Customer no:09795 Despite updation of my Aadhar linked bank Account with your LPG Dealer M/s Ranvir Enterprise, Alaknanda, I am not getting my Subsidy in my Bank Account. You are requested to look into the matter and stop harassing the customer.
Indian Oil Corporation [IOC] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
No action taken by the authority till date. Please regularise the same and clear the due amount immediately and stop harassment to consumer.

    Gas Agency: Padma gas Agency, Secundrabad, 500061 My Account no: CX1998172 Hi, 1months back I have booked a cylinder but as per company policy I have not booked a cylinder from 3months so they told me to update with documents which I did, then they told it will get activated by 3-4days so after a week i booked cylinder through toll free number but customer care has told still it is blocked. when I went to the agency they have told me to update my documents again which they lost so gave them the copy they said 3-4 days for activating, After 1 week I book through customer care which they told it is blocked, 3rd time I went to agency and asked them why is it still pending they told by evening it will be done which dint happen, 4th time went to agency they are telling sir is not available which he should do, 15-20 times called there landline they don't answer or weird music will come or sir is not available this are the answers I am getting([protected] ---[protected]) this agency is noted in my area for openly selling the cylinders in black market and the staff in the office treat the customer as if they are slaves, kindly look in to matter as soon as possible or else you will loose your customer which is happening from some time...

      Dear Sir, I had booked gas cylinder on 8th July 2015, consumer no :CX2771658. I have not received my gas cylinder till date. On 10th I got sms from my bank that an amount of Rs.190/- has been credited on account of Gas subsidy. Kindly look into the matter and resolve the issue as till date gas booked by me has not been delivered to my home. Surjeet Fuel Depo Agency, R K Puram, New Delhi is not picking up the phone.         Booking for consumer number 13664 was registered with ref number 206652 on 05.07.2015. On 12.07.2015 I got a message that the said refill booking is cancelled (no reason given). Again I booked the refill on 12.07.2015 with registeration number 206958 (Kanpur) but to my surprise again I got a message on 13.07.2015 that the said booking is cancelled.             I have applied for a new LPG connection Registration no: N150623117573118918357. When I went doc submission in SRI RAGHAVENDRA ENTERPRISES, Bengaluru‏, they told me to purchase Gas stove along with the connection. I refuse the offer since I already had a stove. Therefore the Lady in charge told me to a person will come for stove inspection within 15 days. It is more than 15 days no one has come or called me. Is there any rule for such inspection? If yes how many days it takes officially? After 22 days, today on 13th July, 2015, I have called [protected] no. One person talked very gently and has given me Bangalore no.:[protected]. I have called this no. There was a lady on the other side I have told her the story. She concluded it is my mistake you are not buying anything from them. Atleast buy something for their satisfaction. Later she explained to me its a marketing strategy, they have to sell these stuffs(Other than mandatory stuff such as stove, trolly etc.). If you are ready to buy at least one stuff from the list, I will give you another no. of my officer she will help you otherwise we can do much. Or go to some other agency. Since I needed the connection badly and its already so many days, i agreed to buy cylinder trolly. She gave me another no. of a lady office who will help me out. The no. seems to be a mobile no. but no one picked up. Please let me know if anything can be done from my side. It seems getting a new connection without stove from Indane is very tough. Please support on the matter. Let me know clearly if you can not give the connection without stove. Looking forward for a positive reply.

                  I have booked the cylinder online and recived the cancelled SMS then visited the Panaga indane distributor about the cancelletion, asked me to provide the bank details again. Provided the bank details and other details oncegain in the last week. But there was no response from distributor and IOCL area office about my account deactivation. We have visited twice and there was no response about account deactivation reasons. Looking forward your suuport for the activation, so that I can refill the LPG gas online. Pl. do the needful

