My consumer no. for the LPG gas is 17185167 in the name of Satish Kaushik B-186 Surya Nagar Ghaziabad. The LPG cylinder we received last was found to be leaking badly on being connected yesterday i.e 30.12.15 at 7.00 PM. Immediately a complaint was lodged at no.[protected]. It was informed that complaint will be attended in one hour. The same no was contacted in the morning of 31.12 15 at 10.AM for the non compliance. The call attender was rude and informed that the complaint will be attended when it is possible. On conveying that leakage can cause accident the answer was you may complain against us. The name was no divulged by the person attending the call. The Complaint is still unresolved. My No. is [protected].

Agency ask to rebook the gas - again rebooked on 26.11.2015 - ref - 743593 . Cash memo generated on 19.12.2015 no - [protected] till date no gas cylinder deliverd please understand that how a house will survive without gas . You are requested to appoint other dealer in the area as manipulation activities are carried by the dealer.

        I am indane consumer for LPG. Every time delivery man asking additional price (min Rs.50) per cylinder. I complained with distributor. They don't care about this. Distributor name "Sabha Indane Gas Agencies" Maduvankarai, Guindy, Chennai. Please do the needful to stop this extra charges

          I've already registered with Venkat Gas Agencies[protected], Triplicane, chennai-5. My consumer ID IS 18415. When I decided to buy a additional cylinder they forced me to buy a unbranded cooker worth Rs.800. They collected money including Gas Cylinder worth Rs.2400. They made compulsorily to buy the product. They told that IOC instructed to buy the cooker throught agencies.I want my money back. Kindly refund it.

            Subject: complaint against madhu gas, bhagalpur, bihar regarding serious negligence of duty viz., irregular supply, non-supply of gas cylinder through mobile booking and demand of extra money payment on the part of supplier and non-compliance of timely exchange of leaking gas cylinder despite repeated reminder

            Sir,
            This is to bring to your kind attention that i am sasti charan sinha,, vide consumer number:-mt 171 sv no. 971, distributor’s code:[protected] “madhu gas agency, tilkamanjhi, bhagalpur, bihar, who had booked a lpg cylinder on[protected] on mobile, which was not supplied. Then i again booked it on[protected] through mobile. They still did not pay any attention. Then personally i had to go to the agency (I am sick and my age is 72+ years) on 10-11 — 2015 which was supplied to me that very evening. The cylinder was leaking, which came to my notice that very day, but due to office closure time, i complained about the leaking cylinder on 11-11-15, the very next day.

            No one looked into the matter and the gas constantly leaked within my home for next eleven days. I had to repeatedly phone the gas agency and i also sent a complaint letter to our chief minister honorable nitish kumar, our district magistrate, mr. Adesh titermare and in-charge, consumer forum, bhagalpur on various dates. Note:- a photo copy of the speedpost is attached for your kind retrieval.

            Still, the agency exchanged the gas cylinder in the evening of[protected], which was not noted in my refill receipt book. A photo of it is attached for your kind notice.

            My grudge. If any fatal accident would have happened to my family due to this severe negligence, who would have been held responsible for it? An assurance from your company’s side, a condolence meeting and may be, some grant of one or other kind to console the remaining family members after the fatal death, would probably take place.

            Sir, i request you to kindly look into the matter and take strict action against this gas agency so that consumers like myself may lead a happy and graceful life and remain loyal to your company.

            I also request you to kindly let me know about the action you are going to take against this faulty agency.

              Hello Respected authority, I had requested for seeding my Aadhar number with the LPG consumer number . My Aadhar number is[protected] and LPG Consumer Number is cx26055790. I used the following website to request for seeding. https://rasf.uidai.gov.in/seeding/User/ResidentSelfSeedingpds.aspx But now when I check my subsidy status via SMS it says that I am not registered to get subsidy, however when I try to out in a seeding request again, the above website says "Seeding request already exists" Please see the attached picture for more information. NOTE: I have already successfully linked my Aadhar card with my bank account.

Please investigate and advise to expedite. I visited the dealer, at least 10 times (Varalaxmi Agencies, )in Chennai, they only promise but don't deliver.                   Dear Sir, My Consumer No. is CX-8147583. The Distributor M/s Choudhary Indane Sewa, Saini Nagar, Khatauli, Distt. Muzaffarnagar-251201(U.P) Phone[protected] is not providing home delivery of booked refill. Instead the supply man stands on a point and charging Rs.20 for giving refill from there. From there one has to spent another Rs.20 to carry refill to his home. This practice is very troublesome and illegal. The Distributor should be taken to task and for home delivery of refills immediately. Some of the consumers have approached to DSO, Muzaffarnagar for the same and complaint reported in new paper also. Kindly do the needful. Thanks. Adesh Kumar Tyagi, Khatauli.

                    Sir, my name is B.Sridevi, my consumer no. is 1789, i am residing at North st, Ja sithamoor, Koovanur post, Thirukovilur Tk, Villupuram Dist. our gas agency is Rasi Indane Gas Service, At 9/A, Moongilthuripattu Main Road, Manalurpettai-605754. The Distributor is not maintaining either phone booking or manual booking for refill. For refill they are asking to come to the office with empty cylinder and any one can get refill immediately on the same day. But to get the loaded cylinder long queue is standing in front of the gas office even from the morning 4 am. hence it is highly difficult for us to get the loaded cylinder. As per rules the agency had to supply cylinder only to the areas enthrused but Rasi Indane Gas service is supply cylinder even to the customers in Tiruvannamalai District. further they are not supplying loaded cylinder to the door step.                           I had done a transaction of around 5200 through net banking from my debit card for applied a new gas connection, Although my transaction is successful but when i contact daya gas agency, gomoh dhanbad for my new gas connection, he say there is no data about my new connection then i contact tollfree no [protected], he say you must come to rachi area office for verification but it was not possible so i cancel my Request for new gas connection, and again i call tollfree number he say that refund will be send to you card within 15 day, after 15day again i call for for refund, at this time he say contact distributor and area office, but no action has been taken in this regard but till date no amount has been received through bank or distributor

                            My Indane Customer No: BS 09189 LPG ID:[protected]. I hereby bring to your kind notice that since last 3 supplied LPG the subsidy amount had not been credited to my Bank A/C. The distributor asked me to contact with the Company, but Failed to contact I.O.C over phone. I have not submitted an option to give up the subsidy for LPG. Hence being a low based earner I sincerely request to solve the issue at the earliest & arrange to credit the subsidy amount to my Bank A/C. Tapash Guha.                                     I tinku mondal from swarupnagar, durgapur, north 24 parganas. My indane new connection ref no is n151015172262177871507, actually book my new connection 02.11.2015.Our family is very poor. Our husband is farmer. Our distributor indane swarupjyoiti are not action, when i go to the shop they are delay every day.. The agent call "kalu" he also joined the distributor. And take 350 for new stove. But i also paid full payment via online portal. So please take action as soon as possible...Thanking you tinku mondal

However my booking is blocked & could not able reach any concern members. All land lines to JC road branch went unanswered. Do not know how to approach the right people.
