I made a complaint against ennar gas service Hyderabad 500062 regarding the mandatory check collecting a sum of rs 40, without actually checking the burners. I wanted to know whether the check was authorised by IOC. MY Complaint was registered against No.2381288. Although a month has elapsed, I am yet hear from the IOC. Kindly expedite reply.       Consumerr no. CX27501627, took connection from the present agency on 20.02.15. Transferred my gas connection with HPCL from Kannur, Kerala to Kollam District. Agency name keerthi Indane Services. Purchased 2 cylinders and paid full amount of the cylinder as am getting subsidy through bank account from 2014. My Aadhar card no. is[protected]. As the subsidy is not credited i contact the dealer and they said that it will be cleared in one week. Now it is two months passed. I request you to please pay me the subsidy at the earliest.

      Sir,
      I had purchased 3 LPG gas cylinders on 03/01/15, 06/02/15, 18/02/15 respectively. My customer no. is CX6625576 and Supplying agency is Gas O Flame, Palace North Gate, Agartala, Tripura. But i did not get the subsidy-money for those three entry. No money was credited in my bank ac for those three booking. Whereas I have received the subsidy-money for my next all bookings. Please take an appropriate step and help me to receive my subsidy money. Please contact me in my contact no.

          On 06.11.2015 at 10:30 AM i went to Maruthi Service Station, Near Stadium, Hadadi Road, Davangere Petrol pump (IOC) to fill petrol and observed that workers won't fill petrol for the amount which we are paying. Suppose we ask to fill petrol of Rs 100, then they finish it at Rs 98.80 or 99.2. Same is the case with any amount. I never seen they filled correctly. I observed same thing at all the times.
          If I tell them to feed the amount into the machine, they have an excuse that the automatic pre-amount-feeding machine doesn't work and argue with customers when asked to fill it completely. The pre-load machine is not working for more than past 06 months.
          When I went to the office in the Bunk to complaint regarding this issue, the Manager nor any responsible persons was not present and I enquired about this with the security guard of the ATM which is inside the premises of Petrol Bunk and they told me that they are available once / twice in a week.
          If anything dangerous / accident occur there is no one responsible to care of the things at this place.

              Dear Sir/Madam,

              The Indane gas cylinder distributor, " Rao Tarachand Inadane Gramin Vitrak" which is domestic distributor in Palhawas village of Rewari district of Haryana state does not allow/give consumer gas cylinder before 30 days. It happened with me 2-3 times. As per government rule consumer can take 12 subsidy cylinder and after 12th we have to pay complete for all other cylinders means no subsidy will be given for 13th, 14th ...cylinder in a year. I got last cylinder on[protected] and i went to distributor for next one after 20 days i.e. on 31st October 2015. But the distributor refused to give me cylinder before 30 days of last cylinder. From Jan 2015 to till date, i filled only 7 cylinder from my LPG connection. As per his rule we can fill max. of 11 cylinder only not 12 also.

              Other distributor in Rewari allowing to consumer to get next cylinder within 10 days also.

              I faced 2-3 times same type of inconvenience with this distributor.

              Please take a strong action against the distributor.

                On 10 Oct., I had registered for a refill of lpg cylinder under ref: 631835. Till date there has been no supply. On contacting my Distributor Poppat Jamal, Chennai, 2 days back, I was told that they have since surrendered their dealership and a new Distributor has been appointed [ph:[protected]]. P J also kindly gave me my new consumer nbr CX 29388031. Strangely enough, there has been no communication about this change either from parent company or the new distributor. When I tried to contact the new supplier on the phone, first there was no response and when finally the call was answered, the response was most unbusinesslike. Without wanting to pay any attention to my problem, I was curtly told to re-register and call disconnected. Yesterday I tried to
                Register my requirement again ( I had no choice) and after completing the drill, waited till the evening for confirmation message to come, which normally has been the practice. Nothing came till this morning. On checking with the new Distributor, I was informed no such booking had been registered. Hence fresh request has been made again. Therefore, my question to Indane is

                - why customers are kept in the dark about any changes in the distribution system

                - what happened to my earlier request made on 10.10.2015

                - would I be getting the refill in a day or two, in view of the inordinate delay on the part of supplier

                - we realise, change is the only constant factor but it should for good!!! Not the other way around??

I booked gas on 16 October .ref no is 227967 I'm roaming around dealer till now.always they are saying that cylinder will be delivered soon but it is not happening. Gas refill booked on 11/10/15, Cash Memo created 22/10, Non-delivery complaint registered on toll-free nr [protected] on 28/10 (Complaint Nr. 2396836). Delivery missing till date (02/11). Agency habitually assigns reason "Consumer absent...". In my case three members regularly present on all days.

