Sir, I am Tapan Mukherjee, my consumer no is 02930.Address-Bhuinpara, Belun in district Hooghly.I have booked cylinder on 06/12/2015 and received a message that booking for consumer no. 02930 is registered with ref no. 440433.Also a message has received that cash memo has been generated & cash memo no is [protected] on 09/12/2015. Our Gas distributor is Pandua Indane Service.But till now I don't have receive my cylinder. So please if you take any action on behalf of my complaint I really great full to you.

Respected Sir/Madam, My name is Deepak. S. Bathija. Consumer No. 56053. I am a resident of Ayanavaram, Chennai. Our Supplier is Sabi Gas Supplies. We shifted to Ayanavaram in June, 2011. Since then every time I lodge a Refill request, the cylinder, though checked on delivery starts leaking when we use. Every time we have to call for the emergency Technician to come and rectify the problem. It has become a repeated unsettled issue. Hope you understand how hazardous leaky cylinders can be and look into it immediately.

My consumer number: CX18351840 Distributor: Sri Vishnu Indane Gas Agency, FYI Road, Kadugodi. I have made a booking of cylinder on 3 December 2015. I had no information on delivery date / status until 18 December 2015, when finally they sent an sums that my booking stands cancelled and to know the reason contact the distributor. My calls to distributor office were not picked up, so there is no way to know the reason. If I call toll free number [protected], they register a complaint and ask me to wait 6 working days only to know the reason. They are asking me to blindly make a refill booking meanwhile without knowing why my booking was cancelled previously, so, what's the guarantee they will not cancel it now. Customer care person bluntly responded that this is the rule, you have to wait six working days to know the reason (which they already know, I mean why would the booking be cancelled for no reason provided?), beyond this I cannot help you.

Hi, I booked a new LPG connection 19th Nov 2015 and made online payment. And got the update on 21st Nov 2015 saying within 72 hrs Distributor will get it. Hello, My Consumer No is 38720 have booked Indane cylinder from Sona Gas Agency, Masoodpur, New Delhi-110037 on dated 14.12.2015 . Till now I have not Received Cylinder at my registered address, but I have received the message from company stating that my Cylinder has been Delivered on 16.12.2015 mentioning against cash memo no [protected]. My consumer No is 09249. My dealer is Vijay Rattan Enterprises in East Delhi Kharkhardooma.I registered gas refill Connection vide request no 509872 on 17/10/15 which was delivered on 20/10/15 vide r.no. [protected]. Thereafter I have been shown three booking request nos. 520253, 528346, 533722 on 14/11/15, 4/12/15 and 17/12 15. Against these requests the delivery has already taken place vide r.no [protected] and [protected] on 15/11/15 and 7/12/15. I never made request nor I received any gas refills.The request bookings and deliveries are all bogus. I have never booked nor I have ever received any gas refill. It means the dealer is making bogus booking and taking bogus deliveries. Action be persued against the dealer.D.K.Goyal

When delivery man was came to my door i found a old and damage cylinder, so i told him that please change the cylinder, he told me that "if you want to accept this cylinder than ok otherwise i am going". and than after i didnt accepted the cylinder and he was gone from my home. now what can i do for receive a good condition cylinder? and i will receive only good condition cylinder.

Sir/ Madam, I had applied for transfer of gas connection and got the papers for that. I was out of city for 1 year so I could not get the connection transferred. when i returned I could not find the papers but I have a scanned/xerox copy of transfer document. Now, the new gas agency ( to which the transfer is to be done) is denying giving the connection based on xerox copy. They have asked me to get a duplicate copy of exchange papers. And, the old gas agency (from where the connection needs to be transferred) is denying duplicate copy saying they can issue it only once. Both are saying that there is no other way out. I am not sure what to do to get the connection transferred. Priya

Whenever I book a cylinder, the distributor ASAL DURG ENTERPRISES, JAIPUR, RAJASTHAN WITH CODE NO.[protected] asks to buy a coupon book at the time of delivery of the cylinder which is illegal and unauthorised.

I have registered my cylinder booking a month ago and later agency told us that cylinder is cancelled due to some faults.we are facing trouble as cylinder is not reaching on time.
