I have not received my subsidy amount in last to occasions. My consumer ID. is CX 1252519. my distributer Name is : SREEMA(INDANE) distributer, 57 B/B Raja S.C. Mullick Road, Kolkata-700047. I linked my Adhaar with State Bank of India, Gol Park Branch properly andgot subsidy from beginning. I am a personer. I have visited 3 times to my distributer with no result. Kindly do the needful.     I (Mujeeb Rahman - Consumer No: 2155949) have booked for Indane Gas Cylinder On 6th March 2015 (ref no- 568568). For Last 3 month I have not yet recieved any gas cylinder. I have receive Cash memo against cylinder message on 16 may 2015 (Memo no – [protected]) but still cylinder is not delivered. My Gas Agency (Koodathai Gas Agency, Thamarashery, Calicut, Kerala. is not delivering gas cylinder on regular base and they are not delivering it properly on our residence address.

        My consumer No. is 3160. I booked gas on 28.05.2015 at M/s Tirupati Bala ji Gas company suitated at Sector 5 Rohini.. Till date I have not received Gas. Despite daily conversation with gas company over telephone, , employees of Gas company says gas will come today. Till dateI have not received gas .What is time limit for sending gas. company service is very poor. Company always do like this.Kindly do t he needful in the matter and take action againt the company. and ask company to send the Gas immediately. Thanks and Regard Ashok Kumar Consumer No. 3160

          Corruption filled INDANE (known as Madhavi Gas Agency/ siddhartha Enterprises) customer center at shaikpet manikonda: The authorities at this office are very reckless and least bothered about their customers and they didnot work unless cash is flown under their table for a required work. As in a situation me and my mother went to transfer the gas connection on to my mother's name (as my father got expired), even though we reached with all the required documents, however the authorities were delayed the work, and they demanded an amount of 1200 Rs. In order to transfer the name, when we asked for reciept they just denied to provide the same and started reasoning it wil be transfered to your linked account and stil they did not confirm for what they charged for.We also faced delayed deliveries after prior booking, as many people complained regarding this issue, they did not took in to consideration at their end. I dont know wether this would be considered or not, but many people are facing the same issue from this agency. Please consider it.

            Consumer no 36957 Jayashree yadav When I put my cylinder on 08.06.15 I noticed it was leaking.Immediately I called IP [protected]. There I was told to call emergency no[protected]. I called IP this no and they told me that mechanic will come within 2 he's. I kept on waiting no one came . Again I called these numbers but helpless useless. If IOC handles emergency calls in this fashion. God only can save common man. I strongly appeal to you to immediately attend the problem including initiating action against officials responsible for inactiom.

                    This happens today 8th June 2015. Petrol pump location - spine road, near ashta hospital. shivtej nagar. This happens with me second time. I went there to fill petrol for 200 Rs. Person next to me fill petrol of 50 and then before i check with 0 on meter reading he starts to fill petrol in my vehicle and say meter is very fast that’s why you see 50 Rs. very early. I complaint about the person to supervisor but he also support to his team member. This happens frequently on this petrol pump and even my friends has same experience. Hope to see needful.

                      Sir / Madam, I (Sandip Roy) have booked refill cylinder on 3rd May 2015 at 9.44 pm, bearing the consumer no --- CX17948500, of M/s Radharaman Gas Service, with booking reference no[protected] . Then suddenly the booking reference no has been changed to --- [protected] dated 20th May 2015 at 00 hrs 00 min 00sec. & later on a SMS was received that the booking done on 3rd May stands cancelled. Also to note that all the above have been duly complained to the Indane customer complaint cell but all are in vain. Also I am attaching the snap shots from the indane web site which can be duly proved. My family is in great trouble in want of Cooking LPG Gas.                         My Consumer No. 17564 at Golden Flame (Kolkata). Despite booking of Cylinder through IVRS on 10.05.15, the same had not been delivered till 03.06.15. On several requests and personal visit on 03.06.15, the Refill Cylinder was delivered in the after-noon of 03.06.15 not in home but at a distance of 500 mts from my residence for which I had to hire a rickshaw to carry the Cylinder to my home for Rs30/-. On enquiry from the dealer I came to know that the delivery-man is reluctant to make delivery unless I pay a hefty tips as demanded by him. Please advise me whether I am compelled to give tips i.e. Rs.50/- as claimed by the delivery-man or will you take some stringent steps to set the matter right. Your advise is eagerly solicited. Colony Branch the Saving Bank Account is running in my name, to seed the Aadhar Card bearing Aadhar Card No.[protected] to the LPG Id[protected] And approached the LPG Distributor Abhinaya Enterprises, Gaya, Bihar, where the LPG connection is running in my name, to seed my Aadhar Card with the Consumer No. CX24057843 and with the Bank details.. The official Mobile No. is [protected], Even I have received one Cylinder on 31st of May 2015, for which the Subsidy Amount has not been received in my said Account. Please see the matter.

                              I had booked my INDIAN gas cylinder on 31st april 2015. And received a SMS of booking no. 619646. And received a SMS of cash memo no. [protected] on 31st may 2015. I haven't received the refilled cylinder yet. Plzz take the necessary action ASAP.                                 Delivery boys from different gas agencies demand extra money to deliver cylinders at customers’ doorsteps despite getting commission from the agencies.In our area the gas delivery boy's demands extra charge doe to delivery. “Every time a cylinder is delivered to my house we have to pay an extra amount of 30 rupees, ”If we refuse to pay the extra amount they even take the cylinder back and then we have to collect it from the agency.” so sir please suggest us what to do to prevent such type illegal work.

                                  Dear Sir, This is to inform you that i have a connection No. 16344 from Kay Aar Enterprises Delhi. i have booked my refill on dated[protected] and refill delivery message has been received on[protected]. but fact is we are still waiting for the same. Today i have called Oil Industry Helpline and talked to Mr. Abhishek about my problem, he regularly repeating one sentence that you have to wait till 8 days from the date of booking and saturday / sunday will not include in this period. i was asking him for receiving of delivery message but he was not listening me. when i told him to transfer this call to your senior person then he said " ME TERI CALL TRANSFER NAHI KARUNGA, JA KUCH BHI KAR LE" i was surprised how he can say, then i told him to tell your employee id no. and he said " YE NAHI BATAUNGA YE YAHA SE NAHI BATA SAKATA" so i told him to tell me the way how can i talk to any senior person he replied 'JA KAHI SE BHI PATA KAR LE, ME NAHI BATAUNGA'... now i am very disappointing from the wording of the person who are sitting for the their customer. Please take a nessasary action against Mr. ABHISHEK who is the employee of OIL INDUSTRY HELPLINE as CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE. Also please deliver my refill at the earliest.                                     I don't get CYLINDER in right time. I receive cylinder after 5/6 days in billing date. Every time he sale my cylinder any someone and delayed 3/4 days to serve me. My mother is heart patient so this is a vital problem. I am going this P.K.Music Stores and tell him detail but he is ignore every time. This harassment case not only me in this area Budge Budge.                                       sir, i am hari pada das. my comsumer id no 7122. i applied for sibsidy at 6th december, 2014. my aadhar no[protected]. but even now i dont get my subsidy. distributor (metropolitan engineer's co-operative society Ltd. B-8/20. kalyani, nadia, pin-741235) say that bank does not link it . and on the other hand bank of india, kalyani branch authority say that they linked it. now what can i do, i have buy 2 cylinder without subsidy, when will i get my subsidy.
