sir my name is ashok shambhwani and i am using lpg connection of indane oil gas service.. my consumer number is 10088. my lpg id is[protected]. sir i am sending you a image in which you see that my first advance subsidy was tranfer in wrong account ( acc no. [protected]) and after that my other subsidy's was trasfer in my account ( acc no. [protected]) i complain to your custmer care for this about 1 month ago my complain number is[protected] plzz resolve my problem and send my advance subsidy ammount rs568.00 in my account. my contact number [protected]

    My Banker has already Seeded my Aadhar No. with record ref. No. DBTL_255280 dated 06/06/2015 and but still Aadhaar Linking Status in Bank(as per NPCI) is shown RED and Bank Account Seeding Status in LPG is shown also RED Requesting to solve and made eligible to receive my Subsidy Amount for the deliveries issued already to me to in future the deliveries are gong to be made.

      I am Rajdipta Das, applaing new indane lpg connection by online, after waitlist no.[protected] Created i submitted my documents and kyc to my nearest indane disributer shanti gas service, Binnaguri, jalpaiguri, west bengal wih referrenceno.N[protected], KYC[protected] dt.22, 11, 14.today i.e 10.07.15 I got mail from indane about amount for new connection.my lgp distributer send a men for enquery at my address bt when i ask distributer about my connection he refused to give new connection, reason of it i have not a proper kitchen.plz suggest me what can i do.thanking u.my email add. BARRACKPUR PIN 700120.I am 71 years OLD.old.ACCOUNT Account name BISWA BIJOY CHOWDHURY.Have visited several times to bank and distributor but could not get the proper reply . Kindly do the needful'

          i am a customer of indane gas and in my family me and my mom do job and my dad and elder bro use to go for work at office so sometimes it becomes impossible for us to go and cylinder from agency and whn ever do book online vry nxt day they ask first to confirm thn only we will get the cylinder nd aftr tht also we gt it aftr 10 days nd some times late also which is a bog problem for us so i wnt u to tell us some solution or improve ur home delivery in batala as it is not possible for every to go to agency and get cylinders and sometimes they talk so rudely tht refuse to gve cylinder and unneccessarily we hve to hve to fight tp get the cylinders so pease come out with the solutions as soon as possible

            I am a consumer of Berhampur Indane Service, Ganjam, Odisha. My consumer number is 35715. I have booked my gas refill via SMS IVR on 2 June 2015. The given reference number is 349929. The cash memo ([protected]) genarated was on 6th June 2015. As the delivary was getting delayed, i have contacted their office on 8th and promised it will be delivered on the same day. i have waited till i get a message from your end saying booking reference no 349929 is cancelled on 9 June 2015. Today morning, 10 June 2015, i had gone to the indane office and they have registered again with a reference number [protected]. This is not happening once in a while. This is what it happens often with the Berhampur Indane Service. Expecting a faster resolution towards their abnormal delay in refill.

                Razi Haider bearing IOCL LPG Connection No. CX23477423 with LPG Id. 3 [protected] and having a Saving Bank Account in Oriental Bank of Commerce with S/B A/c. No. [protected] I have already asked my said Bank Branch to seed my Aadhar Card and also the Bank Branch has also seeded my Aadhar Account on request made on 06/06/2015 But when I check in my log in Account the DBTL CTC Status, the red mark is shown in the coloumn Aadhaar Linking Status in Bank (As per NPCI). And even I have not received my Subsidy Amount for the 2 Refilsl issued to me and as well One time payment on new Connection For the reporting and needful action.

