I am a consumer of cooking gas cylinder supplied by Tezpur Gas Agency in the Sonitpur District of Assam. My consumer No.is 845376. I was delivered a gas cylinder last on 17/11/15 and since then inspite of our repeated request they simply give me a casual hearing and keep saying that the same will be delivered shortly. But surprisingly, to my great dissatisfaction, it has not been done so till today. How can a family manage its kitchen with a single cylinder for almost 2 months? We have run out of our available stock now and we are finding lot many difficulties in cooking. Kindly take necessary action against the Agency and instruct them to deliver atleast one gas cylinder to us in a month.

My cylinder delivered on 4/1/16 vide Order No.[protected] DT.2/1/16 from M/s.Mangal Deep their code no.99132051 but in the bill no TIN No. has been mentioned and the boy take Rs.693.00 from us and demanded more money. When we deny he thretened us. The official phone of M/s.Mangal deep not pick up. Though the bill was Rs.686.5 my consumer No.22872.

Sir/madam I am continuing Indian Oil Domestic gas Consumer last 15 years, but sudden in this year 2016 when i book a refill a and that I know it is not possible. Because gas distributor has change. We don't know how the sudden distributor. Without information why change my nearest LPG Distributor. How the sudden distributors changes that. My LPG id 77371317 DGCC-101902 SUVANKAR BISWAS

Booked cylinder on 11th Dec'15 vide ref no.805496. Distributor Varalakshmi Agency holder expired. Hence TRD to Maruthi Gas agency & advised to get the same from new agency. All consumers of old agency are TRD, there is lot of crowd. Unable to get the cylinder. Pl arrange to supply cylinder immediately. Most urgent. S UMA. [protected]

The incident took place at Mayur Vihar extension petrol pump on Thursday ( 31/12/2015), I have asked him to fill petrol for 200, as soon as I stand in front of the machine he asked me to stand aside so that I cannot see the digit on the machine, and he he turned on the machine fr 150 and start filling the petrol, when I noticed he had filled only for 150 I informed him and he argued with me and at last he filled for 200. Since there was no I card with him I asked him to put the I card, he also used abusive language and this was the second incident with me I have made the complaint to the Petrol pump owner and manager ( number [protected]/AJAY BANSAL) and they were not ready to take any action against him as they are jointly doing the cheating,

Please deactivate this "give up subsidy" or "Scroll of Honour" immediately and Please accept my humble request send my subsidy in my bank account. please reply as soon as possible. I Request you.

For me same Case I have moved to Whitefield and started taking gas from Vishnu gas agency. Every month they delay the delivery and the delivery person come and ask for more money without receipt, which I don't give.I enquiry the customer care regarding delivery charge they told that there is no charge within 5KM .. after onwards 5 Rs/ Km.but delivery boy always ask 50 60 Rs per cylinder. and I have taken connection its 9 month now They dint provided booklet yet every month they will tell come next month and they dint came to home while taking new connection for installation. Please do something gov.

i am a 76 years old senior citizen and father of a petrol pump dealer. My wife has passed away 19 years before and i have undergone three major surgeries in last 5 years.There is none except my son pankaj dubey to look after me. On[protected], in the afternoon, i have phoned to shri piyush mittal, senior divisional manager, indian oil corporation ltd, agra in his office to wish him new years greetings. But shri piyush mittal, senior divisional manager, indian oil corporation ltd, agra has threatened me on phone that your son pankaj dubey a dealer of iocl ro in agra is not signing the dealership agreement which is necessary for mr piyush mittals promotion. Either i agree my son for signing the agreement or be prepared for dire concequences. When i told him that i am not his dealer and if there is any requirement from my son then he can demand the same in writing directly from him. But he treatened me that he has relations with many powerful persons and i will have to pay for not obeying him. I was shocked with his response and my heart was sunk with fear. I am a sick and weak old man and i am living under great fear of my life. Kindly save me from the wrath and clutches of mr piyush mittal and save my life

My Consumer no is 09281. Since yesterday 2nd January 2016 my Cylinder is leaking GAS. Tried all the phone nos given in your refill voucher and in your website including the National No 1906. No body is responding . The phones are either Switched Off or not picking up. What to DO! Should i CALL FIRE BRIGADE!

My name is Ravitej. I am from Tenali, Guntur District, Andhra Pradesh. I've a Indane Gas Connection on my name. with the SRI SURYA INDANE distributor in my city (Tenali). Date of connection taken is[protected] with single cylinder. Now the problem is, i went to my distributor SRI SURYA INDANE for applying the double cylinder. when i ask for the Process for applying the Double cylinder then they said registration document (the papers are given me at the time of taken new connection) needed for that process with ID and Address proof. Okay Thats fine. But unfortunately I lost the said papers and i also searching two days for that. I'm living in a rented house and i shifted to another house for my personal reasons. In shifting process I've lost the above said documents. But I've ID and Address proofs with me. after two days i went to the Office and said them the same history what mentioned above. They completely not listened me and then the way of talking is very rude and behaviour of the staff is very worst with me. Now I want to ported to HPCL in my city through Inter Company Online Connection Portability system. Pleas help me in this and deeply look into the issue and do the needful. I am waiting to hear from you..

I have booked on 12.12.2015 for refilling of indane gas for my connection no.cx5560779. I have received a message on 29.12.2015 that cash memo [protected] for Rs.622.50 is generated. But to day they delivered the gas againt cash bill no.[protected] dated 01.01.2016 for rs.671.50. When contacted the dealer for the two billings he informed that the gas was not delivered intime due to huge backlog and hence second bill raised on1.1.2016 with the new rate. I am loosing rs.50/- which you credit my account. And i have paid rs.700/- to the delivery boy including tips. The boys are demanding higher tips which also look into. Kindly do the needful.

Dear Sir, I went to IOC petrol pump - Vejalpur-Kalpataru, near sachin tower, ahmedabad, gujarat yesterday 1/1/2016 night at around 10:40 pm and asked the filler to fill INR 1500 worth petrol in my tata indica xeta petrol car and paid by card. After getting out of petrol pump my car gave knocking sound and stopped. I checked the car but could not understand anything. I too auto and on the way home I visited the pump again and inquired for doubt to which filler confirmed that he filled diesel and not petrol. One of the gentleman at pump assured that they would take care of the mistake on their expense. Now I am giving my car to authorized service center of Tata Motors for rectification. Now i have to undergo unnecessary inconvenience and stress because of this project. Gas and Novelties is the worst gas delivery center. Behavior of staff is very bad. If you face any problem then the staff of Gas and Novelties said that you can not come here. They said slang to the customer.

Pls ensure d gas cylinder delivery for d booking done on 10th Dec for my consumer no+VK7020. Agency name shriram gas agency. No phone responded & we are in gas crisis. Pls responded at d earliest & oblige

Waiting list released on dated [protected]. I contact to BHEL Gas service agencies, distributor are not agree for provide me new gas connection. so please solve my problem as soon as possible.
