My Indane Gas Consumer No. is CX11968928 Gas Dealer Name: M/s. Green Indane, Kaikhali, Kolkata 700052, West Bengal. I tried to book for refilled cylinder recently but the IVRS is not taking the call. I immediately enquired with the Distributor. They informed me that the connection is under suspension and unable to tell me the reason They advised me to File KYC form which I duly submitted to them on 13.07.15 Thereafter there was no intimation and the gas connection remains suspended without any reasons shown. I filed complaint(SRN 2232829) CC intimated me to visit their Customer Care Office at Kolkata which I visited on 16/7/15. They were unable to help me and stated that the connection is under suspension and they are not knowing the reason. I also lodged complaints (SRN 2237672 and SRN2240335) The usual reply to the complaints is those are pending with IOC. My parents are more than 80 years and are handicapped. As I am in no fault and the connection remains suspended without any reasons indicated I am unable to have gas in my house as both the cylinders are lying empty. Kindly help me how to get the suspension lifted for which i am not at all responsible and IOC is solely responsible.

    Accordingly i visit to agency m/s p l gas services, boral kolkata, who denied receive payment as per the online instruction. They told me online application is not acceptable, you have to apply manually and bring rs.4300.00 for single cylinder connection. The agency don't accept my request, they don't want see my online download papers booking details given by you. Than i went to ibp house iocl lpg kolkata area head madam usha mukharjee she also not listen to me.
    As per your online price your iocl indane domestic gas online connection.

    Pl suggest me where to go in this regards.

      I have a registered LPG gas in the name of C.Mahaveer Kumar with Gas no. - 29617. I have submitted the desired documents for the gas subsidy but everytime I go and check with BGS ( Bharathi Gas Service ) they tell me to re-submit all the documents again and again. I don't think their intentions are correct. Everyday their server don't get updated till 12 pm. This is leading to trouble for the common people. Please take required actions for the same.           I am a regular customer of Indane Gas from past 1.5 years. I got my connection transferred to Golden Gas Agency, Palam Vihar, Gurgaon. But since then i haven't received my PassBook. My consumer no is CX5817176. Each time they mark an entry on my gas connection form only. I request you enquiry with my branch and provide the passbook.

              सेवा मैं श्रीमान भारत पेट्रोलियम महोदय विषयक :- गैस की सब्सिडी के सम्बन्ध में आप को अवगत कराना महोदय :- भारत पेट्रोलियम निवेदन इस प्रकार है सर में आदर्श युथ टांडा जिला रामपुर पिन -244925 से हूँ सर हमारे यहाँ गैस एजेंसी पर बहुत फर्जी वाड़ा हो रहा है जो की गैस एजेंसी का नाम टांडा गैस सर्विस है जो की सब्सिडी जो की खातों में आनी थी वो नहीं आ रही है और जिन की आ रही है वो पूरी नहीं आ रही है ! बताया ये गया था की सब्सिडी का पैसा खातो मे जाएगा पर 10-20% से ज्यादा लोगो को वो बढ़ा हुआ पैसा वापसी नही मिला अब समय के साथ साथ वो भी बन्द हो रहा है. पहले जो सिलेंडर 425 ₹ मे मिलता था अब वो 750 ₹ करीब मे आ रहा है और इसके चलते मजदूर वर्ग मे फुटकर गैस की मांग और इस कारण गैस की कालाबाजारी भी बढ़ी है। और गुप्त सूत्रों से पता चला है की जिन लोगो के खाते में सबसिडी नहीं आ रही उन के खातों में गैस कर्मचारियों ने अपने नंबर डाल दिए गए हैं अत: श्रीमान से निवेदन है की मामले की जांच करके उचित कार्यवाई करने की कृपा करें और इस फ़र्ज़ी वाड़े को शीघ्र रोके आप की अति कृपा होगी पार्थी आदर्श यूथ एसोसिएशन उत्तर प्रदेश टांडा जिला रामपुर पिन -244925 मोबाइल :- [protected]

                My consumer no. Is 204411, the connection got deactivated for which I have filled the activation form 1 month back also provided all the documents for lpg subsidy. The gas agency informed that the connection is activated and without bill delivered the lpg gas cylinder. On demanding the bill they provided a bill with no lpg subsidy mentioned. However I have received message that the connection is still deactive and no subsidy transferred to my bank account. Being a senior citizen Iam harrassed by your gas agency Harsiddh Gas agency ghatlodia Ahmedabad Gujarat

                  I have booked a cylinder on[protected].They have send me a message on 18th june that my cylinder will be delivered shortly but till now i did'nt get the cylinder.I have been calling the gas agency everyday for more than three weeks and everyday they are telling that they will send the cylinder the next day.Today i received a message that my booking no has been cancelled. I am an employee and therefore my neighbour used to take care of my cylinder and i have informed this matter to the gas agency also.My consumer no is:- CX2468997 and my booking no is :-311237.Please take an immediate action regarding this matter.

