YESTERDAY, 19.12.2015 at 22.50 hrs, at the above IOC bunk, we asked attendant to fill PETROL for my HONDA CITY CAR TN45 AP 257 and he wrongly filled DIESEL..
When we wanted to talk to the Petrol Bunk owner, The cashier gave wrong number of Labour Officer.. Both the staff didnt have phone number of owner to register our problem..
Then the cashier went to owner's house and called him for help, but in Vain
Then we called owner ph number displayed in info board, which we found is a wrong number and belongs to another bunk owner in Kumbakonam
Also they have wrongly displayed IOC DY.Mgr, Mr.K.Chandar, who was transferred to another area
Also we tried contacting another IOC Officer displayed in another board, Mr.S.Maris Vignesh, who didnt lift the line yesterday, But attended my call only today afternoon
Also, from today morning my friend Mr.Manikavel Pandian from Thanjavur/Lawyer went three times to bunk to solve this issue, but the bunk owner did not give any remedial action to attend our problem
Iam a IOC CITI BANK CARD MEMBER AND I USE YOUR FUEL FOR LAST 10YEARS. ALSO IN MY CAR, I HAD CO PASSENGERS OF 80 & 60 YEAR OLD, WHO HAD MANY TROUBLES YESTERDAY.
HENCE KINDLY TAKE ACTION ON THIS DEALER / REPAIR MY CAR AT HIS COST/ UPDATE ON ACTION TAKEN TO PROCEED FURTHER IN THIS REGARD

We Smt Rani Devi are a customer of indian gas and our R.address is G-445 Gujaini kaloni, Kanpur and our gas connection number is 12971.And your Distributors name and address is Vinayak Gas Service, 1265, Ratan Lal Nagar, kanpur.Your Distributor was not provided our Gas Cylinder for a few year because we and our family both was gone to out of city for some months so we were not issued a gas cylinder.Hence your distributors said that your connection paper was send to Lucknow office and we could not issued a gas cylinder. This is to bring to inform you that our above noted complaints has been sent you since 23th November, 2015 but it was not consider .So Please solved my problem as a priority so that our goal could achieved by me .

So please send a written letter to your distributors so that we could receive our gas at once.