                  I would like to share one of my bad experiences today. It is a kind of fraudulent activity that came to my notice. I have been buying petrol for my bike from Nineteenth Hole S/Stn, Indian Oil Dealers, Dr. Zakir Hussain Road, Near Delhi Golf Club for the last 2 years as it comes in my way to office. I told the guy to fill-up for Rs 200. He entered 200 in their meter and started filling-up. Suddenly he stopped at Rs 50 and asked me how much? (even I told him earlier and he entered the same amount). Another guy came to me to my right and asked if I have any card. I told him I don’t have any card and by the time I looked back at the meter it was at Rs 150. I told him to fill-up for Rs 200. He gave me explanation that he had again started the meter and this way he had filled-up for total of Rs 200. I told him that I have seen their wrong doings. His face was like he was caught red handed. I told him to fill-up petrol for the remaining Rs 50 or I will complain and escalate this issue. He immediately moved and the other person came to fill-up for remaining Rs 50 petrol. No senior person / manager were available at that time (around 8 am morning) so I left for office. This is the second time I faced this issue. Few months back they did the same thing that I ignored because I thought he was right. Now, I know nothing will happen and no action would be taken against these dealers as they must be big players. I will not go this particular station again and will be more watchful while buying petrol. I wanted to share it so that Delhi people are aware while filling-up petrol for their vehicles. I would like to forward this message to Indian Oil and ask them what monitoring & supervision process they follow for these dealers.

Same happened with last refilling ref no. 222233 28/1/2015, usual it taking 18 to 40 days. does we have to keep followup and complaining every time. bcos of such incident black market grows and people refers to it as by the straight way nobody gets result. While writing this email, have received SMS saying it delivered but have confirmed from home that it is not so now the question is where it has gone? Your Consumer

                            Today I have gone to fill petrol in my Tata Nano to MSH Fuels, Kunchalummoodu, Trivandrum by about 12.30 pm. I asked the delivery maid there to fill my tank full. When I reached the pump my tank has 4 to 5 litres of petrol left in it and the 15 litre tank of my car has space for only upto 12 litres of fuel to the maximum. The maid put the fuel dispensing nozzle into my tank and went to fill other vehicles. My tank got filled and petrol spilled all over the place and the reading in the guage went a little higher than 21 litres. Without hearing my protests or without any regrets, they forcefully charged me for 15 litres and by harassing me they denied to give receipt of the money I paid. So this is my complaint regarding overcharging me for the mistake of the delivery maid at the pump and against the filthy approach and behavior towards a customer like me

                                I (Mujeeb Rahman - Consumer No: 2155949) have booked for Indane Gas Cylinder On 6th March 2015 (ref no- 568568). For Last 3 month I have not yet recieved any gas cylinder. I have receive Cash memo against cylinder message on 16 may 2015 (Memo no – [protected]) but still cylinder is not delivered. My Gas Agency (Koodathai Gas Agency, Thamarashery, Calicut, Kerala. is not delivering gas cylinder on regular base and they are not delivering it properly on our residence address.

                                    My consumer No. is 3160. I booked gas on 28.05.2015 at M/s Tirupati Bala ji Gas company suitated at Sector 5 Rohini.. Till date I have not received Gas. Despite daily conversation with gas company over telephone, , employees of Gas company says gas will come today. Till dateI have not received gas .What is time limit for sending gas. company service is very poor.                                       Corruption filled INDANE (known as Madhavi Gas Agency/ siddhartha Enterprises) customer center at shaikpet manikonda: The authorities at this office are very reckless and least bothered about their customers and they didnot work unless cash is flown under their table for a required work. As in a situation me and my mother went to transfer the gas connection on to my mother's name (as my father got expired), even though we reached with all the required documents, however the authorities were delayed the work, and they demanded an amount of 1200 Rs. In order to transfer the name, when we asked for reciept they just denied to provide the same and started reasoning it wil be transfered to your linked account and stil they did not confirm for what they charged for.We also faced delayed deliveries after prior booking, as many people complained regarding this issue, they did not took in to consideration at their end. I dont know wether this would be considered or not, but many people are facing the same issue from this agency. Please consider it.
                                      yes I agree with anusha, this agency is completely corrupted.

                                        Consumer no 36957 Jayashree yadav When I put my cylinder on 08.06.15 I noticed it was leaking.Immediately I called IP [protected]. There I was told to call emergency no[protected]. I called IP this no and they told me that mechanic will come within 2 he's. I kept on waiting no one came . Again I called these numbers but helpless useless. If IOC handles emergency calls in this fashion. God only can save common man. I strongly appeal to you to immediately attend the problem including initiating action against officials responsible for inactiom.
