Mobile booking no is not responding properly with registered mobile

On 06.11.2015 at 10:30 AM i went to Maruthi Service Station, Near Stadium, Hadadi Road, Davangere Petrol pump (IOC) to fill petrol and observed that workers won't fill petrol for the amount which we are paying. They are not delivering the cylinder on my address
