Hello, We have booked the refill cylinder on 29th of November and here are the details. Consumer no: 36774 Booking number: 669222 Cash memo was generated and number is [protected] On 10th December, we received a message stating that the booking got cancelled. We tried to contact the distributor who was making excuses. When we tried to contact again, he was not picking the phone. This is not the first time, same thing is happening past 6 to 8 months. I got my previous cylinder 2 months back. My second one is also empty now. Kindly take the necessary action. Thanks, Ravindran

    During Refill Request via online, I made online payment of Rs.621 on 02/12/15. The delivery boy again demanded for the full amount and he took the full amount from me. When I inquired with the distributor, they are also saying the same that we need to pay again, the online payment will be refunded later. Distributor provided bill clearly says that online payment made with Rs 621 and nett amount to be paid is Rs. 0. When I went back to the distributor, they are not ready to listen to me and he said that online payment directly go to IOC and you need to pay for us again. He do not know that online payment instructions. I request IOC to take necessary action and refund my online payment made or advise them to refund the money I paid to delivery boy. Also please educate them about online payment instructions. Else remove that online payment options. Consumers cannot roam to get the refund from distributor every time. I went to distributor 2 times and still he has not refunded. Do not know how many times i need to visit distributor. My Consumer ID: CX15342874

    Problem resolved. Indian Oil Corporation [IOC] informed distributor to refund the additional money taken. Hence my distributor refunded the hard cash taken on hand.

        I use to go for refilling my cars at IOC petrol pump (Yadav service station) at nagar road pune since last 5 years. I always felt that my car is not giving enough milage.. so every time i requested to mechanic to look in to this at the time of servicing but no use. Finally yesterday (10 Dec 2015) i caught the culprit behind this. It was not my car but the IOC petrol pump who has been cheating me since last 5 years by filling less petrol in a fraudulent manner. See how they did it with me... I told him to refill Rs 2000 petrol.. salesman inserted the nozzle in cars tank... As it reached 535 suddenly nozzle stopped relieving petrol... So he tried to show as the main machine has stopped working.. i told him to restart filling... he said machine stopped...so called a colleague to check the machine. Another salesman came n instead of doing something with the machine (for which he was called) he started promoting me the pouch which can increase the milage... during this the another salesman started the nozzle n petrol strared going in.. n meter started from 535 onward ( as it was not set to zero again) No one went near to the main machine. N there was no reason to go near the machine as it was working fine. The salesman stopped nozel at Rs 1465. N asked me to pay Rs2000. I was surprised why this guy asking for 2000 when he has given petrol only of Rs1465..? He said 535 earlier n 1465 now so it becomes 2000. I was completely stunned how he can do such a nonsense. I shouted very loudly on him n told him that he is trying to cheat me.. I kept shouting.. even more loudly. He realized that he has been caught red handed..so he immediately put nozel again in my car's tank n took the reading till 2000. This has happened many times with me.. Whenever i went there they always did same thing with me. Always nozzle stops somewhere 300 to 500 n again they start from that point onward but later says sir earlier amount that much n this amount you can see on the screen of pump so altogether its equal to amount you requested. This is horrible... disgusting... unacceptable. I m sure they might be doing this to other customers as well. What's the solution for this...?? How they can be made all right..?? What about my compensation for the money i have lost during last 5 years. Every month i refill my both cars with 2000 & 2500 petrol..so monthly 4500. So every month they cheated me with an amount of Rs1000 (as an average of Rs500 per car per refilling). So in last 5 years i have been cheated with Rs60, 000. Its a big amount..i want this back. I will go to any extent... but will take this money back from Yadav service station. You are the 1st level. So its my humble request to you please take proper disciplinary action against them n also get me refund Rs 60000, i will be thankful to you. I hope you won't disappoint me. As a responsible n trustworthy company you will surely serve the justice. If i dont get a proper solution from you..i will right to petroleum ministery as well as to Modi Jee. Also won't hesitate to file a Complaint in consumer court. Waiting for your reply. Thanking you Dr SK Tyagi

          My Consumer Number is 1778. I was in receipt of subsidy amount correctly when ever it became due. But from Aug 2015 onwards my subsidy amount is not being credited into my aadhar linked savings account. I had drawn 03 cylinders from Aug 2015 to till date. Subsidy of these 03 cylinders not yet credited into my account. Please look into the matter and take an immediate action to credit the amount into my account at your earliest possible.

