My Consumer no is 09281. Since yesterday 2nd January 2016 my Cylinder is leaking GAS. Tried all the phone nos given in your refill voucher and in your website including the National No 1906. No body is responding . The phones are either Switched Off or not picking up. What to DO! Should i CALL FIRE BRIGADE!

    My name is Ravitej. I am from Tenali, Guntur District, Andhra Pradesh. I've a Indane Gas Connection on my name. with the SRI SURYA INDANE distributor in my city (Tenali). Date of connection taken is[protected] with single cylinder. Now the problem is, i went to my distributor SRI SURYA INDANE for applying the double cylinder. when i ask for the Process for applying the Double cylinder then they said registration document (the papers are given me at the time of taken new connection) needed for that process with ID and Address proof. Okay Thats fine. But unfortunately I lost the said papers and i also searching two days for that. I'm living in a rented house and i shifted to another house for my personal reasons. In shifting process I've lost the above said documents. But I've ID and Address proofs with me. after two days i went to the Office and said them the same history what mentioned above. They completely not listened me and then the way of talking is very rude and behaviour of the staff is very worst with me. Now I want to ported to HPCL in my city through Inter Company Online Connection Portability system. Pleas help me in this and deeply look into the issue and do the needful. I am waiting to hear from you..

      I have booked on 12.12.2015 for refilling of indane gas for my connection no.cx5560779. I have received a message on 29.12.2015 that cash memo [protected] for Rs.622.50 is generated. But to day they delivered the gas againt cash bill no.[protected] dated 01.01.2016 for rs.671.50. When contacted the dealer for the two billings he informed that the gas was not delivered intime due to huge backlog and hence second bill raised on1.1.2016 with the new rate. I am loosing rs.50/- which you credit my account. And i have paid rs.700/- to the delivery boy including tips. The boys are demanding higher tips which also look into. Kindly do the needful.

        Dear Sir, I went to IOC petrol pump - Vejalpur-Kalpataru, near sachin tower, ahmedabad, gujarat yesterday 1/1/2016 night at around 10:40 pm and asked the filler to fill INR 1500 worth petrol in my tata indica xeta petrol car and paid by card. After getting out of petrol pump my car gave knocking sound and stopped. I checked the car but could not understand anything. I too auto and on the way home I visited the pump again and inquired for doubt to which filler confirmed that he filled diesel and not petrol. One of the gentleman at pump assured that they would take care of the mistake on their expense. Now I am giving my car to authorized service center of Tata Motors for rectification. Now i have to undergo unnecessary inconvenience and stress because of this project.           Gas and Novelties is the worst gas delivery center. Behavior of staff is very bad. If you face any problem then the staff of Gas and Novelties said that you can not come here. They said slang to the customer.

                    I, Manoj Kumar mandal, having Indane LPG Gas connection (Consumer No.:27835) want to draw the attention that I have to purchase LPG Gas Cylinder every month in full rate. I am not getting my subsidised money in my Bank Account for last 6 months. Regarding this I spoke to my Gas Agent North Howrah Gas Distributor but they said they have no problem from their end. Everything is Ok from their end. So I want my money back.

                      I have spoiled more than two hours to take a new refilled LPG cylinder at GBD agency, Lamlong, Imphal east.Manipur.The main reason is due to the clubbing of the consumers of three distributors I.e GBD agency, Porompat gas & Loklaobung gas into a single agency. Above all many thanks for getting only 4 cylinders in year 2015. I wish not to repeat in the coming 2016.

                        the indane gas agency called and told that complaint has been taken. asked to not to pay the extra fees. asked us to close or withdraw the complaint. the delivery boy has been dismissed. thus withdraw or close the complaint because the 1. the head of the delivery boy(Periya Karuppu - 7299784554) came and assured that this will not happen again. 2. Mr Radhakrishnan phoned through Periya karuppu(the head of delivery boy) and himself assured the following that (i) not extra charges will be collected. (ii)the cylinder will be delivered in time. (iii)no under weight cylinder will be delivered. only because of his assurance i am marking as resolved.

