Dear Sir, My Consumer No. is CX-8147583. The Distributor M/s Choudhary Indane Sewa, Saini Nagar, Khatauli, Distt. Muzaffarnagar-251201(U.P) Phone[protected] is not providing home delivery of booked refill. Instead the supply man stands on a point and charging Rs.20 for giving refill from there. From there one has to spent another Rs.20 to carry refill to his home. This practice is very troublesome and illegal. The Distributor should be taken to task and for home delivery of refills immediately. Some of the consumers have approached to DSO, Muzaffarnagar for the same and complaint reported in new paper also. Kindly do the needful. Thanks. Adesh Kumar Tyagi, Khatauli.

    Sir, my name is B.Sridevi, my consumer no. is 1789, i am residing at North st, Ja sithamoor, Koovanur post, Thirukovilur Tk, Villupuram Dist. our gas agency is Rasi Indane Gas Service, At 9/A, Moongilthuripattu Main Road, Manalurpettai-605754. The Distributor is not maintaining either phone booking or manual booking for refill. For refill they are asking to come to the office with empty cylinder and any one can get refill immediately on the same day. But to get the loaded cylinder long queue is standing in front of the gas office even from the morning 4 am. hence it is highly difficult for us to get the loaded cylinder. As per rules the agency had to supply cylinder only to the areas enthrused but Rasi Indane Gas service is supply cylinder even to the customers in Tiruvannamalai District. further they are not supplying loaded cylinder to the door step. Hence kindly take immediate action against the agency and render justice to us. mobile no. [protected] vasu husband of B.Sridevi.

My indane new connection ref no is n[protected] and my payment mode is offline but when i pay to distributor then distributor charged me extra RS 1200 and also complain to customer care for this but no any action for this so please take any action against distributor otherwise we will disclose in social media.         Dear IOCL, I am receiving gad cylinder on time surplus agency is not cooperative and several times phone is keep off...not giving information...so many issues are there...pls help out ...my consumer no. is 19707 and booking no.         अत्यधिक अफसोस के साथ लिखना पड रहा है कि आप को शिकायत करना बेकार है क्योकि जिस उपभोक्ता की बुकिंग 09 dec15 है उसे आप बुक cylender आज तक नही दिला सके जबकी उपभोक्ता ने माननीय प्रधानमंत्री जी की प्रेरणा से सबस्डि (giving up) छोडी हैं। शिकायत निराकरण आपकी कोशिश की सराहना करता हूँ।

          I had done a transaction of around 5200 through net banking from my debit card for applied a new gas connection, Although my transaction is successful but when i contact daya gas agency, gomoh dhanbad for my new gas connection, he say there is no data about my new connection then i contact tollfree no [protected], he say you must come to rachi area office for verification but it was not possible so i cancel my Request for new gas connection, and again i call tollfree number he say that refund will be send to you card within 15 day, after 15day again i call for for refund, at this time he say contact distributor and area office, but no action has been taken in this regard but till date no amount has been received through bank or distributor

            My Indane Customer No: BS 09189 LPG ID:[protected]. I hereby bring to your kind notice that since last 3 supplied LPG the subsidy amount had not been credited to my Bank A/C. The distributor asked me to contact with the Company, but Failed to contact I.O.C over phone. I have not submitted an option to give up the subsidy for LPG. Hence being a low based earner I sincerely request to solve the issue at the earliest & arrange to credit the subsidy amount to my Bank A/C. Tapash Guha.               We Smt Rani Devi are a customer of indian gas and our R.address is G-445 Gujaini kaloni, Kanpur and our gas connection number is 12971.And your Distributors name and address is Vinayak Gas Service, 1265, Ratan Lal Nagar, kanpur.Your Distributor was not provided our Gas Cylinder for a few year because we and our family both was gone to out of city for some months so we were not issued a gas cylinder.Hence your distributors said that your connection paper was send to Lucknow office and we could not issued a gas cylinder. We are requested to solve our problem as soon as possible . Thanking You:- Contact :-Sarju Awasthi, Mo No.[protected]

                  Dear sir, I am Chetan Sanghani, My Consumer no is CX11342164. I have booked cylinder on 02/12/2015 and received a message that booking for consumer no. CX11342164 is registered with ref no. 556090. Also a message has received that cash memo has been generated & cash memo no is [protected] on 05/12/2015. Our Gas distributor is Harsiddhi Gas Agency, Chankyapuri in Ahmedabad. But till now I don't have receive my cylinder. So please if you take any action on behalf of my complaint I really great full to you.