            I have been a very regular customer with Sidhu Petrol Pump in sector 7, Chandigarh for decades and get all my cars refueling done here. Strangely my experience today has left me disturbed and harassed. I got my I-20 Petrol car refilled like every other time, at that time it had about 7-8 litres of petrol already in it and while refueling and they filled 47 litres of petrol, this certainly put me in a lot of doubt since the total tank capacity of the car is 45 litres and despite having 7-8 litres in it and we also did check the meter which was at 0. How is it possible to refil another 47 litres. When i raised a query with the staff and owners of the pump they told me it usually happens that 5-7 litres of extra fuel can be stored in the car but i failed to understand that logic how and where ? To which they also could not justify me the same. I have the receipt of the same and also since i made the payment via credit card i have the slip with me. I need to get this to the notice as this blatantly is cheating and fraud which might have been happening since years as we never noticed it so much and it simply means their meter is running fast.               R/sir This is to inform you that, as per the online payment facility for LPG Refill available at your company's site, I had booked for one LPG refill and paid online Rs. 676.50 from SBI internet banking on date 07-12-15. But today when the gas agency's (Kitchen Queen) delivery man came for delivery he asked for the payment in cash. I showed & submitted him the copy of the online payment receipt for LPG refill, but he did'nt agreed. The agency manager also didn't agreed to accept the receipt. He said he will first confirm about the receipt. So, he took back the LPG refill cylinder. So, I wanted to question about your online Gas refill payment facility available, whether it is valid or just shown for advertisement. In case it is valid then pl resolve the issue.                 Never once in these four years I was able to contact Indane - Sabha Indane Gas Agencies No: 51, Cart Track Road, Maduvinkarai, Guindy, Chennai, Tamil Nadu 600032 The Proprietor Number is [protected], he picks up the call, but no use he will ask us to call the office Numbers. +[protected], 22446271, 22453363, 42696088 will not be picked up the staff as they are so busy. I can hear full rings on all numbers, but they don't pick up and more than that they put the receiver down some time. I have seen many people complaint about this agencies for years in this forum and other, but there is no use as the Indian Oil don't bother about it and the Agency also least bothered about the complaints. Only people like me are the sufferer wasting our time by complaining, when we knew nothing can be done to that agency and their staff improper behavior.

                    Consumer no S00838 Agency - Mansarovar Indane, Place- Jaipur I was supplied gas cylinder on 19.11.2015 and the amount of subsidy has not been credited sofar.I contacted the gas agency which says the amount has been given while I have yet to receive.The another answer is- the amount might have gone to other bank account while i have registered only one bank account for the purpose and i was getting subsidy reimbursement in the same account previously.At the same time I have not received subsidy in other bank accounts.                           Hello Sir /Mam, My name is Ms. Renu B.Singh & my am the customer of Indane Gas Services, Near R.K.M.S. Hospital, Vrindaban U.P. My Gas No. 9276 & I booked my Cylinder on 11/10/2015. & after few days, I got msg delivery. But, I didn't get it. Than I complained to agency, they asked that today you will get it. But now, today is 08/12/2015. Still now, I have no information regarding gas cylinder. I don' t how I got msg of recieving Cylinder. Which I never received. I know that they may be sold out it. This is very wrong that these kind of error is going on under strict rules & regulations.kindly take strict action regarding concerned matter to avoid these kind of errors. Hope for the best. Thank you very much.

                            Our cylendr is half filled ..there is no gas left in cylender but also it is not empty when checked it contains water ..usually cylender takesaround 40 45 days to become empty but this time it is done in less than 20 ..what should we do now

                              To The Authority Concerned Sir, My Application with complete requirements for urgent transfer of gas service from M/S Champadanga Indane to Konnagar Gas Service, Indane acknowledged by their Tarakeswar Unit on 20/11/15 has yielded no result till date in spite of daily followup several times. This has made us seriously affected in daily need of gas service. So, I hereby request to you look into the matter and kindly resolve the matter regarding Gas Transfer of Consumer No. 5396 at the earliest.                                 I have lodged a request to change my lpg gas distributor on 5 Oct'15, but still after two months the request is pending. I have complained on their transparency portal more than three times but still their is no response. I don't understand the reason for delay in change of distributor. I got fed up with distributor and now with Indane.

                                    Presently, the Porompat indane gas distributor of Imphal East Dist. Manipur is now in a standstill position. They are not distributing any refilled lpg to the consumer without acknowledging us. Despite, most of the consumers are fleeing to the GBD agency Of Lamlong Bazar, Imphal East, Manipur.Why such incident is happening to the innocent peoples for the sake of their conflicting situation. Try to resolve the issue or punish those concerns responsible for that.

                                    They are doing nothing to resolve but they forcibly have transferred me to a bit farther distributor named as GBD gas agency Lamlong Imphal east Manipur with a new connection no. The consumer s of three distributors namely GBD agency, Porompat gas, Loklaobung gas are clubbing to a single agent. The fate of the consumers is uncertain. The photograph of the long queue is uploaded in my new complaint.