                        My consumer no.Cx17463267 i was booked a refill on 26.9.2015 and booking no. 378564 related cash memo no.[protected] dtd. 12.10.2015 but cylinder not deliver, on 17.10.2015 received a message ''your refill booking ref. No. 378564 stands cancelled. Kindly book again''. I am not understand why make cancelled than i called to m/s p.L gas service (Gas distributors) on but they told two or three times our man come to your home but you are not available but in fact no any man come to my home. So please take strong step on this matter.
                        My consumer Nr. is 11351. Agency is Kairali Indane[protected] Eranakulam Dt., Kerala. Refill booked on 11/10/2015 (Booking Nr. 499372), Cash memo nr. [protected] generated on 22/10/15. No delivery until this day (04/11/15). Complaint Booked on [protected] on 28/11/15 (Complaint Nr. 2396836). Again called [protected] on 02/11/15 and was directed to call Indane Customer Service, Kochi[protected] which I did. No response till now either from IOC or the agency (Kairali Indane). I represent umpteen count of such helpless Indane Consumers. Whom shall I turn to ? Can someone guide me ?

This is to inform you that i am facing some serious problem by your employees in term of response. They are not delivering the cylinder on my address and always asking for coming to the office to tell the address and then they will deliver.They just keep on calling me the next day inspite of knowing that i am 72 years of age.                               I Krishna Kumar Mishra, I have Lpg gas connection consumer No. 11242, Agency Name- Cuttack Gas, Distt- Cuttack (Odiaha), I was booked lpg gas refill on 17/10/2014 booking no.44275, and gas delivered message received on the my mobile with cash memo no.[protected] on 22/10/2015 but gas not delivered till 29/10/2015 by the above said agency. Further the above agency no.[protected], and customer care No.[protected] is not functioning till date, so that i have again booked the refill lpg gas on 29/10/2015. On dated 30/10/2015 lpg refill gas was delivered by the above agency with ref. cash memo no.[protected] on 22/10/2015. therefore it is requested to you cancelled the booking no.445105 on 29/10/15 please.

                                My INDANE Gas Distributor is A.P.S.C.S.CORP LTD SECUNDERABAD and my consumer number is : 26544. I have booked refill request on 1 oct 2015 through IVRS with BOOKING NO. 375530. Cash Memo number [protected] But the booking gas has not been deliverd on 16th oct 2015 but meassege came as delieverd.Delivery Boy dint come till now i.e.on 1 nov 2015, how can it be delieverd and for whom they deliverd. Neither anyone picks up phone in Distributor's Ofiice nor INDANE Complain toll free number works.I am not sure, how does the landline serves in distributor office.I have only single connection which has been finished 32 days back Its getting difficult.                                     My Indane Gas Consumer No. is P22354, in the name Sivarama Panicker and Gas distributor is Mathews Gas Service, Thiruvalla, Kerala, Phone No.[protected] or[protected]. I had booked a cylinder under reference No. 277214, and received cash memo notification No. [protected] on 8th October but as of this date, 30th October, I have not received my cylinder. Repeated phone calls to the distributor have not resolved the issue and to my frustration most of the time the distributor does not answer the calls, and on the rare occasions they answer they have no patience to give a proper reply. I am like many Indane customers that I know are really frustrated at this distributor's services. Would appreciate if you could resolve this matter as soon as possble.

                                    Well, thank you for your reply, which is too late and useless. I have provided you above a vivid description of the issue right on your site and after almost a month you want me to do the same thing all over again, only to receive a reply just as you have given above. what a waste of time! Please do not bother responding to this message as your Consumer Complaint division is of absolutely no use to customers.

                                      Recently in the last 6 months- two types of GAs leak problems, whenever we received fresh Gas Cylinders from Indane. 1. Gas leak- not noticeable on check on receipt of gas cylinder. 2. No washer(gasket) where the regulator fits in.
                                      The leakage is due to the fact that whenever the cylinder is delivered, the gasket inside would have worn out. The distributors claim that the cylinders have to be checked on delivery by the supplier- IT IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF CONSUMER! that's what the IOC claims,
                                      - How can you know instantly the kind of leakages of the type observed above?
                                      - what about only old people in the house as customers? how will they be able to handle such things?
                                      - MORE THAN THE CYLINDER NOT LASTING FOR MORE- WHAT HAPPENS IF THERE IS ANY EVENT OF AN ACCIDENT???
                                      WHY CANT IOC MAKE IT A HABIT AND INTRODUCE A PROCESS OF CHANGING THE WASHER/GASKET EVERY TIME THE CYLINDER IS FILLED = IF THEY ANOTHER Rs 2/- IS ANYONE GOING TO QUESTION.
                                      TYPICAL LETHARGY IN SOLVING ISSUES BY THE ROOT CAUSE THAN BLAMING THE CUSTOMER.(whenever we ask the distributor, he does not take any responsibility- simply they say complaint to the 'Gas leak; phone no??
                                      ALSO THIS SYSTEM IS CENTRALISED FOR A REGION- DO THE SUPPLIERS EXPECT NOTHING CAN HAPPEN before the problem is fixed?!- What about people who go out for 2-3 days immediately after such(leaky) cylinders are installed and forget in a hurry to switch off gas!!
                                      -Missing Gasket when the cylinder is delivered to us is INEXCUSABLE.
                                      Both problems can be solved if IOC is serious about the suggestion, or they can have some other "POKA YOKE" process for this if they wish to