                          Booking No.527783. Latest around 3 July, Delivery man came onto my house to deliver the cylinder saying that he forgot the weighing machine so cannot weigh the cylinder, so my wife took it without weighing the cylinder. When I weigh the cylinder it was 15.2(cylinder weigh) + 11(LPG) ~= 26 Kg i.e 3 Kg less.I went to my distributor, he said he cant do anything as we took it without weighing.Also tomorrow when plugged in the cylinder it was leaking. Please do necessary.This is 4th time in a year.

                            Dear Sir, I Pradeep Kumar Dixit from Bhopal M.P. filled petrol in my Car from a petrol pump of Indian Oil at Raisen on 13th July evening. After take full tank petrol arround 29 ltr I just go ahead approx 2 km than my car was stopped and then I tried to Start so many time but its was not started any how. Later on I called service station mechanics (from On side helpline of Maruti) he reached and checked the problem and they found that the fuel which is available in tank is mixed with Water that why car was not started. For this they check the fuel in a fresh bottle and see that the fuel came from tank is containing almost 50% water quantity. Then we come back (to-in my car with that company vehicle) at petrol pump and show the fuel quality but they were not agree to accept that the fuel is mixed. then we moved at Bhopal drop my car at workshop. Next day on 14th June full day I stayed at workshop and repair the car then at evening I went to petrol pump with 46 ltr petrol of my car cleaned by workshop and return back the payment from there I got the number of sales officer of Indian Oil and talked to him with detail of all these information. He said he will revert to me in terms of support. After just 5-10 minutes he call back to me and said that the quality of fuel at pump is good there is no mixed fuel in there tank, just on the basis of discussion with petrol pump owner. Then I said him for proper testing at the pump by self and also request that do the sample check infront of me. Then he said ok give me a two days for this. Now I want to know the process of quality assurance and action taken from the company in this situation. If sales officer went at the pump after two days then how we expect that the same quality fuel will stayed/available in his tank. Kindly response me on this and revert with proper action and report of the pump. Pump dealer detail is : MS. Shankar Filling Station, Rojda Chak, Chiklod Road, Goharganj Dist Raisen. All these information on phone is already given to Mr. Ratandeep Singh Sales officer Indian Oil Bhopal.

                              This is to inform you that my consumer no : 8919 name: Suresh Chand and distributor: Riddhi Indane .I have booked my cylinder on 25th June 2015 and this is the booking no 353274. I also complaints online and this is the compliant no 2232982, But still not received cylinder and they also not do any thing to solve this issue. Supplier also not pick up the call. This is not the first time happened this happen many more times before. If distributor can not pick up the consumer calls then why contact no written on the slip or any site. What is the use of this, if they can not take initiative to take the call. One more supplier Shaurya Enterprise Create problem for me. I have to face so many problems due to non supply of cylinder. So please resolve this problem as soon as possible.

                                  I went to fill petrol at Indian Oil Petrol Bunk Kammanahalli Main Rd Kalyan Nagar Bengaluru, Karnataka 560043 and i found that something fishy is happening at the petrol pump . When i asked to fill petrol for 200 he filled for 50 then i said i told u 200 so he changed the meter to 150 and filled oil till 150, So he filled only for 150 and took 200 from me. when i asked him about this he said he filled for 50 earlier and try to fool me. I got to know something is wrong when the same incident happened to me for 2nd time .I request you to check once from your end .

                                  Same thing happened to me today in SHARADA PETROL BUNK, K.R. ROAD..It has happened thrice before.
                                  Today morning my wife filled petrol to the car. She told 1000rs and they filled 300 initially and then remaining 700. Later I went to the same petrol bunk and asked to fill 200 for my 2wheeler and he put for 50rs. By seeing this I shouted at him and he filled 200rs.

                                  I went to the office room and complained there. They have told that they will check the readings and call me. But still I have not received any call. I request the concerned officers to please investigate this scandal and save common man's money
