    Sir, I booked cylinder on 1/1/16 through net.cash memo [protected] prepared on 4/1/16.but cylinder not deliver.and also contact delivery men. but not answer properly.and return to cash memo.waiting for the same, our door not locked. 24 hrs present at home. so again I want to book cylinder through net.but shown that already booked through IVRS.but not shown any booking history.I do not know whether waiting or not. so I inform you that where is wrong.and how can book refill and get cylinder. already complaint to ioc Details For Feedback No : 2490241 on 7.1.16 but no response customer care service very poor so for.

          Sir Myself Himanshu Gupta has applied for a new LPG connection from your distributor at Faridabad namely Arti flames, I did not receive my refund in stipulated time so I made a call at your call center today at 9:30a.m., where your executive Mr. Pankaj and Ms. Sabeena Khan behaved so badly with me. when I asked them about my complaint no. they replied that do u know the population of India, it is not possible for us to keep the record of each and every customer and when I asked them to make me talk to their manager they disconnected the phone, this happened thrice. Sir, I ask you, is it my fault that I have opted for your connection, why do u make so much promises if you are not able to meet them. I earnestly want that strict action must be taken against such executives, so that other customers are not troubled because of them.               Dear Sir/ Madam, I'm currently consumer of Shirdi Sai Indane Gas agency, Domlur, Bangalore. I live in Varthur, Bangalore and they have a godown here. Consumers have to stand in a huge queue to get their LPG cylinder refill(THERE IS NO HOME DELIVERY). I had to stand in queue for 2 hours this morning to get my refill. Also there is no proper office. All they have is a rude lady sitting on a chair under a TREE!!!(Please refer the attached photo.) I observed an incident here today. 1) A man came with a leaking cylinder and he was made to stand in the queue behind us to address the situation. Any small accident like a man smoking a cigar or anything, I would be dead by now!!. There was a leaking LPG cylinder 4 places behind me in the queue. I'm too frustated with the service of Shirdi Sai Indane Gas agency, They are violating all rules and the situation here is mayhem. I request you to kindly take this into consideration and take some action against concerned people.                   I booked my refill on 28th December 2015 and the cash memo is generated on 6th January 2016 and finally my booking is cancelled on 7th January 2016 without any reason. I tried reaching gas agency to know the reason but no one answers the call. I tried reaching them 20 times. Every time the phone rings but no response.[protected]/[protected]. This is the worst service.

                    I booked a refill on 29.12.2015 vide reference No.897959, On 02.01.2016 I received an SMS stating that cash memo No. [protected] has been generated and will be delivered shortly. But I was surprised to receive one more SMS on 07.01.2016 that booking has been cancelled. How and why a booking has been cancelled after generation of cash memo. Now I have no other way to go and booked once again This time my reference number is 209119 dated 07.01.2016. Can any body explain how a booking can be cancelled? Who has cancelled it?

                      Respected sir, I R.Sujatha had Booked Gas Cylinder on 26.12.2012 vide consumar no.23575 through Oline booking and I got Cylinder through Dubey Gas Service, Allora Enclave, Agra vide cash memono.[protected] on 01.01.16. But I had checked my cylinder on the same day the weight of cylinder is 25Kg instead of 30Kg, then I complaint at Dubey Gas Office situated at Allora Enclave Dayalbagh, Agra. They Promised that Changing the Cylender, But till date My Cylender was not replaced. I request you to please resolve the my above issue at the earliest. Thanking you, R.S.Sujatha.

                        The incident took place at Global petro opp bhikaji kama palace ring road Nd 66 on ( 28/12/2015), I have asked her to fill petrol for 500, as soon as I stand in front of the machine he asked me to stand aside so that I cannot see the digit on the machine, and he he turned on the machine fr 50 and start filling the petrol, and not fix value or also dont fix pump nojal. when I noticed he had filled only for 442. I informed her and she argued with me and at last she filled for 498.43. Since there was no I card with her I asked him to put the I card, she also used abusive language and this was the second incident with me I have made the complaint to the Petrol pump supervisor. but he dont bother and they were not ready to take any action against her as they are jointly doing the cheating, invoice no.241587. tin no.                           Sir/Madam, i have taken Domestic Gas connection of Indane in Raigarh City of Chhatissgarh. Gas agency name (Raigarh Gas Service). This dealer very worst person, i have seen in my life. Many times i booked gas cylinder but i cancelled automatically and some times Msg comes that cash memo generated. If cash memo generated than how much time it takes to deliver gas, only one or two days but it dont send gas. some times i dialed phone but he dont respond. one month is minimum time for this agency to deliver gas. Lot of Raigarh Gas Agency consumer frustrated by this but no action taking by IOCL local Marketing Officer. This city is not so big respectively others. And this gas agency also involve in some other corrupted activity also. please take some necessary action.

                                On date 05/01/2016 I have filled Petrol at above mentioned petrol pump and the tank was filled with Petrol for full capacity. I am using Maruti swift Dzire, VXI, new model having registration number MH-13-AZ-7029. Sale bill of petrol pump having number 51028 with TIN [protected] with quantity of petrol filled 47.31 litres, rate Rs. 62.98 per litre and amount of bill Rs. 2978.63. The said model of vehicle is having fuel tank capacity of 42 litres only and how 47.31 litres petrol was filled when there was petrol available in tank? This clearly shows that there is no control of IOC for the Quantity and Quality of Petrol being filled. When asked about this at Pump we have received very unsatisfactory replies from the sales boy. Straightway he is asking to vacate the tank and measure it as you have paid more money. We have tried to contact on telephone numbers 08357/230480, 230305, [protected] which are provided on sale bill. Out of which the land lines provided are not at all in use and there was absolutely no response for the mobile number though it was ringing. Can the officers from IOC check the same? or still corrupt practices are being followed. Positive enquiry is expected and please send the details of enquiry. Dayanand S. I book my cylinder on online booking on 28.12.2015 .My booking automatically cancelled by distributor ( Rupnagar Gas Agency) and booking same on 02.01.2016 . On 03.01.2016 the delivery boy name i don't know came to my house and told my sick wife to came out on the road and take your gas delivery my wife told him brother i am sick and deep wound on my left leg due to this i m unable to walk how can i walk 100 metre for gas cylinder kindly bring here but he refused and told he delivered any other day.now till today my gas cylinder is not delivered i phone on his office no-[protected] several time but the no body take interest in this issue. Kindly Take steps to resolve this Problem in earliest matter because my second cylinder gone to be empty.

From Two Day dealer told me that you get the cylender early but he didn't send the cylender to my house please take the compliment seriously please deliver the cylender early to me thank you

After 4 days on 5 jan 2016 i again received message cash memo[protected] of amount Rs. 682 generated for booking no. 540151, shall be delivered shortly. please note that i have not booked any cylinder from my mobile no. Kindly go through the complaint and sole the issue as soon as possible.

                                        While going through the web pages it is learnt that there is no time frame for booking a LPG cylinder after the date of previous refill. Going by that line, it is to redress here that I am a consumer of Tezpur Gas Agency and my consumer no is 845376. The said Agency have been misguiding the consumers by not accepting any kind of LPG booking before elapse of 15 days from the date of refill. This practice results in inordinate delay and sometimes upto 2months for delivery of LPG cylinder to a consumer thereby causing in number able problem to them. It is therefore requested to investigate the functioning of the said Agency and take necessary action against them if found guilty. In case IOCL(MD) is not able to met up the demand of the consumers(as narrated by the Agency), necessary arrangements may kindly made so that the consumers do not suffer for want of basic amenities.