                          My consumer no. for the LPG gas is 17185167 in the name of Satish Kaushik B-186 Surya Nagar Ghaziabad. The LPG cylinder we received last was found to be leaking badly on being connected yesterday i.e 30.12.15 at 7.00 PM. Immediately a complaint was lodged at no.[protected]. It was informed that complaint will be attended in one hour. The same no was contacted in the morning of 31.12 15 at 10.AM for the non compliance. The call attender was rude and informed that the complaint will be attended when it is possible. On conveying that leakage can cause accident the answer was you may complain against us. The name was no divulged by the person attending the call. The Complaint is still unresolved. My No. is [protected].

                              Consumer no -008297 - rajshree harlalka - booked gas in october - 2015 . After generation of cash memo booking canceeled . Agency ask to rebook the gas - again rebooked on 26.11.2015 - ref - 743593 . Cash memo generated on 19.12.2015 no - [protected] till date no gas cylinder deliverd please understand that how a house will survive without gas . You are requested to appoint other dealer in the area as manipulation activities are carried by the dealer.

                                I am indane consumer for LPG. Every time delivery man asking additional price (min Rs.50) per cylinder. I complained with distributor. They don't care about this. Distributor name "Sabha Indane Gas Agencies" Maduvankarai, Guindy, Chennai. Please do the needful to stop this extra charges

                                  I've already registered with Venkat Gas Agencies[protected], Triplicane, chennai-5. My consumer ID IS 18415. When I decided to buy a additional cylinder they forced me to buy a unbranded cooker worth Rs.800. They collected money including Gas Cylinder worth Rs.2400. They made compulsorily to buy the product. They told that IOC instructed to buy the cooker throught agencies.I want my money back. Kindly refund it.

                                    Subject: complaint against madhu gas, bhagalpur, bihar regarding serious negligence of duty viz., irregular supply, non-supply of gas cylinder through mobile booking and demand of extra money payment on the part of supplier and non-compliance of timely exchange of leaking gas cylinder despite repeated reminder

                                    Sir,
                                    This is to bring to your kind attention that i am sasti charan sinha,, vide consumer number:-mt 171 sv no. 971, distributor’s code:[protected] “madhu gas agency, tilkamanjhi, bhagalpur, bihar, who had booked a lpg cylinder on[protected] on mobile, which was not supplied. Then i again booked it on[protected] through mobile. They still did not pay any attention. Then personally i had to go to the agency (I am sick and my age is 72+ years) on 10-11 — 2015 which was supplied to me that very evening. The cylinder was leaking, which came to my notice that very day, but due to office closure time, i complained about the leaking cylinder on 11-11-15, the very next day.

                                    No one looked into the matter and the gas constantly leaked within my home for next eleven days. I had to repeatedly phone the gas agency and i also sent a complaint letter to our chief minister honorable nitish kumar, our district magistrate, mr. Adesh titermare and in-charge, consumer forum, bhagalpur on various dates. Note:- a photo copy of the speedpost is attached for your kind retrieval.

                                    Still, the agency exchanged the gas cylinder in the evening of[protected], which was not noted in my refill receipt book. A photo of it is attached for your kind notice.

                                    My grudge. If any fatal accident would have happened to my family due to this severe negligence, who would have been held responsible for it? An assurance from your company’s side, a condolence meeting and may be, some grant of one or other kind to console the remaining family members after the fatal death, would probably take place.

                                    Sir, i request you to kindly look into the matter and take strict action against this gas agency so that consumers like myself may lead a happy and graceful life and remain loyal to your company.

                                    I also request you to kindly let me know about the action you are going to take against this faulty agency.

                                      Hello Respected authority, I had requested for seeding my Aadhar number with the LPG consumer number . My Aadhar number is[protected] and LPG Consumer Number is cx26055790. I used the following website to request for seeding. https://rasf.uidai.gov.in/seeding/User/ResidentSelfSeedingpds.aspx But now when I check my subsidy status via SMS it says that I am not registered to get subsidy, however when I try to out in a seeding request again, the above website says "Seeding request already exists" Please see the attached picture for more information. NOTE: I have already successfully linked my Aadhar card with my bank account.

Please investigate and advise to expedite. I visited the dealer, at least 10 times (Varalaxmi Agencies, )in Chennai, they only promise but don't deliver.