Possible reason could be that, the delivery guy demanded extra payment(80 to 100 rs) last time. I didn't give him extra money.                         Dear Sir, Today 12 July 2015 at 03:15 PM, I went to petrol pump which is situated at Shakti Khand 4, next to the Church, Indirapuram, Ghaziabad Pin - 201014. I asked the attendant to fill the petrol in my activa. He filled the 1 ltr petrol in the bottle then started filling the petrol in my activa without setting the meter to zero. He started filling the petrol without setting the meter back to zero. He continued filling the petrol even if I caught him doing so. If I asked for the bill and complaint book, 2-3 attendant came and started arguing with me. I warned them to lodge a complaint online but one of the fearless attendant reply "tere jaise roj aate hain yaha complaint kerne wale". I want to make you aware what IOC petrol pump dealer are doing.                           i have submitted my document for getting subsidy twice at bhawani indane triveniganj, supaul(bihar).but i am not getting subsidy we complained about it at bhawani indane office at supaul many times.the office staffs do not take any interest regarding this matter . even i said to transfer my connection to other agency which is also operating from supaul, but they are not ready to transfer the connection .

But since then I haven't received the cylinder. I took the empty cylinder to the office. They didn't give. They are ignoring. I called the office several times and still they havent delivered. Possible reason could be that, the delivery guy demanded extra payment last time. I didn't give him extra money. I think they are taking revenge on us.                               consumer no-09015 cash memo number-[protected] booking no-289695 cash memo generated on-8.7.2015 reason for complaint - extreme misbehavior with consumer(my father an old man of 65 years also a heart patient ) when he asked for the status of delivery of cylinder today 11/07/2015. The gas delear lied that the cashmemo yet not generated even we already received the sms. He even told us to lodge complaint anywhere if we wish but said he will do what he want because he is the sole distributer in raniganj. My action- If they do not deliver the gas i have to go to consumer forum finally request - transparency

                                Sir, I am a consumer of Indane LPG cylinder from local supplier bhawar indane gas services, Kotdwara, Pauri garhwal, Uttrakhand. My supplier do not supply gas in time and they do not response well on the phone. My residence is in a village area and far away from the agency as they do not provide home delivery facility we have to carry our cylinder on our head up to the delivery point as I don't have my own transport mode . To Indian Oil Corporation Customer Care. 4th Floor, Utility Buildings, J.C.Road, Bangalore-560 002. Dear Sirs, Sub: Deactivation of LPG Service without Notice Consumer No:S-40651 My online bookings from 26.06.15 (Ref 605826 and 606036) were subsequently cancelled. Then bookings were not accepted. To my online representation Ref No.2209026, IOC replied that inconvenience was regretted and the Dealer was advised to supply refill immediately on maturity of booking and on wait listed basis. My efforts to get proper response from SUDHINDRA INDANE GAS AGENCY were in vain. Subsequent complaints to IOC( Ref No.2227166 and two more) are yet to be looked in. On 09.07.15, when my son contacted SUDHINDRA again in person he was told that there were wrong credits of subsidy in my a/c and he asked for Bank statement. I am not checking bank account on a day to day basis. I am prepared to pay if there was any such credit. But it is highly injustice to deactivate the Service without notice. Till yesterday 08.07.15 neither IOC nor Sudhindra had told the reason for deactivation. To get this oral reply I struggled for 14 days. I received following subsidies in my Bank A/c from IOC Rs.568.00 on 30.03.15 Transaction id: [protected], 220.47 on 15.04.15 Tr.id:[protected], 220.47 on 15.04.15 Tr.id:[protected]. 200.17 on 12.05.05 Tr.id:[protected] and 200.17 on 22.05.15 Tr.id:30000644. If any of these credits is not for me I am prepared to repay. I should not be expected/ asked to give my Bank Statement to Indane Dealer. IOC can stop transferring subsidy to my Bank a/c till the reconciliation and recovery is completed. It is not proper to atop supply to a genuine customer.In this respect my husband had talked to IOC Customer Care yesterday by around 5 pm. I am urgently in need of gas. The cylinder in use will be exhausred in a day or two. I request your good office to take immediate steps to activate my Service and supply LPG cylinder within two, three days taking my date of booking as 26.06.15.                                         On anjli pump all staff try to cheat. .even. Just. A week ago they try to cheat a senior cityzen. That time petrol pump refuse to hear any talk from old person and they start shouting and heating him this thing is very common on that pump even they try to cheat by not properly using of oprator machine
