittal, senior divisional manager, indian oil corporation ltd, agra in his office to wish him new years greetings. But shri piyush mittal, senior divisional manager, indian oil corporation ltd, agra has threatened me on phone that your son pankaj dubey a dealer of iocl ro in agra is not signing the dealership agreement which is necessary for mr piyush mittals promotion. Either i agree my son for signing the agreement or be prepared for dire concequences. When i told him that i am not his dealer and if there is any requirement from my son then he can demand the same in writing directly from him. But he treatened me that he has relations with many powerful persons and i will have to pay for not obeying him. I was shocked with his response and my heart was sunk with fear. I am a sick and weak old man and i am living under great fear of my life. Kindly save me from the wrath and clutches of mr piyush mittal and save my life
