Sub: Deactivation of LPG Service without Notice

My online bookings from 26.06.15 (Ref 605826 and 606036) were subsequently cancelled. Then bookings were not accepted. To my online representation Ref No.2209026, IOC replied that inconvenience was regretted and the Dealer was advised to supply refill immediately on maturity of booking and on wait listed basis. My efforts to get proper response from SUDHINDRA INDANE GAS AGENCY were in vain. Subsequent complaints to IOC( Ref No.2227166 and two more) are yet to be looked in. On 09.07.15, when my son contacted SUDHINDRA again in person he was told that there were wrong credits of subsidy in my a/c and he asked for Bank statement. I am not checking bank account on a day to day basis. I am prepared to pay if there was any such credit. But it is highly injustice to deactivate the Service without notice. Till yesterday 08.07.15 neither IOC nor Sudhindra had told the reason for deactivation. To get this oral reply I struggled for 14 days. I received following subsidies in my Bank A/c from IOC

If any of these credits is not for me I am prepared to repay. I should not be expected/ asked to give my Bank Statement to Indane Dealer. IOC can stop transferring subsidy to my Bank a/c till the reconciliation and recovery is completed. It is not proper to atop supply to a genuine customer.In this respect my husband had talked to IOC Customer Care yesterday by around 5 pm. I am urgently in need of gas. The cylinder in use will be exhausred in a day or two. I request your good office to take immediate steps to activate my Service and supply LPG cylinder within two, three days taking my date of booking as 26.06.15.

I had booked my gas via phone with booking number 573727 dated 22-06-15. and today on 08-07-15 my gas distributor is delivering 22-06-15 booking of others but when I querried about my booking it stated that my booking stands cancelled without any notice to me. Now my bookings has to be done and I fear that the delay in this 15 days will deprive me of my 12 subsidized cylinders which I am entitled to every year as my distributor does not accept bookings within 12 days of delivery (i am not sure if this is the rule)
I would like to know that when my booking is cancelled why am i not intimated.
