Good morning, this is regarding subsidy of cylender, my consumer no is - 36949, i have not received any subsidy after 1 april 2015. When call to gas agecy - shilpa gas agency. They are saying your subsidy is going to another a / c. Plz tell me i have already submited my bank details to agency and aadhar card to subsidt, then how can subsidy transfered in another a / c. I am an Indane consumer for the last 10 years. But in the last 5-6 months, i have observed that the delivery boy, who comes to deliver the LPG cylinder at the doorstep, purposely removes the seal while handing over the cylinder. He does this to show that he has removed the seal in front of the customer. The reason of him removing the seal is that it is a duplicate seal.