                    I tinku mondal from swarupnagar, durgapur, north 24 parganas. My indane new connection ref no is n151015172262177871507, actually book my new connection 02.11.2015.Our family is very poor. Our husband is farmer. Our distributor indane swarupjyoiti are not action, when i go to the shop they are delay every day.. The agent call "kalu" he also joined the distributor. And take 350 for new stove. But i also paid full payment via online portal. So please take action as soon as possible...Thanking you tinku mondal

                      Hi, I could not able to book my refill past 15 days. I have been asked to submit my aadhar details. I have submitted on 12th Dec 15. However my booking is blocked & could not able reach any concern members. All land lines to JC road branch went unanswered. Do not know how to approach the right people.                           Sir, we have booked a refill cylinder on 19 dec, 2015 with booking number :- 437561...and received a confirmation for the same on the same day with cash memo number [protected] of amount rs.647.50 . our refill has not been delivered to us but we have received a msg confirming our delivery today on 9:39 am ... this is not for the first time such incident to us, vendor delivers our cylinder to someone else, we had complained about the matter with complaint number :- 2335696 but it has happened again. kindly arrange the refill please resolve the issue as it has become a regular one. thank you sir.

                            Hi Team, My consumer no is 0095 and i have been delivered a defective cylinder by the local gas agency (JB Gas Agency) without performing the due diligence and checking it prior to delivering to the customers. This negligence could have caused a serious loss of life and this cannot be taken for granted. This irresponsible attitude by the gas agency should be escalated and strict action needs to be taken so that in future such big eventuality and loss of life can be stopped.                                 Consumer number is CX26486745 in the name of RAJ KUMAR GARG. The gas cylinder delivered to us last week is leaking and nobody is bothered to pick up the phone at gas agency as well as on toll free number. That matter is of serious nature so it should be attended urgently. Any delay may result in serious issue due to gas leakage

                                  I R.Rajasekar complaining that my gas cylinder is not delivered from 20/11/2015and the same was cancelled. I again booked on line, but till I didn't receive. My consumer no.is 44268. Kindly do the needful. Before and all also always it was cancelled and again and again I am booking.

                                    YESTERDAY, 19.12.2015 at 22.50 hrs, at the above IOC bunk, we asked attendant to fill PETROL for my HONDA CITY CAR TN45 AP 257 and he wrongly filled DIESEL.. When we wanted to talk to the Petrol Bunk owner, The cashier gave wrong number of Labour Officer.. Both the staff didnt have phone number of owner to register our problem.. Then the cashier went to owner's house and called him for help, but in Vain Then we called owner ph number displayed in info board, which we found is a wrong number and belongs to another bunk owner in Kumbakonam Also they have wrongly displayed IOC DY.Mgr, Mr.K.Chandar, who was transferred to another area Also we tried contacting another IOC Officer displayed in another board, Mr.S.Maris Vignesh, who didnt lift the line yesterday, But attended my call only today afternoon Also, from today morning my friend Mr.Manikavel Pandian from Thanjavur/Lawyer went three times to bunk to solve this issue, but the bunk owner did not give any remedial action to attend our problem Iam a IOC CITI BANK CARD MEMBER AND I USE YOUR FUEL FOR LAST 10YEARS. ALSO IN MY CAR, I HAD CO PASSENGERS OF 80 & 60 YEAR OLD, WHO HAD MANY TROUBLES YESTERDAY. HENCE KINDLY TAKE ACTION ON THIS DEALER / REPAIR MY CAR AT HIS COST/ UPDATE ON ACTION TAKEN TO PROCEED FURTHER IN THIS REGARD

                                        Dear Sir/Madam I am your consumer in Nashik My Indane Gas Distributer is Samadhan Indian.I have booked my Gas on 15th Dec my Consumer No is 6174.Till date i have not received my gas.Earlier also i have not received my gas.As asked with Distributer he replied you have not booked.As we dont have any Acknowledgement of the same we are not in the position for counter the same .Pl do intervent on the same .As i am facing huge difficulty as my both Cylinders are empty.Pl do intervent ASAP.
