Not getting filled cylinder

I have booked an IOC refill cylinder on 6.10.2015 vide Consumer No.7704 and registration given by the IOC as 548670. Till date I have issued any cylinder. Now 60 days has elapsed the A& A Gas Agency, Kuzhupilly, Ernakulam Disrict has not given even proper reply in this regard. I tried several time over phone but the telephone is answering switch off....

Cash memo not generating resulted delay in supply

Distributor name: Kunnamangalam indane code-117399 consumer no-9717 This distributor is delaying the supply of cylinders throughout the year. He did not give any regular supply. This year i got only 6 cylinders. Their office not picking phone also. After the ivrs booking, we compal to visit their office to avail the cylinder two or more times. please do the needful to supply cylinders in time....

Tampering with meter

This is to bring to your notice that in ideal service station, no 43-1 bannerghatta road, bangalore 560029 they fool they fool the customer by setting the meter at rs.300. Even if you tell them rs 1500 or rs 2000 they will fill up rs 200/300 and re start the meter. This has happened to me three times at this same petrol pump.
